Description
管内減圧調整装置は、ピストンチャンバ内をピストンボア位置まで伸びる管状部分(スリーブ)を通って開放する入口を有する調整装置本体と、ボンネットの管状部分(スリーブ)を通じて開放する出口及びピストンボアの出口と反対側の開口を有するキャップとを備えている。ピストンは、ピストンボアの一端部分内に伸びる本体の管状部分と、ピストンボアの他端内に伸びるキャップの管状部分とを有している。弁座がボンネットスリーブの開口端により取り付けられ、ピストンのボア内の環状肩部に対して当接し、流体の流れを妨害する。第一のばねが本体に対して当接し、ピストンを調整装置の閉じた位置に付勢する一方、第二のばねはボンネットに対して当接し、ピストンを調整装置の開放位置に付勢する。キーは、ボンネットと調整装置本体との間にて作用し、これらを制限された軸方向位置に保持し、出口圧力の制限された調節を許容する。

Claims (5)
- 減圧調整装置であって、
調整装置本体(10)の上端を貫通して開口しかつ入口(19)を有する軸方向ボア(B)と前記調整装置本体のボア部分(14,20)とを有し、前記ボア部分(14,20)は、前記上端から遠方の底部壁(21)及び前記ボア部分(14,20)内を伸び且つ前記ボア部分に対して開放し且つ前記入口に対して開放する管状部分(17)により一部分が画成された、前記調整装置本体(10)と、
前記調整装置本体の前記ボア部分内を伸びるピストン(P)であって、流体の流れ開放位置と、流体の流れを妨害する閉じた位置との間で可動であり、貫通して軸方向に伸びるボア(37、38)を有する前記ピストン(P)と、
前記ピストンをその開放位置まで付勢する第1のばね手段(50)とを備える減圧調整装置において、
前記調整装置本体の前記管状部分(17)が前記ピストンの前記ボア内に伸び、
キャップ(12)が、前記調整装置本体に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、頂部分(22)と、出口(45)と、前記調整装置本体の前記管状部分に対し同軸状で且つ前記調整装置本体の前記管状部分に対し軸方向に隔たった関係で前記ピストンの前記ボア内を伸びる前記キャップの管状部分(24)とを有し、
前記キャップの前記管状部分が、前記出口(45)及び前記ピストンの前記ボアに対して開放する流体通路(43、44)を有し、弁座(16)を前記出口から遠方の位置に取り付け、
前記弁座(16)が、前記ピストンが前記入口から前記出口までの流体の流れを遮断するその閉じた位置にあるとき、前記ピストンの前記ボア内の環状肩部(39)に対し当接可能であり、
第2のばね手段(35)が、前記出口における流体圧力が予め選んだレベル以下まで降下する迄、前記ピストンをその閉じた位置に弾性的に保持することを特徴とする、減圧調整装置。 - 請求項1の減圧調整装置において、
前記キャップの前記管状部分(24)が、前記調整装置本体の前記管状部分に隣接する第一の端部分(24A,24D,24E)と、前記キャップの前記頂部分(22)に接続された一端を有する軸方向に細長い管部分(24B、24C)と、前記キャップの前記管状部分の前記第一の端部分を有する軸方向の端部とを備え、
前記キャップの前記管状部分の前記第一の端部分が、前記環状肩部(39)及び前記ピストンの前記ボアを画成するピストン壁と共に、隙間空間(49)を形成し、かつ前記隙間空間及び前記キャップの前記管状部分に対して開放する開口(43)を有する弁座取り付け部(24A)を備え、前記開口(43)が前記流体通路の一部分であることを特徴とする、減圧調整装置。 - 請求項1又は2の減圧調整装置において、
前記調整装置本体の前記ボア部分が、円筒状壁部分(20)によって一部分が画成され、
前記ピストンが、前記円筒状壁部分と流体的密封関係にある拡張径の第一のピストン部分(30)と、前記第一のピストン部分よりも小径であり且つ前記第一のピストン部分から前記調整装置本体の前記ボア部分内の下方に伸びる第二のピストン部分(32)とを有し、前記調整装置本体の前記ボア部分に環状の隙間空間(47)と、クロスボア(48)とを提供し、
前記クロスボアが、前記ピストンがその開放位置及びその閉じた位置にあるときの双方にて前記流体通路及び前記環状の隙間空間に対して開放することを更に特徴とする、減圧調整装置。 - 請求項3の減圧調整装置において、
前記ピストンの前記ボア(37,38)が、その内部を伸びる前記キャップの前記管状部分を有する第一のボア部分(37)と、前記第一のボア部分よりも小径であり、その内部を伸びる前記調整装置本体の前記管状部分を有する第二のボア部分(38)とを備え、
前記クロスボア(48)が、前記流体通路と流体的に連通し得るように前記第一のボア部分に対して開放し、
前記ピストンの前記第一及び第二のボア部分が互いに対して開放し前記環状肩部(39)を提供することを更に特徴とする、減圧調整装置。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れか1つの減圧調整装置において、
前記第1のばね手段(50)が、前記調整装置本体の前記入口にて圧力下の流体が何ら付与されないとき、前記ピストンをその開放位置に保持するばね(50)を備えることを更に特徴とする、減圧調整装置。
