Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bathroom floor, and more particularly, to a bathroom floor that can improve the drainage and drying properties by reducing the amount of hot water remaining on the floor surface, and can maintain good cleanability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a bathroom floor used for a system bath or the like, there is a type having a plurality of drainage grooves and convex portions surrounded by the drainage grooves on the upper surface of the floor surface. In order to improve drainage, this type of bathroom floor temporarily retains hot water in the drainage groove, and remains on the convex portion by bringing the captured hot water into contact with the hot water remaining on the convex portion. It is preferable that hot water is efficiently attracted into the drain. Here, as a configuration for temporarily catching hot water in the drain groove, for example, a type disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known.
[0003]
Patent document 1 is disclosing the bathroom floor (bathroom floor 1) which has the uneven | corrugated shaped part formed in the bottom part of the drainage groove in the FIG. The concavo-convex shape portion is formed by a plurality of ridges extending in a direction crossing the groove, and imparts resistance to the hot water that flows through the drainage groove by the ridge. On the other hand, FIG. 9 of the same document discloses a bathroom floor (bathroom floor 2) having a plurality of convex portions having a vertically and horizontally long rectangular shape surrounded by drainage grooves. It is designed to flow in a zigzag pattern.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-54295
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the bathroom floor 1, as shown in FIG. 6C of Patent Document 1, hot water remains between the protrusions of the concavo-convex shape portion. Therefore, when the remaining hot water is dried, there is an inconvenience that dirt components contained therein accumulate on the bottom surface of the drainage groove and the protrusions. In addition, when cleaning is performed with a brush, a sponge, or the like in this state, it becomes difficult for the brush or the like to reach the base side of the ridge, and it becomes difficult to completely remove the accumulated dirt component.
Moreover, in the said bathroom floor 2, the groove | channels are the structures which face | abut in planar view substantially T shape. For this reason, when cleaning is performed using a brush or the like, a dirt component tends to remain at a position where the grooves abut against each other, and this also causes a disadvantage that sufficient cleanability cannot be ensured.
[0006]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been devised by paying attention to such inconveniences, and its purpose is to improve the cleanability of the bottom surface of the drainage groove while sufficiently maintaining the drainage and drying properties of the upper surface of the floor surface. There is in providing a bathroom floor.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a bathroom floor having a plurality of drainage grooves formed on the upper surface and a water gradient inclined toward a predetermined drainage port.
The drainage groove includes a bottom portion formed in a wave shape having a height difference in a range that does not cause stagnant water ,
The bottom surface portion includes a steep slope portion having a slope larger than the water slope, and a gentle slope portion that descends toward the drain and has a slope smaller than the water slope. A configuration is adopted in which the gradient portions are formed by being alternately repeated . According to such a configuration, the dirt component on the bottom surface can be easily removed by rubbing a brush or the like along the drainage groove. In addition, flow resistance is given to the hot water flowing in the drainage groove by the wavy bottom surface portion, and it is possible to prevent the flow rate of hot water in the drainage groove from becoming too fast and temporarily capture hot water in the drainage groove. Become. Thereby, the hot water on a floor surface can be efficiently attracted in a drain groove by making it contact with the hot water temporarily collected in the drainage premises, and the drainage property and drying property of a floor surface can be maintained favorable. In addition, since the water gradient of the bottom surface becomes positive in all areas of the bottom surface formed in a wave shape, the hot water in the drain is surely poured into the drain, and the drain It is possible to prevent hot water from remaining inside and depositing dirt components.
[0009]
Furthermore, the present invention provides a bathroom floor having a plurality of drainage grooves formed on the upper surface and a water gradient inclined toward a predetermined drainage port.
The drainage groove includes a plurality of first groove portions extending along a predetermined direction and a plurality of second groove portions extending in a direction intersecting with the first groove portions, and each of the second grooves is a first groove portion. Provided at a position crossing the groove,
The drainage groove includes a bottom portion formed in a wave shape having a height difference in a range that does not cause stagnant water ,
The bottom surface portion includes a steep slope portion having a slope larger than the water slope, and a gentle slope portion that descends toward the drain and has a slope smaller than the water slope. A configuration in which the gradient portions are formed by alternately and repeatedly connecting is also adopted. In this configuration, it is possible to eliminate a portion where the conventional grooves abut on each other in a substantially T shape in plan view, and when cleaning using a brush or the like, by rubbing along the first and second groove portions, It becomes possible to avoid that dirt remains in the drainage groove. Moreover, the above-mentioned effect can be achieved better.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, a configuration in which a curved surface portion is formed continuously between the steep slope portion and the gentle slope portion can also be employed. If such a configuration is adopted, the hot water flows smoothly between the steep slope portion and the gentle slope portion, and it is possible to reliably prevent the hot water in the drain groove from being interrupted, and to wipe off the drain groove. Etc. can be performed easily.
[0012]
Further, the steep slope portion and the gentle slope portion may be configured to have substantially the same slope length. With such a configuration, since the pitch interval between each steep slope part and the gentle slope part is kept constant, the bottom part can be made into a simple wave shape, and when the bathroom floor is a molded product, the manufacture of the mold The ease can be increased.
[0013]
Furthermore, the drainage groove is set to have a width of 0.5 to 3 mm and a depth of 0.3 to 1.5 mm, while the flat area of the convex portion surrounded by the drainage groove is 6 It is preferable to adopt a configuration that is set to ˜220 mm 2 . According to such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the flow rate of hot water flowing in the drainage groove from becoming too fast and temporarily capture hot water in the drainage groove, thereby attracting hot water in the drainage groove. This makes it possible to prevent hot water from remaining in the form of water droplets.
Here, when the width of the drainage groove is less than 0.5 mm, when dirt accumulates in the drainage groove and it becomes difficult for hot water to flow in the drainage groove, removal of the dirt becomes difficult. If it exceeds 3 mm, it is difficult to temporarily catch hot water in the drainage groove, and the effect of attracting hot water remaining on the convex portion into the drainage groove is lost.
In addition, even if the depth of the drainage groove is less than 0.3 mm, it is difficult to temporarily capture hot water in the drainage groove and the attraction effect is lost, while the depth of the drainage groove is 1.5 mm. If it exceeds, the attracting effect is high, but it becomes extremely difficult to perform cleaning when dirt is accumulated on the bottom surface.
Furthermore, when the flat area of the convex portion is less than 6 mm 2 , water droplets on the plurality of convex portions are easily collected and remain as large water droplets, and even if the flat area of the convex portion exceeds 220 mm 2 , Large water droplets that are difficult to dry on the convex portions tend to remain.
Here, preferably, the width of the drainage groove is set to 1.0 to 2.0 mm, and the depth of the drainage groove is set to 0.5 to 1.0 mm. According to such a range, there is an advantage that the attraction effect can be further improved while maintaining the ease of cleaning in the drain groove.
[0014]
In the present specification, unless otherwise specified, the “height difference” of the bottom portion formed in a wave shape is an imaginary line S1 connecting the adjacent top portions of the waves, as shown in FIGS. And a separation width (indicated by h in the figure) between a virtual line S2 connecting the adjacent bottoms of the wave.
[0015]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of a floor portion of a system bath to which a bathroom floor according to an embodiment is applied. In this figure, the bathroom floor 10 is not particularly limited, but is constituted by a molded product using a resin material such as FRP (fiber reinforced plastic). The bathroom floor 10 includes a bathtub installation area 11 on the left side in FIG. 1 where a bathtub 11A is placed and a washing area 12 located on the right side in the figure.
[0017]
The washing area 12 is a flat surface provided at a position surrounded by a drain outlet 14 provided at a substantially central portion on the lower end side in FIG. 1, a plurality of drain grooves 15 formed on the upper surface of the floor, and the drain grooves 15. And a plurality of convex portions 16 having a substantially square shape. As shown in FIG. 3, the washing area 12 has a water gradient that is substantially parallel to the virtual lines S1 and S2, and the water gradient is within a range of about 1/10 to 2/10. It is formed in a concave surface shape so as to incline toward. Here, the planar area of each convex portion 16 is set to about 6 to 220 mm 2 .
[0018]
The drain grooves 15 are formed in a substantially lattice shape in plan view. Specifically, a plurality of first groove portions 18 extending in the vertical direction in FIG. 1 and substantially parallel to each other, and extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first groove portions 18, that is, in the horizontal direction in FIG. The plurality of second groove portions 19 are substantially parallel to each other, and each second groove portion 19 is formed so as to cross each first groove portion 18. In the present embodiment, the pitch intervals of the first and second groove portions 18 and 19 are set to be substantially the same.
[0019]
Further, the drainage groove 15 has a substantially concave cross-sectional shape in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction, a groove width of 1 to 5 mm, and a groove depth of 0.3 to 1.0 mm. The hot water is temporarily trapped in the water 15, and the hot water remaining on the convex portion 16 is brought into contact with the captured hot water so as to attract the water into the drainage groove 15. Moreover, the drainage groove | channel 15 is provided with the bottom face part 21 formed in the wave shape which has the height difference h, as FIG.2 and 3 shows. The bottom surface portion 21 includes a plurality of steep slope portions 22 having a slope larger than the water slope of the washing area 12 and a plurality of gentle slope portions 23 having a slope smaller than the water slope. The bottom surface portion 21 is formed by alternately and repeatedly connecting the gradient portions 23. Between each steep slope part 22 and gentle slope part 23, a curved surface part 24 that draws a gentle curve is provided continuously, and a top part 21A and a bottom part 21B of a bottom face part 21 formed in a wave shape by each curved surface part 24 are formed. Then, when the bottom surface portion 21 is viewed in a cross section along the extending direction, it has a sine curve shape in which the amplitude is very small and inclined with respect to the period.
[0020]
The gentle slope part 23 is set to a slope that descends toward the drain port 14, that is, a slope that slopes toward the drain port 14 from the horizontal plane H. After the hot water is poured on the washing area 12 and left for a predetermined time, Water is not generated on the bottom 21B side. Further, the slope length L1 of each steep slope portion 22 is provided substantially the same as the slope length L2 of the gentle slope portion 23, and each slope length L1, L2 is substantially the same as the length L3 of one side of the convex portion 16. It is set to length.
[0021]
In the above configuration, when a large amount of hot water flows into the washing area 12, most of the hot water flows into the drainage port 14 through the drainage grooves 15 and the protrusions 16. And some hot water remains on the convex part 16 and tries to exist stably, and moves in the direction which reduces the surface area. At this time, hot water is attracted into the drainage groove 15 adjacent to the convex portion 16 by the attraction effect while being divided by the forming edge of the convex portion 16.
The hot water in the drainage groove 15 flows toward the drainage port 14 due to the water gradient in the washing area 12, but is given flow resistance by the bottom surface portion 21, that is, flows so as to swing with respect to the water gradient. Slow drainage rate is maintained. Therefore, the hot water flowing in the drainage groove 15 can surely attract the hot water on the convex portion 16 adjacent to the drainage groove 15 into the drainage groove 15, and the hot water remains in the convex portion 16 in the form of water droplets. It can be avoided. In addition, since the gentle gradient portion 23 is inclined to the drain port 14 side, the hot water in the drain groove 15 flows continuously to the drain port 14 without interruption, and water droplets remain at the bottom 21B of the bottom surface portion 21. Is also prevented.
[0022]
When the washing area 12 is cleaned using a cleaning tool such as a brush or a sponge, the extending direction of the first and second groove portions 18 and 19, that is, along the two directions of the vertical and horizontal directions in FIG. What is necessary is just to move a cleaning tool. At this time, the portion of the cleaning tool that comes into contact with the bottom surface portion 21 moves smoothly on the bottom surface portion 21, and it is possible to easily remove the dirt component without accumulating in the middle portions of the groove portions 18 and 19. Can do.
[0023]
Therefore, according to such an embodiment, since the bottom surface portion 21 of the drainage groove 15 is formed in a wave shape, it is possible to sufficiently ensure the ease of cleaning the drainage groove 15, and the hot water not only in the drainage groove 15 but also on the convex portion 16. The remaining water can be suppressed, and the drainage and drying properties of the entire washing area 12 can be improved.
[0024]
Although the best configuration, method and the like for carrying out the present invention have been disclosed in the above description, the present invention is not limited to this.
That is, although the present invention has been particularly shown and described with respect to particular embodiments, it should be understood that the above-described embodiments may have shapes, shapes, and the like without departing from the scope of the technical idea and objects of the present invention. Various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art in terms of quantity, position or orientation, and other detailed configurations.
Therefore, the description limited to the shape disclosed above is an example for easy understanding of the present invention, and does not limit the present invention. The description by the name of the member which remove | excluded one part or all part is included in this invention.
[0025]
For example, the pitch intervals of the first and second groove portions 18 and 19 are set to be different from each other, and the planar shape of the convex portion 16 is a rectangular shape that is vertically or horizontally long, or the first and second groove portions 18. , 19 may be directed in a direction inclined with respect to the vertical and horizontal directions, and the planar shape of the convex portion 16 may be a parallelogram or a rhombus.
[0026]
Further, the lengths L1 and L2 of the steep slope portion 22 and the gentle slope portion 23 can be variously changed. For example, as shown in FIGS. You may set to about 1/4 of L3. Thus, by making the lengths L1 and L2 relatively short, the hot water in the drainage groove 15 can be swung more with respect to the water gradient in the washing area 12, and the drainage speed can be further reduced. Further, the lengths L1 and L2 may be partially changed depending on the water gradient of the washing area 12, but if the length is the same throughout the washing area 12, the wave shape of the bottom surface portion 21 is simplified. The advantage that a mold for molding can be easily manufactured is obtained.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the bottom surface of the drainage groove is formed in a corrugated shape having a height difference in a range that does not cause stagnant water. By rubbing a brush or the like along the drainage groove, The dirt component can be easily removed by eliminating the portion where the dirt component is accumulated in the groove. In addition, since flow resistance is given to the hot water flowing in the drainage groove, the flow rate of the hot water is slowed so that the hot water on the floor surface is efficiently attracted into the drainage groove, and the drainage performance of the floor surface is improved. It is also possible.
[0028]
In addition, a bottom surface portion is formed by alternately and repeatedly connecting a steep slope portion that is larger than the water gradient of the bathroom floor and a gentle slope portion that descends toward the drain outlet and has a slope smaller than the water gradient. Therefore, the hot water in the drainage channel is reliably poured into the drainage port, and it is possible to avoid the accumulation of dirt components on the bottom surface.
[0029]
Furthermore, when a curved surface portion is provided between the steep slope portion and the gentle slope portion, the hot water in the drainage groove can be surely avoided, and maintenance such as wiping is facilitated.
[0030]
In addition, when each steep slope part and gentle slope part are set to approximately the same slope length, respectively, it can be a simple wave shape of the bottom part, even when the bathroom floor is a molded product, The mold can be easily manufactured.
[0031]
Furthermore, since the drainage groove is configured to include the second groove portion provided at a position crossing the plurality of first groove portions and crossing the first groove portions, the portion where the grooves abut on each other in a substantially T shape in plan view. By rubbing a brush or the like along the first and second groove portions, it is possible to avoid leaving dirt in the drain groove and easily clean the drain groove.
