Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bathroom floor, and more particularly to a bathroom floor that can improve drainage and drying properties by minimizing hot water remaining in a washing area, and can prevent slipping on the floor surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent residences and the like, so-called system buses and the like in which bathrooms are unitized are becoming mainstream, and the bathroom floors of these system buses and the like are composed of FRP or the like. Such an FRP bathroom floor has a low surface tension due to its nature, so that hot water after bathing tends to remain as relatively large water droplets, and thus mold and the like are likely to occur. There is a problem that the floor becomes slippery. Then, as a well-known bathroom floor, the form disclosed by patent document 1 which improved the drying property of the floor surface, and the form disclosed by patent document 2 which can suppress the slip of a floor surface exist.
[0003]
The bathroom floor of Patent Document 1 is formed with a plurality of protrusions having a vertically and horizontally long rectangular shape with a planar shape of 5 mm × 10 mm, a width of 2 mm, and a depth of 0. And a groove of 5 mm. In such a form, when hot water flows due to the water gradient of the floor surface, water droplets on the floor surface are divided by the respective convex portions, and the water droplets on the convex portions are attracted to the grooves, and the inside of the grooves It is possible to improve the drying property of the floor by preventing large water droplets from remaining.
Moreover, the bathroom floor of the said patent document 2 becomes a structure which provides a groove | channel with a fine pitch only in a bathtub and the entrance / exit vicinity area | region, and provides a groove with a rough pitch in the area | region other than that, and forms two types of convex parts. Yes.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-90896
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the form of Patent Document 1 described above, the water gradient is formed by curving the floor surface toward the drain outlet formed in one place on the bathroom floor, so that the region where the water gradient is gentle is partially Will occur. In addition, since the flat area of each convex portion is the same in the entire floor area, that is, the length of the groove per unit area is constant, the amount of hot water that can be poured into the groove per unit area is uniform. The hot water in the groove in the region where the water gradient is gentle becomes difficult to flow, and the force of the groove to attract the hot water is weakened. As a result, water droplets are likely to remain in a region where the water gradient is gentle, resulting in inconvenience that the drying property of the entire floor surface cannot be sufficiently improved.
[0006]
Here, if the water gradient of the floor surface is increased as a whole, or if the length of the groove is increased by reducing the flat area of each convex portion, the hot water in the groove can be made easier to flow. In this case, the flow rate of the hot water flowing in the groove on the entire floor surface becomes too high, and the force that the groove attracts the hot water is reduced, resulting in another inconvenience that water droplets easily remain.
[0007]
Moreover, in the form of patent document 2, although the slip of the area | region near a bathtub and an entrance / exit can be prevented certainly, in other areas, a water droplet remains and implement | achieves the slip prevention in the whole bathroom floor. Inconvenience that you can not.
[0008]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been devised by paying attention to such inconveniences, and the purpose of the present invention is to ensure that the hot water on the convex portion is poured into the groove in the entire washing area, thereby improving the drying property. An object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom floor that can make the washing area difficult to slip.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a resin product provided with a washing area including a plurality of convex portions formed on a surface and a groove formed between adjacent convex portions and communicating with a predetermined drainage port. In the bathroom floor
The convex portion is made that a flat area with a flat area of at least magnitude two in the 6~220Mm 2,
The groove has a width of 0.5 to 3 mm and a depth of 0.3 to 1.5 mm.
The washing area includes a first region including a convex portion having a large flat area, and a second region including a convex portion having a flat area smaller than the convex portion of the first region,
A second region is disposed so as to surround the first region, and the second region has a convex portion that constitutes the second region continuously bordering the outer periphery of the first region. Arranged to be arranged . According to such a configuration, the second region having many grooves per unit area is formed around the first region having few grooves per unit area on the floor surface. That is, since the amount of hot water that can be poured into the grooves of the first and second regions is different, the hot water easily flows toward the second region, and the second region uses the hot water in the first region. A so-called pumping action such as pulling can be exhibited. Therefore, even when the washing area includes an area having a gentle water gradient, the pumping action can be exerted by arranging the second area in the area. It becomes possible to maintain the drainage speed of flowing hot water moderately, stabilize the force of attracting hot water into the groove by capillary action, and improve the drying effect. In addition, since the convex part is composed of at least two types of large and small flat areas, it is possible to give a tight design to the washing area without partially changing the groove width, and suction of water A pattern groove or the like having a width of about 5 mm, which is less effective, is unnecessary.
Here, when the flat area of the convex portion is less than 6 mm 2 , water droplets on the plurality of convex portions are easily collected and remain as large water droplets, and even if the flat area of the convex portion exceeds 220 mm 2. Large water droplets that are difficult to dry on the convex portions tend to remain.
Further, when the groove width is less than 0.5 mm, dirt is accumulated in the groove, causing water repellency in the groove and making it difficult for hot water to flow in the groove, making it difficult to remove the dirt. On the other hand, if the groove width exceeds 3 mm, the effect of capillary action that attracts hot water on the convex portion into the groove is lost.
In addition, if the groove depth is less than 0.3 mm, the effect of the capillary phenomenon is lost. On the other hand, if the groove depth exceeds 2.0 mm, the attracting effect is high, but dirt is deposited on the bottom. It becomes extremely difficult to perform cleaning.
Here, it is preferable to set the groove width to 1.0 to 2.0 mm and the groove depth to 0.5 to 1.0 mm. According to such a range, there is an advantage that the effect of the capillary phenomenon can be further improved while maintaining the ease of cleaning in the groove.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, a configuration in which the first areas are arranged in a scattered manner in the washing area is also preferably employed. If such a structure is taken, since the 1st and 2nd area | region where the plane areas of each convex part differ is scattered, moderate friction resistance is provided to a bather's sole in the whole washing area. It is possible to effectively prevent slipping of the foot.
Moreover, you may employ | adopt the structure of providing the intermediate | middle area | region which consists of a medium shape convex part between said 1st area | region and 2nd area | region.
[0012]
Furthermore, the said convex part can take the structure that it is provided in at least 1 planar shape of a substantially polygon, a substantially circle, and a substantially ellipse. In such a configuration, the formation edge of the convex portion can be directed in various directions, and no matter which direction the foot is directed, a frictional resistance can be imparted to the sole and slipping can be prevented. Further, the groove also extends in various directions, and the drainage speed in the groove can be adjusted.
Here, the “substantially polygonal shape” is a natural number having three or more sides, the inner angle of the corner forming the vertex may be any angle greater than 0 ° and less than 360 °, and the side may be a straight line, Any shape such as a curved line, a wavy line, or a curved line may be used.
[0013]
In addition, the first and second regions may be configured by a set of convex portions having substantially the same planar shape and flat area, respectively. According to this, the arrangement pattern of the first and second regions Further variations can be added.
[0014]
In the present specification, the “washing area” means a floor area excluding an area where a bathtub is placed among floor areas constituting the bathroom.
[0015]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
[First embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of a floor portion of a system bath to which the bathroom floor according to the first embodiment is applied. In this figure, the floor panel 10 is not particularly limited, but is formed of FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) such as SMC. The bathroom floor 10 is constituted by a bathtub installation area 11 on the left side in FIG. 1 where a bathtub 11A is placed, and a washing area 12 (area indicated by a halftone dot in the figure) located on the right side in the figure.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the washing area 12 includes a drain port 14 provided at a substantially central portion on the left end side in FIG. 2, and a plurality of convex portions formed on the floor surface and having a substantially grid shape. 15 and a groove 16 that is formed between adjacent convex portions 15 and communicates with the drain port 14. The washing area 12 includes a water gradient, and the water gradient is formed in a curved surface shape that is inclined toward the drain port 14.
[0018]
The convex portion 15 is formed in a substantially square shape in plan view, and has two types of large and small plane areas, that is, a large convex portion 18 and a small convex portion 19. The large convex portion 18 has a side length of 8 to 11 mm and a plane area of about 64 to 121 mm 2 . The small convex portion 19 has a side length of 2.5 to 5 mm and a flat area of about 6.3 to 25 mm 2 .
[0019]
Here, in FIG. 2, a region where the large convex portions 18 are arranged in a plurality of rows in the vertical and horizontal directions and formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view is defined as a first region 21, and surrounds the first region 21. In other words, the second region 22 is a region where the small convex portions 19 are continuously arranged so as to border the outer peripheral portion of the first region 21. In addition, the large protrusions 18 that are formed in two rows in the vertical and horizontal directions of the washing area 12 and that surround the second area 22 are defined as the third area 23.
[0020]
The first region 21 located at the center in the surface of the washing area 12 has the large convex portions 18 formed in 28 rows in the horizontal direction and 39 rows in the vertical direction, and the other first regions 21 are The large convex portions 18 are formed side by side so as to form as many rows as possible until the outer peripheral portion of the washing area 12 is reached without exceeding the number of rows described above. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the second region 22 has a width W1 in which six small convex portions 19 are arranged, while the third region 23 has a width corresponding to one large convex portion 18. W2 is provided.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 4, the groove 16 is formed in a substantially concave shape in a sectional view having a width w of 0.5 to 3 mm and a depth d of 0.3 to 1.5 mm, and is formed on the convex portion 15 by a capillary phenomenon. A force for attracting hot water located in the groove 16 is exhibited. Here, the groove 16 preferably has a width w of 1.0 to 2.0 mm and a depth d of 0.5 to 1.0 mm.
[0022]
In the above configuration, when a large amount of hot water flows into the washing area 12, most of the hot water flows into the drainage port 14 through the convex portion 15 and the groove 16. And some hot water remains on the convex part 15 and tries to exist stably, and moves in the direction which reduces the surface area. At this time, hot water is attracted into the groove 16 adjacent to the convex portion 15 by capillary action while being divided by the forming edge of the convex portion 15. The hot water in the groove 16 flows into the drain port 14 due to the water gradient of the washing area 12, but when the hot water passes through the first area 21 and then passes through the second area 22, the second area 22 The pump action of pulling hot water in the first region 21 is exhibited. Thereby, the drainage speed of the hot water flowing in the groove 16 can be adjusted moderately, and the attractive force due to the capillary phenomenon can be stabilized in substantially the entire washing area 12.
[0023]
Therefore, according to such a 1st Example, since the groove | channel 16 passes the 1st and 2nd area | regions 21 and 22 alternately, and is connected to the drain port 14, the force which attracts the hot water of the groove | channel 16 is obtained. It is stable, it is difficult for partial aggregation of hot water on the convex portion 15 and interruption of continuous flow of hot water, and hot water does not remain on the convex portion 15 so that the washing floor area 12 can be dried quickly. Is possible. Furthermore, since the large convex portion 18 and the small convex portion 19 having different plane areas are provided, frictional resistance can be effectively applied to the sole, and slipping on the washing area 12 can be prevented. It becomes possible.

[0026]
The middle convex portion 25 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and a forming edge forming a long piece is directed in a direction along the outer peripheral portion of the adjacent first region 21. The medium convex portion 25 has a long piece set to be approximately the same as the length of one side of the large convex portion 18 and a short side is set to be approximately the same as the length of one side of the small convex portion 19. [0049]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention includes a second region including a convex portion having a flat area smaller than the convex portion of the first region so as to surround the first region including the convex portion having a large flat area. Since the second region has more grooves per unit area of the floor than the first region, hot water can easily flow toward the second region, It becomes possible to provide the second region with a pumping action that pulls hot water in the first region. Therefore, even if there is an area where the water gradient is gentle in the washing area, the drainage speed of hot water flowing in the groove throughout the washing area can be kept moderate, and the force to attract the hot water in the groove can be stabilized, and the drying area can be dried. It becomes possible to improve the property.
[0051]
Further, when the first area is scattered and arranged in the washing area, the first and second areas having different flat areas of the convex portions can be scattered, and the bather's feet can be dispersed in the entire washing area. It is possible to prevent the slipping of the foot by imparting an appropriate frictional resistance to the back.
