Description

The present invention relates to a resin bathroom floor having a large number of convex portions disposed on the surface thereof.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a bathroom floor made of resin having a large number of convex portions arranged on the surface, for example, a bathroom wash floor pan of Patent Document 1 below is known.
In the bathroom washroom floor pan of Patent Document 1, a large number of pattern protrusions and joints are formed on the floor surface having a flow gradient, each pattern protrusion is formed in a mountain shape, and the joints are linear in the direction of drainage. Inclined. Furthermore, by providing a large number of minute convex portions for thinning the water droplets in the vertical joints and the horizontal joints, it is difficult for the water droplets to stay and the pattern convex portions and joints are easily dried.

However, in the conventional bathroom floor, when the convex part is formed in a mountain shape and the upper surface is formed in a downward slope toward the peripheral side, the water on each convex part tends to flow down, but the peripheral edge of the convex part is caught. The soles were slippery because they were less.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the floor for bathrooms which can improve the difficulty of slipping.

In the bathroom floor of the present invention that achieves the above object, a plurality of convex portions are arranged at intervals, a groove portion is formed by adjacent convex portions, and at least one ridge portion is arranged in the groove portion. The part has an inclined surface having a peripheral edge formed in a downward slope, and an end of the protruding portion protrudes upward from the inclined surface. This constitutes a friction part.

Moreover, in this bathroom floor, the groove part may have a crossing part, and the edge part of the protrusion part may extend into the crossing part.

According to the present invention, since the end portion of the protruding portion arranged in the groove portion is formed higher than the peripheral portion of the convex portion on both sides, the end portion of the protruding portion is on the sole of the foot rather than the peripheral portion of the convex portion. On the other hand, it becomes easy to catch. Therefore, even if the convex part which has the inclined surface formed in the down slope to the peripheral part side is arranged, the ridge part acts as a slip resistance part to the sole, and improves the slipping difficulty of the bathroom floor. Is possible. Furthermore, if the end of the ridge extends to the inside of the groove, a slip resistance portion can be provided around the intersection where the height of the convex portion is low, thereby improving the resistance to slip more effectively. Can do.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
[First Embodiment]
The bathroom floor 10 of the present embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 constitutes a washing floor adjacent to the bathtub 12, and a water gradient is provided toward the drainage part 11 provided with a drainage port.
The bathroom floor 10 includes a plurality of polygonal projections 21 in plan view arranged via grooves 40 that intersect vertically and horizontally, and protrusions 31 that are arranged in each groove 40 and have a shape different from the projections 21. Are provided on the upper surface.
The bathroom floor 10 is formed of a resin molded body using a sheet molding compound method, a bulk molding compound method, or the like.

Although the shape of each convex part may differ, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG.2 and FIG.3, the several convex part 21 is the same shape, and has a planar view rectangle.
The long side 22a of each convex part 21 is arranged in parallel to each other with a long distance 22a between adjacent convex parts 21, and the short side 22b of each convex part 21 is also the short side 22b of the adjacent convex part 21. Are arranged in parallel with each other at a certain interval. That is, one side of the convex portion 21 and the side facing the one side of the convex portion among the sides of the convex portion 21 adjacent to the convex portion 21 face each other in parallel. The distance between the long side 22a of the convex part 21 and the long side 22a of the convex part 21 adjacent thereto and the distance between the short side 22b of the convex part 21 and the short side 22b of the convex part 21 adjacent thereto are different. Although it is good, it is the same in this embodiment. Moreover, the long side 22a of each adjacent convex part 21 is arrange | positioned on the same straight line, and the short side 22b of each adjacent convex part 21 is also arrange | positioned on the same straight line.
Therefore, the groove part 40 formed by arranging a plurality of convex parts 21 having a rectangular shape in plan view at intervals is formed in a lattice shape with the intersection part 43 on the floor 10. In addition, each corner | angular part 26 of the peripheral part of the convex part 21 is chamfered by planar view. In this embodiment, the convex part 21 is formed in a rectangle having a long side 22a of 35 mm and a short side 22b of 12 mm, and the interval between the convex part 21 and the convex part 21 is set to 5 mm.

The upper surface of each convex part 21 has an inclined surface with a peripheral edge formed in a downward slope. In the present embodiment, the upper surface of each convex portion 21 is also formed in a downward slope toward the peripheral edge portion, and is formed in a convex curved surface shape as a whole. As shown in FIG. 4, in the longitudinal section of the convex portion 21, the upper surface of the convex portion 21 has a straight portion at the central portion 24 and is inclined while curving from the end portion of the straight portion to the side. Yes. As shown in FIG. 5, in the cross section in the short direction of the convex portion 21, the upper surface of the convex portion 21 is curved and inclined toward the side from the central portion 24.
The groove portion 40 is configured by arranging the convex portions 21 at intervals, and the width of the groove portion 40 sandwiched between the adjacent convex portions 21 and the convex portions 21 is formed constant. These groove portions 40 are formed vertically and horizontally so as to reach the drainage portion 11 while intersecting at all the intersections 43 between all the convex portions 21 so that the flowed water flows toward the drainage portion 11 through the groove portion 40. It has become.

In the groove portions 40 sandwiched between the sides 22 and 22 facing each other by the adjacent convex portions 21, one linear protrusion having a width smaller than the length of the short side 22 b of the convex portion 21 in plan view. A portion 31 is provided along the side 22. The ridge 31 is set to a width that does not leave water in the ridge 31 when water falls on the ridge 31. For this reason, even if water falls in the ridge part 31, water does not remain in the ridge part 31, but it is possible to distribute the water which fell into the narrow groove | channel 42 mentioned later. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the width of the ridge is set to 2 mm. These ridges 31 are grooves 40 between the long sides 22a of the convex portions 21 and the long sides 22a of the peripheral convex portions 21, and the short sides 22b of the convex portions 21 and the short sides of the peripheral convex portions 21. A plurality of strips are provided in the vertical and horizontal directions respectively in the groove portion 40 between the side 22b.
The protruding portion 31 is formed substantially in parallel with the long side 22 a or the short side 22 b of the convex portion 21 whose opposite sides 32 are opposed to each other, and is arranged at the center of the groove portion 40. Both ends in the longitudinal direction of the protrusion 31 are formed in a convex curve shape such as a semicircular shape in plan view.

The protrusions 31a disposed between the long sides 22a of the plurality of convex portions 21 and the protrusions 31b disposed between the short sides 22b correspond to the lengths of the long sides 22a and the short sides 22b. It is continuously formed with a length substantially equal to or longer than the length of each side.
In the present embodiment, the ridge 31a adjacent to the long side of the convex part 21, that is, the long side 22a is set longer than the long side 22a of the convex part 21, and the short side of the convex part 21, that is, the short side 22b. The ridge portion 31b adjacent to the convex portion 21 is set to the same length as the short side 22b of the convex portion 21.
The protrusion 31a between the long sides 22a is formed longer than the long side 22a, protrudes from the end of the long side 22a into the intersection 43, and between the ends of the protrusion 31a between the long sides 22a facing each other. However, they face each other in a state closer to the end portion of the protrusion 31b between the short sides 22b in the perpendicular direction.
The amount by which the end of the protrusion 31a protrudes into the intersection 43 is the same at both ends of the protrusion 31a. Moreover, the distance between the edge parts of the protruding ridge part 31a is set to be the same as the width of the protruding ridge part 31b. In the present embodiment, the protrusion 31a extends into the intersection, but the protrusion 31b may extend into the intersection. In the present embodiment, the amount by which the end portion of the protruding portion 31a protrudes into the intersecting portion 43 is set to 1.75 mm.

The height of each protrusion 31 may be the same as the height of the protrusions 21 on both sides, or may be different from the height of the protrusions 21 on both sides, or the height of each protrusion 31. However, in the present embodiment, each protrusion 31 is formed at the same height, and is formed at a height lower than the heights of the convex portions 21 and 21 on both sides. Further, on the end side of the ridge portion 31, as shown in FIG. 7, the end portion of the ridge portion 31 protrudes above the inclined surface of the peripheral edge portion of the convex portions 21 and 21. That is, the end portion of the protruding portion 31 is higher than the corner portion 26 of the peripheral portion of the convex portions 21 and 21.
One protrusion 31 is formed between the protrusions 21 adjacent in the longitudinal direction so as to divide the groove 40 into two rows. Thereby, in the groove part 40, the wide groove | channel corresponding to the space | interval between the convex parts 21 (henceforth this is called the wide groove | channel 41), and also two lines arrange | positioned in the wide groove | channel 41 in a line form A total of three grooves with the narrow groove 42 are formed.
In addition, by widening the space | interval between the convex parts 21, the narrow groove | channel 42 of 2 or more stripes can also be arranged in parallel in the groove part 40 with expanded width. In this case, in addition to one wide groove 41, three or more narrow grooves 42 are formed. The narrow groove 42 is set to an interval that can be moved by the surface tension of water. Specifically, it is preferably 2.5 mm or less. If it is 2.5 mm or less, drainage utilizing the surface tension of water is possible. In this embodiment, it is set to 1.5 mm.

Although the cross-sectional shape of each protrusion part 31a, 31b between the long sides 22a and between the short sides 22b may differ, in this embodiment, all are formed in the same way. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the protruding portion 31 is formed in a convex curved shape protruding upward in a steep mountain shape from the bottom 23 to the top 34 in the vertical cross section, and the top 34 is arranged on both sides. The convex portion 21 is formed lower than the central portion 24. In this embodiment, the height of the convex part 21 is formed to 0.7 mm, and the height of the protrusion 31 is formed to 0.3 mm.

As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, in each protrusion 31 in the present embodiment, the height of the top 34 of the intermediate portion is equal to or less than the height of the top 24 of the convex portion 21. The height of the edge part of the protrusion part 31 in the position which is formed and faces the crossing part 43 is formed higher than the corner | angular part 26 of the peripheral part in the convex part 21 of both sides.

The long side 22a of each convex part 21 which opposes mutually and the protrusion part 31a arrange | positioned among them are arrange | positioned at intervals, and the short side 22b of each convex part 21 and the protrusion part arrange | positioned between them 31b are also arranged at intervals.
Specifically, the inclined surface of the convex portion 21 and the inclined surface of the ridge portion 31 are formed apart from each other, and the inclined surface of the convex portion 21 and the inclined surface of the ridge portion 31 are concavely curved in the vicinity of the bottom portion 23. It is continuous. The interval between the inclined surface of the convex portion 21 and the inclined surface of the ridge portion 31, particularly the interval near the bottom 23, is directed toward the drainage groove due to the inclination of the bathroom floor 10 and the surface tension of water when water drops come into contact. The distance is movable.

In the bathroom floor 10 provided with a large number of such protrusions 21 and protrusions 31, a straight wide groove 41 extending linearly is defined by the adjacent protrusions 21 and 21. In the intersecting portion 43, a plurality of wide grooves 41 intersect each other and extend vertically and horizontally.
Further, the wide groove 41 is partitioned into two narrow grooves 42 in a row by the protrusion 31 provided between the two adjacent protrusions, and the narrow groove is formed by the protrusion 21 and the protrusion 31 adjacent to each other. 42 is defined. Here, the wide groove 41 is divided into the narrow grooves 42 by the protrusions 31 means that each narrow groove 42 defined is continuous in the longitudinal direction of the wide groove 41 without being cut at an intermediate position. means.
The plurality of narrow grooves 42 are provided in the wide groove 41, and the depth of each narrow groove 42 is shallower than the depth of the wide groove 41.

In the intersection part 43, the edge part of each protrusion 31 faces and is arrange | positioned. The ends of some of the ridges 31 extend into the intersection 43 from the corners 26 adjacent to the ridges 31 of the corners 26 of the adjacent protrusions 21. Among the ends of the plurality of protruding portions 31 facing the intersecting portion 43, the ends and ends of the pair of protruding portions 31 facing each other are further crossed from the end of the long side 22 a of the convex portion 21. Because they extend inward, they are close to each other.
The end portions of the other ridge portions 31 disposed so as to face the intersecting portion 43 are disposed close to the end portions of the ridge portions 31 extending into the intersecting portion 43, respectively. In this embodiment, the interval between the end portions of the ridge portions 31 and the end portion of the ridge portions 31 and the interval between the end portions of the ridge portions 31 and the top portions of the corner portions 26 in the intersecting portion 43 are both water. The distance is such that it can be moved, and is at least equal to or smaller than the width of the wide groove 41, for example, about the width of the narrow groove 42.

When water flows on the bathroom floor 10, a large amount of water first flows down to the drainage section 11. At this time, water moves over the plurality of convex portions 21 and the ridge portions 31.
Thereafter, when the amount of flowing water decreases, the water moves in the wide groove 41 formed between the convex portions 21 as shown in FIG. Since the cross-sectional area of each wide groove 41 is large, a large amount of water can flow down. Here, since the convex part 21 has a mountain-shaped curved surface, water can be uniformly dropped from the convex part 21 into the surrounding groove part 40.
When the amount of water further decreases, as shown in FIG. 6B, the water moves while being accommodated in a plurality of narrow grooves 42 provided in the wide groove 41 and having a small cross-sectional area. In particular, since the linear protrusion 31 is formed in the groove 40 between the protrusions 21, the change in the cross-sectional area of the narrow groove 42 is small. For this reason, even a small amount of water accommodated in the narrow groove 42 can move toward the drainage section 11 without interruption.

According to the bathroom floor 10 as described above, the end of the protrusion 31 disposed in the groove 40 is formed higher than the peripheral edge of the convex portions 21 on both sides at the position facing the intersection 43 of the groove 40. Therefore, the protrusion 31 is more easily hooked than the peripheral edge of the convex portion 21 with respect to the sole. Therefore, the ridge 31 acts as a slip resistance portion on the sole in a region where the corner portions 26 having inclined surfaces formed in a downward slope toward the peripheral portion are arranged. Therefore, it is possible to improve the user's difficulty in slipping when moving in the bathroom washroom.
According to the bathroom floor 10, since the convex portion 21 is a polygon in plan view, and the end portion of the protruding portion 31 is positioned in the vicinity of the corner portion 26 of the adjacent convex portion 21, the groove portion 40 is linear. Even if they are arranged in a lattice pattern, the soles are easily hooked on the ridges 21, and the surface of the bathroom floor 10 can be made difficult to slide.

Moreover, since the height of the ridge part 31 is formed below the top part 24 of the convex part 21, the height of the ridge part 31 can be restrained and made to protrude, and the height difference in the surface of the floor 10 for bathrooms can be made. The tactile sensation during use can be improved by reducing the size.
According to the bathroom floor 10, the plurality of wide grooves 41 intersect each other at the intersection 43, and the end of the ridge 31 that faces the intersection 43 extends into the intersection 43 of the wide groove 41. In addition, the portion protruding from the convex portion 21 in the longitudinal direction of the ridge portion 31 is easily caught by the sole, and the difficulty of slipping the bathroom floor 10 can be further improved.
Further, when the end portion of the protruding portion 31 extends into the intersecting portion 43, the water flowing in the narrow groove 42 is easily guided into the intersecting portion 43 of the wide groove 41. Therefore, it is easy to be guided to the other narrow groove 42 and can flow further downstream, and even a small amount of water can flow evenly in the narrow groove 42 to improve drainage.

On the other hand, in the bathroom floor 10, the ridge 31 is provided in the wide groove 41 at a height lower than the height of the convex portion 21 along the side 22 of the convex portion 21. At least two narrow grooves 42 having a small cross-sectional area can be formed in 41. Therefore, the water on the bathroom floor 10 can be moved to the drainage part 11 through a route suitable for the amount of water.

Further, the protrusion 31 is continuously provided along the side 22 of the convex portion 21 in the wide groove 41, so that the wide groove 41 is partitioned into at least two narrow grooves 42 by the protrusion 31. Therefore, a continuous narrow groove 42 having a smaller cross-sectional area than that of the wide groove is formed in the wide groove 41.
Therefore, when the amount of flowing water is small, the water can be accommodated in the narrow groove 42 having a small cross-sectional area and guided along the protruding portion 31, and the small amount of water can flow without interruption.
Further, since the width of the wide groove 41 is constant, the narrow groove 42 formed by partitioning the wide groove 41 does not have a portion where the width changes greatly and the cross-sectional area rapidly increases or decreases. Therefore, the flow resistance changes in the middle of the movement of the water in the narrow groove 42 or the action due to the capillary phenomenon changes, so that the movement of the water stops and stays in the middle of the narrow groove 42. Can be prevented. Therefore, even a small amount of water can be moved, and the drainage of the bathroom floor 10 can be improved. Even if water remains in the narrow groove 42, the amount is very small and can be dried in a short time.

Moreover, according to this floor 10 for bathrooms, the upper surface of the convex part 21 is formed in the inclined surface of a downward slope toward a peripheral part, and the protrusion part 31 is formed in the height lower than the height of the convex part 21 of both sides. ing. Therefore, there are two types of grooves: a wide groove 41 having a large cross-sectional area between the convex portions 21 and a narrow groove 42 having a small cross-sectional area in parallel formed by two protrusions in the wide groove 41. In addition to improving the performance, the opening width of the wide groove 41 can be increased, and the cleaning property is excellent.
That is, each of the wide groove 41 and the narrow groove 42 is formed linearly, the height of the protruding portion 31 is low, the convex portion 21 and the protruding portion 31 are convex curved surfaces, and a portion close to the bottom portion 23 is formed. It is an inclined curved surface. Moreover, since the upper surface of the convex part 21 falls toward a peripheral part and the protrusion part 31 is lower than the height of the convex part 21 of both sides, the opening width of the groove part 40 can be enlarged. Therefore, when the surface of the bathroom floor 10 is rubbed with a cleaning tool such as a sponge or a brush, the cleaning tool can easily enter the bottom 23 of the wide groove 41 and the narrow groove 42 and can be easily brought into contact with and cleaned. Therefore, it is easy to clean the wide groove 41 and the narrow groove 42, and the cleaning property is also good.

[Fourth Embodiment]
FIG. 11 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the fourth embodiment of the bathroom floor 10.
In the bathroom floor 10 according to the fourth embodiment, a plurality of convex portions 21d having the same shape are arranged at intervals, and each convex portion 21d has a substantially rhombus shape having four linear sides 22s. ing. The plurality of convex portions 21d are arranged with the corner portions 26 of the adjacent convex portions 21d facing each other.
The groove portion 40 formed by arranging the plurality of convex portions 21d at intervals includes a plurality of sides 22s adjacent to each other via the corner portion 26 in one convex portion 21d, and a corner portion in the other convex portion 21d. 26, and includes a crossing portion 43 and a wide groove 41c in which the groove width varies between the crossing portions 43.

The protrusions 31s formed in each wide groove 41c are formed in a straight line with a substantially constant width. The wide groove 41c is partitioned into at least two rows of narrow grooves 42c and 42c by the protrusion 31s.

About another part, it can comprise similarly to 1st Embodiment.
Even in the bathroom floor 10 according to the fourth embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. For example, since the end of the protrusion 31s is formed higher than the peripheral edge of the convex portion 21d, it is possible to easily catch on the sole and improve the user's slipping difficulty. Since the end portion of the portion 31s is also disposed at the crossing portion 43, it is easy to be caught by the soles, and the difficulty of slipping can be further improved.

In addition, each said embodiment can be suitably changed within the scope of the present invention.
In the above description, the example in which the plurality of convex portions 21 are arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions has been described. However, the adjacent convex portions 21 may be shifted in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction via the protrusions 31 and 131. Even an oblique direction or a random arrangement is included in the scope of the present invention.
In the above description, the example in which one piece is provided continuously along the two sides 22 in the wide groove 41 between the sides 22 of the convex portion 21 with which the protrusions 31 face each other is not particularly limited. A plurality of protrusions 31 may be provided in the wide groove 41, and the protrusions 31 may be provided separately at portions corresponding to the corners 26 on both ends of the protrusion 21.
In the above description, the convex part 21 having the same shape is provided on the entire bathroom floor 10. For example, a plurality of convex parts 21 as described above and a ridge part 31 arranged between the convex parts are provided on a part of the bathroom floor 10. , 131 are also applicable to the present invention.
In each of the above embodiments, the example using the convex portion 21 having a rectangular shape in plan view has been described. However, the planar shape of the convex portion 21 may be a triangle or pentagon or more in the case of a polygon. Further, instead of the polygon, some or all of the sides may be curved or bent. For example, some or all of the sides of each convex portion 21 may have a zigzag shape.
Even in that case, the side 22 and the side 22 of the adjacent convex portions 21, 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d are opposed to each other via the ridge portions 31, 31a, 31b, 31r, 31s, 131, and the ridge portion is interposed therebetween. The present invention can be applied if 31, 131, 31a, 31b are provided.
Further, it is not necessary to form the ridges 31 in all the spaces between the convex portions 21. For example, the drainage time of the floor 10 may be controlled or a design may be imparted to the floor 10 by intentionally providing the groove 40 in which the protrusions 31 are not formed.
In addition, it is preferable that the protruding portion 31 is arranged in parallel to the side of the protruding portion 21, but the protruding portion 31 is not parallel to the side of the protruding portion 21 as long as drainage using the surface tension of water is possible. It may be provided as follows.
Moreover, although it is preferable that the edge part of all the protrusion parts protrudes upwards rather than the inclined surface of a convex part, a part of protrusion part does not need to protrude.
