Description
The present invention relates to a camera module in which a lens holder having a lens is attached to one surface of a substrate, and a CMOS image sensor is attached to the other surface of the substrate.
As such a conventional camera module, a CSP (chip size package) type or a bare chip type is used for the
In the present invention, the pattern on the back side of the CMOS image sensor is reflected on the imaging surface of the CMOS image sensor without increasing the shape, or light such as light from the light source leaks on the imaging surface of the CMOS image sensor. An object of the present invention is to provide a camera module that can prevent the above-described problem.
The present invention relates to a camera module in which a lens holder provided with a lens is attached to one surface of a substrate and a CMOS image sensor is attached to the other surface of the substrate, and the side surface of the lens holder attached to the substrate and the CMOS image sensor. A holder case is attached to the substrate. This lens holder is attached to one end side of the substrate. The holder case is attached to the substrate by sliding from one end side of the substrate.
In the camera module of the present invention, a lens holder having a lens on one surface is attached to a substrate on which the CMOS image sensor is attached to the other surface, and a holder case that covers the side surface of the lens holder and the CMOS image sensor is attached. The holder case can block light such as light from the light source. Therefore, the camera module of the present invention can prevent the pattern on the back side of the CMOS image sensor from appearing on the imaging surface of the CMOS image sensor without increasing the shape, and can cause unnecessary reflection on the imaging screen. Can be eliminated. In addition, since light such as light from the light source does not leak onto the imaging surface of the CMOS image sensor, the accuracy of the black level is increased, and the dynamic range is widened to obtain an image with good contrast.
In the camera module of the present invention, a lens holder including a lens is attached to the front surface of the substrate, and a CMOS image sensor is attached to the back surface of the substrate. At this time, the lens holder provided with the lens is attached to one end side of the substrate. A holder case covering the three side surfaces of the lens holder attached to the front surface and the CMOS image sensor attached to the rear surface is attached to the substrate by sliding from one end side of the substrate.
Therefore, the camera module of the present invention can cover the gap between the substrate and the lens holder from the three directions with the holder case, and can cover the back surface of the CMOS image sensor on the back surface side of the substrate with the holder case. Moreover, since the camera module of this invention can attach a holder case to a board | substrate by sliding a holder case from the one end side of a board | substrate, the operation | work which attaches a holder case to a board | substrate is easy, and can reduce an assembly man-hour.
