[0011]
FIG. 1 is a side view of a print coating liquid automatic recovery and washing apparatus of a printing coating machine according to the present invention. The printing coating machine (printing machine or coating machine) includes a printing coating liquid supply pan 4 and a supply pan 4. A gravure printing plate cylinder (intaglio printing cylinder) that is driven and rotated by being immersed in the printing coating liquid L1, a printing coating roll 1 such as a coating roll, and a pressure roll 2 that is pressed and rotated against the upper side of the printing coating roll 1; It consists of a doctor 5 slidably in contact with the upper peripheral surface of the rear part of the printing application roll 1 and a cleaning liquid injector 6 adjacent to the printing application roll 1.
[0012]
The printing coating machine supplies printing coating liquid L1 such as printing ink or coating resin liquid into the printing coating liquid supply pan 4, and the rotating printing coating roll 1 surface is placed in the printing coating liquid L1. Ink is applied by dipping, and a long web sheet S such as printing paper or synthetic resin film is introduced between the printing application roll 1 and the pressure roll 2 to print or apply the coating to the surface of the sheet S (coating) )It can be performed.
[0013]
In the apparatus of the present invention, a supply pipe 11 for supplying the printing application liquid L1 and a discharge pipe 12 for discharging the printing application liquid L1 are provided in the printing application liquid supply pan 4 of the printing application machine.
[0014]
The liquid supply pipe 11 includes a first section pipe 21a for supplying the printing coating liquid L1 from the liquid supply tank 25 to the supply pan 4, a three-way valve V3 (AC), a second section pipe 21b, and a third section pipe 21c. A liquid circulation supply pipe 21 is provided.
[0015]
The first section pipe 21a is provided with a cleaning waste liquid collecting pipe 22 via a three-way valve V3 (B), and a three-way valve V1 (ABC) is provided between the first section pipe 21a and the second section pipe 21b. , A liquid flow direction changing means Ex comprising a three-way valve V2 (ABC) and a liquid flow pump P is provided, and a valve V4 (cleaning liquid supply valve) is provided between the second section pipe 21b and the third section pipe 21c. A cleaning liquid supply pipe 23 is provided.
[0016]
In the device of the present invention, the printing coating liquid discharge pipe 12 and the first section pipe 21a adjacent to the liquid replenishing tank 25 have a structure in which a later-described cleaning liquid is not fed into the pipe. It is desirable to design and arrange by using a pipe (hose) as short as possible as compared with other section pipes, or to easily remove and replace only the pipes 12 and 21a. Further, by designing the pipe 12 and the section pipe 21a as short as possible, the printing coating liquid remaining in the pipe can be suppressed as much as possible, and even if the cleaning operation in the pipe is omitted, the printing coating liquid remaining in the pipe can be used. Disturbances can be ignored.
[0017]
The liquid flow direction changing means Ex will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 1, the three-way valve V1 (ABC) and the three-way valve are disposed between the first section pipe 21a and the second section pipe 21b. It consists of V2 (ABC), liquid feed pump P, branch pipe, and communication pipe.
[0018]
A three-way valve V1 (ABC) is attached between the second section pipe 21b and a two-branch pipe branched in two directions from the second section pipe 21b, and the three-way valve V1 (C) is provided on the second section pipe 21b side. However, three-way valves V1 (A) and V1 (B) are respectively connected to the two-branch pipe side, and a three-way valve V2 is provided between the two-branch pipe and the first section pipe 21a that joins the two-branch pipes. (ABC) is attached, and the three-way valve V2 (B), V2 (A) is connected to the two branch pipe side, and the three-way valve V2 (C) is connected to the first section pipe 21a side.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1, a communication pipe that communicates both branch pipes is provided in the middle of the two branch pipes of the liquid flow direction changing means Ex, and the communication pipe has a liquid feed pump in one direction. P is connected and arranged.
[0020]
For example, the liquid flow direction changing means Ex opens the two-way valve V1 (AC) among the three-way valves V1 (ABC), closes the other one valve V1 (B), and closes the three-way valve V2 (ABC). ), The two valves V2 (AC) are opened, the other valve V2 (B) is closed, and the pump P is rotated in the forward direction, so that the liquid is discharged from the first section pipe 21a to the second section. It can be sent to the tube 21b side. On the other hand, of the three-way valve V1 (ABC), the two-way valve V1 (BC) is opened, the other one valve V1 (A) is closed, and the two-way valve V2 (ABC) is two-way valve V2. (BC) is opened, the other one valve V2 (A) is closed, and the pump P is rotated forward so that the liquid can be sent from the second section pipe 21a to the first section pipe 21b side. it can.
[0021]
The valve V1 (ABC), valve V2 (ABC), valve V3 (ABC), and valve V4 are operated ON (open) and OFF (close) by electromagnetic (or an actuator such as an encylinder).
[0022]
The ON / OFF operation of each valve, the forward rotation operation of the pump P, and the injection / stop operation of the cleaning liquid injector 6 are the printing liquid automatic collection and cleaning operation that incorporates a microprocessor (sequencer) and an operation command control program memory. Electronic control can be performed based on a predetermined sequence (operation timing) by an operation command signal from the computer control means 32 for use.
[0023]
Note that the control of the printing applicator main body operation (rotation, stop, rotation speed adjustment operation, etc. of the printing application roll 1, pressure roll 2, backup roll 3, etc.) is different from the computer control means 32 for the recovery cleaning operation. It can be performed by the control means.
[0024]
In the above apparatus, as shown in the enlarged side view of the printing applicator in FIG. 2, the supply pan 4 can be moved up and down relative to the printing applicator roll 1. During printing application operation, ink supply, recovery, cleaning liquid supply, cleaning waste liquid recovery, and cleaning operation, the supply pan 4 stops moving up to the top stop point, and the lower surface of the printing application roll 1 is applied to the printing application liquid. After completion of the printing application liquid recovery washing operation after immersing in L1 and finishing the printing application, in order to replace the printing application roll 1, the supply pan 4 is lowered and stopped at the bottom stop point, and the printing application roll is stopped. Replace 1
[0025]
Moreover, in the said apparatus, as shown to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, it can be stretched over the doctor 5 which slidably contacts the upper peripheral surface of the rear part of the said printing application roll 1, and the rear part of the said supply bread | pan 4. In addition, a printing coating liquid scattering prevention sheet 8 that can be unwound and wound is arranged, and on the circumferential surface of the rotating printing coating roll at the time of cleaning after collecting the printing coating liquid L1 from the supply pan 4 before the cleaning operation. The cleaning liquid L2 sprayed from the cleaning liquid injector 6 and the cleaning waste liquid L3 are prevented from scattering to the rear outside of the supply pan 4.
[0026]
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, a long length of an automatic winding type between the back of the supply pan 4 on the downstream side in the rotation direction of the lower peripheral surface of the printing application roll 1 and a doctor 5 thereabove. A sheet 8 is stretched.
[0027]
The long sheet 8 has a width enough to sufficiently cover at least the width of the ink supply pan 4 corresponding to the rotational axis length direction of the printing application roll 1, and the long sheet 8 automatically ( For example, an elastic coil spring or a spring) can be wound into a thin tube of the long sheet winding portion 9 that can be wound, and the front end of the long sheet 8 can be manually pulled out to a necessary length. It can be done.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 1, for example, the long sheet winding unit 9 is integrally attached to the back of the ink supply pan 4 or in the vicinity thereof, and is attached to the front end portion of the long sheet 8 unwound from the winding unit 9. The stay 7 is attached, and the print application roll 1 is secured by locking the stay 7 to a collar 5b that is integrally installed on the doctor 5 on the upper side or an appropriate support frame (not shown) in the vicinity thereof. The long sheet 8 is stretched between the back of the ink supply pan 4 on the downstream side in the rotation direction of the lower peripheral surface and the doctor 5 above the ink supply pan 4. In addition, a guide 10 that guides the long sheet 8 such as a metal elongated columnar stay or a free rotating roll can be provided in the middle of the long sheet 8 that is stretched.
[0029]
The anti-scattering sheet 8 provided at the rear of the supply pan 4 is used for the printing application roll 1 (printing plate cylinder or application roll) or ink during operation of the printing application machine or during recovery of the printing application liquid L1 after operation. During the cleaning of the supply pan 4 and the like, at least under the cylinder, the spray of the printing coating liquid L1 or the cleaning liquid L2 or the cleaning waste liquid L3 splashes from the lower peripheral surface of the rotating printing coating roll 1 to the outside of the ink supply pan 4. It can be blocked by a long sheet 8 stretched between the back of the ink supply pan 4 on the downstream side in the rotational direction of the side peripheral surface and the doctor 5 thereabove, and is prevented from scattering outside the ink supply pan 4. it can. Then, it is used by being stretched during printing or coating operation, or during cleaning and removal of ink adhered to the printing coating roll 1 or the ink supply pan 4.
[0030]
Next, an example of the printing coating liquid recovery cleaning operation by the apparatus of the present invention will be described in detail below based on the side view of the apparatus shown in FIG. 1 and the printing coating liquid recovery cleaning process diagram (timing chart) of FIGS. Explained.
[0031]
First, during the operation of printing application, the valve V1 (B), valve V2 (B), valve V3 (B), and cleaning liquid valve V4 of the liquid flow direction changing means Ex shown in FIG. 1 are closed and the valve V1 (AC) is closed. The valve V2 (AC) and the valve V3 (AC) are opened, the pump P is rotated in the forward direction, and the first section pipe 21a, the liquid flow direction changing means Ex, The printing coating liquid L1 is fed into the supply pan 4 through the liquid circulation supply pipe 21 and the supply pipe 11 including the section pipe 21b and the third section pipe 21c. Then, the printing coating liquid L1 overflowing from the supply pan 4 is circulated and fed while being collected in the liquid replenishing tank 25 by the discharge pipe 12 to circulate and supply the printing coating liquid L1.
[0032]
Then, the printing application machine is started and the printing application roll 1 is immersed in the printing application liquid L1 supplied in the supply pan 4 while the printing application roll 1 and the pressure roll 2 (the backup roll 3 as required). Between the printing roll 1 (in the case of printing, a gravure or intaglio roll with a peripheral surface made in the case of printing, a roll or gravure roll having a smooth circumferential surface in the case of coating) and the pressure roll 2 A printing sheet or a coating sheet S is introduced to perform printing or coating.
[0033]
[Startup mode]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, after the printing application is completed, the main body of the printing application machine is continuously driven and rotated, and the sheet S is continuously introduced between the printing application roll 1 and the pressure roll 2. The start button 31 of the printing coating liquid automatic recovery washing apparatus of the invention is set to NO to start the apparatus.
[0034]
[Ink liquid (printing liquid) recovery mode]
3, when the activation button 31 is set to NO and the apparatus is activated, the apparatus is switched to the printing coating liquid recovery mode, each liquid recovery valve is activated (ON), and is supplied from the supply pan 4 as described below. The printing coating liquid L1 is collected, and then the printing coating roll 1 and the supply pan 4 are washed.
[0035]
First, at the time of the liquid recovery mode of the printing application liquid in FIG. 3, the main body of the printing application machine (the printing application roll 1 and the like) to be driven is continuously rotated at a lower speed than that at the time of operation, and the sheet S is printed with the printing application roll 1 and the pressure roll. When the start button 31 is NO while being continuously introduced between the two, the opening / closing operation signal is transmitted to each valve, and the valve V1 (A), valve V2 (A), Valve V3 (B) is closed, valve V1 (BC), valve V2 (BC) and valve V3 (AC) are opened, and then the liquid feed pump P starts rotating for a predetermined time (for example, 40 seconds). ) And the printing coating liquid L1 in the supply pan 4 from the liquid supply pipe 11 in the direction of the dotted arrow to the third section pipe 21c, the second section pipe 21b, the liquid flow direction changing means Ex, and the first section pipe. It passes through 21a and is collected in the liquid supply tank 25 within a predetermined time range.
[0036]
[Roll / Pan washing mode]
After the collection of the printing application liquid L1 in the supply pan 4 in the liquid supply tank 25 is completed, the printing mode is switched to the cleaning mode in the printing application roll 1 and the supply pan 4, and the cleaning liquid injector 6 is activated to rotate the printing. Cleaning is performed by spraying the cleaning liquid L2 on the circumferential surface of the coating roll for a predetermined time (for example, 30 seconds) and immersing the circumferential surface of the roll 1 in the cleaning liquid L2 accumulated in the supply pan 4.
[0037]
When the cleaning waste liquid L3 accumulated in the supply pan 4 is simultaneously with the cleaning mode, an opening / closing operation signal is transmitted to each valve to close the valves V1 (A) and V2 (A) of the liquid flow direction changing means Ex. In this state, the valve V3 (A) is closed, the valve V3 (BC) is opened, and the pump P is continuously rotated for a predetermined time (for example, the same 30 seconds as the operation of the cleaning liquid injector 6). The third ward pipe 21c, the second ward pipe 21b, the liquid flow direction changing means Ex, and the first ward pipe 21a are sent in the direction indicated by the dotted arrow, and the cleaning waste liquid recovery pipe 22 is used in the cleaning waste liquid recovery tank 26. To collect. Alternatively, in this cleaning mode, the pump P is temporarily stopped and the pump P is rotated in the next cleaning waste liquid recovery mode so that the cleaning waste liquid L3 collected in the supply pan 4 is recovered in the cleaning waste liquid recovery tank 26. May be.
[0038]
[Washing liquid recovery mode]
3, when the cleaning liquid injector 6 is stopped in the cleaning mode, the cleaning waste liquid recovery mode is switched to, the pump P is rotated, and the cleaning waste liquid L3 accumulated in the supply pan 4 is supplied from the liquid supply pipe 11 to the third section. The pipe 21c, the second section pipe 21b, the liquid flow direction changing means Ex, and the first section pipe 21a are sent in the direction indicated by the dotted arrow, and are collected in the washing waste liquid collection tank 26 by the washing waste liquid collection pipe 22. The
[0039]
After the collection of the waste liquid L3 is completed, the rotation of the printing applicator body is stopped. Note that the cleaning liquid (cleaning waste liquid) adhering to the peripheral surface of the printing application roll 1 between the start of recovery of the cleaning waste liquid L3 and the end of recovery is continuously introduced between the printing application roll 1 and the pressure roll 2. It is sucked and wiped off by S (sheet S for blotting with good permeability such as paper, non-woven fabric, etc. added to the end of sheet S if necessary).
[0040]
[Pump / pipe cleaning start mode]
Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, in the cleaning start mode of the pump P, the second section pipe 21b, and the third section pipe 21c, the start button 31 of the printing coating liquid automatic recovery cleaning apparatus of the present invention is set to NO. Then, the device is started.
[0041]
[Pump / pipe cleaning liquid supply mode]
When the apparatus is started, the mode is switched to the cleaning liquid supply mode, an open / close operation signal is transmitted to each valve, and the valve V1 (A) and valve V2 (A) of the liquid flow direction changing means Ex are closed. The valve V3 (A) is closed, the valve V3 (BC) is opened, the cleaning liquid valve V4 is opened, and the cleaning liquid L2 is supplied from the cleaning liquid supply pipe 23, and the second section pipe 21b, liquid flow direction changing means Ex The first section pipe 21a and the cleaning waste liquid collection pipe 22 are sent in the direction of the dotted arrow, and the cleaning liquid L2 is also supplied to the third section pipe 21c and the supply pan 4 in the direction of the solid arrow. The cleaning liquid L2 overflowing from the supply pan 4 is collected in the liquid replenishment tank 25 by the discharge pipe 12, and the cleaning liquid L2 is printed with an aqueous solvent type such as water or alcohol, or an organic solvent type such as toluene. It is desirable to use an aqueous solvent or oily solvent used for the coating liquid L1, and collect the printing coating liquid L1 in the liquid replenishing tank 25 to such an extent that the concentration is not extremely reduced by the recovered cleaning liquid L2.
[0042]
[Pump / pipe cleaning mode]
When a predetermined time (for example, 20 seconds) elapses in the cleaning liquid supply mode, the pump P rotates in the forward direction, and an open / close operation signal is transmitted to each valve, so that the valve V1 (A), valve of the liquid flow direction changing means Ex With V2 (A) closed, the valve V3 (A) is closed, the valve V3 (BC) is opened, the cleaning liquid valve V4 is closed, and the liquid flow direction changing means Ex in the second section pipe 21b. In addition, the cleaning waste liquid L3 in the pump P, the first section pipe 21a, the cleaning waste liquid collection pipe 22 and the supply pan 4 and the third section pipe 21c is sent in the direction indicated by the dotted arrows. Clean the inside of the pipe and the pump P. As a result, the printing coating liquid recovery and cleaning operation by the apparatus of the present invention is completed.
[0043]
After that, as shown in FIG. 2, the supply pan 4 is moved down to the bottom stop point (position indicated by the dotted line), and the used printing application roll 1 is removed and replaced by attaching another printing application roll 1. After completion of the replacement operation, the supply pan 4 is again moved up to the upper stop point (position indicated by the solid line), and printing and coating are performed in the same manner as described above using the printing coating liquid L1 of another color tone. I do.
[0044]
As shown in FIG. 2, the supply pan 4 of the printing application machine can move up and down relatively with respect to the printing application roll 1, and the supply pan 4 is an actuator such as an air cylinder. It is attached to the raising / lowering means (not shown) which raises / lowers.
[0045]
After the printing and coating operation, the ink supply pan 4 is activated by operating the operator's switch to clean the ink liquid and coating liquid of the printing coating roll 1 and the supply pan 4 and the replacement of the printing coating roll 1. Can be moved downward and separated from the print application roll 1, and then ink washing or replacement of the print application roll 1 can be performed.
[0046]
When the supply pan 4 is lowered, the stay 7 at the front end of the long sheet 8 can be engaged with the flange 5b, and the long sheet 8 is stretched in the long sheet winding unit. The ink supply pan 4 can be lowered while being gradually unwound from 9.
[0047]
After the lowering operation of the supply pan 4, with the long sheet 8 stretched, the printing coating liquid and cleaning waste liquid adhering to the surface are wiped away, or the long sheet 8 part to which the liquid has adhered is cut off. A new surface of the long sheet 8 can be used by attaching the stay 7 to a new front end portion of the long sheet 8 after being separated.
[0048]
As described above, the printing application operation by the above-described printing application machine starts and rotates the main body of the printing application machine, and rotates the printing application roll 1 and the pressure roll 2 (backup roll 3 as necessary) to perform the printing application. While the printing sheet S is introduced between the roll 1 and the pressure roll 2, the printing application roll 1 is immersed in the printing application liquid L1 supplied in the supply pan 4, and ink is adhered to the peripheral surface of the roll 1. Then, the ink L1 adhering to the circumferential surface of the printing application roll 1 is transferred to the printing sheet or the coating sheet S, and printing or coating is performed.
[0049]
Recovery and washing of the solvent-type printing coating liquid using the apparatus of the present invention can be performed before the color changing operation of the printing coating liquid L1 after the printing or coating by the above-described printing coating machine is completed, or the replacement work of the printing coating roll 1 (plate For example, the work time for ink recovery, plate washing, washing waste liquid recovery, etc. is 6 per plate (or one color) compared to the conventional work time. It can be reduced by about 10 minutes, and the above work time when the ink scattering prevention sheet is used in combination is 1 to 2 per one plate (or one color) as compared with the conventional working time without using the ink scattering prevention sheet. It can be shortened by about a minute.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
The printing coating liquid automatic recovery and cleaning device of the printing coating machine of the present invention is a printing machine using an aqueous solvent type ink, an oily solvent type ink, or a coating machine such as a coater using an aqueous resin liquid or an oily resin liquid. It can be installed in any printing applicator, and in the color changing operation of the printing application liquid after the printing application operation and the replacement operation of the printing plate roll and the application roll, the operation for collecting and cleaning the printing application liquid is predetermined. It can be automatically executed in a predetermined order by the sequence control of the above, and the cleaning liquid adhering to the printing application roll is introduced between the printing application roll and the pressure roll simultaneously with the collection and cleaning operation of the printing application liquid. It can be wiped and removed automatically by blotting with a sheet (sheet for printing application), and it has the effect of efficiently collecting the printing application liquid, cleaning work, and changing the color of the printing application liquid. That.
[0051]
Also, the liquid coating liquid or cleaning liquid in the liquid supply pan attached to the rotating printing plate cylinder or coating roll is scattered outside the supply pan by the printing coating liquid scattering prevention sheet stretched behind the supply pan in the apparatus of the present invention. The printing coating liquid adheres to the equipment and frame of each printing coating unit and its surroundings and is contaminated, or the adhered liquid solidifies and adversely affects the smooth operation of the equipment. There is an effect that can be prevented.
[0052]
Thus, by automatically performing operations such as ink collection, plate washing, and washing waste liquid collection using the apparatus of the present invention, the time required for conventional manual collection and washing operations is reduced to about 1/2 to 2/3. It is possible to shorten the time, and there is an effect that the automatic recovery and washing operation of the printing coating liquid can be efficiently performed.
