【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、アワビやサザエを養殖するアワビ漁礁に係り、特に、海中に設置し易くアワビの生育に好適なアワビ漁礁に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
アワビ等を養殖するために、海底で魚介類が隠れやすい環境を作るため、アワビ漁礁として従来三脚状のテトラポット等が用いられてきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来のアワビ漁礁は、魚介類の棲息環境に優れた外形形状とはいえないので、1個あたりのアワビ収容量ひいては養殖効率に一定の限界があった。
また、この収容量を高めるために複雑な形状にすると製作が困難となったり、コスト高となり、全体を大きくすると、重量が相当なものとなるため、製作場から現地へ運び、海底に設置する一連の作業が大変大掛かりとなり労力を要し危険も伴うという問題がある。

本発明は、上記のような問題を解決するためになされたもので、製作が容易でコスト高とならず、しかも海中に設置し易くアワビやサザエを効率良く大量に養殖できるアワビ漁礁を提供することを目的としている。

【問題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明のうち請求項1に記載の発明は、平面視が六角形であって、上面の中心部に隆起部が設けられ、下面側には 3 個の脚部が一体形成されると共に、上面中央に、上端にフックを下端にアンカーを有する吊下金具のアンカーが埋設されている基礎ブロック上に、基礎ブロックよりも外形が小さく、平面視が六角形であって側面視が略台形盤状で上面側を裾拡がりの傾斜面に形成し中心に連結孔を設けた漁礁ブロックの前記上面に、前記漁礁ブロックの形状と同一形状を有する他の漁礁ブロックの下面を接して連結され、この下面と前記傾斜面との間に、垂直方向における開口幅が30mm以上120 mm 以下、中心方向に向かう奥行きが200mm以上300mm以下である間隙が形成される漁礁ブロック群が、前記漁礁ブロックの連結孔に前記吊下金具を通すと共に漁礁ブロック群の下面が前記基礎ブロックの隆起部の上面に接するように載置され、連結孔内にコンクリートが流し込まれ硬化されてブロック相互が連結されると共に、漁礁ブロック群の上面から前記吊下金具のフックが露出されてなることを特徴とするアワビ漁礁である。また、請求項2に記載の発明は、平面視が六角形であって、下面側には3個の脚部が一体形成されている基礎ブロック上に、基礎ブロックよりも外形が小さく、平面視が六角形であって側面視が略台形盤状で上面側を裾拡がりの傾斜面に形成し中心に連結孔を設けた漁礁ブロックの前記上面に、前記漁礁ブロックの形状と同一形状を有する他の漁礁ブロックの下面を順次接して4個連結され、この下面と前記傾斜面との間に、垂直方向における開口幅が30mm以上120 mm 以下、中心方向に向かう奥行きが200mm以上300mm以下である間隙が形成される漁礁ブロック群を、漁礁ブロックの上面が基礎ブロックの上面に垂直になるとともに漁礁ブロックの一部が基礎ブロックの上面より埋設されるように載置固定し、しかも前記漁礁ブロックの連結孔に、両端にフックを有した吊下金具を通し、連結孔内にコンクリートが流し込まれ硬化されてブロック相互が連結され、漁礁ブロック群の左右の面から前記吊下金具のフックが露出されてなることを特徴とするアワビ漁礁である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図示例を参照しながら説明する。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るアワビ漁礁の漁礁ブロックを示す側面図、図2は、同漁礁ブロックを示す平面図、図3は、図2のIII−III線に沿った漁礁ブロックを示す断面図、図4は、同漁礁ブロックを示す底面図である。
このアワビ漁礁は、複数の漁礁ブロック1を基礎ブロック2上に載置した状態で海底に沈設する構成となっている。
漁礁ブロック1は、平面視が六角形で側面視が略台形の型枠内に鉄筋を配したうえ、コンクリートを流し込んで硬化させることにより製作される。
この漁礁ブロック1は、上面1a側と外側面1dとの間が裾拡がりの傾斜面1cとなっており、下面1bは偏平である。
また、上面1aの中心と下面1bとの間には、連結孔1fが開設されており、複数個の漁礁ブロック1を連結するときにコンクリートが流し込まれるものである。
なお、6面体である外側面1dの各側面には、サザエの生育用として凹所1eをそれぞれ形成してある。

この漁礁ブロック1は、製作の一例として、高さH1を250mm、下部側の最大外径W1を1200mm、上部側の外径W2を710mm、各外側面1dの横幅W3を600mmとしている。
また、この漁礁ブロック1は、通常のコンクリートの他にポーラスコンクリートを用いて製作してもよい。
このポーラスコンクリートは、透水性が高いことから、海中に設置したときに微生物の成育空間が増し、また、藻類や海藻も付着し易いので、アワビやサザエの育成機能に優れている。
このため、漁礁ブロック1をポーラスコンクリートのみで製作したり、通常のコンクリートと適当な比率で混合し製作してもよい。

この基礎ブロック2も、平面視が六角形の型枠にアンカー3および吊下金具4を配し、コンクリートを流し込んで製作される。
この基礎ブロック2は、上面2a、下面2bおよび6面体である外側面2cの各側面が偏平になっている。

アンカー3と吊下金具4とは、鉄筋や鋼鉄材等で一体的に形成されており、アンカー3が基礎ブロック2に埋設された状態で、上端にフックを有した吊下金具4が垂直に延出している。吊下金具4は漁礁ブロックと基礎ブロックとを一体化する金具としても機能する。5は吊り下げ用のリングであり、3本が基礎ブロック2に埋設されている。リング5は、隣接する基礎ブロックを鎖で連結する際の連結する金具としても使用される。
このような基礎ブロック2は、例えば、高さH2が300mm、上部側の最大外径W4が2000mm、各外側面1dの横幅W5が1000mmに製作される。

この場合は、平らな面上に基礎ブロック2を置き、その吊下金具4に各漁礁ブロック1の連結孔1fを通して重ねてゆく。すると、基礎ブロック2の隆起部2d上に2つの漁礁ブロック1が積み重ねられる。
つぎに、上段の漁礁ブロック1の連結孔1fからコンクリートを流し込み、各連結孔1fを満たした状態で硬化させる。
これにより、基礎ブロック2と2つの漁礁ブロック1とが吊下金具4とコンクリートとによって一体化され、図9および図10に示す如く3層状のアワビ漁礁6が形成される。

このアワビ漁礁6は、3個のブロックを積み重ねたことにより、基礎ブロック2の上面2aと下段の漁礁ブロック1の下面1bとの間、また、この漁礁ブロック1の傾斜面1cと上段の漁礁ブロック1の下面1bとの間に、間隙Gがそれぞれ生じる。
この間隙Gは、漁礁ブロック1と基礎ブロック2の寸法によって定まるが、あわびが好んで生息する岩場の隙間に似た、奥行きのある狭い空間が現出できる。より好ましくは、アワビが生息し易い環境等を考慮して縦幅を30mm〜120mmの範囲とし、奥行きを200〜300mm程度にしている。
このように構成されたアワビ漁礁6は、漁礁ブロック1から露出した吊下金具4のフック4aおよびリング5を利用し、クレーン等で吊り上げてから海中に沈め、目標とする海底に設置する。
このアワビ漁礁6は、六角形を呈しているのでどの方向からの海流についても流れをあまり妨げることがなく、しかも各間隙Gにより外周部に奥深く、表面積が広い2つの凹溝が生じるから、多数のアワビを収容することができる。また、漁礁ブロック1の上面2aや傾斜面1cで、アワビやサザエの食用となる海藻を豊かに繁茂させることもできる。よって、効率の良いアワビ養殖が可能となる。

図11〜図13は、漁礁ブロックを基礎ブロック上に4個立てて載置する場合の設置例である。
この場合は、予め両端にフック7aを有した吊下金具7を用意する。そして、前記漁礁ブロック1を4個立てて相互に重ね、各連結孔1fに吊下金具7を挿通する。吊下金具7は、4個の漁礁ブロック1を貫通しており、複数の漁礁ブロックを一体に連結する連結金具の機能も奏する。
この状態で、各連結孔1fにコンクリートを流し込み、これを硬化させて4個の漁礁ブロック1を連結しておく。
一方、前記基礎ブロック2を形成する型枠を用意し、この型枠内にコンクリートを流し込んで硬化させることにより、底部2f側に薄い層を形成しておく。
つぎに、フック7aを利用しクレーンにより漁礁ブロック1群を吊り上げて底部2f内に載置する。この状態で型枠内にコンクリートを流し込み、これを硬化させる。
これにより、基礎ブロック2と漁礁ブロック1群の外側面1dとが結合されたアワビ漁礁8が構成される。

このアワビ漁礁8は、4個のブロックを立てて重ねたことにより、前方の漁礁ブロック1の下面1bと後方の漁礁ブロック1の傾斜面1cとの間に、間隙Gがそれぞれ生じる。
この間隙Gも、漁礁ブロック1の寸法によって定まり、前記アワビ漁礁6に等しい幅および奥行きになっている。
このように形成されたアワビ漁礁8は、漁礁ブロック1から露出した吊下金具7のフック7aをクレーンで吊り上げてから海中に沈め、目標とする海底に設置する。
このアワビ漁礁8は、各間隙Gにより外周部に奥深く表面積が広い3つの凹溝が生じるから、多数のアワビを収容することができる。また、漁礁ブロック1の外側面1dや傾斜面1cで、アワビやサザエの食用となる海藻を豊かに繁茂させることもできる。よって、効率の良いアワビ養殖が可能となる。

なお、上記アワビ漁礁6,8は、複数基を結合することで大形のアワビ漁礁を構成することができる。
図14は、漁礁ブロックを載置した基礎ブロックが連結されたアワビ漁礁を示す平面図である。
このアワビ漁礁は、予め用意した鎖などの連結金具9によりリング5同士を結び、前記アワビ漁礁6と8とを周方向に6基連結するようにしている。
この場合は、クレーンにより3基のアワビ漁礁6を順次海底に沈めるとともに、3基のアワビ漁礁8も順次海底に沈める。この際、各アワビ漁礁6,8の基礎ブロック2相互を接近させ、全体が6角形となるように配置する。
この状態で、基礎ブロック2の外側部相互を連結金具9により強固に連結する。
このように構成されたアワビ漁礁は、各アワビ漁礁6,8の特徴を兼ね備えたものであり、一時期に大量のアワビやサザエを効率良く養殖可能となる。

このように構成されたアワビ漁礁は、各あわび漁礁間に隙間を有しながら六角形を呈するように配置しているのでどの方向からの海流についても流れをあまり妨げることがなく、しかも透水性に優れたポーラスコンクリートにより栄養豊かな環境を作ることができるので、より一層効率の良いアワビ養殖を実現可能となる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明のうち請求項1に記載の発明は、六角形の略台形盤状に形成された漁礁ブロックの上面に、他の漁礁ブロックの下面を接して連結すると、この下面と前記上面との間にあわびやサザエが好む環境の間隙が形成されるので、この間隙に多数のアワビやサザエが養殖することができる。また、漁礁ブロックを多段連結することにより、多数の間隙で大量のアワビやサザエを養殖できる効果がある。ちなみに従来の漁礁と比較したところ、大幅なあわびの繁殖が確認された。
また、請求項2に記載の発明は、漁礁ブロックよりも外形の大きい基礎ブロック上に、漁礁ブロックを1個または複数個重ねて載置しているから、基礎ブロックと漁礁ブロックとの間または漁礁ブロック相互の間隙に多数のアワビやサザエを並べて養殖することができる利点がある。
また、請求項3に記載の発明は、漁礁ブロックよりも外形の大きい基礎ブロック上に、漁礁ブロックを複数個立てて載置し相互を連結しているので、漁礁ブロック相互の間隙に多数のアワビやサザエを並べて養殖することができるうえ、アワビやサザエの食用となる海藻を豊かに繁茂させることができる利点がある。
また、請求項4に記載の発明は、漁礁ブロックを複数個立てて載置した基礎ブロックを、周方向に合計6個連結しているから、波浪に対する安定性に優れ、一時期に大量のアワビやサザエを効率よく養殖することができる利点がある。
また、請求項5に記載の発明は、漁礁ブロックを複数個重ねて載置した複数の基礎ブロックと漁礁ブロックを複数個立てて載置した複数の基礎ブロックとを、任意の組み合わせで周方向に合計6個連結しているから、波浪に対する安定性に優れ、より多くのアワビやサザエを一度に効率よく養殖することができる利点がある。
