Claims (13)
- 固定接点および可動接点を備えた電流配線(53,54)を有するコネクタベース(50)、および電力極を開路・閉路するように前記可動接点(52)に作用できる制御電磁石(41)と開放装置(42)からなる電気負荷の制御および保護に適用できる低電圧の多極電気スイッチ装置の制御及び保護モジュール(10)であって、前記制御及び保護モジュールは、前記コネクタベース(50)に着脱自在に結合されたケース内において、
前記電流配線(54)に流れている電流の強さを測定するための電流センサ(11,12,13)と、
処理部(30)から発生される制御信号(310)および開放信号(320)にそれぞれ応答して、制御端子台(21)を介し、それぞれ制御電磁石(41)および開放装置(42)を動作する電子制御装置(31)および電子保護装置(32)を備えた処理部(30)を有する電子カード(20)と
を備え、前記電子保護装置(32)が機能不全である場合には、前記処理部(30)が前記制御電磁石(41)の前記制御信号(310)を停止できることを特徴とする制御及び保護モジュール。 - 前記電子保護装置(32)が、少なくとも前記開放装置(42)を動作できるレベルの電気エネルギを蓄積できるエネルギ蓄積手段(34)を備えた制御及び保護モジュールであって、前記エネルギ蓄積手段(34)に蓄積された電気エネルギが前記レベル以下である時、前記処理部(30)が電磁石(41)からの前記制御信号(310)を停止できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 前記処理部(30)が、前記エネルギ蓄積手段(34)に蓄積された前記電気エネルギが前記開放装置(42)を動作できるレベル以上であることを、前記制御信号(310)が発信される前に確認することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 前記電子保護装置(32)と開放装置(42)間において接続異常が検出される時、前記処理部(30)が前記電磁石(41)の前記制御信号(310)を停止できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 熱異常が検出される時、前記処理部(30)が、前記開放装置(42)からの前記開放信号(320)を発信することなく、電磁石(41)からの前記制御信号(310)を停止できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 前記電子カード(20)が、ケースの前面に位置された前記電流センサ(11,12,13)、制御端子台(21)および作業者対話手段(14)と直接接続するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 前記電子カード(20)が、前記制御及び保護モジュール(10)と前記スイッチ装置の追加装置(44)とを通信させるように、通信コネクタ(24)と直接接続できるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 前記作業者対話手段(14)が、単一の調整パラメータ(IR)を選択するための手段を有し、前記処理部(30)が前記調整パラメータ(IR)に基づいて、熱異常に対する開放閾値および磁気異常に対する開放閾値を算出できる演算手段を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 前記電流センサ(11,12,13)が、電力端子台(22)によって、前記コネクタベース(50)の電流配線へ直列に接続される制御及び保護モジュールであって、前記制御端子台(21)および前記電力端子台(22)が、スイッチ装置の前記コネクタベース(50)に対する前記モジュール(10)の挿入・取外軸に相当する方向(X)にしたがって、前記制御及び保護モジュール(10)のケースの後方に向けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 前記制御及び保護モジュール(10)とスイッチ装置の前記ベース(50)とを断線する際、前記制御端子台(21)が前記電力端子台(22)より先に前記ベース(50)から断線することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 前記電子制御装置(31)が、前記電磁石(41)を識別するための信号(312)をベース(50)から、前記制御端子台(21)を介して受信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 前記電子制御装置(31)が、前記電磁石(41)を制御するために、通電する電流の強度を調整するために前記識別信号(312)を使用することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の制御及び保護モジュール。
- 固定接点および可動接点を備えた電流配線(53,54)を有するベース(50)、前記可動接点(52)に作用できる制御電磁石(41)と開放装置(42)からなる電気負荷の制御および保護に適用できる多極電気スイッチ装置であって、前記ベース(50)が、上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の制御及び保護モジュールに着脱自在に接続できることを特徴とする電気スイッチ装置。
