Claims (7)
- 呼出された呼気を測定装置の吹込管に取り込むステップと、
前記吹込管を流れる呼気の一酸化窒素濃度を測定するステップと、
を含み、
前記呼気の取り込みステップの間、及び、一酸化窒素濃度を測定するステップの間において、前記吹込管を流れる呼気の流量を測定し、測定された流量値に基づいて前記吹込管の流動抵抗を調節して呼気の流量を所定の流量値に維持することを特徴とする呼気の一酸化窒素濃度を測定する方法。 - 測定中の呼気の流量について少なくとも2つの異なる流量値を設定し、前記吹込管を流れる呼気の流量が1以上の所定の流量値のいずれかに順次設定されるように吹込管の流動抵抗を調節して、呼気の一酸化窒素濃度を各流量値において測定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 測定された呼気の一酸化窒素濃度が呼出流量との比例関係で表現されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 呼気が吹込まれる吹込管と、
前記吹込管を流れる呼気の一酸化窒素濃度を測定するための測定手段と、
空気流量を測定するための流量計と、
前記吹込管を流れる呼気の流量を調整する流量調節器と、
を備え、
前記流量調節器は、前記測定した流量に基づいて流量を制御して、呼気を前記吹込管に取り込む間、及び、前記呼気の一酸化窒素濃度の測定中、前記吹込管を流れる呼気の流量が所定の流量であるように調節する、一酸化窒素濃度を測定する測定装置。 - 1回または複数回呼出する間に、呼気の流量を少なくとも2つの流量値に連続的に設定して、呼気の一酸化窒素濃度を各流量値において測定するための制御手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の測定装置。
- 制御手段がコンピュータを有しており、前記コンピュータは一酸化窒素濃度を測定するための測定手段および流量計に接続されており、前記コンピュータは、予め設定された空気流量値に基づいて前記コンピュータに予めプログラミングされた測定プロセスを実行するために前記流量調節器を制御するように接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の測定装置。
- 前記流量計が質量流量計であり、前記流量調節器が電気制御された機械式絞り弁であることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。
