Description

【0001】
【0017】
図5(a)は、図3(b)に於ける線A−A線断面図であり、図5(b)は図4(b)に於ける線B−B線断面図(斜線部分)である。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bag sealing clip that never opens an opening due to some external impact or the like or expansion of a bag.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it has been known that a bag such as a plastic bag has a very little sealing force when folded. Of course, the opening of the plastic bag can be easily opened simply by turning it back. Various things have been devised for sealing plastic bags and the like. Examples of a method for sealing a bag such as a plastic bag include closing the opening with a clothespin or binding the opening with a string.
However, this method has a drawback that it is difficult to keep the sealed state by easily removing or removing the sealing scissors for sealing, and it is difficult to open the seal once it becomes a perfect sealed state.
[0003]
In addition, some plastic bags or the like that can store foods can be easily opened and closed by providing a male and female plastic fastener on the inner periphery of the opening.
However, since the sealing force of this plastic fastener is not so great, the sealing is released with a slight impact and the sealing is released, or when the food is put in a microwave oven etc. and heated with a microwave, etc. Expansion caused the sealing state to be released, and the contents leaked out or jumped out.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention was made in view of such circumstances, and although not limited, a synthetic resin such as a plastic bag, which does not open the bag due to internal pressure generated when the frozen food is put into a plastic bag or the like and heated. Provided is a bag sealing clip in which an opening of a bag can be easily and surely sealed, and the opening does not open even when an object stored in the bag is subjected to an impact or is heated.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is configured such that one end portions of the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod are pivotally attached to and detached from each other, and the first clamping rod comprises a substantially cylindrical rod, and the second clamping rod rod, the first to have a clamping rod and which can be fitted substantially U or C-shaped cross-section, the substantially U or C-shaped first clamping lever of the sectional configuration and opposing side walls and opposing second clamping rod the top of, concave or convex portion or the concave-convex portion is formed, on the top and bottom surfaces of the first clamping lever is characterized that you have alternating grooves is provided on the upper surface side and the bottom side Fukurofu It is a stop clip.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the invention, the bag of claim 1, wherein the concave or convex portion or the concave-convex portion is found provided near pivot point of the first clamping rod and a second clamping rod It is a clip for sealing.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view of the bag sealing clip (1) according to the present invention in an open state. The bag sealing clip (1) according to the present invention includes a first clamping rod (2) and a second clamping rod (3). The first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod ( 3) is pivotally attached at one end thereof (pivoting part (4)).
[0011]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the bag sealing clip (1) in the present invention is closed. 2A is a plan view thereof, FIG. 2B is a front view thereof, FIG. 2C is a left side view thereof, and FIG. 2D is a right side view thereof. When the bag sealing clip (1) according to the present invention is closed, the first clamping rod (2) is completely fitted inside the second clamping rod (3).
[0012]
The length and thickness of the first clamping rod (2) are not particularly limited, and the dimensions can be appropriately set depending on the application. For example, the length: thickness ratio is about 30: 1 to about 10: 1. It is desirable to be in the range. If the ratio of length: thickness exceeds the above range, the strength of the first clamping rod (2) itself will be low and it will break. Moreover, when the ratio of length: thickness falls below the above range, it becomes difficult to perform an operation of opening and closing the bag sealing clip itself.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is a diagram relating to the first clamping rod (2). 3 (a) is a front view showing the first clamping rod (2), FIG. 3 (b) is a side view showing the first clamping rod (2), and FIG. 3 (c) is the first clamping cage. It is the figure (bottom view) seen from the side which opposes (2) and the 2nd clamping rod (3), and FIG.3 (d) is the left side which looked at the 1st clamping cage (2) from the pivot part side. FIG. 3 (e) is a right side view of the first clamping rod (2) as viewed from the free end side. The convex portion (40) at one end of the first clamping rod (2) is fitted with the concave portion (22) at one end of the second clamping rod (3), so that the first clamping rod (2) and A second clamping rod (3) is pivotally attached.
[0014]
A groove (10) is provided on the upper surface of the first clamping rod (2) (see FIG. 3 (a)). Similarly, the bottom surface is also provided with a groove (10) (see FIG. 3C). The size and number of the grooves (10) are not limited, and are not necessarily provided.
If the groove (10) is provided, the width of the groove (10) is reduced by the inward pressure received from the outside when the bag or the like is sandwiched between the first and second clamping rods, so that the bag or the like is thick. However, it is preferable because it is possible to cope with deformation. In this case, there is no problem even if the bag itself has a certain thickness, the bag etc. can be sealed without damaging or tearing the bag etc., and the bag sealing clip may be damaged at the time of sealing. Absent. Since the pressure at the time of sealing acts on the bottom surface side, it is more desirable to provide a groove (10) on the bottom surface side.
Even if the groove (10) is provided to the full length only on the bottom side, the contact area between the bag and the bag sealing clip is reduced, and conversely, the sealing force is reduced. Therefore, as shown in the figure, it is desirable to alternately provide the upper surface side and the bottom surface side. If the grooves are arranged as described above, the first clamping rod (2) can be used effectively without reducing the sealing force, and damage due to a decrease in strength can be prevented.
[0015]
In addition, by providing the groove (10) as described above, even if a thick bag or the like is used, the groove (10) of the first pinching ridge (2) is narrowed to create a space for a bag or the like so that it is a thick bag. On the contrary, in the case of a thin bag or the like, since the bag or the like can be pressed without the groove (10) being narrowed, it can be sealed without any problem.
[0016]
FIG. 4 is a diagram relating to the second clamping rod (3). 4 (a) is a plan view showing the second clamping rod (3), FIG. 4 (b) is a front view showing the second clamping rod (3), and FIG. 4 (c) is the second clamping rod. It is a bottom view of (3), FIG.4 (d) is the left view which looked at the 2nd clamping rod (3) from the pivotal attachment part side, FIG.4 (e) is the 2nd clamping cage (3). It is the right view which looked at from the free end side.
By inserting the convex portion (40) at one end of the first clamping rod (2) into the concave portion (22) at one end portion of the second clamping rod (3), the first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping pin A spear (3) is pivotally attached (pivoting part (4)). The pair of convex portions (20) on the second clamping rod (3) correspond to the end portion (other end portion) opposite to the pivot attachment portion (4), and the bag sealing clip of the present invention. It is a handle at the time of opening (1), and opening can be made easy by providing this.
[0017]
5A is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 3B, and FIG. 5B is a sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 4B (shaded portion). It is. As shown in FIG. 5A, the first clamping rod (2) is a substantially cylindrical bar having a circular cross section. The second clamping rod (3) is a bar having a substantially U-shaped or C-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 5 (b). When the substantially U-shaped or C-shaped inner surface of the second clamping rod (3) is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the first clamping rod (2) described above, the first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod (3) have a gap. It becomes possible to be in close contact. Thereby, a bag etc. are sealed reliably.
[0018]
6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC in FIG. As described above, the outer peripheral surface of the first clamping rod (2) and the substantially U-shaped or C-shaped inner surface of the second clamping rod (3) are in close contact. More preferably, it is desirable that the radius of the curved portion of the substantially U-shaped or C-shaped inner surface of the second clamping rod (3) is slightly smaller than the radius of the first clamping rod (2). If it does so, the airtightness in a bag will increase further and it will become difficult to remove | fitting. It is further desirable that the width of the opening of the second clamping rod (3) is smaller than the diameter of the first clamping rod (2). More preferably, if the second clamping rod (3) is made of an elastic material, the elastic force when the first clamping rod (2) itself and a bag or the like are sandwiched is further increased. A sealing force will be obtained.
[0019]
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a bag or the like (13) is sandwiched between the first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod (3) in FIG. The cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the joining surface of the first (2) and second clamping rod (3) of the bag sealing clip (1) of the present invention is arcuate. This is because, if the cross section is polygonal, when the bag is inserted and sealed, the bag may be caught at the corner and broken. Moreover, if it is arcuate, the first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod (3) can be easily attached and detached manually.
[0020]
The purpose of use of the bag sealing clip (1) is not particularly limited. However, as a bag sealing for preventing bag opening from internal pressure generated when thawing frozen food in a microwave oven, It can be used for sealing the opening of a storage container for frozen foods that require water, and for sealing the opening of a storage container for chemicals or foods that dislike moisture and oxidation.
[0021]
FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the present invention. As in FIG. 1, the bag sealing clip (100) according to the present invention is composed of a first clamping rod (2) and a second clamping rod (300), and the first clamping rod (2). The second clamping rod (300) is pivotally attached at one end thereof (pivoting portion (400)). Basically, the second clamping rod (300) has the same configuration as that of the second clamping rod (3), except that the second clamping rod (300) has a substantially U-shaped or C-shaped cross section and is opposed to each other. Is different in that a convex part (101) is provided in a part sandwiching a bag or the like in the vicinity of the pivot part (400). The shape of the convex portion (101) is not particularly limited, and the planar view may be a polygon such as a circle, an ellipse, or a triangle, and the side view may be a polygon such as a circle, an ellipse, or a triangle. A shape that does not cause damage or tearing is desirable. The shape of the convex portion (101) may be a convex shape, a concave shape, or a shape in which the concavo-convex shape is mixed. However, as described above, a shape that does not cause damage or breakage of the bag or the like is desirable. When the bag of vinyl or the like is sandwiched between the bag sealing clips according to the present invention, the convex portion (101) prevents the bag from falling off.
[0022]
FIG. 9 shows a second clamping rod (300) of the bag sealing clip (100) according to the present invention. 9A shows a plan view of the second clamping rod (300), FIG. 9B shows a front view of the second clamping rod (300), and FIG. 9C shows the second clamping rod (300). 9 (d) is a left side view of the second clamping rod (300) seen from the pivotal attachment side, and FIG. 9 (e) is a diagram showing the second clamping rod (300) at the free end. It is the right view seen from the side.
Similar to the second clamping rod (3), the two recesses (24) at one end of the second clamping rod (300) and facing the opening are located at one end of the first clamping rod (2) and opposite to each other. The first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod (300) are pivoted by being fitted to the projecting portion (40) projecting to the pivot (the pivot coupling portion (400)). In the second clamping rod (300), the pair of convex portions (80) at the end portion (the other end portion) opposite to the pivot portion (400) is the bag sealing clip (100) of the present invention. ) Is a handle at the time of opening, and providing this makes it easier to open. Similarly to the bag sealing clip (1), the bag clamping clip (100) is completely fitted inside the second clamping rod (300) in the closed state.
[0023]
The convex part (101) may be provided from end to end of the side surface of the opening of the second clamping rod (300). Moreover, you may provide in the center part of a 2nd clamping rod (300), or the front-end | tip part on the opposite side to a pivoting part (400). As shown in the figure, the most secure effect can be obtained when it is provided in the vicinity of the pivot portion (400).
[0024]
FIG. 10 is a side view showing a closed state of the bag sealing clip (100) having the convex portion (101). There is a convex portion (101) at the upper part of the opposite side wall of the opening of the second clamping rod (300) having a substantially U or C-shaped cross section. The height from the bottom surface of the second clamping rod (300) to the tip of the convex portion (101) as viewed from the side surface of the second clamping rod (300) is the second clamping rod as viewed from the side surface of the second clamping rod (3). It is not necessary to make it higher than the height from the bottom surface of (3) to the upper surface of the second clamping rod (3). The height seen from the side surface of the second clamping rod (300) is higher than the height from the bottom surface of the second clamping rod (3) to the top surface of the second clamping rod (3) as seen from the side surface of the second clamping rod (3). 2 If the height from the bottom surface of the pinching ridge (300) to the tip of the convex portion (101) is increased, the folding of the bag or the like becomes more straight. However, this is independent of the force for sealing the bag or the like. Therefore, as shown in the figure, the height of the second clamping rod (300) including the convex portion as viewed from the side surface is preferably set so as to be positioned as much as the height of the side surface of the second clamping rod (3). It is effective. (See Fig. 9 (b))
[0025]
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod (300) sandwich the bag or the like (13), as in FIG. In addition, since the second clamping rod (300) has the convex portion (101), the bag or the like is prevented from spreading immediately after the first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod (300) do not come into contact with each other. It will be properly folded.
[0026]
FIG. 12 shows another embodiment of the present invention. Similar to FIG. 1, the bag sealing clip (500) according to the present invention includes a first clamping rod (2) and a second clamping rod (510), and the first clamping rod (2). And the second clamping rod (510) are pivotally attached to each other at one end thereof (pivoting portion (555)). Basically, the second clamping rod (510) has the same configuration as that of the second clamping rod (3), but it is the only side wall that constitutes a substantially U-shaped or C-shaped cross section of the second clamping rod (510) and faces each other. Is different in that a recess (505) is provided in a portion sandwiching a bag or the like in the vicinity of the pivot (555). As described above, the shape of the recess (505) is not limited. If it is a concave shape as shown in the figure, when a bag of vinyl or the like is sandwiched between the bag sealing clips (500), the bag of vinyl or the like is prevented from being caught in the recess (505) and sliding down. Therefore, it is possible to easily sandwich a bag of vinyl or the like with a bag sealing clip (505).
[0027]
The bag-sealing clips (1, 100 and 500) of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1, 8, and 12 have the same first clamping rod, but the second clamping rod (3) and the second clamping rod ( 300) and the second clamping rod (510) are different in that they are provided with a convex portion (101) or a concave portion (505) in the vicinity of the pivoting portion.
[0028]
The first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod (3), the second clamping rod (300) or the second clamping rod (505) are located at one end of the first clamping rod (2) and project in opposite directions. Two convex portions (40) and two concave portions (24) at one end of the second clamping rod (3), the second clamping rod (300), or the second clamping rod (505) facing each other. Since it is only pivotally attached, it can be easily removed. Therefore, the manufacturer can manufacture each part individually, which is convenient. Also, even if the purchaser loses one of the holding bowls for some reason, only the lost one needs to be replenished, and the second holding bowl (3) to the second holding bowl (300). Alternatively, the second holding rod (300) can be easily replaced with the second holding rod (3). Similarly, the second clamping rod (505) can be replaced with the second clamping rod (3) or the second clamping rod (300), and vice versa.
[0029]
FIG. 13 is a view showing an embodiment of the bag sealing clip (1) of the present invention. When the bag sealing clip (1) of the present invention is used, the bag (13) can be easily sealed.
FIG. 14 is a view showing an embodiment of a bag sealing clip (100) having a convex portion (101). 13 and 14 can improve the sealing performance by folding the bag (13). The bag (13) is not simply sealed with a bag sealing clip, but a stronger sealing force can be obtained by enabling folding as in the present invention.
[0030]
When using the bag sealing clip (1) of the present invention, first, the first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod (3) are firmly pivoted at one end (4). Since it is manufactured from the beginning so that it can pivot, there is no problem. Next, a bag or the like is sandwiched between the first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod (3) of the bag sealing clip, and the first clamping cage (2) and the second clamping cage (3) are clicked. Press firmly until you hear a sound. Then, a bag etc. will be easily sealed by this invention. Also, when opening, the first clamping rod (2) and the second clamping rod (3) are opened up and down with the convex portion (20) at the tip opposite to the pivot portion (4). If you do, you can easily open it with one hand.
The method of using the bag sealing clip (100 and 500) is the same as that of the bag sealing lip (1).
[0031]
If the bag sealing clip of the present invention is used, if it is made of a material that can withstand a microwave oven or the like and a material that can withstand the cold of a refrigerator or the like, the food is frozen in a bag and then thawed in a microwave oven The bag sealing clip of the present invention does not need to be removed until it is warmed up and can be used. It can also be used as an ice pillow to cool things with ice.
[0032]
Further, by using the bag sealing clip (1, 100 or 500) of the present invention, the bag or the like is folded and the airtightness is increased, and the opening of the bag or the like faces downward. When the stop clip (1, 100 or 500) is removed from the bag or the like, it is possible to prevent the residue remaining in the opening from entering the bag or the like by mistake. For example, a bag sealing clip (1, 100 or 500) according to the present invention is sealed on the outside of a garden or the like that should not get wet in the rain. When opening the seal after several days, even if it rains by the previous day, rainwater does not collect in the opening thanks to the opening facing downward. Therefore, even when the clip is unsealed, rainwater remaining in the opening does not enter. In addition, when food is stored in a refrigerator or the like, if it is stored in the refrigerator or the like so that the opening faces downward, liquid sagging or leakage due to other food inside the refrigerator or the like is stored in the bag. It does not collect in the openings such as, and does not adhere to the contents when opened.
[0033]
Since the bag sealing clip of the present invention is not limited in size at all, it can be used to seal a bag of a size like a trash bag or can be applied to a large bag in which a futon is put. . In addition, since the sealed state is difficult to unravel, it is possible to store clothes and the like together with an insect repellent for a long period of time.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
The invention according to claim 1 can easily and reliably seal the opening of a synthetic resin bag such as a plastic bag. Further, a strong sealing force can be given by firmly folding the plastic bag or the like, and it is prevented from slipping down when the plastic bag or the like is sandwiched. Moreover, even if the bag or the like is thick, it can be deformed, can be used effectively without reducing the sealing force, and can be prevented from being damaged due to a decrease in strength. Moreover, according to the invention of Claim 2 , the convex part which is the invention of Claim 1 can be provided effectively.
From the above, a bag sealing clip that never opens a bag or the like is provided.
