Description

【0001】
【0017】
図5(a)は、図3(b)に於ける線A−A線断面図であり、図5(b)は図4(b)に於ける線B−B線断面図(斜線部分)である。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bag sealing clip that never opens an opening due to a slight impact from the outside or expansion of the bag.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it is known that a bag such as a plastic bag has an extremely small sealing force when folded. Of course, simply turning it over will open the opening of the plastic bag very easily. Various things have been devised to seal plastic bags and the like. Examples of a method of sealing a bag such as a plastic bag include closing the opening with clothespins or tying the opening with a string.
However, with this method, it is difficult to maintain the sealed state by easily removing or removing the sealing clothespins and the like, and there is also a drawback that once it is completely sealed, it is difficult to open the seal.
[0003]
Some plastic bags and the like that can store foods and the like are provided with male and female plastic fasteners on the inner peripheral edge of the opening to facilitate opening and closing.
However, since the sealing force of this plastic fastener is not so large, the sealing is released by a small impact and the seal is broken, or when the food etc. is heated with a microwave oven etc. Due to the expansion, the sealed state was broken, and the contents sometimes leaked out or jumped out.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is not limited thereto. The bag does not open due to the internal pressure generated when the frozen food is placed in a plastic bag or the like and heated, and a synthetic resin such as a plastic bag. An object of the present invention is to provide a bag sealing clip that can easily and reliably seal an opening of a bag and that does not open even if an impact or heating is applied to an object contained in the bag.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, one end of the first holding rod and the second holding rod are pivotally connected to each other to be detachable, and the first holding rod is formed of a substantially cylindrical rod, and the second holding rod is formed of a substantially cylindrical rod. The rod is a bag sealing clip having a substantially U-shaped or C-shaped cross section that can be fitted to the first holding rod.
[0006]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that a concave portion, a convex portion, or a concave-convex portion is formed on an upper portion of a side wall which forms a substantially U or C-shaped cross section of the second holding rod and faces each other. 2. The bag sealing clip according to 1.

[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view showing a state in which a bag sealing clip (1) according to the present invention is open. The bag sealing clip (1) according to the present invention includes a first holding rod (2) and a second holding rod (3), and includes a first holding rod (2) and a second holding rod (2). 3) is pivotally connected at one end (a pivot portion (4)).
[0011]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the bag sealing clip (1) according to the present invention is closed. 2A is a plan view, FIG. 2B is a front view, FIG. 2C is a left side view, and FIG. 2D is a right side view. In the bag sealing clip (1) according to the present invention, the first holding rod (2) is completely fitted inside the second holding rod (3) in the closed state.
[0012]
The length and thickness of the first holding rod (2) are not particularly limited, and the dimensions can be appropriately set depending on the application. For example, the length: thickness ratio is about 30: 1 to about 10: 1. It is desirable to be within the range. When the length: thickness ratio exceeds the above range, the strength of the first holding rod (2) itself becomes low and the first holding rod (2) is broken. When the length: thickness ratio falls below the above range, the operation of opening and closing the bag sealing clip itself becomes difficult.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is a diagram relating to the first holding rod (2). FIG. 3A is a front view showing the first holding rod (2), FIG. 3B is a side view showing the first holding rod (2), and FIG. 3C is a first holding rod. FIG. 3B is a view (bottom view) as viewed from the side opposite to (2) and the second holding rod (3), and FIG. 3D is a left side view of the first holding rod (2) as viewed from its pivot portion side. FIG. 3E is a right side view of the first holding rod (2) as viewed from its free end. The protrusion (40) at one end of the first holding rod (2) is fitted into the recess (22) at one end of the second holding rod (3), so that the first holding rod (2) The second holding rod (3) is pivotally mounted.
[0014]
A groove (10) is provided on the upper surface of the first holding rod (2) (see FIG. 3A). Similarly, a groove (10) is provided on the bottom surface (see FIG. 3C). The size and number of the groove (10) are not limited, and need not necessarily be provided.
If the groove (10) is provided, when the bag or the like is sandwiched between the first and second holding rods, the width of the groove (10) is reduced by inward pressure received from the outside, so that the bag or the like is thick. However, it is preferable because it can be deformed. In this case, even if the bag or the like itself has some thickness, there is no problem, the bag or the like can be sealed without damaging or breaking the bag or the like, and the bag sealing clip may be damaged at the time of sealing. Absent. Since the pressure at the time of sealing acts on the bottom side, it is more desirable to provide the groove (10) on the bottom side.
Even if the groove (10) is provided to the full length only on the bottom surface side, the contact area between the bag or the like and the bag sealing clip decreases, and conversely, the sealing force decreases. Therefore, as shown in the drawing, it is desirable to alternately provide them on the top side and the bottom side. By arranging the grooves as described above, the first holding rod (2) can be used effectively without lowering the sealing force, and breakage due to a decrease in strength can be prevented.
[0015]
Further, by providing the groove (10) as described above, even when a thick bag or the like is used, the groove (10) of the first holding rod (2) is narrowed to create a space for a bag or the like, and if a thick bag is used. On the contrary, in the case of a thin bag or the like, the bag or the like can be pressed in a state where the groove (10) is not narrowed, so that the bag can be sealed without any problem.
[0016]
FIG. 4 is a view related to the second holding rod (3). FIG. 4A is a plan view showing the second holding rod (3), FIG. 4B is a front view showing the second holding rod (3), and FIG. 4C is a second holding rod. FIG. 4D is a bottom view, FIG. 4D is a left side view of the second holding rod (3) as viewed from the pivot portion side, and FIG. 4E is a second holding rod (3). FIG. 4 is a right side view as viewed from the free end side.
By fitting the convex portion (40) at one end of the first holding rod (2) into the concave portion (22) at one end of the second holding rod (3), the first holding rod (2) and the second holding member are fitted. The rod (3) is pivoted (pivot portion (4)). A pair of projections (20) corresponding to an end (the other end) on the opposite side to the pivot portion (4) and located on the second holding rod (3) is a bag sealing clip of the present invention. This is a handle for opening (1), and the provision of this handle makes opening easier.
[0017]
FIG. 5A is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 3B, and FIG. 5B is a sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 4B (hatched portion). It is. The first holding rod (2) is a substantially cylindrical rod having a circular cross section, as shown in FIG. The second holding rod (3) is a rod having a substantially U-shaped or C-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. When the substantially U-shaped or C-shaped inner surface of the second holding rod (3) comes into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the first holding rod (2), the first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (3) are separated by a gap. It is possible to be close without any contact. Thereby, the bag or the like is securely sealed.
[0018]
FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along line CC in FIG. As described above, the outer peripheral surface of the first holding rod (2) and the substantially U- or C-shaped inner surface of the second holding rod (3) are in close contact. More preferably, the radius of the curved portion of the substantially U- or C-shaped inner surface of the second holding rod (3) is desirably slightly smaller than the radius of the first holding rod (2). If it does so, the airtightness in a bag will further improve and it will become difficult to disengage. It is further desirable that the width of the opening of the second holding rod (3) is smaller than the diameter of the first holding rod (2). More preferably, if the second holding rod (3) is made of a material having elasticity, the first holding rod (2) itself and an elastic force when the bag or the like is sandwiched therebetween are further subjected to a greater elastic force. A sealing force is obtained.
[0019]
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where a bag or the like (13) is inserted between the first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (3) in FIG. The cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the joining surface of the first (2) and second holding rods (3) of the bag sealing clip (1) of the present invention is arc-shaped. This is because if the cross section is polygonal, the bag may be caught in a corner and broken when the bag is inserted and sealed. In addition, if the shape is an arc, the first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (3) can be easily manually attached and detached.
[0020]
The purpose of use of the bag-sealing clip (1) is not particularly limited, but the bag-sealing clip (1) is used for sealing the bag to prevent the bag from being opened from the internal pressure generated when the frozen food is thawed in a microwave oven. Can be used for sealing the opening of a storage container for frozen foods that require the use of chemicals or foods that dislike moisture and oxidation or food.
[0021]
FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the present invention. As in FIG. 1, the bag sealing clip (100) according to the present invention includes a first holding rod (2) and a second holding rod (300), and the first holding rod (2). And the second holding rod (300) are pivotally connected at one end thereof (pivot portion (400)). Basically, the second holding rod (300) has the same configuration as the second holding rod (3), but only has a substantially U-shaped or C-shaped cross section of the second holding rod (300), and opposing side walls. Is different from the first embodiment in that a convex portion (101) is provided in a portion sandwiching a bag or the like in the vicinity of the pivot portion (400). The shape of the convex portion (101) is not particularly limited, and may be a polygon such as a circle, an ellipse, and a triangle in a plan view, and may be a polygon such as a circle, an ellipse, and a triangle in a side view. It is desirable that the shape does not cause damage or breakage. The shape of the convex portion (101) may be convex or concave, or may be a mixture of concave and convex shapes. However, as described above, a shape that does not cause damage or breakage of the bag or the like is desirable. When the bag or the like of vinyl or the like is sandwiched by the bag sealing clip of the present invention, the convex portion (101) prevents the bag from falling off.
[0022]
FIG. 9 shows the second holding rod (300) of the bag sealing clip (100) according to the present invention. 9A shows a plan view of the second holding rod (300), FIG. 9B shows a front view of the second holding rod (300), and FIG. 9C shows the second holding rod (300). 9) shows a bottom view, FIG. 9 (d) shows a left side view of the second holding rod (300) as viewed from the pivot portion side, and FIG. 9 (e) shows the second holding rod (300) free end. It is the right view seen from the side.
Similarly to the second holding rod (3), two recesses (24) at one end of the second holding rod (300) and having openings facing each other are located at one end of the first holding rod (2) and face each other. The first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (300) are pivotally connected to each other by being fitted with the protruding portion (40) protruding from the base (the pivoting part (400)). The pair of convex portions (80) at the end (the other end) of the second holding rod (300) on the opposite side to the pivot portion (400) is provided with the bag sealing clip (100) of the present invention. ) Is a handle for opening the package, and the provision of the handle facilitates the opening. Similarly to the bag sealing clip (1), the bag holding clip (100) completely fits the first holding rod (2) inside the second holding rod (300) in the closed state.
[0023]
The protrusion (101) may be provided from one end of the side surface of the opening of the second holding rod (300) to the other end. Further, it may be provided at the center of the second holding rod (300) or at the tip end opposite to the pivoting part (400). As shown in the figure, the most secure effect can be obtained when it is provided near the pivot portion (400).
[0024]
FIG. 10 is a side view showing a closed state of the bag sealing clip (100) having the convex portion (101). A protrusion (101) is provided on the upper part of the opposing side walls of the opening of the second holding rod (300) having a substantially U or C-shaped cross section. The height from the bottom of the second holding rod (300) to the tip of the projection (101) as viewed from the side of the second holding rod (300) is the second holding rod as viewed from the side of the second holding rod (3). It is not necessary to make the height higher than the height from the bottom surface of (3) to the upper surface of the second holding rod (3). The height from the bottom of the second holding rod (3) as viewed from the side of the second holding rod (3) to the upper surface of the second holding rod (3) is the second height as viewed from the side of the second holding rod (300). If the height from the bottom surface of the two holding rods (300) to the tip of the convex portion (101) increases, the folding of the bag or the like becomes more straight. However, this has nothing to do with the force of sealing the bag or the like. Therefore, as shown in the figure, the height of the second holding rod (300) including the convex portion viewed from the side surface is set to be the same as the height of the side surface of the second holding rod (3). It is effective. (See FIG. 9B)
[0025]
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (300) sandwich the bag or the like (13), similarly to FIG. Further, since the second holding rod (300) has the convex portion (101), it is possible to prevent the bag or the like from immediately spreading after the first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (300) do not come into contact with each other, It will be turned back properly.
[0026]
FIG. 12 shows another embodiment of the present invention. As in FIG. 1, the bag sealing clip (500) according to the present invention includes a first holding rod (2) and a second holding rod (510), and the first holding rod (2). And the second holding rod (510) are pivotally connected at one end (pivot portion (555)). Basically, the second holding rod (510) has the same configuration as the second holding rod (3), but only has a substantially U-shaped or C-shaped cross section of the second holding rod (510), and opposing side walls. Is different from the first embodiment in that a concave portion (505) is provided in a portion sandwiching a bag or the like near the pivot portion (555). As described above, the shape of the concave portion (505) is not limited. The concave shape as shown in the figure prevents the bag or the like of vinyl or the like from being caught in the concave portion (505) and slipping when the bag or the like of the vinyl or the like is sandwiched by the bag sealing clip (500). Therefore, it is possible to easily sandwich a bag such as vinyl with the bag sealing clip (505).
[0027]
In the bag sealing clips (1, 100 and 500) of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1, 8 and 12, the first holding rod is common, but the second holding rod (3) and the second holding rod ( The second holding rod (510) differs from the second holding rod (510) in that a convex portion (101) or a concave portion (505) is provided near the pivot portion.
[0028]
The first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (3), the second holding rod (300) or the second holding rod (505) are located at one end of the first holding rod (2) and project in opposite directions. And two concave portions (24) which are located at one end of the second holding rod (3), the second holding rod (300) or the second holding rod (505) and whose openings face each other. It can be easily removed because it is only pivotally attached. Therefore, the manufacturer can manufacture each part individually, which is convenient. Also, even if the purchaser loses one of the holding rods for some reason, he or she only needs to replenish the lost one, and the second holding rod (3) to the second holding rod (300). Alternatively, it can be easily replaced from the second holding rod (300) to the second holding rod (3). Similarly, the second holding rod (505) can be replaced with the second holding rod (3) or the second holding rod (300), and vice versa.
[0029]
FIG. 13 is a view showing an embodiment of the bag sealing clip (1) of the present invention. When the bag sealing clip (1) of the present invention is used, the bag (13) can be easily sealed.
FIG. 14 is a view showing an embodiment of a bag sealing clip (100) having a convex portion (101). In both FIG. 13 and FIG. 14, it is possible to improve the sealing performance by folding the bag (13). Rather than simply sealing the bag (13) with the bag sealing clip, a stronger sealing force is obtained by allowing the bag (13) to be folded back as in the present invention.
[0030]
When using the bag sealing clip (1) of the present invention, first, the first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (3) are firmly pivotally connected at one end (4). There is no problem because it is manufactured from the beginning so that it can be pivoted. Next, a bag or the like is sandwiched between the first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (3) of the bag sealing clip, and the first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (3) are clicked. Press firmly until you hear a sound. Then, the bag or the like is easily sealed by the present invention. Also, when unsealing, the first holding rod (2) and the second holding rod (3) are opened up and down by holding the convex part (20) at the tip end opposite to the pivotally connected part (4). If you do, you can easily open it with one hand.
The usage method of the bag sealing clips (100 and 500) is the same as that of the bag sealing lip (1).
[0031]
If the bag sealing clip of the present invention is used, if it is formed of a material that can withstand microwaves and the like and a material that can withstand cold such as a refrigerator, the food is frozen and stored in the bag, and then thawed in the microwave. It can be used without having to remove the bag sealing clip of the present invention until it is warmed. In addition, it can be used as an ice pillow or the like to cool things by putting ice or the like.
[0032]
In addition, by using the bag sealing clip (1, 100, or 500) of the present invention, the bag or the like is folded and airtightness is increased, and the opening of the bag or the like faces downward, so that the bag is sealed. When the stopper clip (1, 100 or 500) is removed from the bag or the like, it is possible to prevent the residue remaining in the opening from accidentally entering the inside of the bag or the like. For example, an object that should not be exposed to rain outdoors such as a garden is sealed with the bag sealing clip (1, 100 or 500) of the present invention. When the seal is opened after several days, even if it rains by the day before, rainwater does not accumulate in the opening due to the opening facing down. Therefore, even when the clip is unsealed, rainwater remaining in the opening does not enter. Also, when storing food in a refrigerator or the like, if the food is stored in a refrigerator or the like with the opening facing downward, liquid dripping or leakage from other foods inside the refrigerator or the like will occur. Does not accumulate in the opening, and does not adhere to the contents inside when opened.
[0033]
Since the bag sealing clip of the present invention is not limited in its size at all, it can be used to seal a bag having a size like a garbage bag, or can be applied to a large bag such as a futon. . In addition, since the hermetically sealed state is difficult to unravel, it is also possible to store clothing or the like together with the insect repellent for long-term storage.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the opening of a synthetic resin bag such as a plastic bag can be easily and reliably sealed. According to the second aspect of the present invention, a stronger sealing force can be imparted by firmly folding the plastic bag or the like, and the plastic bag or the like does not slide when the bag or the like is sandwiched. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the convex portion according to the second aspect can be effectively provided. According to the invention of claim 4, a stronger sealing force is obtained. Further, a strong sealing force can be obtained by the invention of claim 5.
In view of the above, a bag sealing clip in which a bag or the like is never opened is provided.
