BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fire extinguishing gas supply system that is supplied to weaken or extinguish a flame in the event of a fire, and relates to the supply of an inert (inert gas) fire extinguishing gas.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a technique for extinguishing a fire by releasing a fire extinguishing gas is known. And the technique of utilizing nitrogen gas as a fire extinguishing gas is known as shown by Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 8-141102. The technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-141102 uses a nitrogen cylinder as a gas supply source. In the event of a fire, nitrogen gas is supplied at a flame extinguishing concentration or higher.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when nitrogen gas is supplied using a cylinder, it is necessary to manually replace the cylinder and refill the cylinder, and a large amount of cylinder storage space is required for each object. And requires a lot of effort. Especially in old townscapes and densely populated areas, it is difficult to configure storage facilities.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is based on the following technical idea. First, an inert fire extinguishing gas such as nitrogen is stored in a large-scale storage facility. Then, the fire extinguishing gas storage facility is connected to a plurality of fire extinguishing facilities by piping or the like. Thereby, a large amount of fire extinguishing gas can be supplied to the fire extinguishing equipment. An inert gas used as a fire extinguishing gas is chemically stable and has various uses. In particular, nitrogen gas is abundant in air, is chemically stable, and has low permeability to rubber and the like. For this reason, it is used in the process of welding and injection molding, and as an enclosed gas for packed food. Further, it is used as a gas to be injected into automobile tires. By storing inert gas in the storage facility and making it possible to supply it to various places through piping, it can be used not only as a fire extinguisher gas, but also as a cultural property preserved as a gas to prevent oxidation, and at industrial sites, etc. It can also be used.
[0005]
And when using as a fire extinguishing gas used for living space, oxygen is mixed with an inert gas in a fixed ratio. In addition to this, nitrogen gas mixed with oxygen has already been stored, only nitrogen is released and the supply of nitrogen is adjusted by an oxygen concentration sensor, or nitrogen and oxygen are mixed and supplied at the facility. . Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide during a fire have many effects on the human body. For example, carbon monoxide binds strongly to hemoglobin in the blood and inhibits oxygen supply to the human body by the blood. Hemoglobin takes oxygen into blood when the concentration ratio of oxygen to carbon dioxide is higher than a certain value, and takes carbon dioxide when it is lower. For this reason, even when the oxygen concentration is high, carbon dioxide is taken into the body when the carbon dioxide concentration is higher than that.
[0006]
Here, oxygen is mixed into the fire extinguishing gas at a certain ratio and released in the event of a fire, so that carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are scavenged, and a certain amount of oxygen can be supplied to the person at the fire site. Combustion depends on the absolute oxygen concentration. Therefore, combustion can be suppressed by making the oxygen concentration contained in the fire extinguishing gas lower than the oxygen concentration in the natural state. Furthermore, by supplying the fire extinguishing gas, the amount of heat generated at the fire site is absorbed by the fire extinguishing gas, and the heat is efficiently discharged. In a fire scene, the incomplete combustion gas, which is the top cause of death that has occurred, can be quickly expelled and replaced with a gas that can be breathed and suppresses combustion.
[0007]
That is, the present invention uses the following means.
As described in claim 1The oxygen concentration in the air is reduced to 10% to 15% by an oxygen separator to prepare an inert fire extinguishing gas containing nitrogen as a main component, and the inert fire extinguishing gas is stored in a fire extinguishing gas storage facility. A gas storage facility is connected to a plurality of fire extinguishing gas discharge facilities via piping facilities, the fire extinguishing gas release facilities are arranged for each fire prevention object, a plurality of the fire extinguishing gas storage facilities are arranged, and the plurality of fire extinguishing gas storages Oxygen stored in the fire extinguishing gas storage facility from the fire extinguishing gas discharge facility installed in the fire prevention object when the fire is fired when the equipment is connected via piping equipment. A fire extinguishing gas supply system configured to release an inert fire extinguishing gas having a concentration of 10% to 15% and mainly nitrogen.

[0028]
Such a fire extinguishing gas supply system is effective for a fire in a sealed space, and has high effectiveness in application to a tunnel, a subway, an underground shopping center, a high-rise building with no windows, or the like. In particular, in a space where carbon dioxide, toxic gas, and the like easily accumulate, a fire extinguishing gas having an oxygen concentration of 15% to 10% is used, so that a person can survive and suppress the combustion such as fire and the spread of fire. Furthermore, even when extinguishing gas is stored using a deep underground space, it can be used safely. The underground space is a place where gas such as carbon dioxide accumulates and the oxygen concentration tends to decrease extremely. Since the extinguishing gas that allows humans to survive and suppress combustion is stored in this place, the safety of the underground space can be maintained, and the extinguishing gas can be stored using the underground space. Furthermore, when supplying the fire extinguishing gas from the underground space, the fire extinguishing gas can be easily supplied by a blower or the like.

In addition, an air conditioning duct can be used as a supply path for the fire extinguishing bubbles. By supplying fire extinguishing bubbles and air conditioning ducts connected to the fire location in the event of a fire, fire extinguishing gas can be reliably supplied to the fire location. By sealing the fire-extinguishing gas in the foam, the fire-extinguishing gas is surely supplied without being diluted by convection in the supply path.
[0033]
In addition, as a method of generating a fire extinguisher, it is possible to release the chemical with a pressurized fire extinguishing gas and supply the fire extinguishing foam in a mousse form. The fire extinguishing gas and the chemical solution are stirred at atmospheric pressure to extinguish the foam. It is also possible to enlarge the bubbles. By reducing the particle size of the foam, the amount of the chemical solution for the fire extinguishing gas can be increased, and by increasing the particle size, the amount of the chemical solution for the fire extinguishing gas can be reduced. It is also possible to supply a fire extinguishing bubble having a large particle size to a place where a rescuer is likely to exist, and to scavenge toxic gas or smoke and supply a fire extinguishing gas to a rescuer.

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
A fire extinguishing gas supply system having a concentration of 10% to 15% and containing nitrogen as a main component and releasing an inert fire extinguishing gas that has little influence on the human body can be configured, and the presence of smoke and chemicals generated in the event of a fire Poisonous gas Since carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are scavenged, visibility is secured, humans can breathe, and combustion can be suppressed, and fire extinguishing gas is generated from the air, so stable supply and supply of fire extinguishing gas Cost can be reduced.
