Description

前記少なくとも1種類の充填剤と、少なくとも1種類の微量成分を、前記少なくとも1個の押出機により少なくとも1種類のエラストマー中に混合および分散させるステップと、
前記少なくとも1個の押出機から排出されて結果として得られたエラストマー組成物から細分生成物を得るステップと、
ある量の前記細分生成物を蓄積するステップと、
前記蓄積した量の細分生成物を攪拌するステップとを含む方法に関する。
筐体と、前記筐体内に回転可能に取り付けられた少なくとも1個のスクリューとを備え、前記筐体が少なくとも1個の供給開口部と排出開口部とを備える、少なくとも1個の押出機と、
少なくとも1種類のエラストマーと、少なくとも1種類の充填剤とを計量して、前記少なくとも1個の供給開口部を介して前記少なくとも1個の押出機に供給する少なくとも1個の第1計量デバイスと、
少なくとも1種類の微量成分を計量して、前記少なくとも1個の押出機に供給する少なくとも1個の第2計量デバイスと、
前記排出開口部から排出されて結果として得られたエラストマー組成物から細分生成物を得るための少なくとも1個のデバイスと、
前記蓄積された細分生成物を混合するための少なくとも1個の蓄積および攪拌デバイスとを備える装置に関する。
(a1)架橋結合剤、
たとえば硫黄(一般に、可溶性結晶形態、または不溶性ポリマー形態で、任意に油性相中に分散している)、硫黄供与体(アルキルチウラムジスルフィド)、有機過酸化物、
(a2)架橋結合促進剤、
たとえばチアゾール、スルフェンアミド、グアニジン、チウラム、ジチオカルバミン酸塩、アミン、キサントゲン酸塩、
(a3)スチレン樹脂、たとえばα−メチルスチレン樹脂、クマロン樹脂、
(a4)架橋結合活性剤、たとえば亜鉛化合物(ZnO、ZnCO3、脂肪酸、亜鉛塩など)、
(a5)架橋結合遅延剤、たとえばカルボン酸、フタルイミド誘導体、ジフェニルアミン誘導体、
(a6)付着促進剤、たとえばヘキサメチレンテトラミン(HMT)、レゾルシノール(resocinol)、
(a7)保護剤、たとえば芳香族ジアミン(たとえば、N−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−N’−p−フェニレンジアミン(6PPD)、ジヒドロキノリン誘導体、イミダゾール誘導体、
(a8)カップリング剤、たとえばシリカ用カップリング剤、特に硫黄含有加水分解性シラン(たとえば、3,3’−ビス(トリエトキシ−シリルプロピル)テトラスルフィド(TESPT))、
(a9)縮合触媒、たとえばカルボン酸金属(たとえば、ジラウリン酸ジブチル錫(DBTL)。
エラストマー組成物は、図1の概略的な製造過程により製造した。

−ISO規格289/1による100℃におけるムーニー粘度ML(1+4)、
−ISO規格37による機械特性(100%モジュラス(Modulus)、300%モジュラス、破断点応力、破断点伸び)、
−動的弾性特性、および
−ISO規格48による23℃および100℃における国際ゴム硬さ(IRHD)。
実施例1のエラストマー組成物を、実施例1と同じ製造手順および同じ動作条件を使用して計量し、同時回転かみ合い2軸スクリュー押出機に供給した。
Claims (24)
- エラストマー組成物を連続的に製造する方法であって、
少なくとも1種類のエラストマー、少なくとも1種類の充填剤および少なくとも1種類の微量成分を計量するステップと、
前記少なくとも1種類のエラストマー、少なくとも1種類の充填剤および少なくとも1種類の微量成分を少なくとも1個の押出機内に供給するステップと、
前記少なくとも1種類の充填剤および少なくとも1種類の微量成分を、前記少なくとも1個の押出機により少なくとも1種類のエラストマー中に混合および分散させるステップと、
前記少なくとも1個の押出機から排出されて結果として得られたエラストマー組成物から細分生成物を得るステップと、
ある量の前記細分生成物を蓄積するステップと、
前記蓄積した量の細分生成物を少なくとも1つの攪拌デバイスで攪拌するステップと、
攪拌された前記細分生成物を前記少なくとも1つの攪拌デバイスから排出するステップとを含む方法。 - 第1混合および分散ステップ、並びに第2混合および分散ステップが、それぞれ第1および第2押出機により行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ある量の前記細分生成物を蓄積するステップと、前記蓄積された量の細分生成物を攪拌するステップとが、前記第1混合および分散ステップの下流で行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ある量の前記細分生成物を蓄積するステップと、前記蓄積された量の細分生成物を攪拌するステップとが、前記第2混合および分散ステップの下流で行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ある量の前記細分生成物を蓄積する第1および第2ステップと、前記蓄積された量の細分生成物を攪拌する第1および第2ステップとが行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ある量の前記細分生成物を蓄積する前記第1ステップと、前記蓄積された量の細分生成物を攪拌する前記第1ステップとが、第1混合および分散ステップの下流で行われる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ある量の前記細分生成物を蓄積する前記第2ステップと、前記蓄積された量の細分生成物を攪拌する前記第2ステップとが、第2混合および分散ステップの下流で行われる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記細分生成物を蓄積するステップが、前記少なくとも1つの攪拌デバイスで行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記排出ステップが連続的に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記排出ステップがバッチ方式で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の微量成分が、架橋結合剤、架橋結合促進剤、合成樹脂、架橋結合活性剤、架橋結合遅延剤、付着促進剤、保護剤、カップリング剤、縮合触媒から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- エラストマー組成物を連続的に製造する装置であって、
筐体と、前記筐体内に回転可能に取り付けられた少なくとも1個のスクリューとを備え、前記筐体が少なくとも1個の供給開口部(111)と、排出開口部とを備える、少なくとも1個の押出機(110、320)と、
少なくとも1種類のエラストマーと、少なくとも1種類の充填剤とを計量して、前記少なくとも1個の供給開口部(111)を介して前記少なくとも1個の押出機(110、320)に供給する、少なくとも1個の第1計量デバイス(112)と、
少なくとも1種類の微量成分を計量して、前記少なくとも1個の押出機(110、320)に供給する、少なくとも1個の第2計量デバイス(112)と、
前記排出開口部から排出されて結果として得られたエラストマー組成物から細分生成物(F)を得るための少なくとも1個のデバイス(120、210)と、
前記得られた細分生成物(F)を細分された形態で蓄積し混合するための少なくとも1個の蓄積および攪拌デバイス(130)とを備える装置。 - 細分生成物を得るための前記少なくとも1個のデバイス(120、210)が、前記少なくとも1個の押出機(110、320)の前記排出開口部に配置される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 細分生成物を得るための前記少なくとも1個のデバイス(120、210)が、切断手段を装備された穿孔ダイプレート(117)である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 細分生成物を得るための前記少なくとも1個のデバイス(120、210)が製粒機または開放ミルである、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 第1押出機(110)と、第2押出機(320)とを備え、前記第1押出機(110)が、感温性微量成分を含まない中間ゴム混合物を製造し、前記第2押出機(320)が、前記感温性微量成分を含む完成ゴム混合物を製造する、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記蓄積された細分生成物を混合するための前記少なくとも1個の蓄積および攪拌デバイス(130)が、前記第1押出機(110)の下流に配置される、請求項16に記載の装置。
