【0015】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plastic container in which the inside of the container is partitioned into a plurality of sections by a fragile seal, and in particular, when the contents sealed separately in the plurality of sections with the fragile seal interposed therebetween are opened when the fragile seal portion is opened and mixed. -Related to plastic containers that are labeled as mixed. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a medical plastic container filled with a plurality of medical chemicals to be used after the inside of the container is divided into a plurality of portions by a fragile seal and communicated and mixed in use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a plastic container in which the inside of the container is divided into a plurality of sections by a fragile seal, the contents separately sealed in the section partitioned by the fragile seal are mixed prior to its use, and the mixture is often used. In some cases, it is desirable to be able to confirm that communication and mixing have been ensured, but there has been no such display. In particular, medical plastic containers filled with multiple medical chemicals that are used after being divided into multiple compartments and communicated during use and mixed with a fragile seal may cause a major accident if used without communication. There was a need for something that could do that.
Conventionally, there is no communication confirmation means in such a weak seal communication part, but as a similar technique, in the uneven "zipper" that repeatedly closes and opens the bag opening, the front and back members are formed in different colors, There is known a closing device that confirms that the device has been closed by a change in color (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In addition, the present inventors previously opened the fragile seal portion in the plastic container in which the inside of the container is divided into a plurality of sections by the fragile seal, in particular, the contents separately sealed in the plurality of sections with the fragile seal interposed therebetween. In a plastic container that is displayed as being opened and mixed when mixed, the fragile seal portion on the outer surface of the container is marked so that different patterns appear before and after communication of the fragile seal A container has been proposed (Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-90541).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a plastic container that solves the conventional problems and can easily confirm whether or not a plurality of chambers are in communication.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a plastic container in which the inside of the container is divided into a plurality of sections by a fragile seal, particularly when the contents sealed separately in the plurality of sections sandwiching the fragile seal are opened and mixed in the fragile seal portion.・ In a plastic container that indicates that it is mixed, the outer surface of the container upper chamber and the outer surface of the back surface are marked, and after the communication of the fragile seal, the two marks together have a specific meaning Is to appear. In particular, in a plastic container in which the inside of the container is divided into a plurality of portions by a fragile seal, the outer surface of the container upper chamber and the outer surface of the back surface are marked, and after the communication of the fragile seal, the two marks are combined and can be read. It allows characters or figures to appear. In particular,
[0007]
(1) A plastic container as a medical plastic bag filled with a plurality of medicinal solutions to be used after the inside of the container is divided into a plurality of portions by a fragile seal and communicated and mixed at the time of use. A plastic container characterized in that a mark having a specific significance appears together with the two marks after the fragile seal is communicated.

(5) The marks attached to the front and back surfaces of the container are characterized by being attached to the portion where the front and back surfaces are in close contact with each other when the brittle seal is communicated with and suspended by a suspension hole through a suspension hole (1 ) To (4).
(6) The mark attached to the fragile seal is a mark that cannot be read as characters before the communication of the fragile seal , and after the communication of the fragile seal, the pattern having a specific meaning that appears together with the two marks should be read. characterized in that is a character that can (1) to (5) medical plastic container according.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, when the contents sealed separately in a plastic container in which the inside of the container is divided into a plurality of portions by a fragile seal are mixed and communicated through the fragile seal portion, it can be confirmed that they are communicated and mixed. In particular, in a medical plastic container filled with a plurality of medical medicinal solutions used after mixing by dividing the inside of the container into multiple parts with a fragile seal and used after mixing, the container contents are swelled by the contents of the container, and the space between the front and back sides is increased. There are enough marks on the front and back, and they appear as meaningless patterns or letters or parts of words before communication, but they cannot be read as letters. After communi- cation, especially when hung from the
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, as a method for marking each of the outer surface of the container upper chamber and the outer surface of the container, in addition to printing such as hot stamp (Haku Printing), offset printing, screen printing, ink jetter, etc., tape on the part Can be affixed or engraved. It is also possible to apply a mark simultaneously by manufacturing a weak seal with a stamp formed on a seal mold.
[0010]
In applying a mark by hot stamping, it is necessary to control the application temperature for hot stamping and the weak seal temperature well, and it is determined which one should be performed first depending on the difference in the application temperature. In addition, there is a possibility of affecting the communication strength (opening strength) of the two chambers depending on the temperature conditions, such as when performing high-pressure and high-temperature steam sterilization after filling the contents, especially when used for medical purposes. Need attention. Further, when printing the front and back marks, it is also necessary to synchronize the printed pattern by detecting the photoelectric mark with a rotary encoder so that no deviation occurs.
[0011]
In the present invention, the marks attached to the respective display portions of the front surface and the rear surface of the container upper chamber are characters such as “OK”, “OPEN”, “communication completed”, “opened”, and symbols such as arrows. In addition, it may include a display (character) that calls attention such as “Please use after mixing” or “Do not use before communication”. In particular, in the case of letters, it is necessary to be practically unreadable before the opening of the fragile seal (mixing of the chemical content). Sufficient consideration is necessary for combinations of processing and printing colors.
[0012]
In order to make it unreadable before communication, for example, the upper and lower parts of letters, words, or patterns are printed on the front and back, the upper, lower, and central parts are printed on the front and back, or the diagonally cut parts are turned on the front. Leave other parts on the back, or attach the circle, ellipse and other parts shielded by irregular shapes and other parts separately on the front and back. In a range that does not substantially cause such a problem, the selection of the printing color, the surface treatment for printing, the surface treatment after printing, and the combination of printing colors can be freely selected.
[0013]
In addition, since it is printed on the surface of the container, it is displayed to the viewer that it is a part for displaying "open", such as by enclosing the description part so that it is not mistaken for garbage attached to the surface of the container. You can also.
