【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ＴＶ番組録画配信システム、ＴＶ番組録画配信方法、およびそのプログラムに関し、特に、ＴＶ番組の録画予約および再生を行うＴＶ番組録画配信システム、ＴＶ番組録画配信方法、およびそのプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
通常、ＴＶ視聴者は、ＴＶ番組の録画予約を行う際、自宅などに設置されているビデオデッキおよびそのリモコンを操作して直接録画予約を行っていた。しかしながら、ＴＶ視聴者が録画予約を行わずに外出してしまった場合、ＴＶ番組の録画予約を行うことができないといった問題が生じていた。

上記のような問題を解決する従来技術として、特開２００２−１３５６９９号公報が開示するところのテレビ番組予約サービス方式および方法（以下、従来例１）があった。従来例１では、ホームページにアクセスしてＴＶ番組の録画予約を行い、録画完了後、上記のホームページにアクセスして録画予約したＴＶ番組の録画ファイルを入手可能としていた。

また、特開２００２−１９１００４号公報が開示するところのＴＶ番組録画システムおよびＴＶ番組録画方法（以下、従来例２）では、録画センターは、画像端末からＴＶ番組を指定するための録画情報を受け取ると、受け取った録画情報に基づいてＴＶ番組の録画を行っていた。録画センターは、画像端末から再生要求を受け取ると、再生要求されたＴＶ番組の映像データを画像端末に送信していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、ＴＶ視聴者は、録画予約を行う際、新聞のＴＶ欄などを何度も閲覧して、関心の高いＴＶ番組が放映されるか否かを調べることが必要であった。

本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、ユーザ自身の関心の高いＴＶ番組の情報を容易に取得することを実現するＴＶ番組録画配信システム、ＴＶ番組録画配信方法、およびそのプログラムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するため、請求項１記載の発明は、ユーザ端末装置と、ＴＶ番組に係る情報を配信する番組情報配信サーバと、ＴＶ番組を録画するＴＶ番組録画・配信サーバと、が互いに接続されるＴＶ番組録画配信システムであって、前記番組情報配信サーバは、１つ以上のユーザの個人情報を示すユーザ情報を格納するユーザ情報格納手段と、１つ以上のＴＶ番組に係る情報を格納する番組情報格納手段と、ユーザ情報格納手段により格納されているユーザ情報に基づいて、前記番組情報格納手段により格納されている１つ以上のＴＶ番組に係る情報のうち所定の前記ＴＶ番組に係る情報を抽出し、該抽出したＴＶ番組に係る情報を含む配信番組情報を作成する番組情報作成手段と、前記番組情報作成手段により作成された配信番組情報を前記ユーザ端末装置に送信する番組情報送信手段と、を有し、前記番組情報作成手段は、前記ＴＶ番組録画・配信サーバに対し前記抽出したＴＶ番組の録画予約の要求を行うためのＧＵＩ部品が設けられた電子メールを、前記配信番組情報として作成することを特徴とする。

また、請求項２記載の発明によれば、請求項１記載のＴＶ番組録画配信システムにおいて、ユーザ情報格納手段は、ユーザの関心が高い単語情報を示すユーザキーワード情報をそれぞれ含む１つ以上のユーザ情報を格納し、番組情報格納手段は、ＴＶ番組に関連する単語情報を示す番組キーワード情報をそれぞれ含む１つ以上のＴＶ番組に係る情報を格納し、番組情報作成手段は、ユーザ情報格納手段により格納されているユーザキーワード情報に一致する番組キーワード情報を含むＴＶ番組に係る情報を抽出し、抽出したＴＶ番組に係る情報に基づいて、ＴＶ番組の情報を含み、ＴＶ番組全体の録画予約を行うための配信番組情報を作成することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
（第１の実施形態）
〈ＴＶ番組録画配信システムの概要〉
本発明の第１の実施形態におけるＴＶ番組録画配信システムは、以下に説明するＴＶ番組の録画・配信サービスをユーザ側に提供するものである。ＴＶ番組録画配信システムは、ユーザが興味を持っている分野のＴＶ番組の情報をユーザ側に提供する。また、本実施形態におけるＴＶ番組録画配信システムは、ユーザ側から録画要求されたＴＶ番組の録画を代行し、その録画したＴＶ番組の視聴要求をユーザ側から受け取ると、該当するＴＶ番組の画像（映像）データ（主に動画データ）をユーザ側に送信する。

〈ＴＶ番組録画配信システムの構成〉
図１は、本発明の第１の実施形態におけるＴＶ番組録画配信システムの構成を示す図である。本実施形態では、ＴＶ番組録画配信システムは、携帯端末１と、認証・課金サーバ２と、メール配信サーバ３と、ＴＶ番組録画・配信サーバ４と、通信端末５と、無線通信網６と、ネットワーク７と、を有する。なお、ＴＶ番組録画配信システムが有する携帯端末の数は、図により限定されないものとする。
