Claims (9)
- 被験者の後細動脈圧を決定する方法であって、
(i)一定期間にわたる血圧監視装置からの被験者の動脈血圧波形を記録及び格納するステップと、
(ii)各動脈血圧波形に関連付けられた名目上又は実際の一回拍出量を決定するステップと、
(iii)ステップ(ii)のデータから名目上又は実際の心拍出量を得るステップと、
(iv)式
BP=R×Q+c
(式中、BPは血圧であり、
Rは全身血管抵抗であり、
Qは心拍出量であり、
cは後細動脈圧である)
の回帰線をプロットするステップと、
(v)回帰線から後細動脈圧の値を決定するステップと、
を含む方法。 - ステップ(i)において、最大10秒の期間にわたって動脈血圧がプロットされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 動脈血圧が拍動間ベースで解析される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- ステップ(ii)において、一回拍出量が心拍出量測定法により決定される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 心拍出量測定法が血圧波形解析である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第1調波の係数を得るために、ステップ(i)で得られたデータをフーリエ解析にかけ、第1調波の係数及び動脈血圧ならびに心拍数に関するデータから名目上の一回拍出量を得る、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 名目上の一回拍出量が、以下の式:
名目上の一回拍出量の第1調波の係数=血圧波形/e+0.0092×MAP×HR
(式中、
eは自然対数の底であり、
MAPは平均動脈血圧であり、
HRは心拍数である)
から得られる、請求項6に記載の方法。 - ステップ(iv)において、回帰線がコンピュータによってプロットされる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 後細動脈圧の値がコンピュータの画面に表示され、場合により連続的に更新される、請求項8に記載の方法。
