Description
(1)鋼板の摩擦係数μが0.18以下であり、酸化スケール厚さが6nm以下で、酸化皮膜中のSi濃度が15質量%以下であることを特徴とする耐金型摩耗性に優れた電子機器部品用バネ用マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼板。
(2)マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼板を、焼き入れ、焼き戻しによりビッカーズ硬さを460〜490に調整した後、続いて鋼板表面をデスケーリングすることを特徴とする(1)に記載の耐金型摩耗性に優れた電子機器部品用バネ用マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。
(3)鋼板表面のデスケーリングはバフ研磨であることを特徴とする(2)に記載の耐金型摩耗性に優れた電子機器部品用バネ用マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。
引き抜き力=2μ*加圧力、μ:摩擦係数・・・・・・・・・・・・・(1)
Claims (3)
- 鋼板の摩擦係数μが0.18以下であり、酸化スケール厚さが6nm以下で、酸化皮膜中のSi濃度が15質量%以下であることを特徴とする耐金型摩耗性に優れた電子機器部品用バネ用マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼板。
- マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼板を、焼き入れ、焼き戻しによりビッカーズ硬さを460〜490に調整した後、続いて鋼板表面をデスケーリングすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐金型摩耗性に優れた電子機器部品用バネ用マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。
- 鋼板表面のデスケーリングはバフ研磨であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の耐金型摩耗性に優れた電子機器部品用バネ用マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。
