Description

The plate-like member is folded back at the folded part so that both sides of the central folded part face each other, and one side of the folded part is fixed to the device, and the other side is the battery electrode The present invention relates to a battery terminal formed as a contact piece that comes into contact and obtains electrical conduction.

In some devices, a battery is loaded into a battery chamber in the device, and operates by receiving power from the loaded battery. In such a device, each time a battery is loaded into the battery chamber, a battery terminal that comes into contact with the electrode of the battery according to the loading is required.

Therefore, a technique has been proposed in which the battery terminal is made into a spring structure, and when the battery is loaded in the battery chamber, the spring is acted on to firmly contact the battery terminal with the battery electrode (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). .

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example of the structure of a conventional battery terminal.

The battery terminal 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a plate-like member 10 folded back at the folded-back portion 11 so that both sides of the folded-back portion 11 at the center face each other, and one side of the folded-back portion 11 is fixed to the device. The fixed piece 12 is formed as a contact piece 13 having the other side in contact with the electrode of the battery to obtain electrical conduction. In this example, the length at which the contact piece 13 is folded around the folded portion is about half of the length of the battery electrode, and the battery is inserted when the mounting portion on the fixed piece side is fixed to the device. Sometimes one end on the contact piece 13 side is in good contact with the battery electrode. Further, a contact protrusion 131 that protrudes outward and contacts the battery electrode is provided at the tip of the contact piece 13, and the contact protrusion 131 of the contact piece contacts the center of the battery electrode, so that the power from the battery is supplied to the battery. Supplied to equipment with terminals.

When such a battery terminal is to be housed in a battery chamber in a miniaturized device, the result is as shown in FIG.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a state of the battery terminal when the battery terminal of FIG. 1 is to be stored compactly in the battery space of the narrow space.

When this battery terminal is installed in the battery chamber, it is necessary to give the battery terminal a contact pressure to ensure contact with the battery electrode. It is folded so that both sides face each other at the border.

However, if the battery terminal is arranged in the device so that the dimension “a” of the battery terminal having a certain degree of rigidity is folded as small as possible and the contact protrusion 131 is brought into contact with the center of the battery electrode, the contact piece The tip of 13 may hang down. This is a phenomenon that occurs because the rigidity is too strong, and when this phenomenon occurs, the contact stability between the contact protrusion and the electrode is deteriorated, resulting in contact failure.

Therefore, in the thing of patent document 2, it is trying to obtain the contact stability of a contact piece and a battery electrode by weakening the rigidity of a terminal using a thin wire | line instead of a board | plate material member (for example, refer patent document 2). However, even if the device of this Patent Document 2 is arranged in a compact manner, the contact terminal itself has weakened rigidity, so that the contact portion between the battery electrode and the terminal is undulated, resulting in poor contact. Is expected.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-82185 JP 2001-84979 A

An object of this invention is to provide the battery terminal which can obtain favorable contact in view of the said situation.

The first battery terminal of the present invention that achieves the above object is such that the plate-like member is folded at the folded portion so that both sides of the folded portion at the center face each other, and one side of the folded portion is the device. A battery terminal formed as a contact piece that is fixed to the battery, and the other side contacts the electrode of the battery to obtain electrical continuity,
A contact protrusion provided on the tip of the contact piece that protrudes outward and contacts the battery electrode;
The plate-like member provided in the contact piece is partially weakened in rigidity, and has a bending portion that bends when contacting the battery electrode.

According to the battery terminal of the present invention, the degree to which the rigidity of the bending portion of the contact piece is weakened when the battery terminal is arranged in a narrow space such as a battery chamber provided in the device is adjusted. The contact pressure at the time of contact between the battery terminal and the battery electrode is adjusted. If it does so, a battery terminal will be arrange | positioned even if it is what kind of narrow space, and a favorable contact will be obtained.

Here, it is preferable that the bending portion is a portion whose rigidity is weakened by lacking a part of the plate-like member between the folded portion and the contact protrusion.

Thus, when rigidity is weakened by lacking a part of plate member, adjustment becomes very easy. Therefore, even if the battery terminal is compactly arranged in the device by folding back so that the dimension a shown in FIG. 2 is reduced, the contact pressure is adjusted well, the bending portion is bent well, and the contact protrusion hangs down. It makes good contact with the battery electrode. As a result, good contact stability between the contact protrusion and the electrode can be obtained, and contact failure hardly occurs.

The bent portion may be provided on the contact protrusion itself. In this case, when the contact protrusion comes into contact with the battery electrode, the contact protrusion bends well and comes into firm contact with the battery electrode.

In addition, the second battery terminal of the present invention that achieves the above object has a plate-like member folded back at the folded portion so that both sides of the folded portion at the center face each other. Is a fixed piece fixed to the device, the other side is a battery terminal formed as a contact piece that contacts the electrode of the battery to obtain electrical continuity,
A contact protrusion provided on the tip of the contact piece that protrudes outward and contacts the battery electrode;
The contact protrusion includes a bent portion bent in a direction away from the fixed piece of the plate-like member.

According to the second battery terminal of the present invention, even if the second battery terminal is arranged in a narrow space, the contact protrusion at the tip of the contact piece is bent by the bent portion. Make good contact with the electrode. As described above, when the contact protrusion at the tip of the contact piece and the battery electrode are firmly in contact, the contact stability is increased and contact failure is unlikely to occur.

Here, the bent portion may be a portion that is provided between the folded portion and the contact protrusion and is bent in a direction opposite to the folded direction of the folded portion, or provided in the middle of the fixed piece. It may be a portion folded in the same direction as the folded direction in the folded portion.

Further, the folded portion is provided between the folded portion and the contact protrusion, the folded portion provided in the middle of the fixed portion and the portion folded in the direction opposite to the folded direction in the folded portion. It may be a portion of both the folded direction and the portion folded in the same direction.

As described above, a battery terminal capable of obtaining good contact is realized.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a battery terminal according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

Perspective view of the battery terminal from the right obliquely upward in Fig. 3 are shown.

As shown in FIG. 3, the battery terminal 2 has the plate-like member 20 folded at the folded portion 21 so that both sides of the folded portion 21 at the center face each other, and one side with the folded portion 21 as the boundary is the device. A fixed piece 22 fixed to the battery, and the other side is formed as a contact piece 23 that comes into contact with the electrode of the battery to obtain electrical continuity, and is provided on the outer end of the contact piece 23. A contact protrusion 231 that protrudes into contact with the battery electrode, and a flexure 233 that is provided on the contact piece 23 and has a bending portion 233 that is partially weakened and bent when contacting the battery electrode. is doing.

The bending portion 233 has a reduced rigidity due to a lack of a part of the plate-like member 20 between the folded portion 21 and the contact protrusion 231 at the distal end portion 232 of the contact piece 23. FIG. Shows an example in which a constriction is provided by lacking a part of the plate-like member 20 as the bent portion.

FIG. 4 is a view showing a state in which the battery terminal 2 provided with the constriction 233 between the folded portion 21 and the tip end portion 232 of the contact piece 23 and the battery electrode are in contact with each other.

By adjusting the degree of this constriction, the contact piece 23 is curved and the contact protrusion 231 is formed even if it is folded back so as to make the dimension “a” (see FIG. 4) of the battery terminal as small as possible. Without hanging down, the bent portion 233 is bent, the contact protrusion 231 is lifted, and a battery terminal that is firmly in contact with the battery electrode is realized. As a result, good contact stability between the contact protrusion 231 and the battery electrode can be obtained.

In addition, although the example which provided the constriction as the bending part 233 was shown in this example, you may comprise the bending part by notching the center part of the plate-shaped member 20, and providing a slit.

FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example in which the tip of the contact protrusion 231a is thinned to weaken the rigidity of the contact protrusion 231a and a bent portion is provided on the contact protrusion 231a itself.

Since the battery terminal 2 shown in FIG. 5 has weakened rigidity as described with reference to FIG. 4, the contact protrusion 231a always contacts the battery electrode. Here, the contact protrusion 231a itself is weakened by narrowing the tip of the contact protrusion 231a to adjust the contact pressure between the tip of the contact protrusion and the battery electrode. In this example, a constriction is provided to slightly reduce the rigidity of the plate-like member, and then the tip of the contact terminal 231a is further narrowed. Using such a plate-like member with reduced rigidity, the contact terminal 231a itself has a reduced rigidity by narrowing the tip of the contact terminal 231a, so that the contact pressure can be easily adjusted. Thus, a battery terminal capable of obtaining a good contact pressure is realized.

5 shows an example in which a constriction is provided on the contact piece in order to ensure that the tip of the contact terminal is in contact with the electrode even if it is disposed in a narrow space, this may be a slit. It is also possible to dispose the battery terminal in a narrow space by simply thinning the tip of the contact terminal without providing a folded portion and making the tip of the contact terminal like a needle contact the battery electrode. A battery terminal that can be easily contacted is realized.

FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a second embodiment.

FIG. 6A is a side view of the battery terminal, and FIG. 6B is a diagram illustrating a state where the battery contacts the battery terminal.

In the battery terminal 3 shown in FIG. 6A, the plate-like member 30 is folded at the folded portion 31 so that both sides of the folded portion at the center face each other, and one side of the folded portion 31 is The fixed piece 32 fixed to the device is formed as a contact piece 33 whose other side comes into contact with the electrode of the battery and obtains electrical continuity, and is provided at the tip of the contact piece 33. The contact protrusion 331 that protrudes toward the battery electrode and the contact protrusion 331 is bent in a direction away from the fixed piece 32 of the plate-like member. The bent portion 332 here is a portion that is provided between the folded portion 31 and the contact protrusion 331 and is bent in the direction opposite to the folded direction in the folded portion 31. Even if this battery terminal is arranged so that the dimension a is small, the contact protrusion does not hang down. Moreover, the battery terminal 3 shown to Fig.6 (a) shows the example by which the bending 311 was provided between the bending part 332 and the folding | returning part 31. FIG. The bend 311 is provided at a position where it does not come into contact with the battery electrode when the battery is inserted. As shown in FIG. 6B, the battery is inserted and the contact protrusions of the battery terminal contact the battery electrode. When this occurs, the bending 311 acts so as to lift the contact protrusion slightly, and the contact protrusion 331 is reliably brought into contact with the battery electrode.

In this way, the length of the portion that does not contact the battery electrode is required, but a battery terminal that is disposed in a narrow space and can be satisfactorily contacted even when the dimension a (see FIG. 2 or FIG. 4) is reduced is realized. Is done.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a modification of FIG.

FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example of the case where the bent portion 421 is a portion that is provided in the middle of the fixed piece 42 and is bent in the same direction as the turning direction of the turning portion 41.

As shown in FIG. 7, when the bent portion 421 is provided so as to float the folded portion 41 side of the fixed piece 42 and this battery terminal is disposed in the battery chamber, the float disappears when the battery is inserted. As a result, the contact protrusion 431 side is lifted and firmly contacts the battery electrode side. Even in this way, good contact stability can be obtained between the contact protrusion 431 and the battery electrode.

It is a figure which shows an example of the structure of the conventional battery terminal. It is a figure which shows the state when a battery is inserted so that the center of a battery electrode may contact the battery terminal of FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a battery terminal according to a first embodiment of the present invention. It is a figure which shows 2nd Embodiment. It is a figure which shows the example which made the front-end | tip of the contact protrusion 231 thin, weakened the rigidity of the contact protrusion 231, and provided the bending part also in contact protrusion 241 itself. It is a figure which shows 2nd Embodiment. It is a figure which shows the modification of 2nd Embodiment.
