Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a die coating machine and a die coating method, and more particularly to a die coating apparatus and a die coating method capable of coating a single plate substrate at a high speed with a simple system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The biggest problem in coating a single plate-like coating object by the die coating method is that when coating is performed on a single plate, it is not easy to control the film thickness at the start and end of coating.
For this reason, many existing machines require high-precision control of the liquid supply amount, and a method of washing away the coating portion of the edge is employed, and a cleaning device portion is provided for this purpose. Also, the production speed is slow because the substrate is coated.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a die coating apparatus and a die coating method capable of solving the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art and performing coating on a single plate substrate at a high speed with a simple system.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the die coater that performs coating, the present invention according to claim 1 is a substrate installation stage that continuously arranges a single-plate application target substrate on a straight line, and for fixing and setting the application target substrate on this stage. And a die head that moves to perform coating on these substrates placed on the stage, and the portion coated by the die head of the jig has wettability as the coating target. The die coating apparatus is characterized in that it is the same as the substrate .
[0005]
The present invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in the die coater for coating, a side surface portion of the jig contacting the coating symmetrical substrate has adhesion. Die coating equipment .
In the coating method using a die coater according to the third aspect of the present invention, the substrate to be coated is continuously disposed on a substrate installation stage in which the single substrate to be coated is continuously arranged in a straight line, and the wettability is It is a coating method characterized in that a plurality of single-plate coating objects are continuously applied by fixing to a jig that is the same as the substrate to be coated and scanning the die head over the substrate.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention , the substrate to be coated is a glass substrate, a plastic substrate or the like, but is not limited thereto.
Continuous coating is performed on a coated veneer object by the system shown in FIG. The loader 3 performs the movement of the coating veneer object 4 to the stage 2 and the removal of the veneer after coating. A plurality of objects are installed in the coating direction (white arrow) in FIG. The die head 1 scans and coats the plurality of coating veneer objects. The coating liquid is supplied by a supply system.
The detail of the installation method of the several target object to a coating direction (FIG. 1, white arrow) is as follows. In FIG. 2 (A), a jig for continuously arranging the coating veneer object indicated by 7 in the coating direction will be referred to as a fixed jig in the future. The coating veneer object is arranged as shown in the figure, and the fixing jig is arranged between the coating veneer objects. Using this fixing jig, the coating veneer object is fixed in the coating direction (FIG. 2B). A coating veneer object (group) arranged in a straight line in the coating direction is coated by scanning the die head 1 in the direction of the white arrow. The portion indicated by diagonal lines in the fixing jig is made to have the same wettability as the coating object. Further, the side surfaces 6 and 8 of the fixing jig use a material having high adhesion to fix the object to be coated. Further, the jig 7 has no step in the direction perpendicular to the coating object 4 and has the same level of flatness.
The jig cleaning unit 6 is for cleaning the fixing jig 7 (particularly, 8 parts) contaminated by coating. Any washing method may be used as long as it is a method of washing the coating liquid with a parent solvent, and the machine / mechanism is not particularly limited.
