Description

【0001】

[0040]
At the time of normal withdrawal, the banknote storage unit 13 for withdrawal required for withdrawal based on the withdrawal command1, 132The bills are fed one by one from the lower delivery port 21 by the operation of the feeding means 25, and the individual transport path 26.1Or 262, Confluence conveyance path 26ThreeThe money is sent to the withdrawal temporary storage unit 7 through the withdrawal identification unit 27.
[0041]
When the dispensed banknote is determined by the withdrawal identification unit 27 to be of a different denomination, two stacked, skewed, etc., the switching claw 28 is switched by the signal and sent to the withdrawal reject banknote collection unit 10. .
[0042]
In the withdrawal temporary storage unit 7, the receiving plate 30 is placed at the lowered position (the position indicated by the chain line in FIG. 1) when the bill is received, and is sequentially deposited on the receiving plate 30. Banknote storage unit 13 for withdrawal1, 132When the banknotes are thrown out from both sides, one of the storage units 13 is given priority.1, 132Is thrown first.
[0043]
When a predetermined amount of banknotes is temporarily held and the button for approval of throwing is pressed, the motor is driven to raise the receiving plate 30, and the upper surface of the banknotes on the receiving plate 30 is pressed against the lower surface of the endless belt 6. The temporarily held banknotes sandwiched between the belt 6 and the rollers 29, 29... And the roller 6b by the forward rotation of the endless belt 6 are collectively conveyed to the withdrawal port 2, and a part of the banknotes is ejected from the withdrawal port 2. Stopped and held as a protruding state.
[0044]
If the bill is not taken out for a predetermined time even if it is thrown into the dispensing slot 2, the endless belt 6 is rotated in the reverse direction while the receiving plate 30 is located at the raised position, and the endless belt 6 and the rollers 29, 29. The banknote is reversely sent to the collection temporary storage unit 8 by 6a and temporarily stored. The clerk opens the door 4 and takes out banknotes forgotten to withdraw from the collection port 3 of the collection temporary holding unit 8.
[0045]
Next, banknote storage unit 13 for withdrawal1, 132A replenishment operation when the amount of stored banknotes decreases and a refill command is issued will be described.
[0046]
The state where the replenishment box 38 is mounted on the frame 36 is the switch SW.1-1The state where the frame body 36 is mounted on the body 1 is detected by the switch SW.2-1And the storage unit 13 to be refilled by the frame body 36.1Or 132To the right or left in the width direction of the airframe 1 so as to face directly. When replenishing 10,000 yen bills, it is moved to the right in FIG.3-1Is turned on and is detected to be positioned at that position. In addition, when the 1000 yen bill is replenished, the left side movement of the frame body 36 in FIG.3-2Is detected.
[0047]
The switch SW1-1By detecting this, the solenoid of the lock mechanism of the replenishment box 38 is operated, and the lock claw moved by the solenoid engages with the locking portion on the fixed side and is locked so that it cannot be pulled out. The lock is released by a button switch type replenishment box lock release switch SW.1-2By pressing, the replenishment box 38 is unlocked, and when the replenishment box 38 is pulled out, the switch SW1-1Is turned off, and the replenishment box locking mechanism is also deactivated.
[0048]
Mounting the frame 36 is the switch SW2-1Is detected, the solenoid of the frame body locking mechanism is actuated to engage the locking claw and the engaging portion, and the locked state is established. This lock is released by the frame lock release switch SW.2-2When the lock is released by pushing and the frame body 36 is pulled out, the switch SW2-1Is no longer detected, and the frame lock mechanism is deactivated. The frame body 36 is pulled out at the time of maintenance. Normally, only the replenishment box 38 is pulled out to replenish and load bills.
[0049]
In addition, the withdrawal operation of the replenishment box 38 (shown in FIG. 4) with the frame body 36 being pulled out is exactly the same as the operation of withdrawing the replenishment box 38 from the frame body 36 in the mounted state. In the above description, the driving of the lock mechanism at the position where the frame body 36 is moved to the left and right is inactive except when the replenishing banknote is being dispensed and being prepared. However, the locking mechanism moves to the left and right, and each storage portion 131, 132When it is directly facing one of the above, it is mechanically locked, and the release is released by manually operating the lever 43 described above, and the frame 36 can be moved to the right or left. If it is right or left, ie switch SW3-1Or SW3-2On the condition that it is detected, the replenishment box 38 is pulled out from the frame 36 in the mounted state, the bills are filled, and the switch SW is mounted again.1-1When is turned on, the drive part (solenoid) of the frame right / left locking mechanism is activated to be locked, and cannot be released by the lever 43.
[0050]
In this case, when the replenishment banknotes have been paid out, the left and right lock mechanism can be released by the lever 43 and moved to a fixed position on the opposite side. When the frame 36 is placed in the middle of the left and right fixed positions and remains as it is, the switch SW3-1, SW3-2Both lamps in the off state1Lights up and informs that it should be manually moved to either the left or right home position.
[0051]
Next, the banknote replenishment operation will be described.
[0052]
When the replenishment box 38 is pulled out as shown in FIG. 3 and the replenishment banknotes are hand-packed in the accumulated state and pushed into the frame 36 attached to the machine body 1, the switch SW1-1Is turned on, and the replenishment box locking mechanism is locked.
[0053]
The support plate 39 of the replenishment box 38 shown in FIG.1, The uppermost banknote pushes up the sensing lever 18 and the sensor P0-2Is activated. The motor M of the belt 44 is detected by this detection signal.2Is rotated forward (counterclockwise in FIG. 1), and the top banknotes are fed out one by one by friction through the portions of the feeding rollers 45, 45 and the endless belt 44 of the gate roller 44a that are in contact with each other.1And the sensor S on the upper surface side of the endless belt 44.2Thus, the denomination, skew, double stacking, and the like are detected, and the banknote determined to be normal advances straight as it is, and is fed onto the support plate 16 of the replenishment banknote temporary storage unit 15 and accumulated. Sensor SThreeDetects that the bill has been fed onto the support plate 51.
[0054]
When it is determined that the fed banknote is a different denomination banknote, the endless belt 44 of the replenishing banknote transport means 40 is temporarily stopped by the signal, and the motor M of the support plate 39 is stopped.1Is rotated by a predetermined number of pulses to lower the support plate 39 by a predetermined amount, and then the endless belt 44 is reversed to return the different denomination banknote and the next-delayed banknote into the replenishment box 38, and then the frame 36 is It moves to the left and right and is placed in the storage unit for other denominations, and then the support plate 39 is raised to feed out the bill again and feed it into the temporary storage unit 15 of the storage unit.
[0055]
Sensor S2Is determined to be an indistinguishable banknote such as a skew banknote or a two-layer banknote, the forward rotation of the endless belt 44 is stopped in the same manner as described above, the support plate 39 is lowered by a predetermined number of pulses, and then the endless belt 44 is Both the banknote that has started to reverse and the banknote that has been detected are returned to the refill box 38. Thereafter, the support plate 49 is raised and the endless belt 44 is driven to rotate forward, and is fed out again.2Is determined to be normal, it is sent to the temporary holding unit 15. For example, if skewing and overlapping of two sheets are still not resolved after repeating the above action three times, the machine is brought down, the abnormal banknotes are removed from the replenishment box 38, and the operation is resumed.
[0056]
In the replenishing banknote temporary storage section 15, the leading edge of the banknote sent into the storage section as described above is fed by the impeller 48, and both side edges of the banknote in the feeding direction (longitudinal direction) are seating guides. 17 and 17 are gradually curved upward, and are fed in a state of being provided with straightness by being seated in the longitudinal direction, and are well integrated. The tip after being fed is pressed by the presser lever 18.
[0057]
When the banknotes for replenishment in the replenishment box 38 of the replenishment banknote unit part 14 run out, even if the support plate 39 rises, the sensor R is used by the sensing lever 18.0-2The motor M of the endless belt 44 is regarded as the end of feeding when a predetermined time elapses.2Stops and the motor M of the support plate 391Reverses, the support plate 39 descends and stops at a fixed position, and then the motor M1Stops.
[0058]
Next, the control (FIG. 9) of the collection temporary holding unit 8 and the collected banknote storage unit 11 will be briefly described. For example, a collection command for a thousand yen banknote is input from a controller (not shown) to the withdrawal temporary storage unit 7. When 100 thousand yen bills are stored, a batch conveyance path reverse command is issued in the machine body 1, and the bills are sent to the collection / temporary holding unit 8 in a lump.
[0059]
Receiving sensor S of collection temporary holding part 8FourWhen the banknotes are detected, the shutter 9 is opened downward by driving the solenoid SD, and the banknotes on the shutter 9 are stored in the recovered banknote storage unit 11 in the lower part. Thereafter, the solenoid SD is demagnetized, the shutter 9 is closed, and the temporary holding state is restored.
[0060]
The next thousand yen bill is a thousand yen withdrawal banknote storage 131Are collected one by one and accumulated in the withdrawal temporary storage unit 7, and when it reaches 100 sheets, it is sent to the collection temporary storage unit 8 in the same manner as described above, and the shutter 9 opens to enter the collection banknote storage unit 11. Stored.
[0061]
When 500 banknotes are stored in the recovered banknote storage unit 11 in this manner, the banknotes 1 are collectively taken out from the recovery port 3 on the back surface 1 b of the machine body 1. For this take-out, the collected banknote storage unit 11 may be pulled out behind the machine body 1 as shown in FIG.
[0062]
If the number of banknotes temporarily held temporarily does not reach 100, for example, 35, the withdrawal identification unit 27 counts 35, and the subsequent banknote is detected even after a predetermined time has elapsed. When not, it is sent to the collection temporary storage unit 8 as in the case of 100 bills. In this case, however, the shutter 9 is kept closed.
[0063]
In the above case, 35 banknotes may be taken out and collected from the temporary collection / reservation section 8, and the shutter manual release switch SWFourYou may make it collect | recover by making it merge with the banknote in the collection | recovery banknote accommodating part 11 by pushing (it can operate only when it is a fraction), opening the shutter 9.
[0064]
Ten thousand yen bills can be collected in the same manner as thousand yen bills.
[0065]
