本発明は縮合型カキタンニンを含有することにより不飽和アルデヒドに対する優れた消臭効果を有する体臭消臭剤を提供するものである。

【従来の技術】
特開平11−286423号に開示されているように、中高年以降に認められるいわゆる「加齢臭」は、オクテナールやノネナール等の不飽和アルデヒドが深く関わっている全く新たなる性質の体臭である。そして、それらの「加齢臭」を除去するために従来は、発生した不飽和アルデヒドを香料によりマスキングするか若しくは、抗酸化剤による酸化抑制、抗菌剤による皮膚常在菌の増殖抑制により発生を抑えることであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、茶抽出物、シソ抽出物、オウゴン抽出液、キュウリ抽出物、サンショウ抽出物、パセリ抽出物、ハマメリス抽出物、タンニン酸等、いわゆる従来の消臭物質を配合した不飽和アルデヒドの消臭効果は、未だ満足できるものではなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者等は、上記事項に鑑み、鋭意研究を重ねた結果、縮合型カキタンニンが、不飽和アルデヒドに対して著しい消臭効果を見出し、本発明を完成させるに至った。

以下、本発明の構成について詳述する。配合量は特に限定されないが、好ましくは乾燥物として皮膚外用剤全量中の0.0001〜5重量%の範囲内である。好ましくは、0.001〜3重量%である。さらに好ましくは、0.01〜1重量%である。0.0001%未満では消臭効果が発揮できない。また、5重量%以上では効果の増強がなく不経済である。

本発明に係る縮合型カキタンニンはカキノキ:Diospyros kaki Thunberg(Ebenaceae)の果実の搾汁より得られ、その製造方法は、果実を圧搾機にかけて搾汁液を得て減圧乾燥するか、搾汁液に酵素を用いて密閉保存した後に糖分を取り除き、減圧下にて脱水することにより得られる。

本発明の皮膚外用剤は上記必須成分の他に、通常の化粧料、医薬部外品、医薬品等に用いられる各種成分、例えば油性成分、乳化剤、保湿剤、増粘剤、薬効成分、防腐剤、顔料、粉体、pH調節剤、紫外線吸収剤、抗酸化剤、香料等を適宜配合することができる。

具体的には油性成分としては、例えば流動パラフィン、ワセリン、マイクロクリスタリンワックス、スクワラン、ホホバ油、ミツロウ、カルナウバロウ、ラノリン、オリーブ油、ヤシ油、高級アルコール、脂肪酸、高級アルコールと脂肪酸のエステル、シリコーン油等が挙げられる。乳化剤としては、例えばポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油等の非イオン界面活性剤が挙げられる。保湿剤としては、例えばグリセリン、ソルビトール、キシリトール、マルチトール、プロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、1,3−ブチレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレンメチルグルコシドなどが挙げられる。増粘剤としては、例えばカルボキシビニルポリマー、キサンタンガム、メチルセルロース、ポリビニルピロリドン、ゼラチン等が挙げられる。薬効成分としては、例えばビタミンC及びその誘導体、ビタミンE誘導体、プラセンタエキス、コウジ酸、アルブチン、アラントイン、グリチルリチン酸誘導体、各種植物抽出物等が挙げられる。

本発明の体臭剤の剤型は、ミスト、ジェル、化粧水、エアゾール、乳液等の基礎化粧料等目的に応じて任意に選択できる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は縮合型カキタンニンを含有することにより不飽和アルデヒドに対する優れた消臭効果を有するものである。

【実験例】
消臭効果の評価はガスクロマトグラフィーにて行い、不飽和アルデヒドの消臭率をブランクと比較した。又、不飽和アルデヒドはノネナールを使用した。
条件 Column:PEG20M(80/100)3mmφ×2.0m、Temperature:Oven 150℃、Injection:250℃、Detector:250℃、Range:10 検出器:FID
測定方法 ノネナールを1gバイエル瓶に採取し、40℃一定温度にした後、気体5mlを採取する。一方、試料を1gバイエル瓶に採取し、40℃一定温度にし、先に採取したノネナールの気体5mlを入れ10分間放置する。その気体を1ml採取し、ガスクロマトグラフィにて、ノネナールのピーク面積をブランクと比較し、消臭効果を求めた。
尚、各比較試料は、実際に市販、常使されている原料である。(製造業者:一丸ファルコス(株))

以下本発明の実施例を示すが、本発明はこれら実施例に限定されるものではない。

表3〜表7のように処方設計された皮膚外用剤を調製し、加齢臭の消臭効果について下記の試験方法により評価を行った。

あらかじめアンケート調査により、加齢臭に悩む人を被験者として消臭剤に対し各10名選抜した。被験者には加齢臭を上記症状が気になる部分に適量を2週間毎日連用させて、下記の基準で5段階評価を行った。表3〜表7にはその平均点を示した。
5:著しく効果がある。
4:かなり効果がある。
3:やや効果がある。
2:ほとんど効果なし。
1:効果なし。
