Description
The present invention relates to a suspension device for a hanging sliding door. More particularly, the present invention relates to a swing-proof device for a hanging type sliding door that can effectively prevent the swinging of the sliding door and that has a flat floor when the sliding door is opened.
Various sliding doors are used for partitioning large rooms and opening / closing the entrances of rooms. Usually, in the case of a sliding door that slides on the floor, a sill is provided to guide the sliding door along a predetermined direction, or a rail or a groove is provided on a floor board, etc. There is a possibility that it may hinder the crossing of people and carts, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of barrier-free.
Therefore, in recent years, a hanging type sliding door is used in which the sliding door is suspended from a rail provided in a room or a ceiling of the room, and the sliding door is slid in a state slightly separated from the floor.
In the suspension type sliding door, since the lower end of the sliding door is not restrained, a swing stopper is required to prevent the sliding door from swinging. However, if the brace remains protruding from the floor, it becomes an obstacle to traffic and the advantage of the hanging type is impaired. Therefore, conventionally, a traveling guide for a suspended door has been proposed in which a guide pin submerged on the floor surface side is pulled up by a magnet provided on the suspended door side so as to be projected and guided. For example, in
The suspension type sliding door has a problem that it is easy to swing because the lower end is not constrained and is generally lighter than a sliding door that slides on the floor. Therefore, there is a problem that the user's body easily shakes only by lightly hitting the sliding door. In order to prevent the swinging of the sliding door, it is possible to lock the pin attached to the sliding door in the hole or groove formed in the floor. In this case, it is necessary to form a hole or groove in the floor. In addition, holes or grooves formed in the floor have a problem that dust and dust are likely to collect.
On the other hand, swinging of the sliding door can be prevented by protruding a pin or protrusion from the floor and inserting the pin or protrusion into the groove formed on the lower end surface of the sliding door. Since the pins and protrusions protrude from the door, it will hinder the passage of people.
There is a traveling guide of a hanging door that guides traveling by pulling up a guide pin sunk on the floor side with a magnet provided on the hanging door side as in
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and can effectively prevent the swinging of the sliding door. When the sliding door is opened, the floor becomes flat and can be easily attached to the floor. An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-rest device for a hanging sliding door.

The end guide has at least one claw for locking the magnetic body at a predetermined fixing position in the end guide, and a magnetic material that is locked at a predetermined fixing position at a tip of the claw. It is preferable that a contact surface that prevents the magnetic material from falling off is formed by surface contact with the body.
In addition, it is preferable that the cross-sectional shape of the rail has a space portion that can be fitted with a fitting protrusion protruding from the end guide.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the swing of a sliding door can be prevented effectively using the movable member which protrudes from a floor surface with the attraction of the magnet provided in the doorplate.
Moreover, when the sliding door is opened, the movable member returns to the original position by moving the magnet away from the movable member, so that the floor surface becomes flat and does not hinder the passage of people or carts.
In addition, since the movable member swings and protrudes from the floor surface, when the movable member is accommodated in the pedestal, the thickness from the floor surface is small, does not hinder traffic, and does not interfere with the floor surface. Easy to install.
Next, with reference to the drawings, a detailed description will be given of the anti-vibration device for the hanging type sliding door according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is an explanatory plan view showing an example of a hanging type sliding door provided with a swing prevention apparatus according to
FIGS. 1 and 2 show a so-called four-sheet sliding door that is used for a partition of a large room as an example of a hanging type sliding door to which the anti-skid device of the present invention is applied. In a four-ply hanging type sliding door, four door plates S1 to S4 are suspended slidably via a roller or the like with respect to a rail provided on the ceiling of the room or a duck. The steady rest device of the present embodiment is provided on the lower end surface and floor surface of the four door plates S1 to S4.
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 9, the steady rest device of the present embodiment includes a
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
The
Moreover, in order to absorb the impact at the time of a collision with a floor surface and the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the floor-
In addition, although not illustrated, in order to further eliminate the swing of each door plate S1 to S4, between the
In the present embodiment, as the movable member, the swing plate attached to the base so as to be swingable in the vertical direction has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the base is not limited to this. Various movable members can be used as long as they are movable in the vertical direction, at least a part thereof is made of a magnetic material, and a distal end portion is provided with an engaging portion projecting in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the movable member. The movable member of the aspect can be employed.
For example, as another movable member, a wire rod or a thin bar made of a magnetic material in which an engaging portion is formed by processing the tip portion into a substantially L shape or T shape instead of a plate-like member. May be. As another movable member, when a part of the pedestal can be embedded in the floor, a plate-like engaging portion made of a magnetic material is fixed to the tip of a cylinder that can be moved up and down in the vertical direction on the pedestal. A vertically movable movable member or the like formed as described above can also be employed as the movable member of the present invention.
Further, if a part of the movable member such as the
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the cross-sectional shape of the
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, on the upper surface side of the
Note that the end guide and the rail are not necessarily separated from each other. When the dimensions of the door plate are fixed in advance, the end guide is integrally formed with the rail so as to match the dimensions of the door plate. Also good.
For example, a rectangular permanent magnet that has been commercially available can be adopted as the
In the present embodiment, an example in which the
In the anti-seismic device of the present embodiment configured as described above, the
For example, when the door plate S2 shown in FIG. 10A slides toward the
Then, as shown in FIG. 10B, when the door plate S <b> 2 advances and the
Further, as shown in FIG. 10 (c), when the door plate S2 is advanced, the guide rib 13 (see FIGS. 7 and 9) of the
Although the door plate S2 shown in FIG. 10C is prohibited from swinging by the
When the engagement between the engaging
FIG. 11 is a partial cross-sectional perspective view of the anti-vibration device according to
In the second embodiment, the pedestal and the movable member are embedded in the floor surface so that the upper surface of the pedestal is flush with the floor surface. The upper surface of the pedestal is flat, and an arbitrary cross-sectional shape parallel to the upper surface of the pedestal is within the range of the upper surface outline. The pedestal having such a shape is embedded in the floor so that the upper surface is flush with the floor. Since the upper surface of the pedestal is flat, when the upper surface of the pedestal is embedded in the same plane as the floor surface, the floor surface becomes flat. In addition, since any cross-sectional shape parallel to the upper surface of the pedestal is within the range of the upper surface of the pedestal, when embedding the pedestal on the floor surface, a hole having the size of the upper surface of the pedestal may be formed. I don't get angry. Therefore, even if it passes, it does not hinder at all, and even if it temporarily places things on the floor, it does not hinder it.
