フレーク状顔料をラッカーに添加しないこと以外は、実施例1と同様の手順でコーティングを調製した。この層の絶縁耐力は108V/mであった。このコーティングは、320℃から室温までの加熱冷却サイクルに300サイクルしか耐えられなかった。300サイクル後には顕著なクラックが生じ、絶縁電圧は600V以下となった。この値は、屋内電気機器への利用を考慮した場合、極めて低い値である。
Claims (14)
- 電気絶縁層と導電層を有する加熱素子であって、少なくとも前記導電層は、有機シラン化合物を有するハイブリッドゾルゲルプリカーソルを基にすることを特徴とする加熱素子。
- 前記ハイブリッドゾルゲルプリカーソルは、アルキル-アルコキシランの群からの化合物を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱素子。
- 前記ハイブリッドゾルゲルプリカーソルは、メチル-トリメトキシシランおよび/またはメチル-トリエトキシシランを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の加熱素子。
- 前記電気絶縁層は、非導電性粒子を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱素子。
- 前記電気絶縁層は、異方性の非導電性粒子を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の加熱素子。
- 前記導電層は、導電性および/または半導電性粒子を有し、絶縁粒子の量は、0乃至20体積%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱素子。
- 前記導電層は、金属粒子を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の加熱素子。
- 前記導電層は、銀または銀合金の粒子を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の加熱素子。
- 前記導電層は、グラファイトまたはカーボンブラックの粒子を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の加熱素子。
- 前記導電層は、厚さが30μm以内であって、15μmを超えないことが好ましい、請求項6に記載の加熱素子。
- 絶縁層の厚さは、25乃至100μmであって、35乃至80μmであることが好ましい、請求項1に記載の加熱素子。
- アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金の基板上に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一つに記載の加熱素子。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一つに記載の加熱素子を少なくとも有する屋内電気機器。
- 当該屋内電気機器は、(蒸気)アイロン、ヘアードライヤー、へアースタイラー、加湿器およびスチームクリーナー、衣類クリーナー、加熱アイロン台、洗顔スチーマー、鍋、蒸気アイロンおよびクリーナー用加圧ボイラ、コーヒーメーカー、揚げ物鍋、炊飯器、滅菌器、ホットプレート、電気ポット、鉄板、室内ヒーター、ワッフル焼き器、オーブンまたは流水ヒーターであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の屋内電気機器。
