本発明は、物品を収納可能な収納部を有し、その収納部の開閉部分にラッチを具備したオフィスや家庭などで使用する収納家具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、オフィスや家庭などで使用する物品を収納可能な収納部を有するキャビネット等の収納家具には、収納した物品が落下しないよう、収納部の開口部に開閉可能な扉が設けられているものがある。そして、このようなキャビネットには、衝撃や振動が加わったときに扉が勝手に開いて収納する物品が落下する等の事故を防止するために、例えば開閉部分にラッチ機構が設けられている。

具体的にこのラッチ機構は、開閉操作を行う操作レバーと連動し扉の先端部に設けられる爪部と、収納部の使用端縁下部に設けられる爪受部とから構成されるものである。そして、操作レバーを例えば指などで引いた状態で爪部を爪受部に係合させ、しかるのち指を離せば扉部をラッチが掛かった閉止状態で収納部に固定することができる。一方、ラッチが掛かった閉止状態すなわち爪部と爪受部とが係合している状態で操作レバーを指などで引き、そして収納部を開口させるように扉を開けてから指を離せば、ラッチが解除され、扉部を開いて物品を出し入れできることとなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、以上のような構成では、例えば長尺タイプのキャビネットであった場合や、重量の大きい物品を収納したり経年変化が起こったりした場合には、キャビネットが変形して寸法の狂いが生じ、爪部と爪受部とが係合できなくなるという問題がある。特にこのキャビネットをパーティション等の家具の比較的高い位置に取り付けて使用する場合には、収納部の底板に荷重が大きく加わるため、上述の問題が生じやすい。

また、一対の同期動作する爪部を設けた場合、爪部間の距離が大きいほど、両爪部を同時に爪受部に係脱させるのが困難である。

そして、ラッチ部分が係合できなくなった場合には、キャビネットの裏板を外して、ラッチを支持するロッドを修理したり交換したりする必要があるなど、作業が非常に困難であった。

さらに、爪部を扉部に取り付けるためには、扉部を切り欠いたり孔を開けたりするなどの後加工が必要であるので、コストアップや作業の煩雑さの要因となる問題があった。

そこで本発明は、上述のようなキャビネットに限らず、物品を収納する家具一般について、上述した課題を解決することを主たる目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、本発明に係る収納家具は、パーティションパネルやデスクトップパネル等に設けられるスリットにブラケットを介して家具本体の側板を取り付けた状態で使用されるものであって、収納空間及び該収納空間を外部に開放する開口部を設けた収納部と、前記収納空間を前記開口部を通じて外部に開閉する扉部とを具備するとともに、前記収納部における開口部の隅部近傍に一対の被係合部を形成し、前記扉部に、前記被係合部に係合する一対の爪部と、これら一対の爪部同士の間にほぼ全域に亘って配置され爪部の被係合部に対する係合又は解除を操作する操作レバーと、前記爪部を前記被係合部に対して係合方向へ弾性により付勢する付勢部材とを設けていることを前提とする。

このような前提のものであれば、操作レバーのほぼ全域に亘って操作性を一定のものとして、どの部位からでも同一の使用感で簡単に操作することができるといった利点がある。
そして本発明に係る収納家具は、パーティションパネルやデスクトップパネル等に設けられるスリットにブラケットを介して家具本体の側板を取り付けた状態で使用されるものであって、収納空間及び該収納空間を外部に開放する開口部を設けた収納部と、前記収納空間を前記開口部を通じて外部に開閉する扉部とを具備するとともに、前記収納部における開口部の隅部近傍に一対の被係合部を形成し、前記扉部に、前記被係合部に係合する一対の爪部と、これら一対の爪部同士の間にほぼ全域に亘って配置され爪部の被係合部に対する係合又は解除を回動動作により操作する操作レバーと、前記爪部を前記被係合部に対して係合方向へ弾性により付勢する付勢部材とを設け、前記操作レバーに、当該操作レバーの回動中心軸上に前記爪部を保持する保持部を形成し、当該保持部が、当該操作レバーに対して回動中心軸を中心軸として異なる角度を有するように爪部を抜き差しして前記被係合部の位置に応じて前記角度を調整し得る複数の係合溝を有していることを特徴とする。
また本発明に係る収納家具は、パーティションパネルやデスクトップパネル等に設けられるスリットにブラケットを介して家具本体の側板を取り付けた状態で使用されるものであって、収納空間及び該収納空間を外部に開放する開口部を設け少なくとも収納する物品を載せ得る底板を有する収納部と、当該収納部の前面側において前記収納空間を前記開口部を通じて外部に開閉する扉部とを具備するとともに、前記底板における開口部の隅部近傍に一対の被係合部を形成し、前記扉部の下部後方に、前記被係合部に係合する一対の爪部と、これら一対の爪部同士の間にほぼ全域に亘って配置され爪部の被係合部に対する係合又は解除を操作する操作レバーと、前記爪部を前記被係合部に対して係合方向へ弾性により付勢する付勢部材とを設け、前記底板の前端縁を幅方向ほぼ全域に亘って屈曲させて下方に切り欠いた切欠部を設けることにより、前記操作レバーの下方及び後方を開放させていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。

本実施形態に係る収納家具Aは、図1に示すように、例えば、パーティションパネルやデスクトップパネル等の家具本体Kに設けられるスリットKSにブラケットBを介して取り付け、ボックス状の収納部A1に書籍やファイル、荷物等の物品を収納して利用するようにしたものであり、パネルの前面等に取り付けて比較的高い位置で好適に使用される。

そして、この収納部A1は、図1に示すように、前面側に開口を有する箱体状の収納部本体1と、この開口部15を開閉可能な扉部2と、この扉部2を開閉する操作部3とを具備するものである。

なお、本実施形態では、特に説明が無い場合は、前記扉部2が前記開口部15を閉めたときの状態の上下を上下方向として設定し、また、使用端側を前方向、反使用端側を後方向と設定して説明している。

収納部本体1は、収納する物品を載せ得る底板11と、この底板11の両側縁から起立した長方形状をなす側板12と、前記底板11の後端縁から起立する背板13と、この側板12と背板13との上端縁から屈曲してなる天板14等を具備するものである。そして、これら各部で囲まれる空間を物品を収納する収納空間10としている。また、この底板11と側板12と天板14の前側を開口させて収納する物品を出し入れし得る開口部15を形成している。さらに、前記底板11の前側の両側部には、前記操作部3が係合し得る被係合部たる爪受部16を具備している。

より具体的には、前記底板11は、図3に示すように、収納する物品を載置する載置壁11aと、この載置壁11aの前端縁から下方に屈曲する起立要素11bと、前記載置壁11aと並行する底板壁11cとを有する2重構造をなすものである。そして、この底板11は、前記開口部15の隅部において、前記底板壁11cが前端縁に向かう途中から上方に起立する垂直片11dと、この垂直片11dの上端縁から前側に向かって延びる水平片11eとを設けるように構成されている。そして、前記起立要素11bの下端部分と前記水平片11eの前側部分とを連続に切り欠いた切欠部110を構成している。
