BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Each of the present invention includes an attachment stay fixed to the installation portion, and a latch member that is attached to the water faucet and latches the attachment stay, and at least one latching portion of the attachment stay or the latch member is provided. A water faucet that is formed in an inclined surface inclined in the direction of attachment of the latching member to the water faucet so that the water faucet is drawn toward the installation portion in accordance with the attachment of the latching member to the faucet This relates to the mounting structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When installing a water faucet on an installation part such as a wall surface or deck surface via an attachment stay, in order to draw the water faucet in the direction of the installation part and attach it to the installation part without any gap, for example, described in JP-A-9-144083 There is a mounting structure. This is the following structure. As shown in FIG. 6 (a), first, the back upper end 81 of the water tap 10 is engaged with the return portion 46 at the upper end of the mounting stay 40 fixed to the installation portion 1A. The fastening screw 85 is screwed into the screw hole 83 of the side lower end portion 82, and the front end portion 86 of the fastening screw 85 is brought into contact with the back surface of the return portion 47 at the lower end of the mounting stay 40. Then, the screwing amount of the tightening screw 85 is increased, and the end portion 86 of the tightening screw 85 is brought into contact with the back surface of the return portion 47 as shown by an arrow J in FIG. Slide the attachment screw 85 obliquely upward. Thereby, the water tap 10 can be pulled in the direction of the installation part 1A and attached to the installation part 1A without a gap. Further, after the attachment, some bending is caused in the return portion 47, the restoring force of the return portion 47 is constantly applied to the fastening screw 85, and the state in which the water tap 10 is drawn to the installation portion 1A is maintained.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional mounting structure described above has the following problems.
First, since the distal end portion 86 of the tightening screw 85 contacts the return portion 47 in a rotating state, the distal end portion 86 bites into the return portion 47, making it difficult to smoothly slide the tightening screw 85. There is. In such a case, the water tap 10 cannot be accurately installed, and the water tap 10 is rattled, or an unnecessary gap is formed between the back surface of the water tap 10 and the installation portion 1A.
[0004]
In addition, since the distal end portion 86 of the tightening screw 85 contacts the return portion 47 in a dot shape, it is difficult to firmly fix the water tap 10 to the mounting stay 40. And since it is a point-like contact, even if it is a fixed state, the screw 85 for clamping to the return part 47 tends to bite. Here, even if sufficient pulling of the faucet 10 to the installation portion 1A is maintained at the beginning of construction, if the tightening screw 85 bites into the return portion 47 due to long-term use, the pulling force decreases. As a result, the water faucet 10 is rattled or a useless gap is created between the back surface of the water faucet 10 and the installation portion 1A.
[0005]
Each of the present inventions has been made in view of such a situation, and an object of the invention is to provide a water faucet mounting structure for accurately mounting the water faucet to the installation portion.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the means adopted by the present invention is, first, in the water faucet mounting structure according to the invention of claim 1,
“A mounting stay fixed to the installation portion and a latching member that is attached to the water faucet and latches the mounting stay, and at least one latching portion of the mounting stay or the latching member is connected to the water faucet. In the structure of the water faucet that is formed in an inclined surface shape that inclines in the attaching direction of the retaining member, and is configured such that the faucet is drawn toward the installation portion along with the attachment of the retaining member to the faucet ,
The hook member is attached to the water tap through a separate attachment member.
Is the gist.
[0007]
In the first aspect of the invention, since the latch member is attached to the faucet by a separate attachment member, the latch member rotates relative to the mounting stay when the latch member is attached to the faucet. It does not do, it just touches. Therefore, with the attachment of the latching member to the faucet, the latching member slides smoothly with respect to the mounting stay, and draws the faucet toward the installation portion.
[0008]
Here, in the present invention, even if the contact state of each latching portion between the latching member and the mounting stay is a point-like one, the above advantages can be obtained sufficiently, but it can be sufficiently effective. In consideration of the fixing point, it is preferable to configure each latching portion of the latching member and the mounting stay so as to contact each other linearly or in a planar shape.
In the present invention, the “attachment member” is an engagement with each of the screw, the water faucet, and the latch member that attaches the latch member to the water faucet by screwing to the water faucet or the latch member. Various things, such as an engaging tool which attaches a latching member to a water tap, are applicable. In addition, the “installation section” includes, for example, various related products such as walls, washrooms, wall sections of various installation spaces of water faucets such as kitchens, the upper surface section or front section of the counter, deck sections, etc. Standing wall parts such as a vanity and a sink, an upper surface part, and the like are also included.
[0009]
Next, in the water faucet mounting structure according to the invention of claim 2,
"In the water faucet mounting structure of the invention of claim 1,
The latching portions of both the latching member and the mounting stay are formed into inclined surfaces that can come into surface contact with each other.
Is the gist.
In the invention of claim 2, since the latching portions of both the latching member and the mounting stay are formed in an inclined surface shape, the latching portion is slid more smoothly, and a firm fixation is obtained. .
[0010]
Next, in the water faucet mounting structure of the invention of claim 3,
"In the water faucet mounting structure of the invention of claim 1 or claim 2,
The terminal of the water pipe fixed to the installation part and the pipe connection part of the water tap are inserted and connected. "
Is the gist.
[0011]
In each invention of Claim 1 and 2, well-known connection means, such as a mutual connection and a joint using a cap nut, can be applied regardless of the connection means between the water tap and the water pipe. However, such a connecting means has a complicated structure and complicated work. Therefore, in the present invention, the terminal device of the water pipe fixed to the installation part and the pipe connection part of the water faucet are connected by simply inserting. Thereby, simplification of a structure and connection work can be achieved. Here, in such an insertion connection, it is necessary to prevent each other from coming off, but since the faucet is fixed to the installation part by the hooking member to the mounting stay, from the terminal of the water pipe The pipe connection part of the faucet never pulls out, and the faucet is drawn to the installation part, so that a reliable connection state is maintained between the terminal of the water pipe and the pipe connection part of the faucet . Examples of the “terminal device” in the present invention include an adapter interposed between the terminal of the water supply pipe and the pipe connection portion of the water tap, and a connection pipe such as a socket.
[0012]
Next, in the water faucet mounting structure of the invention of claim 4,
"In the water faucet mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
The faucet includes a faucet body and a cover that covers the faucet body and abuts the installation portion. "
Is the gist.
According to the invention of claim 4, the aesthetic appearance of the entire faucet can be improved by the cover. In the present invention, the water faucet body covered with the cover may be able to collide with the installation part, or a gap may be formed between the water faucet body and the installation part. In the former mode, since the amount of advance from the installation part of the entire water faucet can be further reduced, the aesthetic appearance around the water faucet is further improved. Moreover, in the latter aspect, it has a great significance in that the gap between the faucet body and the installation part can be concealed by the cover.
[0013]
Finally, in the water faucet mounting structure of the invention of claim 5,
"In the water faucet mounting structure of the invention of claim 4,
The water faucet is provided with a sub-cover that covers the hook member separately from the cover. ''
Is the gist.
[0014]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the hook member can be attached and detached simply by attaching and detaching the sub-cover, so that the construction and maintenance of the water faucet are further facilitated.
In the present invention, it is effective to provide an operation part and an attachment / detachment port for maintenance equipment such as a stop cock, a strainer, and a check valve in a “part to be a defensive range of the sub cover” in the main body of the water tap. . This is because these devices can be operated and maintained by simply attaching and detaching the sub-cover.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the “water faucet mounting structure” according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, the outline of the mounting structure of the water tap 10 will be described with reference to FIG. This mounting structure is applied to a unit bath installed in a bathroom, and a water faucet 10 is attached to a mounting stay 40, a hooking member 50 and a mounting member with respect to an installation portion 1A configured using a wall panel or the like. The attachment member 58 is used for attachment. However, in addition to the various panels shown in this example, the installation section 1A of each invention of the present invention is fixed to various surface portions of the installation space itself, for example, mortar, tile, etc. in a bathroom, a washroom, a kitchen, etc. The formed wall, counter, deck, etc. are also included. Moreover, various attachment parts of various related products installed in the installation space, for example, standing wall parts such as a vanity and a sink, an upper surface part, a counter part, and the like are also included.
[0016]
In this example, a hot and cold water mixing faucet is used as the faucet 10, and includes a faucet body 11, a cover 31, and a pair of left and right sub covers 35. However, each of the present inventions can also be suitably applied to other types of water faucets such as a single water faucet, a water purifier faucet, and an alkaline ionized water producing device.
The faucet body 11 exposes the terminal of the operation shaft 12 on both front sides of the front surface, and an operation handle 1D is attached to each terminal. On both the left and right sides of the water faucet body 11, the rear side of the operation shaft 12 is a sufficiently large empty area 13, so that the user can smoothly operate the operation handle 1D without bringing his / her hand into contact with the installation portion 1A. Can be operated. Moreover, the stop cock unit 2D is exposed in each empty area 13.
[0017]
A hot water side pipe connection portion 17 protrudes from the left side of the back of the faucet body 11 and a water side pipe connection portion 17 protrudes from the right side of the drawing. Further, a water discharge pipe 1E is connected to the front side of the bottom surface of the faucet body 11, and a connecting portion 14 to which shower piping (not shown) is connected is suspended from the rear side of the bottom surface.
[0018]
The cover 31 substantially covers the upper surface, the front surface, and the bottom surface of the water faucet body 11, and is attached to the water faucet body 11 from the front surface side, and according to the invention of claim 4, the rear end portion thereof is the installation portion 1A. It is a thing to collide with. Further, stepped cutouts 32 are provided at the left and right ends of the front side of the cover 31, and the cover 31 prevents the cover 31 from coming off to the front of the faucet body 11 by a collar 33 attached to the cutout 32. Is planned.
[0019]
The left and right sub-covers 35 cover the empty regions 13 on the left and right of the water faucet body 11, and elastic engagement legs 36 are projected from the four corners of the back surface. The sub cover 35 is detachably mounted after the water faucet body 11 and the like are installed on the installation portion 1A, and at that time, the elastic engagement legs 36 are elastically engaged with the inner wall surfaces on the rear side of both sides of the cover 31. Is done.
In addition, the aspect of the cover 31 and the sub cover 35 is not limited to this example, For example, when the attachment site | part of the latching member 50 is provided in other surfaces, such as the upper surface of a faucet main body 11, a bottom surface, and a front surface. Alternatively, an open portion of the cover 31 may be provided on this surface, and the sub cover 35 may be attached to the open portion. Further, the cover 31 itself may be a divided type, and in each of the first to third aspects, the cover 31 and the sub cover 35 may not be provided.
[0020]
The mounting stay 40 is disposed on the back side of the water faucet body 11, is mainly composed of a substantially rectangular thin plate, and includes insertion holes 41 on both right and left ends. Then, as will be described later, the fixing member 73 mounted in the insertion hole 41 and the installation portion 1A are sandwiched and fixed to the installation portion 1A. Further, bent portions 43 that are bent toward the opposite installation portion 1A side are provided at both left and right ends of the mounting stay 40, and the bent portions 43 have cutout portions for avoiding a conflict with the stop cock unit 2D described above. 44 is provided. And the back surface of the bent part 43 constitutes a hooked part 45 having an inclined surface.
[0021]
The latching member 50 is mainly composed of a thin plate having a generally longitudinal cross-sectional shape, and has a substantially vertically long rectangular body body 51 and a substantially horizontally long rectangular shape arranged in parallel vertically with a notch 53 interposed therebetween. An attachment portion 52. Here, the notch 53 is for avoiding a conflict with the water stop cock unit 2D. In this latching member 50, the front surface of the main body 51 constitutes an inclined surface-like latching portion 55 corresponding to the aforementioned latched portion 45. In addition, each attachment portion 52 is provided with an insertion hole 56, and an attachment member 58 formed using a screw is screwed into the screw hole 18 of the water faucet body 11 through the insertion hole 56. The latch member 50 is attached to the water faucet body 11.
The details of the hooking portion 45 and the hooking portion 55, which are hooking portions of the mounting stay 40 and the hooking member 50, will be described later.
[0022]
Next, details of the faucet body 11 will be described with reference to FIG.
The faucet body 11 includes a temperature control valve 2B for adjusting mixing of hot water and a flow path switching valve 2C for switching the outflow path and adjusting the flow rate.
The temperature control valve 2B is operated using the operation handle 1D on the left side surface of the faucet body 11, and mixes hot water supplied from the hot water chamber 15 and water supplied from the water chamber 16 to a desired temperature. . The temperature control valve 2B includes, for example, (a) a temperature sensitive element that deforms in response to a temperature change such as a wax element or a shape memory alloy element, and automatically adjusts the mixing degree of hot water and water. (B) a sliding disk system that uses a fixed disk and a movable disk that slide to open and close the flow path, and (c) the mixing degree of hot water and water by a separate handle. Various systems such as a two-handle system for adjustment can be used.
[0023]
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the hot water side pipe connection portion 17 communicates with the left mounting chamber 19 in a bent shape at the back end, and is further drawn around the faucet body 11. The hot water chamber 15 communicates with a communication port 20 that accommodates a check valve (not shown). On the other hand, the water-side pipe connecting portion 17 communicates with the right mounting chamber 19 in a bent shape at the back end thereof, and is drawn around the faucet body 11 to accommodate a check valve (not shown). The communication port 21 and the flow path portion 22 communicate with each other in this order, and are further routed through the faucet body 11 to communicate with the water chamber 16. In each of the left and right mounting chambers 19 and 19, a stop cock unit 2D having a stop cock and a strainer is detachably attached from the empty area 13, and an operation section 2G of the stop cock is provided. It is exposed in the empty area 13. In this way, in this example, the mounting part of the stop cock unit 2D is provided by appropriately bending the internal flow path of the faucet body 11, and since it opens in the empty area 13, the mounting chambers 19 and 19 On the other hand, it is easy to attach and detach the water faucet unit 2D. In addition, since the mounting portion of the “water faucet unit 2D” is provided in a bent shape inside the water faucet body 11, the water faucet body 11 can be made compact.
[0024]
On the other hand, the flow path switching valve 2C is operated using the operation handle 1D on the right side surface of the faucet body 11, and switches the outflow path to the outflow path 23 on the curran side or the outflow path 24 on the shower side and adjusts the flow rate. is there. As the flow path switching valve 2C, there are various types such as (d) a sliding disk system, (e) a lift system for switching a flow path and adjusting a flow rate by moving a valve body forward and backward with respect to a pair of opposed valve ports. You can use one of the methods.
[0025]
Next, the installation part 1A to which the water faucet 10 is attached and the connector S arranged in the installation part 1A will be described with reference to FIGS.
The installation part 1A is raised in front of the back wall of a bathroom (not shown), and as shown in FIG. 2, the water supply pipe 1F for hot water supply, which is composed of a rigid pipe, is provided on the back side of the installation part 1A. And the terminal of the water supply pipe 1F for water supply are routed. In addition, you may comprise each water supply pipe 1F using a flexible tube.
In addition, two through holes 1G and 1G are formed in the installation portion 1A at substantially the same pitch as both the hot water side and water side pipe connection portions 17 and 17 described above. And with respect to this installation part 1A, the above-mentioned water faucet 10 has a connecting tool S having a pair of left and right adapters 60, 60 and a fixing stay 70, a fixing member 73, a mounting stay 40, a latching member 50, etc. It is attached using.
[0026]
The adapter 60 is a specific example of a “water pipe terminal”, and is configured using a flanged cylindrical object as shown in FIG. 3. In addition, the front of the large-diameter flange portion 66 is a front connection port 61 that can be connected to the above-described hot water side or water side pipe connection portions 17 and 17, and the rear of the flange portion 66 is for hot water supply or water supply. The rear connection port 62 is connectable to each water pipe 1F. Furthermore, the front connection port 61 has an outer diameter that can be inserted into the above-described through hole 1G, and a male screw 63 is engraved on the outer peripheral surface. In addition, two circumferential grooves are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the front connection port 61, seal members 64, 64 are fitted in the respective circumferential grooves, and a male screw 65 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rear connection port 62. It is engraved.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 3, the fixing stay 70 is configured to fix both adapters 60 at a desired pitch. The fixing stay 70 is configured by using a substantially rectangular thin rigid plate, and fixing notches 71 that open at the lower end surface are provided at both ends. The pitch between the two fixing cutouts 71 is substantially the same as that of the two through holes 1G and 1G. The fixing notch 71 may be opened at the upper end surface or the side end surface of the fixing stay 70, or a fixing hole may be formed instead of the fixing notch 71.
[0028]
In this example, while the left and right fixing cutouts 71 are aligned with the back surfaces of the flange portions 66 of the left and right adapters 60, the fixing stay 70 is moved downward to connect the respective rearward connections in the fixing cutouts 71. The front end 67 of the mouth 62 is inserted. Then, the nut 72 is screwed onto the male screw 65 from the back side of the fixed stay 70, and the fixed stay 70 is sandwiched between the flange portion 66 and the nut 72, thereby constituting the connection tool S as a whole. In this example, a pair of parallel surfaces (so-called two-surface widths) are formed on the peripheral surface portion of the front end portion 67 of each rear connection port 62, and this peripheral surface portion is the rear end side of the fixing notch 71. And has a corresponding outer shape. Then, since the pair of parallel surfaces of the front end portion 67 and the pair of parallel surfaces of the fixing notch 71 are fitted, both adapters 60 are in a state of being fixed and fixed to the fixing stay 70. .
[0029]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a terminal of a hot water supply water pipe 1F is connected to the left rear connection port 62 using a cap nut 1H, and a water supply water supply is similarly connected to the right rear connection port 62. The terminal of the pipe 1F is connected. Thereby, the connection tool S is comprised using a rigid pipe | tube, hold | maintaining the front connection port 61 in the state arrange | positioned in the said substantially same pitch as both the said hot water side and water side pipe connection parts 17 and 17. It will be in the state supported by the both water supply pipes 1F in the shape of a cantilever. However, the use of the fixing stay 70 may be omitted, or a fixing tool of another form such as a box shape may be used instead of the fixing stay 70.
[0030]
In this example, the connection work between each water pipe 1F and each rear connection port 62 is performed before the installation portion 1A is placed upright in front of the back wall. And as a part of standing work of installation part 1A, each front connection port 61 is inserted in penetration hole 1G from the back side of installation part 1A, with sheet packing 1J interposed. Thereby, each front connection port 61 is in a state of being substantially contained in each through hole 1G. Further, in this example, each front connection port 61 is formed in a female shape, and the seal members 64 and 64 are not exposed to the outside, so that they are present on the inner wall surface of each through hole 1G or the inner wall surface during this insertion operation. The “burrs” and the like that do not come into contact with the seal members 64 and 64.
[0031]
By this insertion operation, the front surfaces of the left and right flange portions 66 come into contact with the back surface of the installation portion 1A with the sheet packing 1J interposed therebetween. In this example, the front surface of the flange portion 66 is a contact surface that contacts the back surface of the installation portion 1A. However, the flange portion 66 is omitted from the adapter 60, and this contact surface is configured on the front surface of the fixed stay 70. Also good. Further, unlike this example, the connection work between each water pipe 1F and each rear connection port 62 and the insertion work into the through hole 1G of the front connection port 61 are performed on the installation portion 1A erected in front of the back wall in advance. When performing on the back side, an appropriate working port may be provided in the installation portion 1A, and in terms of workability, it is preferable to use a water pipe 1F configured with a flexible pipe.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 3, the fixing member 73 is configured by a nut having a fixing flange 74, and has an internal thread 75 that can be screwed into the external thread 63 of the front connection port 61 on the inner peripheral surface. The fixing member 73 is inserted into the through hole 1G from the surface side of the installation portion 1A with the seat packing 1K and the mounting stay 40 interposed, and is screwed and fastened to the front connection port 61. As a result, the connecting portion S is firmly fixed to the installation portion 1A by sandwiching the installation portion 1A between the fixing flange 74 and the front surface of the flange portion 66. Unlike this example, the fixing member 73 may be a male type, the front connection port 61 may be a female type, and the attachment method of both is not limited to screwing. Moreover, according to this example, if the fixing member 73 is removed from the indoor side, the panel constituting the installation portion 1A can be removed. Therefore, from this indoor side, the replacement of the panel, the connector S, and the water pipe 1F Maintenance etc. can be performed.
Thus, in this example, fixing of the mounting stay 50 to the installation portion 1A is performed also as fixing of the connection tool S, thereby simplifying the fixing work of the mounting stay 50. Not limited to this, the fixing of the mounting stay 50 to the installation portion 1A may be performed separately by screwing or the like, for example.
[0033]
Finally, the attachment method of the water tap 10 etc. are demonstrated using FIG.
In this example, after the cover 31 and the left and right operation handles 1D, 1D are attached to the faucet body 11, the faucet body 11 is attached to the installation portion 1A. At this time, the water faucet body 11 is installed in the installation portion 1A while inserting the hot water side pipe connection portion 17 into the left front connection port 61 and inserting the water side pipe connection portion 17 into the right front connection port 61. Pushed into the side. Then, as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the latching member 50 is attached and fixed to the rear side of the both side surfaces of the water faucet body 11 using the attachment member 58. As described above, this attachment is performed by screwing the attachment member 58 separate from the latch member 50 into the screw hole 18 of the faucet body 11 and attaching the attachment portion 52 to the faucet body 11. Is done by.
[0034]
At the beginning of this attachment work, as shown in FIG. 4A, the bent portion 43 of the mounting stay 40 and the body portion 51 of the hooking member 50 are in a non-contact or light contact state, The faucet body 11 is not yet fully pushed.
When the screwing amount of the attachment member 58 is increased, the attachment portion 52 is pressed by the head of the attachment member 58 and moves in the direction of the arrow A in the figure, and the hook portion 55 presses the hook portion 45. To do. When the screwing amount is further increased, the attachment portion 52 is attached, and the latching portion 55 slides in the direction of the arrow B in the drawing and is pulled toward the installation portion 1A. At this time, the faucet body 11 together with the hook member 50 is also drawn toward the installation portion 1A. This pulling is performed until the cover 31 collides with the installation portion 1A and as shown in FIG. 4B, the positioning surface 27 provided in a protruding shape on each root side of each pipe connection portion 17, 17. This is carried out until it comes into contact with the surface 76 of the fixing member 73, whereby the latching portion 55 is accurately latched by the latched portion 45, and the attachment of the faucet body 11 to the installation portion 1A is completed.
[0035]
Thus, in this example, the latching member 50 is attached to the faucet body 11 using a separate attachment member 58, and the latching portion 55 and the latched portion 45 can be in surface contact with each other. Since it is formed in the shape of an inclined surface, the latching portion 55 slides smoothly and is latched on the latched portion 45. Prior to the complete attachment of the latching member 50 to the water faucet body 11, the latched portion 45 of the mounting stay 40 and the latching portion 55 of the latching member 50 are latched to each other and appropriately bent. In other words, even if there is a dimensional variation in the main body 51, the water tap 10 or the like, this variation can be absorbed. In particular, as in the present example, when the latching portion 55 and the latched portion 45 are formed in a plate shape, it is easy to cause appropriate deflection and is effective.
[0036]
Here, in this example, although the aspect which makes both the latching | locking part 55 and the to-be-latched part 45 into an inclined surface form is illustrated, in invention of Claim 1, 3-5, Fig.5 (a) and ( As shown in b), only one of the latching portion 55 or the latched portion 45 may be formed in an inclined surface shape, and the other may be a “contact portion” that abuts the other in a linear or dot shape. Also in these aspects, the latching portion 55 slides accurately and is latched by the latched portion 45. However, in these embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5C, if the contact portion is rounded or chamfered, smoother sliding becomes possible.
[0037]
Moreover, in this example, although the aspect which latches the latching member 50 from the outer side of the attachment stay 40 was illustrated, in this each invention, the latching method in particular is not ask | required. For example, as shown in FIG. 5D, a hooked portion 45 may be provided inside the mounting stay 40 and the hooking portion 55 may be hooked from the inside of the mounting stay 40.
Furthermore, in this example, the faucet body 11 is fixed to the mounting stay 40 that is fixed in advance to the installation portion 1A. However, as shown in FIG. 5E, the mounting stay 40 is attached to the faucet body 11 in advance. As shown by the arrow C in the figure, the mounting stay 40 may be fixed to the installation portion 1A with a screw or the like. In this case, as a matter of course, the attachment structure according to the present invention is used for attaching the attachment stay 40 to the faucet body 11.
[0038]
In this example, since both pipe connection parts 17 and 17 of the faucet body 11 that has been attached are supported by being inserted into the left and right adapters 60, the faucet body 11 does not rotate, The mounting portion 1A is fixed with little backlash in the left-right direction and the vertical direction. And since the insertion state is reliably maintained by the latching member 50, the water tap main body 11 is reliably fixed also to the front-back direction of the installation part 1A.
Moreover, since the sub cover 35 is attached to the water faucet body 11 that has been attached and the latch member 50 and the faucet unit 2D are concealed, the hand of the person who operates the operation handle 1D is held by the latch member. No accidental contact with 50 or the stopcock unit 2D.
[0039]
In this example, when performing maintenance or the like of the water tap 10, the sub cover 35 is removed and the stop cock is operated, or the strainer is attached / detached, but the sub cover 35 is operated from the outside to operate the stop cock. The operation hole may be provided so that the stop cock can be operated without removing the sub cover 35.
[0040]
Further, when replacing the faucet 10, etc., if the sub cover 35 is removed and the attachment member 58 and the retaining member 50 are removed from the faucet body 11, the faucet body 11 can be easily removed from the installation portion 1A. be able to. Thus, according to this example, the faucet 10 can be easily attached and detached, and the replacement work of the panels and the like constituting the installation part 1A, and the maintenance of the connection tool S, the water pipe 1F, etc. can be performed from the indoor side. Therefore, construction, maintenance, etc. of “the entire attachment structure of the faucet 10” can be efficiently performed. In addition, the fixing member 73 hardly protrudes from the installation portion 1A, and the rear end surface of the water faucet body 11 and the cover 31 abuts the installation portion 1A, and the water faucet body 11 is made compact. The amount of the hydrant 10 that is put out is suppressed, and the space for installing the hydrant 10 can be saved.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the water faucet attachment structure of each invention, the water faucet can be accurately attached to the installation portion.
[0042]
In particular, according to the invention of claim 2, smooth and firm attachment can be performed, and according to the invention of claim 3, connection work with water pipes can be easily performed. According to the invention, it is possible to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the entire water faucet, and according to the invention of claim 5, construction and maintenance work can be simplified.
