本発明は主として電柱上にカラスや鳩などの鳥類が巣作りするのを防止するために設置する鳥害防止具に関するものである。

カラス,鳩等の鳥類の飛来を防ぐために多数の棒状の突起を間隔を密にして配置した鳥害防止具は、上記特許文献1,2等により知られている。また、特許文献3は電柱上等に球体を吊り下げることで巣作りが行えないように空間を制限するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで電柱上の営巣可能な空間は、腕金の取付状況や開閉器,変圧器等の有無等により大きく異なるものであるが、従来の上記特許文献1〜3等に記載された鳥害防止具では、その防止具の取付数や球体の大きさを増減させることでそれらの状況の違いに対処するほかないものであった。このため上記従来の防止具では取付現場での施策が容易でなく、状況によっては営巣可能な空間が残り、鳥害を有効に防止できないおそれがあった。
また、多数の棒を上向きに配置してなる従来の防止具では、鳥類が口にくわえて運んできた針金製のハンガー等をこの棒に引っ掛けることが可能であるので、電柱上の僅かな空間でも巣作りを可能にするおそれがあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記従来の鳥害防止具の欠点を解消しようとするものである。
そのために本発明に係る鳥害防止具は、合成樹脂材料からなる棒状の幹軸を電柱上に固定される取付具により略々鉛直に支持し、該幹軸の側面に描かれるスパイラル状の軌跡上に適宜間隔を離して複数の貫通孔を該幹軸に対して傾斜状なるように形成し、ガラス繊維の外周面にポリエチレン樹脂皮膜を施すことにより前記幹軸より細径の直線棒状の枝棒を形成し、該枝棒の一端に前記貫通孔より大径の抜止部材を固定し、該枝棒を前記各貫通孔に貫挿し該枝棒を幹軸から下向きに傾斜するよう支持することで複数の枝棒を該幹軸に平面視で四方八方を向く放射状に取着したことを特徴とする。
このため、電柱上の状況に応じ枝棒を必要な空間に自由に延設することができ、鳥類の巣作りを困難にするので、短絡事故が起きるのを防止し得る。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態を図面と共に説明する。図1は本発明に係る鳥害防止具の斜視図、図2はその平面図である。図中、1は略々鉛直に支持される幹軸、2は該幹軸に取着される枝棒である。幹軸1は絶縁性の合成樹脂材料からなる剛性を有した直径10mm程の丸棒状のものである。また、枝棒2は絶縁性および剛性の高いガラス繊維からなり、幹軸1より細径の直線棒状体で、その外周面にポリエチレン樹脂皮膜を施してなる。そして、図3,図4に示したように、幹軸1の側面に適宜間隔を離して複数の貫通孔3a,3b,3c,…を平面視で四方八方を向くように形成し、枝棒2を該貫通孔3a,3b,3c,…に貫挿することにより、該幹軸1に複数の枝棒2が放射状に取着される。なお、該各貫通孔3a,3b,3c,…は、水平面に対する角度αが約30度の傾斜状に形成されることから、該各枝棒2は該貫通孔3a,3b,3c,…に貫挿することにより該幹軸1から約30度の下向き傾斜状に垂れ下がるように取着される。そして、この実施形態では該貫通孔3a,3b,3c,…が幹軸1側面に描いたスパイラル状の軌跡4上に平面視で図2に示されるように角度βが45度の間隔にて形成されることにより、各枝棒2が四方八方を向く。

そして、該各枝棒2の少なくとも傾斜上端部に貫通孔3a,3b,3c,…より大径のキャップ状の抜止部材5を装着し接着剤等で固定することにより、該各枝棒2が貫通孔3a,3b,3c,…から抜脱しないようにしている。なお、図示したように、各枝棒2を貫通孔に貫挿した後に同様の抜止部材5を各枝棒2の傾斜下端部にも装着してもよい。

このように構成した鳥害防止具は、図5に使用状態を例示したように、電柱6の腕金7にクランプ8を介して固定した筒状の取付具9に幹軸1の下端部を挿入することにより略々鉛直に支持され、各枝棒2をこの電柱上で四方八方に放射状に張り出すことにより、鳥類の飛来、および営巣が防止される。特に各枝棒2は下向き傾斜状に支持されていることから、巣作りのための針金等が運び込まれてもこれが傾斜に沿って落下して営巣を困難にする。
また、枝棒2は各貫通孔3a,3b,3c,…の全部に貫挿する必要はなく、電柱上にて必要な部分にのみ装着できるとともに、カッターによって適当な長さに簡単に切断できるので、開閉器や変圧器等に接触しないように、しかも電柱上の営巣のおそれのある空間に自由に延設することができる。

また、この鳥害防止具は腕金7等に取付具9を固定するだけで簡単に取り付けられるので、取付場所を選ばず電柱上の空間の状況に従い自由に設定、或いは増設することができる。

図6は上記抜止部材5の他の実施形態を示すもので、この実施形態に示した抜止部材5は開口部の両側に二股状の把持部5a,5aが一体に形成され、図7に示したように該抜止部材5を枝棒2の傾斜上端部に装着したとき該把持部が幹軸1を両側から挟着することで、該枝棒2の無用な移動が防止されるようにしている。

なお上記実施形態では枝棒2とは別体に形成された抜止部材5を装着したが、枝棒2の端部に抜止部材5を一体に成形するようにしても、或いは枝棒2の端部を折り曲げることによって抜止部材5に相当する部分を形成してもよい。また、幹軸1に対する枝棒2の取着角度等は上記実施形態に限られたものでないことは言うまでもない。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明に係る鳥害防止具は、略々鉛直に支持される幹軸の側面に傾斜状なるように複数の貫通孔を適宜間隔を離して形成し、該貫通孔に適宜長の枝棒を貫挿することで該枝棒を傾斜状に支持するものであるので、状況に応じ該枝棒を適宜長さに切断し、必要な空間に自由に延設することができて営巣を完全に困難にし、鳥害を有効に防止できる効果がある。
