【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、商品の開発・広告・宣伝・販売などに利用される商品に関する情報（商品情報）の蓄積、共用を行うためのシステム及びプログラムに関し、特に、新商品を開発した際には、速やかに新商品に関する情報（新商品情報）を蓄積、共用を行って開発・広告・宣伝・販売などにおける利用に供するに好適な商品情報管理システム及び商品情報管理プログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、製造メーカーなどでは新製品は、企画、開発、販売開始という流れで市場に出回ることが多く、商品の研究開発終了後に販売計画を策定し、販売開始に間に合うように、新商品情報のみを記載したあるいは新商品を一商品として含む商品情報を記載したパンフレット、カタログなどの印刷情報媒体（販売促進用資料）を作成し、商品名やキャッチフレーズなどを記載した店頭看板や幟などのＰＯＰの作成にとりかかることが、主に販売促進部門や広告部門を中心に行われている。

これに対して、実際に新商品を販売する営業部門では、販売開始と同時に新商品情報を把握して説明を伴う営業を行わねばならず、新商品情報を把握するために、販売開始に間に合うように、営業担当の社員がその新商品に関する知識を習得するための教育を受けることになっている。

この場合、営業担当の社員は、新商品と共に店頭に置かれるパンフレット、カタログなどの販売促進用資料を用いて新商品の説明を行うことが一般的である。よって、営業担当の社員が、その新商品に関する知識を習得するための教育においても、これらの販売促進用資料をテキストとして利用するのが好ましい。しかし、一般にこれらの販売促進用資料は、校正・印刷などに時間を要し、販売開始の前日に新商品と共に梱包されて販売店に配送されてくることが多く、販売促進用資料の形式に整理されていない段階の情報で営業担当の社員の教育を行うか、現実的ではないが、販売促進用資料の完成を待ってから営業担当の社員の教育を開始して教育が完了するまで販売開始時期を遅らせるしかなく、営業担当の社員が新商品に関する正確な情報を速やかに取得して販売開始に支障なく営業を行うに問題があった。

この原因は、新商品に関する情報がその秘匿性（一般に新商品は、販売開始するか記者会見で発表するまで非公開とされる）により、新商品の企画開始から開発完了までの間は主に商品企画開発部門に、新商品の開発完了から販売開始までの間は、主に商品企画開発部門と販促部門にとどめおかれており、営業担当者に速やかに公開されないという情報配信の遅れに伴うものであった。すなわち、新商品を企画開始してから販売開始するまでの間、特に新商品の開発が完了してから販売開始するまでの間において、新商品完成後すぐに営業担当部門が新商品に関する知識の習得を行うことができるようなシステムが存在しないという点が問題であった。また、新商品に限らず既存の商品においても、販売計画に応じて販売価格や機能変更などがなされており、このような内容が経時的に変化する商品情報をパンフレットやカタログなどの販売促進用資料のみにより取得するのでは、実際の商品情報と営業担当者が取得した商品情報との間に齟齬が生じるという問題も生じる。

上記の問題を解消するために、パンフレット・カタログなどの紙媒体の販売促進用資料を製作するにあたって印刷会社に提供する情報、電子カタログなどの電子媒体の販売促進用資料を製作するにあたって製作会社に提供する情報・ホームページに商品の広告宣伝情報を掲載するにあたってホームページ管理部門に提供する情報などといった商品の開発・広告・宣伝・販売などに利用される商品に関する情報（商品情報）を蓄積したデータベースの内容を営業担当部門に公開するようにすれば、早期に情報を得ることができそうである。

しかし、通常、商品企画や商品開発は種々の問題を紆余曲折しながら解決していくことが通常であるため、情報は頻繁に追加、更新されることとなる。よって、データベースに格納されているすべての情報を一様に公開することは、かえって情報の混乱を招くこととなる。一方、商品企画・開発担当者にその都度公開してよいかの情報を判断させることは開発部門の手間となり好ましくない。

したがって、本発明は上記の問題を解決するためになされたものであり、商品の開発・広告・宣伝・販売などに用いられるデータベースの有効利用をすることができる、商品情報管理システムを提供することである。

本発明は、上記技術的課題を解決するために、サーバ装置と、前記サーバ装置にアクセス可能な利用者端末とからなり、
前記サーバ装置は、
商品情報を蓄積するデータベースと、
前記データベースの情報を利用することができる利用者を利用者分類に区別して管理する利用者管理手段と、
前記データベースに格納されている商品情報の状態を管理するステータス管理手段と、
前記利用者管理手段により管理された利用者ごとに前記データベースに蓄積されている商品情報の処理態様と前記利用者管理手段に管理されている利用者分類と対応づけて判断して利用者対応に応じた処理を許可する処理許可手段とを備える商品情報管理システムであって、
前記処理許可手段により所定の処理態様を許可された１の利用者が処理した商品情報を、ステータス管理手段により当該所定の処理が終了した状態を示すステータスに管理している当該ステータスごとに応じて、前記処理許可手段により、前記データベースに格納されている商品情報の他の利用者に対する処理態様を変化させることを特徴とする商品情報管理システムを提供する。

上記構成において、商品情報管理システムは、サーバ装置と、前記サーバ装置にアクセス可能な利用者端末とから構成される。サーバ装置には、商品情報を蓄積するデータベースと、前記データベースの情報を利用することができる利用者を利用者分類に区別して管理する利用者管理手段と、前記データベースに格納されている商品情報の状態を管理するステータス管理手段と、前記利用者管理手段により管理された利用者ごとに前記データベースの情報の処理の態様と前記利用者管理手段に管理されている利用者分類を対応づけて判断して許可する処理許可手段が設けられている。

ここで、商品情報とは、企画や開発されている商品に関する細分化された情報であり、１つの商品について包括された１つ情報を意味するものではない。例えば、１つの商品の販売戦略などの企画や、その商品を構成する個々の構成物の研究開発の情報など、当該商品を企画、開発していく上で解決する課題となった個々の情報の１つ１つが商品情報である。したがって、企画や開発の対象となっている１つの商品について、通常、商品情報は複数存在する。

サーバ装置は、利用者の管理とデータベースに格納されている商品情報のステータスの管理とを同時に行う。すなわち、利用者管理部によって利用者を区別して管理するとともに、ステータス管理部により商品情報のステータスに応じて、処理許可部が特定の商品情報の利用態様を特定の各利用者ごとに許可する。そして、処理許可部は所定の処理を行った１の利用者の処理が終了したステータスごとに応じて他の利用者の当該商品情報に対する処理態様を変化させる。

具体的には、例えば、商品情報として第１から第４のステータスに分けて第１から第４の各利用者に許可された利用の態様に応じて商品情報のステータス管理を行い、それぞれのステータスに応じて第５の利用者に対する処理を変化させる。なお、第１から第４の利用者は、それぞれ独立した利用者でなくてもよく、同一の者がそれぞれ異なる利用者として機能してもよいが、第５の利用者は、第１から第４の利用者と異なる者である。

上記構成をとることによって、商品情報ごとに、それぞれのステータスごとに区別された処理を行うことができる。また、それぞれのステータスにおいて、処理を許可された者が限定されているため、当該ステータスごとに応じた処理を適正な利用者に行わせることができる。さらに、ステータスは、商品情報の入力、訂正指示、再入力、承認の各ステップに区別されており、商品情報を確定するためのステップとして好適な処理手順を行わせることができる。

上記商品情報管理システムが行う第５の利用者の処理としては、前記処理許可手段は、前記第４のステータスまでが完了していることを条件として、前記第５の利用者に対する処理として、商品情報の閲覧を許可することが好ましい。

このように第４のステータスまで完了し、入力された商品情報の承認がなされた段階で、第５の利用者に対して当該商品情報の閲覧を許可することにより、第５の利用者は、当該商品の企画、開発が終了するのを待つことなく、適宜決定した情報を閲覧することができる。よって、当該商品が完成していく過程にある個々の情報をそれぞれ独立して閲覧することができ、正確な情報によって当該商品の知識の学習や、カタログ作成などのメディア利用として用いることができる。

商品情報管理プログラムは、商品情報を蓄積するデータベースを備えたサーバ装置と前記サーバ装置にアクセス可能な利用者端末とから構成される商品情報管理システムの前記サーバ装置に導入される商品情報管理プログラムであって、前記商品情報管理プログラムは、前記サーバ装置に、前記データベースの情報を利用することができる利用者を利用者分類に区別して管理する利用者管理手段と、前記データベースに格納されている商品情報の状態を管理するステータス管理手段と、前記利用者管理手段により管理された利用者ごとに前記データベースの情報の処理態様と前記利用者管理手段に管理されている利用者分類を対応づけて判断して許可する処理許可手段とを備えさせ、前記処理許可手段により所定の処理態様を許可された１の利用者が処理した商品情報を、ステータス管理手段により当該所定の処理が終了した状態を示すステータスに管理している当該ステータスごとに応じて、前記処理許可手段により、前記データベースに格納されている商品情報の他の利用者に対する処理態様を変化させるように処理させる。

上記構成をとることによって、商品情報ごとに、それぞれのステータスごとに区別された処理を行うことができる。また、それぞれのステータスにおいて、処理を許可された者が限定されているため、当該ステータスごとに応じた処理を適正な利用者に行わせることができる。さらに、ステータスは、商品情報の入力、訂正指示、再入力、承認の各ステップに区別されており、商品情報を確定するためのステップとして好適な処理手順を行わせることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態に係る商品情報管理システムについて、図面を参照しながら説明する。

図１は、本発明の実施形態に係る商品情報管理システムの構成を示す図である。商品情報管理システム１は、商品情報データベースとして機能するサーバ装置２と、当該サーバ装置２にアクセス可能な各種の端末装置５〜９から構成されている。

サーバ装置２は、商品開発時において、主に商品企画開発部門や販促部門の担当者が、開発の対象となる商品に関する情報を管理するための商品データベース１３を備えている。商品データベースに格納される商品情報としては、商品企画の背景、開発に関する情報、商品の製造情報、ターゲットユーザーなどの細分化された情報が例示される。また、サーバ装置２は、当該商品データベース１３にアクセスする利用者を管理するための利用者データベース１２を備えている。

また、サーバ装置２には、これらの２つのデータベース１２，１３を制御するための制御演算部１４、及び制御演算部と協働してこれらの制御・管理を実行するシステムプログラム１１が設けられている。システムプログラムは、サーバ装置２にインストールされて用いられる。システムプログラムがインストールされることによって、サーバ装置２は、本データベースの管理の各処理を行うための要素である利用者管理部１１ａ、処理許可部１１ｂ、ステータス管理部１１ｃをそれぞれ備える。

図２は、サーバ装置の利用者データベース１３の構造を示す図である。利用者データベースは、本商品情報管理システム１を使用する利用者を初期入力者、更新入力者、訂正指示者、確認者、閲覧者の５つに分類して管理している。利用者がどの分類に属するかについては、それぞれ利用者ごとに定められているＩＤを用いて区分される。すなわち、同じ利用者が異なる分類に属する場合は、同一人物に複数の異なるＩＤが与えられている。

上記利用者の分類は、例えば、初期入力者は、商品企画開発部門あるいは販促部門の開発担当者、訂正指示者は、開発担当者の直属上司の課長、交信入力者は、先の初期入力者と同じ開発担当者、確認者は、開発担当者の所属する部門の最終責任者である部長、閲覧者は新商品の営業担当者が考えられる。

それぞれの分類に属する利用者は、商品情報管理システム１において、図３に示すように、商品データベースに格納されている商品情報に対してそれぞれ異なる処理態様が許可される。初期入力者は、商品情報を新規に入力して商品データベース１３に登録する。訂正指示者は初期入力者によって登録された開発情報、素材情報などの商品情報を確認し、訂正指示を与える。また、訂正がない場合は、確認者に最終の承認を求める。更新入力者は、訂正指示者によって発行された訂正指示を受信し、開発情報および素材情報の商品情報を訂正指示に沿って更新する。確認者は、訂正指示者によってなされた承認依頼をうけて承認の発行又は差し戻しを行う。閲覧者は、承認がなされた商品情報を検索、閲覧するのみであり、商品情報を入力や更新などは行わない。

本商品情報管理システム１は、それぞれの利用者ごとに、商品情報に対する異なる処理態様を許可することにより、商品情報を有効に利用することができる。

商品情報管理システム１は、サーバ装置２にアクセス可能な複数の利用者端末を備えている。それぞれの利用者端末は、各部門ごとにルータ１０を通じてサーバ装置２にアクセス可能に構成されている。それぞれの部門は、概略的に、商品の企画・開発を行うための部門と、開発された商品の情報を入手する部門とに分けられている。利用者端末が配置されている具体的部門としては、前者としては商品企画開発部門・販促部門３、後者としては営業部門４とが例示される。

商品企画開発部門・販促部門３には、４つの分類に属する利用者が使用する端末が存在する。具体的には、初期入力者が使用する初期入力者端末５、訂正指示者が使用する訂正指示者端末６、更新入力者が使用する更新入力者端末７、確認者が使用する確認者端末８である。それぞれの利用者及び端末についての役割は後述する。一方、営業部門４には、閲覧者が使用する閲覧者端末９が存在する。

次に、本実施形態に係る商品情報管理システムの処理の流れを説明する。図４は、本商品情報管理システムのある任意の１つの商品情報の処理の流れを示すフロー図である。すなわち、この商品情報管理システム１の商品データベース１３は、複数の開発商品（新商品・既存商品を含む）についての情報を管理することができ、また個々の商品について商品企画の背景、開発に関する情報などの複数の商品情報が格納される。その中のある任意の１つの商品情報が本商品情報管理システムに登録（初期入力）されてから最終的な処理を迎えるまでの流れを示すものである。

まず、商品情報管理システムにおいて、商品情報が初期入力される（＃１）。商品情報の入力は、上述のように初期入力者端末５から行われる。サーバ装置２の制御演算部１４の利用者管理部１１ａは、アクセスしてきた利用者が初期入力者であることの判断をおこなう。そして初期入力者であると判断された場合は、処理許可部１１ｂは、当該初期入力者が使用する初期入力者端末５に商品情報の初期入力を求めるための初期入力画面を表示する。

図５は初期入力端末に表示される初期入力画面の画面表示例である。初期入力画面においては、まず、初期入力者は、事業名、グループなどにより新規開発の対象である商品を特定する。すでに何らかの商品情報が入力されている商品については、特定されることにより品名や品番、開発コードなどが表示され、それぞれの分類に応じて、「企画の背景」などの当該開発商品の商品情報を新規に入力する。初期入力者には、入力した商品情報を訂正する処理態様は許可されていないため、すでに入力されている情報を訂正することはできない。

初期入力者端末から初期入力が終了すると、ステータス管理部１１ｃは、当該入力された個々の商品情報を初期入力済のステータスとして管理する（＃２）。

初期入力の終了後、訂正指示者端末６からサーバ装置２にアクセスがあると、サーバ装置２の制御演算部１４は、利用者管理部１１ａにより訂正指示者であることの判断を行う。そして、訂正指示者であると判断された場合は、処理許可部１１ｂは、訂正指示者が使用する訂正指示者端末６に初期入力された商品情報の訂正指示を求めるための訂正指示入力画面を表示する。

図６は、訂正指示者端末に表示される訂正指示画面の画面表示例である。訂正指示者は、訂正指示画面に基づいて、初期入力者によって入力された初期入力済のステータスを有する商品情報の訂正指示を行う。訂正指示画面には、当該訂正指示者が訂正を許可されている商品についての商品情報が一覧形式となって表示される。訂正指示者は、訂正指示者端末を操作して、初期入力された入力内容に変更がある場合は、訂正内容の欄に商品情報の訂正指示を入力する。

訂正指示者端末から訂正指示の入力が終了すると、ステータス管理部は、当該入力された個々の商品情報を訂正指示有済のステータスとして管理する（＃５）。

訂正指示者からの訂正指示の入力の終了後、更新入力者端末７からサーバ装置２にアクセスがあると、サーバ装置２の制御演算部１４の利用者管理部１１ａは当該利用者が更新入力者であることの判断を行う。そして更新入力者であると判断された場合は、処理許可部１１ｂは、当該更新入力者が使用する更新入力者端末７に商品情報の訂正指示に応答した更新入力を求めるための更新入力画面を表示する。

図７は、更新入力者端末に表示される更新入力画面の画面表示例である。更新入力者は、更新入力画面に基づいて、訂正指示者によって訂正指示された訂正指示有りのステータスを有する商品情報の更新入力を行う（＃６）。更新入力画面には、当該更新入力者が送信入力を許可されている商品についての商品情報が一覧形式となって表示される。更新入力者は更新入力者端末を操作して、訂正指示者によって訂正指示された内容に対応して、更新入力欄に更新入力を行う。

更新入力者からの更新入力が終了すると、ステータス管理部は、当該更新入力された個々の商品情報を更新入力済のステータスとして管理する（＃７）。

更新入力の終了後、商品情報は、再び訂正指示者によるチェックを受けるために訂正指示の処理がなされる。すなわち、訂正指示者端末６からサーバ装置２にアクセスがあると、サーバ装置２の制御演算部１４の利用者管理部１１ａは、アクセスしてきた利用者が訂正指示者であることの判断を行う。訂正指示者であると判断されると、処理許可部１１ｂは、当該利用者に対して商品情報の訂正指示に応答した更新入力に訂正があるかの判断を求めるための訂正指示画面を訂正指示者端末６に表示する。このときの処理は、初期入力に対する訂正指示と同様に処理される。

訂正指示者による訂正指示の処理において、初期入力または更新入力された商品情報に訂正指示の必要がない場合（＃４のＮｏ）は、訂正指示者は、その旨の情報を送信する。これを受けたサーバ装置２のステータス管理部１１ｃは、当該商品情報を承認依頼のステータスとして管理する（＃８）。

訂正指示者から承認依頼の指示がなされた後、確認者端末８からサーバ装置２にアクセスがあると、サーバ装置２の制御演算部１４は、利用者管理部１１ａにより当該利用者が確認者であることの判断を行う。そして、確認者であることが判断されると、処理許可部１１ｂは、当該確認者に対して承認依頼が出された商品情報の承認を求めるための承認画面を確認者端末８に表示する。確認者はこの画面表示に従い、承認の発行を行う（＃９）。

確認者端末から承認が終了すると、ステータス管理部１１ｃは、当該承認された個々の商品情報を閲覧可のステータスとして管理する（＃１０）。

確認者端末による承認の終了後、閲覧者端末９からサーバ装置２にアクセスがあると、サーバ装置２の制御演算部１４は、利用者管理部１１ａにより閲覧者であることの判断を行い、閲覧可のステータスを有する商品情報の閲覧及び検索を当該利用者に許可する。また、閲覧可のステータスを有する商品情報についてデータのダウンロードなどを許可するようにしてもよい。

以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る商品情報管理システムによれば、初期入力者によって商品データベースに登録された商品情報について、各ステータスごとに管理を行うとともに、当該ステータスに応じた利用者による管理を同時に行う。このように商品情報を管理することにより、各ステータスに応じた処理を各利用者が顕著に注意を必要とすることなく確実に行うことができる。すなわち当該開発部門の担当者の手間を増大させることなく、新商品開発に伴う新たな商品情報の入力などについて、開発商品の完成前に決定された商品情報から逐次閲覧可能とすることができる。

したがって、商品の開発・宣伝・広告・販売に用いられるデータベースの情報を早期に公開することができ、これらの情報を有効利用することができる。
