本発明は、店頭で自転車を陳列するための自転車陳列台に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の自転車陳列台としては、1台の自転車を、前輪が上方を向くようにして、床面上に垂直に立てて支持することにより、比較的狭いスペースでも展示できるようにした自転車陳列台が知られている(例えば特許文献1参照)。

また、複数の自転車を上下多段状に載置して、空間の利用度を高めるようにしたものもある(例えば特許文献2参照)。

しかし、前者は、おおよそ目の高さの位置までの空間の利用に過ぎず、空間の利用度に制限があり、後者は、前者よりも高い位置まで利用できるので有利であるが、載置部材が床面より高い位置に2個ありながら、下の載置部材は後輪を床面に接地させ、その前輪を斜め上方に支えるだけのもので、結局は2段にしか展示できない。いずれにしても、この種の従来の自転車陳列台は、自転車を効率よく並べることが主眼であり、しかも、上段に載置された自転車の出し入れには手間がかかる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、店頭に自転車をデイスプレイ効果を高めて陳列することができるとともに、自転車の出し入れが容易な自転車陳列台を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1) 後方のものほど高さを高くして前後方向に並べた複数の支柱を互いに連結してなる左右1対の側枠を互いに離間して配設し、左右に対向する等高の支柱の頂部間に、左右方向を向く横杆を架設するとともに、各横杆の両側部に、自転車の前後の車輪を受止する車輪受け部を設け、かつ前記横杆に、前後の端部を下方に折り曲げた長方形の鋼板の裏面前後方向中央部に、左右方向に延びる前後1対のL字状の鋼片が、断面四角形の横杆の側面に当接する間隔をもって対向するように固着され、かつ前記鋼片の下部に、横杆の下面に接する位置においてボルト孔が穿設された足載せ部を、前記1対の鋼片間に横杆をはめ込んで、前記ボルト孔に差し込んだボルトを締め込むことにより固定する。

(2) 上記(1)項において、横杆の両側端部に、各支柱の上端に差し込み可能な差し込み部を設ける。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1〜図3は、本発明の自転車陳列台の一実施形態を、組み立てられた状態で示す正面図、側面図および平面図であり、図4〜図6は、その構成部分を示す図、図7は、この自転車陳列台を平面視において菱形に変形させた状態を示す図である。

図1〜図3に示す自転車陳列台は、3つの主要部分、すなわち図4に示す雛壇状をなす支柱構造部となる左右1対の側枠(1)と、図5に示す車輪載置部(2)と、図6に示す足載せ部(3)とからなっている。

側枠(1)は、前方(図4において右側)から、後方(図4において左側)に向けて次第に高さを高くした複数本(図示の例では4本)の鋼管製の支柱(4)を並べ、これら支柱(4)を、底部連結材(5)及び上部に近い中間部連結材(6)により、例えば溶接によって連結してなるものである。このような側枠(7)は、図1及び図3に示すように、1対を左右に離して配置される。底部連結部材(5)の前後の端部の下面にはキャスター(12)が取り付けられている。

車輪載置部(2)は、左右に対向する等高の支柱(4)の頂部間に、差し込みにより取り付けられるもので、図5に示すように、等高の支柱(4)間の距離に見合う長さの横杆(7)の一方の端部の上に前輪載置部材(8)、同じく他方の端部の上に後輪載置部材(9)が設けられている。

横杆(7)は、四角形断面の鋼材を好適とし、その両端は垂直方向すなわち横杆(7)と直角をなす方向に延びる、比較的短い長さの鋼管製の筒体(差し込み部)(10)に溶接されている。この筒体(10)は、支柱(4)を構成する鋼管の外径よりも若干大きめの内径を有する鋼管とし、支柱(4)の上端部がここに差し込まれるようにしているが、逆に、筒体(10)の下端に支柱(4)の内径より若干小径の外径を有する筒体を連設して、これを支柱(4)の上端より差し込むようにしてもよい。この筒体(10)の上端に上述の前輪載置部材(8)または後輪載置部材(9)が溶接され、全体として車輪受け部(11)が形成されている。

本発明の自転車陳列台の組立にあたっては、まず1対の側枠(1)を左右方向に間隔を隔てて立て、そのそれぞれの等高の2本の支柱(4)の頂部に、車輪載置部(2)の筒体(10)を外嵌して取り付ける。
