Claims (8)
- 衝撃装置に接続されたツールに応力パルスを加える手段を含む削岩機または同様のものに用いられる衝撃装置において、該応力パルスを加える手段は、該衝撃装置のフレームに支持された衝撃要素と、該衝撃要素に応力を加えるとともに該応力から該衝撃要素を急に解放する手段とを含み、そのとき、該要素に蓄積された応力エネルギーが、該衝撃要素に直接または間接に接続された前記ツールに向けられた応力波の形で放出され、該衝撃装置に応力を加える手段は、圧力流体空間と、前記衝撃要素に設けられ該圧力流体空間に面するショルダと、該圧力流体空間に油圧流体を供給するとともに該空間から圧力を解放する手段とを含むことを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項1に記載の衝撃装置において、前記圧力流体空間から圧力を解放する手段は、加圧された油圧流体を該圧力流体空間から放出する手段を含み、前記衝撃要素は、加圧された油圧流体を該圧力流体空間へ供給することにより応力を加えられ、該油圧流体を該圧力流体空間から急に流出させることにより応力から解放されることを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項2に記載の衝撃装置において、該装置は、前記圧力流体空間に接続されたブースタピストンと、該ブースタピストンを該圧力流体空間の方へ動かして該空間の体積が減り該空間の圧力が増えるようにする手段と、該ブースタピストンに自由に該圧力流体空間から離れさせて該空間の体積が増え該空間の圧力がそれに応じて減るようにする手段とを含むことを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項3に記載の衝撃装置において、前記ブースタピストンは、機械式トリガ要素により前記圧力流体空間の方へ押されることを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項4に記載の衝撃装置において、別個のベアリングシリンダが前記トリガ要素と前記ブースタピストンとの間に設けられ、該トリガ要素はショルダを含み、該ショルダは前記ベアリングシリンダに面し、該ベアリングシリンダは該ショルダに沿って回転し、前記トリガ要素が充分な距離、移動した後に、該ベアリングシリンダと前記ブースタピストンは急に前記圧力流体空間から離れることができ、応力パルスを生成するようにすることを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項1に記載の衝撃装置において、前記衝撃要素は、該要素の長手方向に続々と配置された少なくとも2つの対応するショルダと、所望の対応するショルダを該衝撃装置の軸方向に不動に固定する固定手段とを有することを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項1に記載の衝撃装置において、前記衝撃要素は、長手方向に直列に連結した少なくとも2つの別個の衝撃要素からなり、前記衝撃要素の応力長さは、直列に連結した衝撃要素の組み合わされた応力長さであるように該別個の衝撃要素は互いに作用することを特徴とする衝撃装置。
- 請求項7に記載の衝撃装置において、前記衝撃要素のうちの少なくともいくつかは、実質的にスリーブ状であり、互いに同軸に配置されることを特徴とする衝撃装置。
