周知のように、建物を施工する際には作業足場の確保や落下養生ネットの設置のための仮設養生体を外壁部に設けることが通常である。従来、この種の仮設養生体としてはいわゆる枠組み足場を地上より立設するものが殆どであったが、近年、仮設養生体を建物に支持せしめて施工進捗に応じてそれを漸次盛り替えて上昇させていくという工法も開発され、実用化されつつある。

上記のような工法では、仮設養生体を建物に対して確実かつ安定に支持可能であることはもとより、簡便な構成で盛り替えを容易に行い得る機構が不可欠である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、建物施工時に外壁部に仮設養生体を盛替可能に支持するための機構であって、前記仮設養生体に連結アームの基端をピン接合することにより該連結アームを垂直旋回可能かつ自重により下方に旋回可能な状態で取り付けるとともに、建物のスラブ下面に固定部材をアンカーにより固定し、前記連結アームおよび前記固定部材の双方に互いに合致する位置にそれぞれボルト孔を形成しておき、前記連結アームを建物側に突出せしめて前記固定部材に対して着脱可能な状態でボルト締結することにより、該連結アームおよび前記固定部材を介して仮設養生体を建物に対して支持せしめるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を説明するが、以下の実施形態はあくまで一例であって、本発明はこれらの実施形態に限定されるものではない。

まず、図1〜図4を参照して第1実施形態を説明する。本第1実施形態が対象としている仮設養生体1は、図1および図2に示すように、汎用の建設資材である鋼管(いわゆる単管)を縦材2、横材3、ブレース材4としてクランプ金具により組み立ててそれに養生ネット5を取り付けたものであり、以下に説明する支持機構6により建物の外壁部に盛り替え可能に設置され、かつ施工進捗に伴い図示しない盛替機構により漸次盛り替えられて上昇していくものである。

本第1実施形態の支持機構6は、上記の仮設養生体1の下部側および中央部に2段にわたって計6カ所に設けられてこの仮設養生体1を建物に対して盛替可能に支持するものであり、図3に示すように仮設養生体1に対して垂直旋回可能に取り付けられた連結アーム7と、建物に固定された固定部材8から構成されている。

それら連結アーム7および固定部材8は、図4に示すようにいずれもアングル材等の鋼材からなる。固定部材8は建物のスラブ9の下面にアンカー10により固定されている。連結アーム7はその基端がピン11を介してクランプ金具12に連結され、そのクランプ金具12が仮設養生体1の縦材2にクランプされることで仮設養生体1に対してピン接合されている。それら固定部材8と連結アーム7の双方の側部には互いに合致する位置にボルト孔13が形成されており、それらボルト孔13は上下方向および前後方向に若干の長穴とされていて位置決めの微調整が可能となっている。

本第1実施形態の支持機構6では、連結アーム7を前方に旋回せしめてほぼ水平な状態で建物側に突出させると、予めスラブ9下面に取り付けておいた固定部材8と並列してそれらのボルト孔13どうしが自ずと合致し、したがってそれらボルト孔13にボルト14を挿通せしめて締結することで仮設養生体1を連結アーム7、固定部材8を介して建物に対して強固に支持できるものである。また、ボルト14を取り外せば連結アーム7は自ずと下方に旋回して図3(a)に鎖線で示すように仮設養生体1側に収容されてしまい、したがって仮設養生体1の盛り替え(上昇)に支障を来すことがない。

請求項1の発明は、建物のスラブ下面に固定部材をアンカーにより固定し、連結アームを垂直旋回させて建物側に突出せしめて固定部材に対して着脱可能な状態でボルト締結することにより、それら連結アームおよび固定部材を介して仮設養生体を建物に対して支持せしめるものであるから、上記効果に加えて、建物の形態に制約されることが少なく、かつ固定部材に対する連結アームの締結を極めて簡単に行い得る。
