NOUTSM(i)=NOUTSM(i-1)+K×(NOUT(i)−NOUTSM(i-1))
ΔDNOUT=(DNOUT(i)−DNOUT(i-1)+DNOUT(i-2)−DNOUT(i-3))/2
NOUTSM0(i)=NOUTSM0(i-1)+K×(NOUTSM−NOUTSM0(i-1))

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for detecting a slip state of a drive wheel driven by a power source such as an engine or a motor, and further, based on the detection result, an operating state of a drive system from the power source to the drive wheel It is related with the apparatus which can control.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The driving wheel of the vehicle obtains driving force by frictional force with the traveling surface such as the road surface. Therefore, when the torque transmitted from the power source increases or the friction coefficient with the traveling surface decreases. In some cases, the drive wheels slip. If the drive wheel slips, not only will the stability of the vehicle be impaired, but the engine will blow up, fuel economy will deteriorate, and if a continuously variable transmission is installed, May cause slippage.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, in order to perform control corresponding to the slip of the drive wheel quickly and accurately, the slip of the drive wheel is detected, and an example of the detection device is described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-285361. . In the invention described in this publication, when controlling the belt tension so that the belt of the continuously variable transmission does not slip, the rotational acceleration of the driving wheel is detected, and when the rotational acceleration exceeds a predetermined value, The control pressure is increased so as to increase the tension. Incidentally, as a document disclosing another example of this detection apparatus, JP-A-10-169772 can be cited.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
If the actual vehicle speed of the vehicle body can be known, the slippage of the drive wheel can be determined by comparing the vehicle speed with the rotational speed of the drive wheel. For example, in a vehicle equipped with a system such as an anti-lock brake system (ABS) or a traction control system, the rotational speed of the driven wheel (non-driven wheel) is also detected, and the vehicle speed is calculated from the rotational speed of the four wheels. Looking for. However, if the vehicle is not equipped with this type of system or the vehicle cannot obtain a signal from this type of system, the vehicle speed or the actual vehicle speed cannot be known. The slippage of the drive wheel is detected based on the number or the number of rotations of the rotating member instead. An apparatus that employs such a slip detection technique is the apparatus described in the above publication.
[0006]
However, since the rotational acceleration of the drive wheels is caused by a change in the vehicle speed and also by slipping, it is necessary to distinguish them. For this reason, in general, the threshold for determining slippage based on rotational acceleration is increased, and when rotational acceleration that does not occur due to a change in normal vehicle speed occurs, it is determined that slip has occurred on the drive wheels. . Therefore, when a slip of rotational acceleration smaller than the threshold value occurs, this cannot be detected. In addition, if slip occurs so that the rotational acceleration increases slowly but does not increase rapidly, it takes time for the rotational acceleration to exceed the threshold value, so there is a delay in the slip determination. It can happen.
[0007]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above technical problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus capable of accurately and quickly detecting slippage of a drive wheel.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problem and Action]
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a slip detection device for a drive wheel that detects a slip state of a drive wheel that is rotated by torque transmitted from a power source, and is constant with the drive wheel or the drive wheel. The smoothing processing means for smoothing the detected value of the rotational speed of the rotating member that rotates while maintaining the relationship, and the slipping state of the drive wheel is determined based on the value smoothed by the smoothing processing means And a slip determination means.
[0009]
Therefore, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the detected value of the rotational speed of the driving wheel or a member that rotates while maintaining a certain relationship with the driving wheel is smoothed. When the rotational speed changes, the annealing process value changes with a delay with respect to the change. Therefore, the behavior of the driving wheel or the like can be determined using the annealing process value as a reference, and as a result, The slippage of the drive wheel is determined based on the annealing process value.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the determination means in the configuration of the first aspect detects the smoothed processing value obtained by smoothing the detected value of the rotational speed by the smoothing processing means and the rotational speed. The detection device is configured to determine that the driving wheel is slipping when a difference from the value is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.
[0011]
Therefore, in the invention of
[0012]
Further, the invention of
[0013]
Therefore, in the invention of
[0014]
Still further, the invention according to
[0015]
Therefore, in the invention of
[0016]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the slip end determining means in the configuration of the third aspect, in addition to the rate of change of the difference becoming equal to or greater than another predetermined value after becoming smaller than a predetermined value, the smoothing process And a detection value of the rotation speed, the detection device is configured to determine the end of the slip of the drive wheel based on the fact that the difference between the rotation speed and the detection value of the rotation speed is not more than another predetermined value.
[0017]
Therefore, in the fifth aspect of the invention, the end of slip is determined based on the fact that the difference has decreased to a predetermined value or less and then increased to another predetermined value or more, and the difference has decreased. Therefore, the determination is more appropriate for the actual behavior of the rotation speed, and the accuracy of the end of slip determination is improved.
[0018]
Furthermore, the invention of
[0019]
Therefore, in the invention of
[0020]
Further, the invention according to claim 7 is the smoothing process obtained by the slip determining means in any one of
[0021]
Therefore, in the invention of claim 7, the state where the difference is equal to or greater than a predetermined value continues for a predetermined time, thereby determining the slippage of the drive wheel. That is, the determination of slippage of the drive wheel is not made only when the difference temporarily exceeds a predetermined value. Therefore, the determination of slip becomes accurate.
[0022]
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of any one of the first, second, sixth, and seventh aspects, the detected value of the rotational speed and the slippage of the driving wheel estimated based on the detected value of the rotational speed. The driving wheel slippage state detecting device further comprises a slipping end determining means for determining the slipping end of the driving wheel based on the end rotation speed.
[0023]
Therefore, in the invention of claim 8, in the invention of any one of
[0024]
The invention according to claim 9 is the configuration according to claim 8, wherein the slip end determining means is configured such that the slip end rotational speed is the detected value of the rotational speed or the detected value of the rotational speed is the smoothing processing means. The driving wheel slippage state detecting apparatus is characterized in that a second annealing process is performed on the annealing process value obtained by the annealing process.
[0025]
Therefore, in the ninth aspect of the invention, the second smoothing process is further performed on the detection value of the rotation speed or the smoothing process value, thereby further improving the detection accuracy of the drive wheel slip.

According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the ninth aspect, the slip end determining means is configured such that the second smoothing process is configured based on a rate of change in the detected value of the rotational speed. The drive wheel slip state detection device is characterized.
[0027]
Therefore, in the invention of
[0028]
According to an eleventh aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the eighth aspect, the slip end rotation speed of the driving wheel is a detected value of the rotation speed, a driving torque of the driving wheel, and an inertia torque of the rotating member. This is a driving wheel slippage state detecting device characterized in that it is estimated based on the above.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described based on specific examples. The present invention can be applied to a device for detecting a slipping state of a driving wheel of a vehicle, and the power source of the vehicle may be constituted by a single power device such as an internal combustion engine (engine) or a motor, or a combination thereof. The so-called hybrid device may be used. The drive system from the power source to the drive wheels can include various mechanisms such as a transmission, a forward / reverse switching mechanism, or a power combining mechanism. FIG. 5 schematically shows a drive system in a vehicle provided with a power source and drive wheels that can be the subject of the present invention.

Next, an example of control by the apparatus of the present invention when detecting the slipping state of the
[0043]
The slip state detection device of the present invention is based on using a value obtained by smoothing the detection value of the rotational speed, and the detection of the rotational speed is, for example, a gear provided on a rotating member or the like. This is done using a member with protrusions and an electromagnetic pickup arranged on the outer periphery thereof. Therefore, the detected signal corresponds to the interval between the protrusions. If the rotation speed is low, the time interval that the protrusion crosses the tip of the electromagnetic pickup becomes long. On the contrary, if the rotation speed is high, The time interval at which the protrusion crosses the tip of the electromagnetic pickup is shortened.
[0044]
When the annealing coefficient is made constant, the degree of the annealing process varies depending on the signal interval depending on the rotation speed. Therefore, in the apparatus of the present invention, in order to make the degree of the annealing process the same or equal for each rotation speed (vehicle speed), an annealing coefficient corresponding to the vehicle speed is used. The calculation of the annealing coefficient may be performed based on an arithmetic expression prepared in advance, or a map using the vehicle speed as a parameter may be prepared and read from the map.
[0045]
Next, the smoothing value NOUTSM of the output shaft rotational speed is calculated using the smoothing coefficient (step S002). For the annealing process, a conventionally known appropriate annealing process may be adopted. For example, if an example of primary annealing is given,
NOUTSM (i) = NOUTSM (i-1) + K x (NOUT (i)-NOUTSM (i-1))
Calculated with
[0046]
The output shaft rotational speed is the rotational speed detected by the output rotational speed sensor 30 described above. Note that the output shaft rotational speed may be any rotational speed that has a fixed relationship with the rotational speed of the
[0047]
The difference (deviation) DNOUT between the output shaft rotational speed NOUT and the smoothing process value NOUTSM is calculated (step S003). If the output shaft rotational speed NOUT has not changed, the deviation DNOUT becomes zero. However, if the output shaft rotational speed NOUT changes, the smoothing value NOUTSM changes with a delay, so that a deviation DNOUT occurs.
[0048]
In subsequent step S004, it is determined whether or not the slip flag F_slip is ON. The slip flag F_slip is a flag that is turned on when it is determined that the driving wheel has slipped, and that is turned off when it is determined that the slip has ended. Therefore, in the normal traveling state, the slip flag F_slip is off, and a negative determination is made in step S004. In this case, it is determined whether or not the deviation DNOUT is greater than a predetermined value (threshold value) DOUT1 that serves as a criterion for determination (step S005).
[0049]
As described above, since the smoothing value changes with a delay with respect to the detected value of the rotational speed to be smoothed, when the output shaft rotational speed NOUT changes due to slippage of the
[0050]
Therefore, when the
[0051]
On the other hand, if the deviation DNOUT is greater than the threshold value DNOUT1 and a positive determination is made in step S005, the slip determination counter C1 is incremented (step S007). Then, it is determined whether or not the count value C1 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value T1 (step S008).
[0052]
If a negative determination is made in step S008, the routine exits without performing any particular control. The routine shown in FIG. 1 is repeatedly executed every predetermined short time. Therefore, when a negative determination is made in step S008, the routine again reaches step S005, and the deviation DNOUT is larger than the threshold value DNOUT1. It is determined whether or not. If the deviation DNOUT becomes larger than the threshold value DNOUT1 due to temporary rotational fluctuations or noise not caused by slipping, the deviation DNOUT becomes larger than the threshold value DNOUT1 in the determination again in step S005. In this case, the slip determination counter C1 is cleared as described above (step S006).
[0053]
On the other hand, if the increase in the deviation DNOUT is due to slippage of the
[0054]
As described above, in the control example shown in FIG. 1, the deviation DNOUT is continuously larger than the threshold value DNOUT1 during the time corresponding to the predetermined value T1, so that the determination of the slippage of the
[0055]
When the slip flag F_slip is set to ON in this way, an affirmative determination is made in step S004 described above. In that case, the change rate ΔDNOUT of the deviation DNOUT is obtained (step S010). As an example, this can be obtained as a difference between the deviation DNOUT (i) calculated this time and the deviation DNOUT (i-1) calculated last time.
[0056]
In other words, the amount of change in the deviation DNOUT at a time interval in which the routine shown in FIG. 1 is repeated may be obtained. Or you may take a moving average,
ΔDNOUT = (DNOUT (i) −DNOUT (i-1) + DNOUT (i-2) −DNOUT (i-3)) / 2
It is calculated by the operation of
[0057]
Next, it is determined whether or not the slip convergence flag F_ret is on (step S011). Since the flag F_ret is temporarily turned on in the process in which the slip of the
[0058]
This predetermined value ΔDNOUT1 is a negative value. Therefore, in step S012, whether or not the change rate ΔDNOUT of the deviation DNOUT has decreased, in other words, the output shaft rotational speed NOUT has started to decrease and the difference from the annealing value NOUTSM. It will be judged whether or not it is starting to decrease. If it is determined in a fixed manner in step S012, the output shaft rotational speed NOUT continues to increase and does not converge, so this routine is terminated without performing any particular control. On the contrary, if a positive determination is made in step S012, the slip convergence flag F_ret is turned on (step S013).
[0059]
When the routine shown in FIG. 1 is executed again after the slip convergence flag F_ret is turned on in this way, a positive determination is made in step S011. In this case, it is determined whether or not the rate of change ΔDNOUT of the deviation DNOUT is greater than another predetermined value ΔDNOUT2 (step S014). The other predetermined value ΔDNOUT2 as a reference value for this determination is set as a value (ΔDNOUT2> ΔDNOUT1) larger than the predetermined value ΔDNOUT1 described above. Therefore, in step S014, it is determined whether or not the deviation DNOUT between the output shaft rotational speed NOUT and the smoothed value NOUTSM is decreasing.
[0060]
In other words, the smoothed value NOUTSM changes with a delay from the actual change in the output shaft rotational speed NOUT. Therefore, when the slip of the
[0061]
Therefore, if a negative determination is made in step S014, the slip of the
[0062]
FIG. 2 shows the determination timing in the conventional example in which the timing of the slip start determination and the end determination by the control shown in FIG. 1 is determined only by the change rate of the output shaft rotation speed. is there. In FIG. 2, when the
[0063]
Therefore, a deviation DNOUT occurs between the output shaft rotational speed NOUT and the smoothed value NOUTSM, and the deviation DNOUT initially increases. Slip determination is established at time t2 when the deviation DNOUT exceeds a predetermined value DNOUT1 which is a criterion for slippage.
[0064]
At the time t2, the rate of change of the output shaft rotational speed NOUT, that is, the rotational acceleration is not yet sufficiently large. Therefore, in the conventional example in which slip is determined based on the rate of change, the determination of slip is not established at the time t2. In the conventional example, after that, the slippage determination is established at time t21 when the rate of change of the output shaft rotational speed NOUT becomes sufficiently large and exceeds a predetermined determination reference value. That is, according to the apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to determine the slip at a point faster than the conventional example.
[0065]
In addition, since the change in the smoothed value NOUTSM is delayed with respect to the change in the output shaft rotational speed NOUT, when the rotational speed of the
[0066]
Thereafter, when the slip of the
[0067]
When the output shaft rotational speed NOUT substantially coincides with the rotational speed according to the vehicle speed, the change in the smoothed value NOUTSM is large with respect to the change in the output shaft rotational speed NOUT, and the smoothed value NOUTSM Changes. For this reason, the slip end determination is established at the time t4 when the change rate ΔDNOUT of the deviation DNOUT becomes a positive value and exceeds the other predetermined value ΔDNOUT2.
[0068]
On the other hand, at the time t4, since the rate of change of the output shaft rotational speed NOUT is still large, the end of slippage is not determined depending on the conventional example. At time t41 when the time has elapsed from time t4, the rate of change of the output shaft rotational speed NOUT is sufficiently small, and conventionally, the slip end determination is established at time t41. Therefore, according to the apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to determine whether or not the
[0069]
The above-described example is a typical example in which the output shaft rotational speed NOUT increases uniformly and then decreases uniformly due to slippage of the
[0070]
In FIG. 3, when the slip of the
[0071]
If a negative determination is made in step S101, that is, if the deviation DNOUT is large, it is determined whether or not the count value of the counter C2 is smaller than a predetermined value T2 set as a determination reference value (step S102). . As will be described later, this counter C2 is a counter that is incremented every time an affirmative determination is made in step S101 in the interval at which the routine shown in FIG. 3 is executed. Therefore, in step S102, the deviation DNOUT is a predetermined value. It is determined whether or not the elapsed time from the time when it becomes smaller than DNOUT2 has become a predetermined value T2 or more.
[0072]
If the determination in step S102 is affirmative, the deviation DNOUT has increased again immediately after the deviation DNOUT has decreased, so that the control for determining the slip is invalidated (cleared). In addition, both the grip flag F_grip and the slip convergence flag F_ret are set to OFF (step S103). Thereafter, the counter C2 is cleared (step S104). If a negative determination is made in step S102, the process immediately proceeds to step S104 and the counter C2 is cleared. This is because the
[0073]
On the other hand, if a positive determination is made in step S101, the counter C2 is incremented (step S105), and it is determined whether or not the count value exceeds a predetermined value T3 (step S106). That is, it is determined whether or not the state in which the deviation DNOUT is reduced continues for a predetermined time.
[0074]
If the determination in step S106 is affirmative, the temporary grip flag F_dnout is set on (step S107), and then the process proceeds to step S108. If a negative determination is made in step S106 because the count value of the counter C2 is equal to or smaller than the predetermined value T3, the process immediately proceeds to step S108.
[0075]
In this step S108, the change rate ΔDNOUT of the deviation DNOUT is obtained. This is a step having the same contents as step S010 in the flowchart shown in FIG.
[0076]
Next, it is determined whether or not the slip convergence flag F_ret is on (step S109). This is a step having the same contents as step S011 shown in FIG. If a negative determination is made in step S011, it is determined whether or not the change rate ΔDNOUT of the deviation DNOUT is smaller than a predetermined value ΔDNOUT1 as in the control example shown in FIG. 1 (step S110). If the determination in step S110 is affirmative, the slip convergence flag F_ret is set on (step S111). Then, it is determined whether or not the grip flag F_grip is on (step S112). If a negative determination is made in step S110, the slip convergence flag F_ret remains off and the process proceeds to step S112.
[0077]
This grip flag F_grip is a flag that is turned on when the rate of change ΔDNOUT of the deviation DNOUT changes to a positive value, that is, when it exceeds another predetermined value ΔDNOUT2, and as described above, the slip convergence flag F_ret If is off, the grip flag F_grip will never be set on. ,this In step S112 at that time, a negative determination is made. Then, this routine ends.
[0078]
On the other hand, if the slip convergence flag F_ret is set to ON and a positive determination is made in step S109, the change rate ΔDNOUT of the deviation DNOUT is set to other values as in the control example shown in FIG. It is determined whether or not it is greater than a predetermined value DNOUT2 (step S113). This is a step having the same contents as step S014 in the control example shown in FIG.
[0079]
If the determination in step S113 is negative, the change rate ΔDNOUT of the deviation DNOUT has not changed from negative to positive, and the process immediately proceeds to step S112. On the other hand, if the determination in step S113 is affirmative, the change rate ΔDNOUT of the deviation DNOUT has changed from negative to positive, and the output shaft rotational speed NOUT substantially matches the rotational speed corresponding to the vehicle speed. At the same time, since the annealing value NOUTSM is delayed and decreases, the grip flag F_grip is set to ON (step S114).
[0080]
When the grip flag F_grip is set to ON in this way, an affirmative determination is made in the subsequent step S112. In this case, it is determined whether or not the above-mentioned grip temporary flag F_dnout is ON (step S115). The temporary grip flag F_dnout is set to ON in step S107 when the time during which the deviation DNOUT is reduced to about zero continues for a predetermined time T3.
[0081]
Therefore, if the determination in step S115 is affirmative, the deviation DNOUT is small, and the rate of change ΔDNOUT has changed from negative to positive. Therefore, in this case, the end determination of the slip of the
[0082]
If a negative determination is made in step S115, the deviation DNOUT is large and the slip is not toward convergence, or even if the deviation DNOUT is small, the slip is temporary, and the slip is toward convergence. Will not be. Therefore, in this case, this routine is terminated without any particular control. That is, the end of slip is not determined.
[0083]
FIG. 4 is a time chart showing the timing of the slip end determination by the control shown in FIG. As in the case shown in FIG. 2, when the

Therefore, the grip flag F_grip is turned on at the time t15, but immediately after that, the output shaft rotational speed NOUT exceeds the smoothed value NOUTSM, so the grip flag F_grip is switched off. Also, since the count value of the counter C2 does not reach the predetermined value T3, in this case, the temporary grip flag F_dnout is kept off. Note that the slip convergence flag F_ret is also switched off at time t15.
[0087]
Next, when the slip of the

As a result, both the temporary grip flag F_dnout and the grip flag F_grip are turned on, so that the end of the slip is determined at time t19. Therefore, both the slip flag F_slip and the slip convergence flag F_ret are turned off. Further, the deviation DNOUT between the output shaft rotational speed NOUT and the smoothed value NOUTSM becomes zero by the end of the slip, so that both the grip flag F_grip and the temporary grip flag F_dnout are reset to zero at time t20.
[0090]
When the control shown in FIG. 3 is performed as described above, the output shaft rotational speed NOUT temporarily decreases for some reason while the

In FIG. 6, when the determination in step S004 is affirmative, the smoothing rate is calculated from the rate of change of the output shaft rotational speed NOUT, that is, the rotational acceleration ΔNOUT, using a map using a preset ΔNOUT as a parameter. (Step S101-1). It should be noted that a condition for canceling the slip determination is added by step S101-1 and step S101-2 described later. Next, the second smoothing value NOUTSM0 is calculated (step S101-2). This NOUTSM0 is based on the annealing rate calculated in step S101-1.
NOUTSM0 (i) = NOUTSM0 (i-1) + K x (NOUTSM-NOUTSM0 (i-1))
Calculated with K is the annealing rate.

Next, the output shaft rotation speed NOUTSM0 from the output shaft rotation speed NOUT Subtract It is determined whether the obtained value is equal to or less than a predetermined value NOUTO (step S101-3). If the determination in step S101-3 is affirmative, the grip flag F_grip0 is set on (step S101-4). If a negative determination is made in step S101-3, the grip flag F_grip0 is kept off and the process proceeds to step S101. From step S101 to step S112, the control process proceeds in the procedure as described above.
[0096]
If the determination in step S112 is positive, that is, if it is determined that F_grip is set on, it is determined whether or not the grip flag F_grip0 is on (step S115-1). Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S115, and this routine is terminated according to the above-described procedure.
[0097]
In FIG. 6, if a negative determination is made in step S004, it is determined in step S005 whether or not the deviation DNOUT is greater than a predetermined value (threshold value) DOUT1 that serves as a reference for determination. If an affirmative determination is made in step S005, the smoothing rate is calculated from the rate of change of the output shaft rotational speed NOUT, that is, the rotational acceleration ΔNOUT, using a map using a preset ΔNOUT as a parameter. (Step S006-1). Next, the second smoothing value NOUTSM0 is calculated (step S006-2), and then the process proceeds to step S008. The processing performed in step S006-1 and step S006-2 is the same processing as the above-described step S101-1 and step S101-2. By this processing, the starting point of the calculation of NOUTSM0 can be set to the substantial start time instead of the slip determination start. From step S008, the control process proceeds according to the procedure described above.
