BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a camera control device, and more particularly to a camera control device that detects the state of mirror up / down and shutter charge using a detection means such as a contact encoder and controls each operation based on the information.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the mirror drive and shutter charge of a single lens reflex camera are operated by the driving force of a motor that rotates in one direction, and a phase contact piece is attached to a cam that performs mirror drive or shutter charge. There has been proposed a camera control device that detects the rotational phase of a cam by moving up and controls mirror driving and shutter charge.
[0003]
FIG. 7A shows an example of the control pattern. In the

The rotational sliding state shown in FIG. 7B indicates the mirror down position, and corresponds to the region 431 in FIG. 7C. The contacts 421 and 422 are both on the
[0006]
In the first conventional example described above, the stop of the mirror up and mirror down operations is realized by reverse energization delay and short brake to the drive motor after detecting the switching of the signal output SW1. However, in reverse energization braking from full motor energization, there is a problem that an excessive current flows and adversely affects other operations (autofocus control, anti-vibration control, etc.) performed in parallel.
[0007]
In order to solve this problem, it is sufficient to perform reverse energization braking from a state where the effective voltage is lowered by driving the motor with a duty, but if the duty is driven after starting the mirror up, the mirror up time becomes longer. Release time lag will be extended. Therefore, it is desirable to perform full driving when starting mirror up, switching to duty driving during operation, and then stopping with reverse energization braking and short flake. In this case, in order to determine the duty ratio suitable for the drive speed, a control pattern is set so that a monitor interval for measuring the operation time and a signal output for determining the duty drive start point can be obtained during the mirror up / down operation. There is a need to.
[0008]
FIG. 8 shows an example of a control pattern for dealing with the above problem as a second conventional example. The control pattern 510 is provided with patterns 512, 513, and 514 concentrically around the point 511. The pattern 512 is connected to GND. The pattern 513 has two boundaries 515 and 516 with the pattern 512 and two boundaries 518 and 519 with the pattern 514. The pattern 514 has two

The contacts 531, 532, and 533 are all on the pattern 512, and the signal output SW1 drawn from the pattern 514 and the signal output SW2 drawn from the pattern 513 are both High. A mirror up operation is performed by rotating clockwise from here. First, the contact 533 passes through the boundary 515 and the signal output SW2 is switched from High to Low, and thereafter, the signal output SW2 is switched from Low to High through the boundary 516.
[0011]
Next, the contact point 532 passes through the
[0012]
Compared to the configuration of the first conventional example, a shape in which one control pattern is added outside in order to provide a monitor section during mirror up / down. An example of the duty drive method with this signal output is shown.
[0013]
In the mirror up operation, the motor of the drive source is started up at full drive, and the time from the fall of the signal output SW2 to the rise is measured to detect the drive speed of the mirror up operation, and the duty is based on this measurement time. Determine the ratio. Next, switching to duty driving is performed at the duty ratio determined earlier from the rising timing of the signal output SW2. Then, the motor stop control by the reverse energization brake and the short brake is performed at the falling timing of the signal output SW1, and the motor is stopped in the mirror up state.
[0014]
In the mirror down operation, the motor of the drive source is started up at full drive, and the time from the fall of the signal output SW2 to the rise is measured to detect the drive speed of the mirror down operation. Based on this measurement time Determine the duty ratio. Next, switching to duty driving is performed at the duty ratio determined earlier from the rising timing of the signal output SW2. Then, the motor stop control by the reverse energization brake and the short brake is performed at the falling timing of the signal output SW1, and the motor is stopped in the mirror down state.
[0015]
According to the above driving method, it is possible to control at a duty ratio corresponding to the driving speed, and it is possible to avoid reverse energization braking from full driving, so that it is possible to prevent an excessive current from flowing.
[0016]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the control pattern shown in FIG. 7 (a) is obtained by arranging two concentric patterns in the radial direction, whereas the control pattern shown in FIG. 8 (a) has two concentric circles in the radial direction. However, there is a drawback that the area occupied is widened. In addition, since the drive speed is detected in each of mirror up and mirror down, there is room for improvement in that an erroneous signal may be detected by chattering or the like. .
[0017]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to obtain a signal output necessary for duty driving with a space-saving pattern shape and to prevent an erroneous signal due to chattering or the like.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, a camera according to the invention of
A motor built into the camera body,

The cam follower 230 is rotatably installed on a shaft on the swing lever 220. The cam gear 240 rotates in response to a gear output from a drive gear train (not shown) using a motor as a drive source, and swings the swing lever 220 by the cam. The
[0029]
FIG. 2 shows the relationship between the swing lever 220, the cam follower 230, and the cam gear 240 in the mirror-down bear. The swing lever 220 is provided with cam follower shafts 224a and 244b, and cam followers 230a and 230b are installed on the cam follower shaft 244 so as to be rotatable about the shaft. Among these, the cam follower 230a stops in a state where it rides on the cam top portion of the cam 243.
[0030]
FIG. 3 shows the relationship between the control pattern plate 610 and the contact brush 620 corresponding to the state of FIG. Details will be described with reference to FIG.

The cam follower 230b is stopped in a state where it rides on the cam top portion of the cam 243. FIG. 5 shows the relationship between the control pattern plate 610 and the contact brush 620 corresponding to the state of FIG. Details will be described with reference to FIG.
[0032]
FIG. 6A shows the shape of the control pattern 610. The control pattern 610 is provided with patterns 612, 613, and 614 concentrically around the

FIG. 6C shows signal outputs SW1 and SW2 of the control pattern 610. FIG. The state of FIG. 6B shows the mirror down position and corresponds to the region 631. The contacts 621, 622, and 623 are all on the pattern 612, and the signal output SW1 drawn from the pattern 614 and the signal output SW2 drawn from the pattern 613 are both High. A mirror up operation is performed by rotating clockwise from here. First, the contact point 622 passes through the
[0034]
Compared to the configuration of the conventional example, one control pattern for providing a monitor section during mirror up is added, but it is not added to the outside, but because it is added in the form of biting into the conventional pattern, The size of the control pattern is not different from the conventional example shown in FIG. The monitor section is not provided during mirror down. Hereinafter, a duty driving method using this signal output will be described.
[0035]
In the mirror up operation, the motor of the drive source is started up at full drive, and the time from the fall of the signal output SW2 to the rise is measured to detect the drive speed of the mirror up operation. Based on this measurement time Determine the duty ratio. Next, switching to duty driving is performed at the duty ratio determined earlier from the rising timing of the signal output SW2. Then, the motor stop control by the reverse energization brake and the short brake is performed at the falling timing of the signal output SW1, and the motor is stopped in the mirror up state.
[0036]
In the mirror down operation, the motor of the drive source is started up at full drive, and after a predetermined time has elapsed, the drive is switched to duty drive at the duty ratio determined at the time of mirror up. Then, the motor stop control by the reverse energization brake and the short brake is performed at the falling timing of the signal output SW1, and the motor is stopped in the mirror down state. As the duty ratio at the time of mirror down, the duty ratio at the time of mirror up may be employed as it is, or may be used after being converted into a duty ratio multiplied by a predetermined coefficient.
[0037]
Also, if the exposure time after the mirror-up operation is long for the energization time of the bulb and shutter magnet, the drive voltage at the time of mirror-down may have dropped, so drive with the duty ratio determined at the time of mirror-up Then, the drive speed may become too slow. As a countermeasure, in the case of a bulb or a long shutter speed, a factor larger than 1 is easily set for the duty ratio determined at the time of mirror-up, and the duty ratio is converted by multiplying this factor or used. It is effective to drive.
[0038]
As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated by embodiment, according to the technical idea of this invention, a various deformation | transformation is possible. For example, in the above-described embodiment, it has been described that the duty ratio is determined only when the mirror is raised, and the duty ratio when the mirror is raised is used as it is for the mirror-down operation. The ratio may be determined, and the duty ratio at the time of the mirror down may be adopted as it is for the mirror up operation.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the camera of the present invention, the duty drive cycle of the other is determined based on the drive speed of the mirror detected in one of the predetermined sections of mirror up or mirror down. It is not necessary to provide a monitor section for driving speed detection in the mirror down area (or mirror up area), and the control pattern area can be kept small.
[0040]
In addition, since the mirror drive speed is detected only in the predetermined section of either mirror up or mirror down, compared to the case of detecting the mirror drive speed in both mirror up and mirror down, It is possible to more effectively prevent erroneous signals due to chattering and the like.
