Claims (2)
- 金属ケースに、射出ノズルを設けた射出ポットと該射出ポット内へ可塑化状態にある流動性材料を押出機を介して供給する投入口とを形成し、前記射出ポット内に摺動可能にプランジャを配設したゴム射出成形装置と、
該ゴム射出成形装置に設置された、前記プランジャにかかる圧力を検出する圧力センサ及び前記射出ポット内の流動性材料の温度を検出するゴム温度センサと、
前記投入口から前記射出ポット内に供給される流動性材料の加硫速度を測定するゴム加硫速度測定機と、
射出成形加硫条件自動制御装置とを備え、
該射出成形加硫条件自動制御装置は、前記圧力センサ及び前記ゴム温度センサ及び前記ゴム加硫速度測定機の出力と前記射出成形加硫条件自動制御装置に予め集積しておいた最適数値とを比較し、前記圧力センサ及び前記ゴム温度センサ及び前記ゴム加硫速度測定機の出力が前記最適数値と異なる場合には、要制御機器及び視認機構へ指示出力を送ることを特徴とするゴム射出成形システム。 - 金属ケースに、射出ノズルを設けた射出ポットと該射出ポット内へ可塑化状態にある流動性材料を押出機を介して供給する投入口とを形成し、前記射出ポット内に摺動可能にプランジャを配設したゴム射出成形装置と、
該ゴム射出成形装置に設置された、射出時に前記プランジャにかかる圧力を検出する圧力センサ及び前記射出ポット内の射出直前の流動性材料の温度を検出するゴム温度センサと、
前記投入口から前記射出ポット内に供給される流動性材料の加硫速度を測定するゴム加硫速度測定機と、
射出成形加硫条件自動制御装置とを備え、
前記圧力センサ及び前記ゴム温度センサ及び前記ゴム加硫速度測定機の出力と前記射出成形加硫条件自動制御装置に予め集積しておいた最適数値とに基づいて、最適な計量ゴム温度及び加硫時間を求め、求めた計量ゴム温度及び加硫時間が得られるように前記射出ポットの温度調整機構及び前記押出機の温度調整機構へ温調指示出力を送ることを特徴とするゴム射出成形システム用射出成形加硫条件設定方法。
