Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drug administration patch for administering a drug to an affected area.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when treating keratinized skin such as urchin and octopus, keratin softeners such as salicylic acid are administered to the affected area.
Such salicylic acid is impregnated and held in a pad and attached to the affected part, or a pad provided with a hole is attached to the affected part and then a salicylic acid solution is dropped into this hole and administered (Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Although this salicylic acid can effectively soften and remove keratinized skin such as urchin and octopus as described above, it has a strong action and is damaged when touched to normal skin. Therefore, it is necessary to administer salicylic acid intensively only to the affected area, and for this purpose, a pad suitable for the size of the affected area must be used. I had to prepare it.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-6-319768
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention further improves the above-mentioned one previously provided by the present applicant, and it is economical to use a patch that can administer a medicine corresponding to the size of the affected part with a simple structure. I am trying to get it.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A pad is placed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the substrate having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one surface. This pad is provided with a holding portion for a medicine to be administered. Apart from such a patch, there is an adhesive sheet provided with a through hole. The through-hole has a size corresponding to the affected area, and at the same time is formed in a different size from the medicine holding portion of the pad.
[0007]
The through hole of this adhesive sheet is stuck to the affected part. If the holding part of the pad holds the medicine and the patch is applied so that the holding part is aligned with the through hole, the medicine held in the pad passes through the through hole from the holding part to the affected part. It is administered accurately.
If multiple adhesive sheets with different through-hole sizes are prepared, the same patch can be used by selecting and using through-hole adhesive sheets that match the size of the affected area. Even if the size of the affected area is different, an appropriate treatment can be performed.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An adhesive layer 2 is formed on one surface of the substrate 1. The base material 1 can be a plastic sheet, cloth, non-woven fabric or other flexible sheet-like material, and preferably has a suitable stretchability so as to adapt to the application site.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is formed by applying an acrylic, rubber-based, silicon-based or other pressure-sensitive adhesive to the base material 1, and the use of an acrylic-based adhesive is often preferable because of less irritation to the skin.
[0009]
The pad 3 is provided with a medicine holding portion 4, and the size of the holding portion is usually large so that it can be applied even to the largest affected part. In the case of a wolf or octopus, the diameter is about 5 to 15 mm. There are many cases where it is good to have a degree.
The pad 3 having an appropriate elasticity and an appropriate thickness is easy to use so that the contact with the application site is soft and the pressure on the affected part is reduced. In many cases, the pad 3 may be formed of a plastic foam having closed cells so that a drug described later does not permeate. For example, polyethylene is foamed about 8 to 12 times to form closed cells. The formed foam can be used effectively.
[0010]
The medicine holding part 4 of the pad 3 is formed by providing a hole in the pad or by forming a recess in the pad. 1 and 2, the pad 3 is a thin disk-like body, and a holding portion that is a concentric hole 41 is formed at the center thereof. On both sides of the arc-shaped portion 18 of the substrate 1 to which the pad 3 is attached, there are narrow band-shaped portions 19 and 20, and one band-shaped portion 19 is formed shorter than the other band-shaped portion 20.
In FIG. 6, a recess 42 is provided in the pad 3, and this is used as a medicine holding part 4. Further, the medicine described later can be directly held by using the central part of the flat pad as a holding part.
[0011]
Such a pad 3 is stuck on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 of the substrate 1 and placed.
Necessary medicines are held in advance in the pad holding portion 4.
[0012]
In the illustrated example, a relatively hard ointment containing salicylic acid is filled in the hole 41 and held. Such a patch 6 is temporarily attached with a release paper 7 so as to cover the surface of the pad 3 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, and is appropriately sealed in a gas barrier packaging bag (not shown) in order to prevent volatilization of the drug. Good.
[0013]
On the other hand, an adhesive layer 12 is formed on one surface of a base sheet 11 such as a plastic film that does not easily allow the drug to permeate, and a through hole 13 is formed therein. The outer shape of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 14 and the through-hole 13 are appropriately formed. In the illustrated example, a circular through-hole is formed at the center of the circle.
The through hole 13 has a size corresponding to the size of the affected part 16, and is smaller than the holding part 4 of the pad 3 in the illustrated example.
[0014]
Since the size of the affected area varies depending on the person and symptoms, it is recommended to prepare various types of through-holes with different sizes. Yes. By selecting an adhesive sheet 14 having an optimum size from those having different through-hole sizes, the patch 6 is not changed, and appropriate treatments are performed on affected areas of various sizes. (FIGS. 3 and 4).
[0015]
When this is used, an adhesive sheet 14 having a through hole 13 that matches the size of the affected part 16 is selected as shown in FIG. 5 so that the affected part 16 is exposed in the through hole 13. And attach to the affected area (A). Since the affected part 16 can be seen from the through-hole 13 at the time of this sticking, it can stick to an affected part correctly.
The adhesive sheet 14 stuck on the affected part is overlaid so that the part of the medicine holding part 4 of the pad 3 is positioned on the through-hole 13, and the sticking material 6 is stuck and fixed (B). .
[0016]
The medicine held in the holding part 4 of the pad 3 comes to act on the affected part 16 through the through-hole 13 of the adhesive sheet 14, can treat the affected part, and acts on other parts than the affected part. There is no (C) (D).
When the affected area becomes soft after a few days have passed, the adhesive material 14 and the adhesive seal 14 are peeled off to remove the softened portion, and the adhesive sheet 14 having a small through-hole 13 with respect to the affected area that has become smaller by treatment. If it sticks instead of and sticks the adhesive material 6 from the top in the same way, the exact treatment with respect to an affected part can be performed.
[0017]
In FIG. 7, an adhesive layer 8 is formed on the surface of the pad 3 of the patch 6 in contact with the adhesive sheet 14. Since the adhesive layer 8 is attached to the surface of the adhesive sheet 14 when the adhesive material 6 is applied, the medicine 5 held in the hole 4 of the pad 3 leaks to the side. Therefore, it can be more accurately administered to the affected area through the through-hole 13. Moreover, after making the adhesive sheet 14 affixed in advance to the adhesive layer 8 of the pad 3, it becomes easier to adhere to the affected part.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, an adhesive sheet having a through-hole corresponding to the size of the affected part is attached to the affected part, and a patch is attached so that the drug holding part of the pad is positioned on the through-hole. Then, the medicine in the holding part can be administered to the affected part through the through-hole, and the affected part can be easily treated. And by using an adhesive sheet with different sizes of through-holes, it is possible to easily cope with affected parts of different sizes, and perform accurate treatment without damaging parts other than the affected parts. be able to. In addition, when the affected area is large, the adhesive material may be directly attached to the affected area without using an adhesive sheet, and this drug administration adhesive material is used for administration of drugs for various diseases other than the above-mentioned woome and octopus. Can be widely applied to.
