Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gaming machine called a ball game machine such as a pachinko machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a game machine (bullet ball game machine) has a winning room having a winning opening through which a ball (pachinko ball) flowing on the surface of the gaming board can flow, and a specification that allows a ball flowing into the winning room to pass through. 2. Description of the Related Art A structure having a structure in which a winning device (sometimes referred to as an attacker) including a region and a door member that can be opened and closed at a winning opening is provided. In such a winning device, the door member is opened and closed between a closed position and an open position by a door operating device using a solenoid as a driving source, and a switching operation is performed in a specific region (called a V zone). In general, a switching member that is switched between an allowable position that allows passage of a sphere to a specific area and a blocking position that prevents passage of the sphere by a device is provided. Then, when the lottery symbol of the symbol display device arranged on the board surface of the game board becomes a predetermined symbol and the jackpot is reached, the solenoid is excited and the door member is opened. Further, when a predetermined number of balls flow in or a predetermined time elapses, the solenoid is de-energized and the door member is closed. The door member opens and closes a predetermined number of rounds by repeating excitation and non-excitation of the solenoid, and the big hit game is finished. The door member of the winning device configured as described above may be opened unexpectedly when a force acts in the opening direction from the outside. For this reason, for example, a foreign object such as a piano wire or a thin plate from the glass door side disposed on the front side of the game boardPluggedThe door member is opened unexpectedly by the foreign matter.TheIn some cases, cheating was done. In order to prevent the door member of the winning device from being opened unexpectedly, a slide member, an intermediate transmission member and a lock member are arranged between the door member and the operating shaft of the door solenoid, respectively. A structure is known in which the door member is opened and closed through the transmission member, and the door member is locked in a closed state through the slide member, the intermediate transmission member, and the lock member (see, for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-224771). ).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional winning device, the number of parts and assembly man-hours increase due to the structure in which the slide member, the intermediate transmission member, and the lock member are respectively disposed between the door member and the operation shaft of the door solenoid. Cost increases.
[0004]
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a gaming machine equipped with a winning device that can effectively prevent a door member of a winning opening from being opened unexpectedly by effectively using a switching member for a specific area. That is.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

A gaming machine comprising a winning device having a non-specific area through which a ball can pass as well as a specific area through which the ball can pass in the winning room,
The winning device includes a switching member that can be switched between a permissible position that allows passage of a sphere to the specific area and a blocking position that blocks passage of the sphere, and the placement of the switching member between the permissible position and the blocking position. A switching actuating device that alternately switches, and a locking means that locks the door member in the closed position,
Further, the locking means is an engagement portion provided integrally with the door member, and is provided integrally with the switching member and detachably engages with the engagement portion to close the door member. And a gaming machine configured to include a lock unit that locks to.
This gaming machineThe door member can be locked at the closed position by a simple structure in which a lock means is provided between the door member and the switching member, and a problem that the door member is unexpectedly opened can be prevented.
[0006]
Also,The locking means can be constituted by the engaging part of the door member and the locking part of the switching member, and the labor for assembling the engaging part and the locking part individually to the door member and the switching member can be saved. Great effect for cost reduction.
[0007]
The gaming machine according to claim 1,
The switching member is advanced and retracted by the switching operation device, and is disposed at the allowable position by being retracted to the retracted end, and is disposed at the blocking position by being advanced from the allowable position to the predetermined position. When the switching member is advanced to the forward end position, the locking portion of the switching member is engaged with the engaging portion of the door member in the closed position to lock the door member in the closed position,
Further, the switching operation device uses a solenoid as a drive source, and the solenoid is attracted when the solenoid is energized and retracts the switching member to the allowable position of the retreat end, and is projected by a spring when de-energized. While having an operating shaft for advancing the switching member
Provided is a gaming machine in which the engaging portion of the door member is provided with a stopper surface that abuts the lock portion of the switching member and stops the switching member at the blocking position when the door member is open..
This gaming machineBy moving the switching member forward and backward by the switching operation device, the switching member can be switched between the allowable position of the backward end and the blocking position advanced from the allowable position to the predetermined position. Furthermore, by moving the switching member forward to the forward end position, it is possible to switch the arrangement of the locking portion of the switching member to the locking position that can be engaged with the engaging portion of the door member in the closed position.
[0008]
AlsoThe switching member can be quickly switched to the allowable position of the backward end and the blocking position advanced by a predetermined amount by extremely simple control of excitation / de-energization of the solenoid that constitutes the drive source of the switching operation device. Also, the switching member is moved forward and backward by the solenoid operating shaft.RuAt the same time, when the door member is open, the switching member can be reliably stopped at the blocking position by the stopper surface of the engaging portion of the door member.
[0009]
Further, in the gaming machine according to claim 2, the engaging portion is formed in a substantially arc shape having a center point on substantially the same center line as the opening / closing axis of the door member, and on the arc surface of the engaging portion. When the stopper surface is formed and the door member is closed to the closed position, the stopper surface exceeds the lock portion of the switching member and the switching member is advanced to the forward end position by the spring, and the lock portion is engaged with the engaging portion. Provided is a gaming machine in which the arc angle of the engaging portion is set so as to be able to be matched.
This gaming machineWhen the door member closes about the opening / closing axis, the stopper surface is satisfactorily rotated to the closed position while being in contact with the front end of the lock portion of the switching member, and is closed. In other words, it is possible to reduce the problem that the stopper surface of the engaging portion becomes an obstacle to the closing operation of the door member, and it is possible to prevent the closing failure of the door member. Further, when the stopper surface of the engaging portion of the door member exceeds the lock portion of the switching member, the switching member is advanced to the lock position of the forward end position by the spring. Accordingly, the lock portion of the switching member is securely arranged at the lock position where the lock portion can be engaged with the engagement portion of the door member, and is held at the lock position.

Then, by inserting a linear member such as a wire into the unlock hole 68 from the front of the front plate portion of the main body 51 and pushing the unlock piece 84 backward, the switching member 80 is retracted, and the door member 60 is engaged. The lock portion 83 of the switching member 80 is disengaged from the portion 65 so that the lock is released.
[0022]
The pachinko machine as a gaming machine according to this embodiment is configured as described above. Therefore, in the pachinko game, a ball (pachinko ball) launched from a ball launching device (not shown) to the ball launching passage 14 is launched at the upper part of the game area 15 and guided while being guided by a number of nails, windmills 18 and the like. It flows toward the bottom of the region 15. Among the balls launched into the game area 15, some of the balls pass through the normal symbol starting gate port of the gate device 20, or flow into the general winning port 24 or the variable starting port 41 of the variable starting device 40. To do. Further, many balls that have not flowed into the respective winning holes flow into the out port 43 at the bottom of the game area 15 and are discharged out of the machine.
[0023]
When the ball passes through the normal symbol starting gate port of the gate device 20, the ball is detected by the sensor, and the detection signal is sent to the main control device (not shown, but installed at a predetermined position of the pachinko machine). Then, the signal is transmitted to the symbol display device 33, and the symbol of the normal symbol display unit 35 provided in a part of the display unit 34 changes. The normal symbol display unit 35 displays a symbol based on the lottery result. When the symbol on the normal symbol display unit 35 is displayed as a winning symbol, the opening / closing member 42 of the variable starting port 41 of the variable starting device 40 is opened and closed for a predetermined time (for example, one second). When a sphere flows into the variable start port 41 of the variable starter 40, the sphere is detected by a sensor, and the detection signal is sent to the main controller. Then, the signal is transmitted to the symbol display device 33, whereby the symbol displayed on the display unit 34 fluctuates and stops after a set time. The display unit 34 displays a symbol based on the lottery result.
[0024]
When the specific symbol displayed on the display unit 34 is “big jackpot symbol”, for example, “7/7/7”, the game is stopped. At this time, first, the switching solenoid 91 is excited by a signal from the main controller, and the operating shaft 92 is attracted backward against the elastic force of the spring 94, so that the switching member 80 is moved to the backward end. Is switched to the permissible position. When the switching member 80 is disposed at the allowable position, the door solenoid 71 is excited at the same time, and the operating member 72 is tilted upward with the engaging portion 73 as a fulcrum by the magnetic force of the door solenoid 71. The base portion 74 is attracted to the suction portion on the lower surface of the door solenoid 71. Then, the interlocking shaft 63 of the door member 60 is pushed up by the protruding portion 77 of the door actuating portion 75 so that the door member 60 is opened. Thereafter, the interlocking shaft 63 is pushed down by the dead weight of the door actuating portion 75. It opens to the open position which contacts the part 76 (refer FIG. 7 and FIG. 9).
[0025]
As described above, when the door member 60 of the winning device 50 is opened and the winning opening 52 is opened, the balls flowing down on the game board 10 are likely to enter the winning opening 52. A sphere flows into the winning room 53 through the winning opening 52, and the sphere flows into either the specific area 54 or the non-specific area 57. When the sphere that has flowed to the specific area 54 passes through the sphere passage hole 56 of the specific area detector 55, the detection signal of the passage of the sphere is sent to the main controller, and the sphere that has flowed to the non-specific area 57 When passing through the ball passage hole 59, a detection signal of the passage of the ball is sent to the main controller. A detection signal of passing the sphere of the specific area detector 55 is sent to the main controller.RuThen, the switching solenoid 91 is in a non-excited state. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the operating shaft 92 is protruded forward by the spring 94. Then, the switching member 80 is advanced toward the blocking position together with the operating shaft 92. As a result, the tip of the lock portion 83 of the switching member 80 comes into contact with the stopper surface 67 of the engaging portion 65 of the door member 60 and stops at the blocking position.
[0026]
When the switching member 80 is disposed at the blocking position, the ball in the winning room 53 flows to the non-specific area 57 without flowing to the specific area 54. Then, a predetermined number (for example, 10) of spheres are counted according to detection signals respectively sent from the specific area detector 55 of the specific area 54 and the count detector 58 of the non-specific area 57, or for a predetermined time (for example, After 30 seconds), the door solenoid 71 is de-energized. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the operating member 72 is tilted downward with the engaging portion 73 as a fulcrum by the tension spring 78 and its own weight, and the interlocking shaft 63 of the door member 60 is pushed down by the pressing portion 76 of the door operating portion 75. As a result, the door member 60 is closed. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, when the door member 60 is closed, the stopper surface 67 of the engaging portion 65 exceeds the lock portion 83 of the switching member 80. Along with this, the switching member 80 is advanced to the forward end position together with the operating shaft 92 of the switching solenoid 91 by the elastic force of the spring 94, and the lock portion 83 can approach and engage above the engaging portion 65. State, that is, a locked state. Here, one round of the jackpot game ends.
[0027]
Two rounds of jackpot game are started on condition that the ball passage is detected by the specific area detector 55. That is, the door member 60 closed after the completion of one round is opened again as described above after a predetermined time (for example, about 2 seconds), and two rounds of jackpot game are performed. As described above, the door member 60 is repeatedly opened and closed for a predetermined number of rounds (for example, a maximum of 16 times), thereby completing the big hit game.
[0028]
In the game, as shown in FIG. 8, when the door member 60 of the winning device 50 is in the closed state, the switching member 80 is moved forward by the elastic force of the spring 94 together with the operating shaft 92 of the switching solenoid 91. The lock portion 83 is advanced to the position, and the lock portion 83 approaches the upper portion of the engagement portion 65 of the door member 60 and is kept in the locked state. For this reason, even if the force of the opening direction acts on the door member 60 from the outside, the door member 60 can be prevented from being opened unexpectedly. For example, a foreign object such as a piano wire or a thin plate is inserted from the glass door (not shown) side disposed on the front side of the game board 10.PluggedTherefore, the door member 60 can be prevented from being opened unexpectedly by the foreign matter. For this reason, the malfunction that the door member 60 opens unexpectedly and an illegal act is performed can be prevented.
[0029]
As described above, the locking means can be configured by the engaging portion 65 provided integrally with the door member 60 and the lock portion 83 provided integrally with the switching member 80. Therefore, it is possible to save the trouble of individually forming the engaging portion 65 and the lock portion 83 and assembling the engaging portion 65 and the lock portion 83 to the door member 60 and the switching member 80, which is highly effective in reducing the cost. Further, the switching member 80 is quickly arranged and switched between the allowable position of the backward end and the blocking position advanced by a predetermined amount by very simple control of excitation / de-excitation of the switching solenoid 91 which is a driving source of the switching operation device 90. be able to. Further, the switching member 80 is advanced and retracted by the operating shaft 92 of the switching solenoid 91, and when the door member 60 is opened, the switching member 80 is blocked by the stopper surface 67 formed on the engaging portion 65 of the door member 60. It can be reliably stopped at the position.
[0030]
Further, the engaging portion 65 of the door member 60 is formed in a substantially arc shape having a center point on substantially the same center line as the axis of the door shaft 61 of the door member 60, and a stopper surface 67 is formed on the arc surface of the engaging portion 65. Is formed. When the door member 60 is closed to the closed position, the stopper surface 67 exceeds the lock portion 83 of the switching member 80.RuThus, the arc angle of the engaging portion 65 is set. For this reason, when the door member 60 closes around the door shaft 61, the stopper surface 67 is well rotated to the closed position while being in contact with the front end of the lock portion 83 of the switching member 80 and closed. In other words, it is possible to reduce the problem that the stopper surface 67 of the engaging portion 65 becomes an obstacle to the closing operation of the door member 60, and to prevent the closing failure of the door member 60. When the stopper surface 67 of the engaging portion 65 of the door member 60 exceeds the lock portion 83 of the switching member 80, the switching member 80 is advanced to the forward end position by the spring 94. Accordingly, the lock portion 83 of the switching member 80 is reliably arranged at the lock position where the lock portion 83 can be engaged with the engagement portion 65 of the door member 60 and is held at the lock position. In this way, the door member 60 can be reliably locked in the closed state by utilizing the forward / backward movement of the switching member 80.
[0031]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the embodiment described above, the locking means is configured by the engaging portion 65 provided integrally with the door member 60 and the lock portion 83 provided integrally with the switching member 80. Alternatively, the lock portion 83 may be formed separately as needed and attached to the door member 60 or the switching member 80. Even in this case, it is possible to lock the door member 60 by effectively using the switching member 80 for the specific region 54, and it is possible to reduce the cost by suppressing an increase in the number of parts and the number of assembling steps.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the door member can be locked by effectively using the switching member for the specific area, and the cost can be reduced by suppressing the increase in the number of parts and the number of assembling steps. It becomes.
