この発明はパチンコ機の大入賞口に対して開閉する開閉扉板を備えたパチンコ機の入賞装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のパチンコ機の遊技盤に備えた入賞装置で、横長の大入賞口に対して扉板を開閉する入賞装置、一般に「アタッカー形式」と呼ばれる入賞装置がある。従来のアタッカー形式の入賞装置は、遊技盤に取付ける板体の正面中央に横長の大入賞口を設け、該大入賞口に合致する長方形状の開閉扉板の支軸部を大入賞口の内部において開閉自由に軸支し、取付け板の裏側に備えた開閉駆動手段により開閉自由に軸支した開閉扉板を開閉保持しうる機構のものが使用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の入賞装置では、開閉扉板の開閉保持を駆動手段により行うが、この駆動手段で開閉位置に変位させる際に、開閉扉板を開放位置で受止める手段が前面に設けられていないで、内部に開閉扉板の駆動手段により昇降される摺動片の上昇を止めるストッパーが設けられたものなどが使用されている。また、取付け板の背面の球収容筺体には、中央に継続スイッチを設け、かつ背面下部に整列室を構成してその端に球カウント口、球計数センサーが備えられたものがあるが、この構造では、開閉扉板が長期間繰り返し開閉されることによりがたを生じ易く、また、開閉扉板に繰り返し球が当たるために長期の使用で開閉扉板を正確な開放角度に止めることが難しくなるなどの問題がある。また、通常の開閉扉板は単なる板体で入賞した球はその板体に入るとき入賞となるが、特定の権利が発生するVゾーンに入った時大当たりとするものは公知であり、この開閉扉板の内面側に球を継続スイッチへ誘導するために蓋板自体の裏面に凸状を設け、その凸状により継続スイッチに導入して特定入賞とするもの、大入賞口に入賞した球をカウント口へ排出して計数カウンタで計数するようにしたものがあるが、これでは特定入賞と球カウント口への誘導を変化させることができないので、遊技者の興趣を削いでいた。

前記開閉扉板5の開閉駆動機構は、この開閉扉板5を開閉する開閉駆動手段22として、第1ソレノイド23は取付け板2の筺体3の一側の第1ソレノイド収容ケース7に設置され、第1ソレノイド23の付勢手段25を介装したアクチュエーター24に連繋部材26の一端26aを関連させ、かつ連繋部材26の他端26bを前記開閉扉板5の下部後端に設けた突軸27に関連させて、該開閉扉板5を第1ソレノイド23で開閉動作させる。すなわち、連繋部材26は、L型としてその一端に嵌合部26aを形成し、かつ他端には先端に開閉扉板5の突軸27に嵌合しうる嵌合孔を有するコ字型の係合部26bを形成し、その一端の嵌合部26aに第1ソレノイド23のアクチュエーター24の鍔部24aを嵌合させ、該連繋部材26を常時離反方向に付勢する付勢手段25として、例えば、バネを介在させ、かつ他端の係合部26bに開閉扉板5の下部に設けた支承部5aの軸27を嵌合させる。開閉扉板5の突軸27は内部案内壁6と筺体3の側壁3aとの間の空間に位置させ、第1ソレノイド23で作動する連繋部材26が筺体3の一側内部に挿入されて突軸27が軸支されている。28は連繋部材26のブレを防止するブレ防止片で、筺体3の背面壁の連繋部材26の両側に設けられている。

図6および図7において、球振分け手段を備えたパチンコ機の一実施形態を説明する。前記取付け板2の中央部に開設された大入賞口4に対して開閉扉板5を開閉自在に支持し、取付け板2の背面に球収容筺体3が一体に設けられるか、或いは別体としてビス等により一体に固定されている。この球収容筺体3の背面下部両側に特定入賞口30と球カウント口31が設けられている。特定入賞口30と球カウント口31との間は球振分け手段40を揺動する間隔を存して球振分け手段40が備えられ、背面に備えた駆動手段60により球振分け手段40の球振分け部材の角度を変位して左右のV入賞口30又は球カウント口31に振分け可能に備えられている。特定V入賞口30は一個の球の径より若干大きい径の開口で、その出口に入賞球を検出するスイッチ32が設けられ、賞球払出装置(図示せず)と関連させる。このV入賞口30は球カウント口とは別で、球が転入してV入賞球検出スイッチ32で検出すると、球払出し装置より所定数の入賞球、例えば10個、15個の賞球が払出される。また球カウント口31は一個の球の径より若干大きい径の開口で、その球カウント口の出口付近に排出する球をカウントする計数カウントスイッチ33が設けられ、同じく賞球払出し装置と関連させる。球カウント口31は、転入する球をカウントスイッチ33で検出して所定個数の通過のカウント数が、例えば10カウントで開閉扉板を閉じるようにする。1カウントで賞球払出し装置より設定個数が7&10の場合には、7個或いは10個の賞球が払出される。このV入賞球検出スイッチ32と計数カウンタスイッチ33とは筺体の背面側よりそれぞれ挿入、抜脱可能にセットされている。
