【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明はパチンコ機の大入賞口に対して開閉する開閉扉板を備えたパチンコ機の入賞装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来のパチンコ機の遊技盤に備えた入賞装置で、横長の大入賞口に対して扉板を開閉する入賞装置、一般に「アタッカー形式」と呼ばれる入賞装置がある。従来のアタッカー形式の入賞装置は、遊技盤に取付ける板体の正面中央に横長の大入賞口を設け、該大入賞口に合致する長方形状の開閉扉板の支軸部を大入賞口の内部において開閉自由に軸支し、取付け板の裏側に備えた開閉駆動手段により開閉自由に軸支した開閉扉板を開閉保持しうる機構のものが使用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の入賞装置では、開閉扉板の開閉保持を駆動手段により行うが、この駆動手段で開閉位置に変位させる際に、開閉扉板を開放位置で受止める手段が前面に設けられていないで、内部に開閉扉板の駆動手段により昇降される摺動片の上昇を止めるストッパーが設けられたものなどが使用されている。また、取付け板の背面の球収容筺体には、中央に継続スイッチを設け、かつ背面下部に整列室を構成してその端に球カウント口、球計数センサーが備えられたものがあるが、この構造では、開閉扉板が長期間繰り返し開閉されることによりがたを生じ易く、また、開閉扉板に繰り返し球が当たるために長期の使用で開閉扉板を正確な開放角度に止めることが難しくなるなどの問題がある。また、通常の開閉扉板は単なる板体で入賞した球はその板体に入るとき入賞となるが、特定の権利が発生するＶゾーンに入った時大当たりとするものは公知であり、この開閉扉板の内面側に球を継続スイッチへ誘導するために蓋板自体の裏面に凸状を設け、その凸状により継続スイッチに導入して特定入賞とするもの、大入賞口に入賞した球をカウント口へ排出して計数カウンタで計数するようにしたものがあるが、これでは特定入賞と球カウント口への誘導を変化させることができないので、遊技者の興趣を削いでいた。

この発明はこのような問題点を解消するもので、大入賞口を開閉する開閉扉板を確実に受止めできる受止め手段、或いはその受止め手段にさらに球飛び出し阻止手段を設けたパチンコ機の入賞装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決する手段】
この発明の請求項１のパチンコ機の入賞装置は、取付け板の中央部に開設された大入賞口に対して開閉扉板が開閉自在に支持され、該開閉扉板が開閉駆動機構で開閉動作されるパチンコ機の入賞装置において、
前記取付け板の大入賞口の前面両側において、前記取付け板に対して所定の傾斜角度として前面に突出し、大入賞口内で開放される開閉扉板の端部を受止める扉受止め部が一体形成された開閉扉板用受止め手段が設けられ、
前記開閉扉板を開放時に両側の開閉扉板用受止め手段の扉板受止め部で受止め保持しうるようにしたことを特徴とする。

この発明の請求項２のパチンコ機の入賞装置は、取付け板の中央部に開設された大入賞口に対して開閉扉板が開閉自在に支持され、該開閉扉板が開閉駆動機構で開閉動作されるパチンコ機の入賞装置において、
前記取付け板の大入賞口の前面両側において、前記取付け板に対して所定の傾斜角度として前面に突出し、大入賞口内で開放される開閉扉板の端部を受止める扉受止め部と、該扉受止め部の上部で前記大入賞口の外側に側方への球の飛び出しを規制する球飛び出し阻止板とが一体形成された開閉扉板用受止め手段が設けられ、
前記開閉扉板を開放時に両側の開閉扉板用受止め手段の扉板受止め部で受止め保持し、かつ前記球飛び出し阻止板で球の飛び出しを阻止可能としたことを特徴とする。

この第１の発明の構成によれば、両側に設けた開閉扉板用受止め手段の扉受止め部で開閉扉板を所定の角度の開放位置に簡単かつ確実に受止めできる。また、第２の発明の構成によれば、開閉扉板用受止め手段の扉受止め部で開閉扉板を所定の角度の開放位置に簡単かつ確実に受止めでき、かつ上部に球の飛び出しを規制する球飛び出し阻止手段として、球飛び出し阻止板を設けたので、大入賞口に飛び込む球が側方へ飛び出るのを防ぐことができ、入賞球を確実に大入賞口内に誘導できる。

この発明によれば、球飛び出し阻止手段に球が当たって大入賞口の中央方向に反転され、それにより球振分け手段の左又は右への変位によって球が特定のＶ入賞口或いはカウント口に入るので、球が側方にそれても入賞することがあり、変化に富ませることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、この発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図１はこの発明のパチンコ機の入賞装置を示す正面図、図２は同開閉扉を開放した正面図、図３はこの発明の入賞装置の中央部における縦断面図、図４は同、開閉扉板の閉鎖時の断面図、図５は同、開閉扉板の開放時の断面図、図６はこの発明の入賞装置の振分け手段を右傾斜とした状態の図３のＸ−Ｘ線断面図、図７は同、振分け手段を左傾斜とした状態の図３のＸ−Ｘ線断面図、図８乃至図９は別の振分け手段を備えた実施形態で、図８は入賞装置の振分け手段を右傾斜とした状態の横断面図、図９は同、振分け手段を左傾斜とした状態の横断面図、図１０はこの発明の入賞装置を備えた遊技盤の正面図である。

図１乃至図６において、この発明のパチンコ機の入賞装置の一実施形態を示す。１は合成樹脂製等の入賞装置で、前面の取付け板２、裏面の収容筺体３等から構成され、前面の取付け板２には正面中央に横長方形の大入賞口４が開設され、大入賞口４の背面に前面を開口した収容筺体３が一体的に形成され、開閉扉板５を開閉する駆動手段、連繋手段、内部に入賞口、カウント口が設けられ、振分け体とその駆動手段、連繋手段等が備えられている。筺体３は取付け板２にビス止めされている。取付け板と筺体は別体として取り付けたが、これに限られるものではない。５は合成樹脂製等の開閉扉板で、前記大入賞口４の開口サイズに合致する長方形で、開放時には球導入板となる。この開閉扉板５はその下部の支軸２１を取付け板２の裏側の軸受け部２０に対して回動自由に軸支して、開閉扉板５が大入賞口４に対して開閉自在に支持され、開閉扉板５の下部後端の支承部５ａに後述の連繋部材２６と関連させる突軸２７が設けられている。６は筺体３内部の両側に設けられた案内壁で、前記開閉扉板５の幅より若干狭く設けられて、背面の入賞口、カウント口へ球が誘導される。７は第１ソレノイド収容ケースで筺体３の一側に設けられ、８は第２ソレノイド収容ケースで、筺体３の背面側に設けられている。

図１乃至図４において、この入賞装置において、取付け板の大入賞口４の前面両側に開閉扉板５を受止める適宜形状の開閉扉板用受止め手段１０が設けられている。開閉扉板用受止め手段１０として、図４および図５に上面を任意の傾斜角度とした板状扉受け部１０ａが前面に突出して一体形成され、開閉扉板５が開放時に突出した扉受け部１０ａに傾斜状に確実に受止められる。

この開閉扉板用受止め手段１０の上面には図４および図５に示すように、球が側方の外部に飛び出さないように球飛び出し阻止手段として、板状の球飛び出し阻止板１１が前記開閉扉板用受止め手段１０の上部に一体的に設けられている。実施形態では板状扉受け部１０ａの上部に円弧状の飛び出し阻止板１１が設けられ、開閉扉板５が板状扉受け部１０ａに受止められた時に転入する球がその開閉扉板５の側方に跳ねても側面の飛び出し阻止板１１で球が飛び出すのを規制され内方に誘導される。そして、筺体３内の内部側壁６により入賞口、カウント口、振分け体等の方へ誘導される。

前記開閉扉板５の開閉駆動機構は、この開閉扉板５を開閉する開閉駆動手段２２として、第１ソレノイド２３は取付け板２の筺体３の一側の第１ソレノイド収容ケース７に設置され、第１ソレノイド２３の付勢手段２５を介装したアクチュエーター２４に連繋部材２６の一端２６ａを関連させ、かつ連繋部材２６の他端２６ｂを前記開閉扉板５の下部後端に設けた突軸２７に関連させて、該開閉扉板５を第１ソレノイド２３で開閉動作させる。すなわち、連繋部材２６は、Ｌ型としてその一端に嵌合部２６ａを形成し、かつ他端には先端に開閉扉板５の突軸２７に嵌合しうる嵌合孔を有するコ字型の係合部２６ｂを形成し、その一端の嵌合部２６ａに第１ソレノイド２３のアクチュエーター２４の鍔部２４ａを嵌合させ、該連繋部材２６を常時離反方向に付勢する付勢手段２５として、例えば、バネを介在させ、かつ他端の係合部２６ｂに開閉扉板５の下部に設けた支承部５ａの軸２７を嵌合させる。開閉扉板５の突軸２７は内部案内壁６と筺体３の側壁３ａとの間の空間に位置させ、第１ソレノイド２３で作動する連繋部材２６が筺体３の一側内部に挿入されて突軸２７が軸支されている。２８は連繋部材２６のブレを防止するブレ防止片で、筺体３の背面壁の連繋部材２６の両側に設けられている。

而して、上記構造の開閉駆動機構で、開閉扉板５を閉じる場合には、第１ソレノイド２３が消磁時にアクチュエーター２４はバネ２５の付勢力で進出されて連繋部材２６が押し下げられ、開閉扉板５の下部後端の支承部５ａの突軸２７が引き下げられて、開閉扉板５が支軸２１を支点として起立させられて大入賞口４が閉じられている。第１始動口等に入賞して図柄表示装置の図柄が特定の組合せとなったとき、第１ソレノイド２３が励磁されて連繋部材２６がバネに抗して吸着されて連繋部材２６が上昇し、開閉扉板５の突軸２７が持ち上げられ、開閉扉板５が支軸２１を支点として開閉扉板用受止め手段１０で受け止められるまで倒されて開放される。なお、大入賞口の開閉扉板を開閉する機構は、上記のものに限定されるものではない。

図６および図７において、球振分け手段を備えたパチンコ機の一実施形態を説明する。前記取付け板２の中央部に開設された大入賞口４に対して開閉扉板５を開閉自在に支持し、取付け板２の背面に球収容筺体３が一体に設けられるか、或いは別体としてビス等により一体に固定されている。この球収容筺体３の背面下部両側に特定入賞口３０と球カウント口３１が設けられている。特定入賞口３０と球カウント口３１との間は球振分け手段４０を揺動する間隔を存して球振分け手段４０が備えられ、背面に備えた駆動手段６０により球振分け手段４０の球振分け部材の角度を変位して左右のＶ入賞口３０又は球カウント口３１に振分け可能に備えられている。特定Ｖ入賞口３０は一個の球の径より若干大きい径の開口で、その出口に入賞球を検出するスイッチ３２が設けられ、賞球払出装置（図示せず）と関連させる。このＶ入賞口３０は球カウント口とは別で、球が転入してＶ入賞球検出スイッチ３２で検出すると、球払出し装置より所定数の入賞球、例えば１０個、１５個の賞球が払出される。また球カウント口３１は一個の球の径より若干大きい径の開口で、その球カウント口の出口付近に排出する球をカウントする計数カウントスイッチ３３が設けられ、同じく賞球払出し装置と関連させる。球カウント口３１は、転入する球をカウントスイッチ３３で検出して所定個数の通過のカウント数が、例えば１０カウントで開閉扉板を閉じるようにする。１カウントで賞球払出し装置より設定個数が７＆１０の場合には、７個或いは１０個の賞球が払出される。このＶ入賞球検出スイッチ３２と計数カウンタスイッチ３３とは筺体の背面側よりそれぞれ挿入、抜脱可能にセットされている。

前記一方のＶ入賞口側には収容筺体３の背面壁３５に該Ｖ入賞口を囲うようにその入賞口の径より若干大きい径のＵ字状の案内壁３５ａが形成されている。またそのＵ字型案内壁３５ａに振分け手段４０が後方位置で受止められるストッパー３６が突出して形成されている。また、球カウント口３１には案内壁３５ｂに球阻止壁３７が屈曲して形成され、前記振分け板体がこの球阻止壁に沿って回動される。なお、３８はスイッチ３２を脱着可能に装着する係止片である。

球振分け手段４０として、前面にＬ型の球案内面４２を有しかつ後部に駆動手段６０、例えば第２ソレノイド６１を関連させる操作部４３を形成した合成樹脂製等球振分け板４１を設け、該球振分け板４１の基端部を支軸４４で回動自由に軸支されている。この実施形態の球振分け板４１は、合成樹脂製の扇型でその前面側にＬ型の球案内面４２が球が当たる幅で形成されている。球案内面４２は先端部に円弧状部４２ａと前面に直線部４２ｂが形成されて、直線部４２ｂで球を左又は右に誘導し、かつ先端部で球カウント口３１へ球を誘導する。この球振分け板４１はその基端をＶ入賞口側のＵ字状の背面壁３５近くでストッパー３６の前部に支軸４４で軸支され、球振分け板４１の後端の操作部４３にはピン４５を設け、該ピン４５に駆動手段の連繋部材６４が関連結合され、駆動手段の駆動により球振分け板４１が回動されて球案内面を左向き又は右向きに切換できるようにする。

球振分け板４１を左右に揺動する駆動手段６０として、例えば第２ソレノイド６１を連繋部材６４を介して球振分け板４１の後端部のピン４５に関連させる。第２ソレノイド６１は筺体の後方のケース８に横向きに配置され、第２ソレノイド６１にはアクチュエーター６２を備え、付勢手段として復帰用バネ６３が備えられている。このアクチュエーター６２に球振分け板を回動する連繋部材６４が球振分け板４１をソレノイドの移動方向と直交する方向に可動可能に設けられている。すなわち、アクチュエーター６２と連繋部材６４の結合構造は、一方のアクチュエーター６２の端部に鍔部６２ａが設けられ、他方の連繋部材６４にはその鍔部６２ａを嵌合する嵌合溝６５ａを有する嵌合部６５と、それとはほぼ直交する方向に球振分け板のピン４５を作用する先端にＵ字型のガイド孔６６ａを有する作用部６６が一体形成され、第２ソレノイド６１のアクチュエーター６２の軸線方向の動作により球振分け板４１の端部のピン４５が連繋部材６４のガイド孔６６ａに沿ってアクチュエーターの運動方向とは直交する方向にスライドされて球振分け板４１を支軸４４を支点として回動可能とされる。

而して、大当たりで開閉扉板が開放されると同時に第２ソレノイド６１がＯＮとされ、図７の第２ソレノイド６１の励磁によりバネ６３に抗して連繋部材６４が吸着されて右方に移動されることによりガイド孔６６ａでピン４５が前方に移動されて球振分け板４１の球案内面４２の直線部４２ｂが押し出され、すなわち、球案内面４２の先端側が前方へ押し出されて先端の円弧面が球カウント口側の壁となって球が球カウント口３１へ入りにくくされ、球案内面の直線部４２ｂの左向き傾斜に沿ってＶ入賞口３０へ球が誘導される。すなわち、先端の円弧面が突出するので案内壁との間に球１個が通過できる間隔はあるが、球カウント口の側部に球振分け板４１の先端の円弧面が立ちはだかるので、大入賞口の前方から転入する球はこの円弧面と案内壁との間の狭い間隔には転入しにくく、左傾斜した球案内面に沿ってＶ入賞口３０へ落下される。この特定のＶ入賞口３０の球が入った瞬間にソレノイドがＯＦＦとされ、図６の第２ソレノイド６１が非励磁となると、バネ６３の付勢力で連繋部材６４が左方に移動されて球振分け板４１の球案内面４２の先端側が後方へ回動されて円弧面が引っ込ませられて球カウント口３１の前方が広く開放されて、球案内面が球カウント口３１の方へ右傾斜されるので、大入賞口の前方から転入する球はほとんどが右傾斜した球案内面に沿って球カウント口３１へ転動落下される。この球カウント口に入る球で計数カウンタがたとえば、１０カウントすると前面の開閉扉板は閉じられる。

図８および図９において、別の球振分け手段を備えたパチンコ機の実施形態を説明する。前記取付け板２の中央部に開設された大入賞口４に対して開閉扉板５を開閉自在に支持し、取付け板２の背面に球収容筺体３が設けられ、該球収容筺体３の背面下部両側に特定入賞口３０（右側）と球カウント口３１（左側）が設けられ、計数カウントスイッチ３３、入賞球検出スイッチ３２が備えられること、特定入賞口３０と球カウント口３１との間は球振分け手段を設置しうる間隔を存して球振分け手段４０が備えられる構造は、前記実施形態とほぼ同じ構造であるので、その説明は省略する。この実施形態では、球振分け手段４０の振分け板５１の構造と、その球振分け板５１を作動する駆動手段との連動構造、筺体の背面側の案内壁の構造が前記実施形態とは相違する。

この実施形態で、前記一方の球カウント口３１側には筺体３の背面壁３９に該球カウント口を囲うように球カウント口の径より若干大きい径の円弧状の案内壁３９ａが形成され、かつ特定Ｖ入賞口３０を囲うようにＶ入賞口の径より若干大きい径の円弧状球案内壁３９ｂが形成されている。両側の背面壁３９の外面は振分け板５１の係止部５１ｂを受止める係受け面３９ｃとされている。

この実施形態の球振分け手段４０としては、両面に対称な球案内面５２を形成した合成樹脂製等球振分け板５１がほぼ中央部で軸５４で回動自由に軸支され、駆動手段、例えば第２ソレノイド６１の進退運動を可動機構５３を介して球振分け板５１を左又は右へ揺動可能に設けられている。この球振分け板５１の球案内面５２は、先端をＶ字型で球が当たる厚みとし、その中央部を軸５４で軸支され、球振分け板５１を左右何れかに所定角度傾斜させることにより左又は右の球案内面５２を球カウント口３１又は特定のＶ入賞口３０の方に向けて誘導することができる。球振分け板５１は内部をくり抜き軽量とするのが好ましい。また、球振分け板５１の後部にはくびれた係止部５１ｂが形成され、球振分け板が所定の角度で前記背面壁の外面の係受け面３９ｃに当たって止められるように設けられている。

この球振分け手段の可動機構５３とそれを駆動する駆動手段６０との関連構造を説明すると、この実施形態ではこの球振分け板５１の中央の支軸部５１ａが筺体に軸５４で軸支され、球振分け板５１の支軸部５１ａの周囲に歯部５５が形成され、後述の第２ソレノイド６１により直線的に摺動されるスライド部材６７の歯部６８が噛み合わされ、第２ソレノイド６１の動作によりスライド部材６７を横方向に摺動することにより球振分け板５１を左又は右に回動させる。球振分け板のストッパーは図の構造に限られるものではない。

球振分け板５１を駆動手段、例えば第２ソレノイド６１で駆動する構造として、球振分け板５１の中央部の支軸部に歯部５５が設けられ、第２ソレノイド６１は筺体の後方室に横向きに配置され、第２ソレノイド６１にはアクチュエーター６２を備え、付勢手段として復帰用バネ６３が備えられている。このアクチュエーター６２に関連させたスライド部材６７の歯部６８を前記球振分け板５１の歯部５５と噛み合わせてスライド部材の横方向への進退により球振分け板５１を回動する。すなわち、アクチュエーター６２とスライド部材６７の結合構造は、一方のアクチュエーター６２の端部に鍔部６２ａが設けられ、他方のスライド部材６７はその鍔部６２ａを嵌合する嵌合溝６７ａが設けられ、かつスライド部材６７の前記歯部５５に対向する面には歯部６８が形成され、該歯部６８が前記球振分け板５１の歯部５５に噛み合わされ、第２ソレノイド６１のアクチュエーター６２の進退動作によりスライド部材をスライドすることにより球振分け板５１が支軸５４を支点として回動される。

而して、第２ソレノイド６１の励磁時にはバネ６３に抗してアクチュエーターが吸着されてスライド部材６７が右方に移動されることにより球振分け板５１は反対に左側に傾斜して球案内面５２の右側が特定Ｖ入賞口側へのガイドとなり、特定Ｖ入賞口への入賞をしやすく、球カウント口に入りにくくされる。すなわち、左側の球案内面と案内壁との間に球１個が通過できる間隔はあるが、大入賞口の前方から転入する球はほとんどが左傾斜した球案内面に沿ってＶ入賞口へ転動排出される。また、第２ソレノイド６１の非励磁時にはバネ６３の付勢力でスライド部材６７が左方に移動されて球振分け板５１の右側の球案内面５２の先端側が後方へ回動されて、左側の球案内面が球カウント口の方へ右傾斜されるので、大入賞口の前方から転入する球はほとんどが右傾斜した球案内面に沿って球カウント口へ転動落下させることができる。

図１０おいて、７１はパチンコ機の遊戯盤、７２は打球誘導レール、７３は遊技球検出スイッチを備えた始動ゲート、７４は数字等の表示を始動ゲート７３の球検出スイッチの球検知時に始動して設定時間で変動確定する普通図柄表示装置、７５は第１始動口７６に遊技球が入賞時に図柄の表示を設定時間で変動確定する特別図柄表示装置、７６は前記普通図柄表示装置７５の表示が特定の数字に確定時、開閉する翼片を有する第１始動口である。特別図柄表示装置７５の図柄が特定の組合せ、例えば、「７、７、７」「５、５、５」となったときに開閉扉板が開閉する。７７は左右袖の入賞口、７８はアウト口である。而して、前記始動ゲート７３に遊技球が入ると普通図柄表示装置７５に表示した数字が、変動し、予め定めた特定の数字「３、５、７」等の条件となると、第１始動口７６が設定時間だけ開閉を繰り返し、その第１始動口７６に遊技球が入賞すると、特別図柄表示装置７５の図柄が変動を開始し、設定時間で図柄を確定し、その図柄が特定の組合せとなったときに、大入賞口４の開閉扉板５の開成条件となり、開閉駆動機構の第１ソレノイド２３が励磁され、起立閉鎖状態の開閉扉板５が開放され、球導入板となるとともに大入賞口４を開口し、遊技球が入賞球として転入する。指定図柄停止後ソレノイド２３が電源ＯＮ状態になり、開閉扉板５が大入賞口４にパチンコ球が入賞する状態に決まり、それと同時に第２ソレノイド６１の電源がＯＮ状態により球振分け板４１又は５１がバネ６３に抗して連繋部材６４、スライド部材６７、歯車機構等により回動されて球振分け板の球案内面４２、５２がＶ入賞口３０へ入賞しやすい位置に決まる。この特定の入賞口３０に球が入賞すると（１個以上）第２ソレノイド６１の電源がＯＦＦ状態となり、球カウント口３１へ入りやすい位置に振分け手段が決まる。そして球カウント口への基準のパチンコ球が入賞するか、基準時間経過するまでこの状態であり、どちらかの基準に達したらソレノイド２３が電源ＯＦＦ状態となり、開閉扉板がパチンコ球を大入賞口へは入らない状態とされる。これで１ラウンドと呼んでいる。勿論、パチンコ機の仕様はいろいろあり１５ラウンドタイプや、１６ラウンドタイプがある。パチンコ機には７＆１５とか６＆１５など明記され、例えば、始動口やその他の役物にパチンコ球が入賞すると７個、大入賞口に入賞すると１５個払い出される。

以上の実施形態を示したが、この発明はこの形態に限定されるものではなく、この発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、種々の形態を実施しうるものである。振分け手段の球を振分ける面の形状は上記のものに限られるものではなく、駆動手段により振分け手段を交互に反転させて球の誘導方向を変えることができる形状とすればよい。

【発明の効果】
