本発明は、商品落下防止用の落下防止扉が閉め忘れられていた場合でも、前面扉を閉じることで前記落下防止扉が閉じられる自動販売機の扉閉鎖装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図７〜図１０に示すように、たばこなどの箱型商品を販売する自動販売機においては、前面扉１を開閉自在に支持する自動販売機本体２内に上下に複数段（例えば上段、中段、下段の３段）の商品収納部４が設けられ、各商品収納部４は、上下に延びる仕切板５により左右方向に分割されて横方向に複数列並ぶように配設されている。

各商品収納部４の下端部には、商品を所定方向に押し出すプッシャ６を備えた商品搬送機構７が配設され、商品はこの商品搬送機構７の上面上に、上下に直積みして収納されている。

また、この自動販売機においては、自動販売機本体２内のスペースにおいて商品収納部４が、手前側と奥側との２つに分けられて配設されており、奥側の商品収納部４Ａは自動販売機本体２内の奥部に取り付けられ、また、手前側の商品収納部４Ｂは前面扉１の裏面に取り付けられている。そして、これらの奥側の商品収納部４Ａと手前側の商品収納部４Ｂとの間に、商品収納部４（４Ａ、４Ｂ）から払い出された商品を落下させる商品用落下通路８が設けられている。

一方、奥側の中段および下段の商品収納部４Ａに設けられている落下防止扉１１や、手前側の下段の商品収納部４Ｂに設けられている落下防止扉１２は、左右に並んだ複数の商品収納部４における商品装填用開口部９をまとめて開閉する扉構造となっており、商品が落下することを防止するだけでなく、商品用落下通路８のガイドの役目も果たし、上段の商品収納部４から払い出されて商品用落下通路８の上方から落ちてくる商品が、中段や下段の商品収納部４内に入り込むことを防止するようになっている。

前記奥側の中段や下段の商品収納部４に商品を装填する際には、前面扉１を開けた状態で、落下防止扉１１を手前側の前方傾倒開姿勢位置まで倒して、商品装填用開口部９を開けて、商品を装填する。そして、商品の装填が終わると、落下防止扉１１を起立閉姿勢に戻してから、前面扉１を閉じて装填操作を終了するようになっている。

このような不具合を防止すべく、落下防止扉１１が前方傾倒開姿勢である状態でも、前面扉１を閉じた際に、落下防止扉１１が閉められて起立閉姿勢に戻されるように構成した扉閉鎖装置２０が既に実用化されている。

この扉閉鎖装置２０は、図１２〜図１５に示すように、自動販売機本体２における前面扉支持用のヒンジ部１８が設けられている、自動販売機本体２における向かって右側の内壁面に沿って、薄肉の略箱型で上面部が開口されているケース体２１と、側面視して略コ字形状とされ、一端が前面扉１におけるヒンジ部１８が設けられている、向かって右側の裏面に、取付ブラケット２２を介して回動自在に支持され、他端がケース体２１の上面から下方に向けて突入された駆動レバー２３と、側面視して略Ｌ字形状とされ、角部近傍に配設された枢支ピン２４を介して、ケース体２１内の上部に回動自在に枢支され、一端のレバー受部２５ａが前記駆動レバー２３の他端に当接離反自在とされた回動リンク２５と、ケース体２１内で昇降自在に支持されたスライドリンク２６と、スライドリンク２６の上部一端と回動リンク２５の他端とを連結する連結リンク２７と、スライドリンク２６の下部と中央部とに回転自在にそれぞれ取り付けられ、ケース体２１から外側に突出されて、前方傾倒開姿勢の各落下防止扉１１に下方から当接自在の２つの当接ローラ２８とから構成されている。なお、３０は、スライドリンク２６の上部一端と連結リンク２７とを連結する連結軸２９を、上下にスライド自在に案内するスライド孔、３１は当接ローラ２８の軸部を昇降自在に案内する長溝である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来構成の扉閉鎖装置２０は、ケース体２１、取付ブラケット２２、駆動レバー２３、枢支ピン２４、回動リンク２５、スライドリンク２６、連結リンク２７、当接ローラ２８、連結軸２９、ガイド板３０などの多数の部品を組付けた構成であって、部品点数が多いとともに構造が複雑であるため、製造コストの増加や、組付けに多くの手間や時間がかかってしまうという課題を生じていた。

本発明は上記課題を解決するもので、落下防止扉が閉め忘れられていた場合でも、落下防止扉が損傷したり、商品が正常に払い出されなかったりすることを防止でき、しかも、製造コストが増加したり、組付けに多くの手間や時間がかかったりすることのない自動販売機の扉閉鎖装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明の請求項１記載の自動販売機の扉閉鎖装置は、ヒンジ部を介して前面扉を回動自在に支持する自動販売機本体内に、商品を上下に直積みして収納する商品収納部が横方向に複数並べて配設され、これらの並べて配設された商品収納部の手前面に開口された商品装填用開口部を、まとめて開閉することで各商品収納部内の商品が商品装填用開口部側へ倒れて落下することを防止する落下防止扉が配設され、落下防止扉は、商品の落下を防止する起立閉姿勢から商品装填用開口部を開放して商品の装填を行うことが可能な前方傾倒開姿勢とにわたって下端部を支点として回動自在に支持されているとともに、所定の中間位置よりも起立閉姿勢側に回動されると、付勢手段により起立閉姿勢に戻されるように構成された自動販売機において、前面扉におけるヒンジ部近傍箇所に、落下防止扉が前方傾倒開姿勢である状態で、前面扉が閉められると、落下防止扉に当接して、この落下防止扉を、中間位置を越えて起立閉姿勢側の位置まで移動させる扉押さえ部材を設け、扉押さえ部材は、前面扉における商品収納部が取り付けられているヒンジ部寄りの角部からヒンジ部寄り側方へ突出するように形成されていることを特徴とする。
