本発明は、例えば測定装置の接続用端子などにその着脱を自在にして電気的に接続させることができる鰐口クリップを含む各種のクリップに好適な軸支構造に関する技術である。

図5は、従来からある鰐口クリップの一例を分解して示す全体斜視図であり、図6は、図5に示す例についての組立て後の姿態を示す全体斜視図である。これらの図によれば、鰐口クリップ111は、固定側クリップ片112と、該固定側クリップ片112と向き合うようにしてその上側に配置される可動側クリップ片122と、これら固定側クリップ片112と可動側クリップ片122とをねじりコイルばね142を介装させた合成樹脂材製の支軸部132を介して一体的に軸支することによりその全体が形成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、図5に示す軸支構造による場合には、まず、固定側クリップ片113の軸受片部116が備える軸支孔117と、可動側クリップ片123の軸受片部126が備える軸支孔127とが相互に対向して連通する位置関係となるように正しく位置決めして配置する必要がある。しかも、その際、ねじりコイルばね142は、そのコイル部143を軸支孔117,127と対面させるとともに、該コイル部143から延設された一方の掛止腕部144が固定側クリップ片112の所定位置に掛止され、他方の掛止腕部145が可動側クリップ片123の所定位置にそれぞれ掛止した状態で配置されるため、力を加えながら固定側クリップ片112と可動側クリップ片122とを押さえ付けておく必要があるので、支軸部132を挿通させる際の軸支孔117,127とコイル部143とをずれのない煩雑な位置合わせ作業を経なければならず、その組立てに時間がかかる不都合があった。

本発明は、上記目的を達成するためになされたものであり、一側クリップ片と、該一側クリップ片と向き合うように配置される他側クリップ片と、コイル部から一方の掛止腕部と他方の掛止腕部とを延設してなるねじりコイルばねとを、前記コイル部に挿通して介装させた支軸材を介して一体的に軸支してなるクリップにおいて、前記他側クリップ片は、表側の大径部と奥側の小径部とを連続させて前記支軸材の挿通を自在に形成した軸支孔を有する一対の軸受片部を備え、これら軸受片部相互間には、一方の前記軸支孔の前記大径部側にその頭部を掛止させて他方の前記軸支孔の側に前記ねじりコイルばねを介装させて到達する軸本体部と、他方の前記軸支孔の前記大径部側にその頭部を掛止させて前記軸本体部の先端部に嵌着ささせた蓋体部とからなる前記支軸材を配置するとともに、前記軸支孔の位置との対応関係のもとで設けた軸受孔を有して撓み変形が可能な一対の軸受片部を備えてなる前記一側クリップ片は、一方の前記軸受孔に前記軸本体部の頭部側を、他方の前記軸受孔に前記蓋体部の頭部側を、それぞれの軸受片部の内面側から導入して嵌着させて前記他側クリップ片と一体化させたことに特徴がある。
