方への折曲部かの少なくともいずれか一方を設け、該折
曲部から切欠きの閉端縁までの長さを、該固定用板ばね
の取付具への挿入側とは反対側である取付具の端縁と、
前記透孔の挿入側の孔側縁との間の長さより僅かに長く
して成る熱電対取付装置。

該膨大部の径より大きくして成る熱電対取付装置。
