Claims (4)
- ドレインが電源にソースが電磁弁のコイルの一端にそれぞれ接続されオン/オフすることで前記電源から前記コイルに流れる電磁弁駆動電流を制御する電界効果トランジスタと、前記電界効果トランジスタのゲートに接続され前記電界効果トランジスタをオン/オフさせるトランジスタ駆動回路と、カソードが前記電界効果トランジスタと前記コイルの接続点に接続され前記電界効果トランジスタがオフすることで前記コイルに発生する還流電流を流すための還流ダイオードと、一端が前記還流ダイオードのアノードに他端が前記コイルの他端にそれぞれ接続され前記還流ダイオードとともに前記還流電流の流れる回路を構成する還流電流用配線導体とを備えた電磁弁駆動装置において、
さらに、前記トランジスタ駆動回路は、還流電流の流れている間、前記電界効果トランジスタのゲート−ソース間電圧が前記電界効果トランジスタをオンさせる最小ゲート−ソース間電圧より低い電圧になる還流電流用配線導体の所定位置に前記電界効果トランジスタのゲートを接続することで前記電界効果トランジスタをオフさせることを特徴とする電磁弁駆動装置。 - 前記所定位置は、前記還流ダイオードと前記還流電流用配線導体の接続点であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁弁駆動装置。
- 前記トランジスタ駆動回路は、前記電界効果トランジスタのゲートを前記所定位置に接続するスイッチング素子を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電磁弁駆動装置。
- 車両に搭載された燃料噴射装置の電磁弁を駆動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3記載の電磁弁駆動装置。
