(イ)レッドミル運動負荷中の心電図のSTレベルの変化を15秒毎に計測する。
(ロ)X軸方向に時間経過を、Y軸方向にSTレベルを示す座標に(イ)の数値をプロットする。
(ハ)(ロ)のプロット上の、負荷終了時から負荷終了前の5ポイントめと負荷終了時から負荷終了後の5ポイントめをそれぞれ線で結び、X軸と形成される角度をθE、Y軸と形成される角度をθRとする。
(ニ)(ハ)で求められたθEとθRの数値を掛け合わせ、得られた数値をBi−Angle Scoreと命名、Bi−Angle Scoreの数値が1500以上を心筋虚血陽性と診断する。
以上のように解析する。
Claims (1)
- トレッドミル運動負荷試験において15秒毎に計測した心電図のSTレベルを、X軸及びY軸にそれぞれ時間及びSTレベルを示す座標平面上にプロットし、
前記座標平面において、負荷終了時のSTレベルをプロットした座標と負荷終了時の75秒前のSTレベルをプロットした座標とを結ぶ第1の線とX軸負方向に延びる線との間に形成される角度θEと、前記座標平面において、負荷終了時のSTレベルをプロットした座標と負荷終了時の75秒後のSTレベルをプロットした座標とを結ぶ第2の線とY軸正方向に延びる線との間に形成される角度θRと、を掛け合わせて虚血性心疾患の診断指数を得る、
ことを特徴とする心電図解析方法。
