【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pipe inner wall lining apparatus and method for coating a pipe such as a buried pipe, a drain pipe or a water supply pipe after cleaning.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many types of foreign matter such as food residues, oils and fats, used detergents, hair, gravel and earth and sand adhere to and accumulate on pipes such as buried pipes and water supply and drainage pipes that are placed inside or outside the building. Water scale). In order to maintain the function and hygiene of the piping, the cleaning equipment is used to periodically clean the piping to completely remove the scale that adheres to and accumulates on the piping. Since it is necessary to ensure durability and the like after the piping is cleaned, a coating having a predetermined thickness is applied in layers in the piping by the lining device. There exist some which were described in patent documents 1-4 in this kind of lining apparatus. Further, in Patent Document 5, a moving object in the pipe appears in the pipe line work, fluid / dust discharge work and cleaning work.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55-44320 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-50779 [Patent Document 3]
Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-24195 [Patent Document 4]
Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-26987 [Patent Document 5]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-7987 [0004]
In Patent Document 1, a paint is sandwiched between pipes and moved by air pressure or water pressure, and the paint is applied to the inner surface of the pipe while the pig moves in the pipe.
In Patent Document 2, a wire through which a plurality of pigs are passed at a predetermined interval is placed in a pipe, a paint is supplied between the pigs, and the wire is pulled from one end of the pipe toward the other end. In the process of pulling the wire, the paint is pressed and applied to the inner surface of the pipe.
[0005]
In Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4, a high-speed mixed fluid obtained by mixing an air flow and a paint by a mixing nozzle is jetted inward of a pipe to be processed, and a paint layer is adhered and laminated on the inner wall surface near the inlet end of the pipe. . Thereafter, coating is performed by sequentially flowing the laminated coating layers forward with compressed air from the acceleration nozzle.
Moreover, in patent document 5, after closing a pipe end with a cup, the cage-shaped balloon main body which was rapidly expanded by sending compressed air from the hose is moved along the pipe.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Patent Documents 1 to 4 are disadvantageous in that a relatively large apparatus is required and an operation that takes a long time is required, coating workability is low, processing costs increase, and costs are disadvantageous. Therefore, in the piping construction maintenance related industry, there has been a demand for the appearance of a lining apparatus that improves the painting workability, finishes painting in a short time, and is advantageous in terms of cost with a small processing cost. The thing of patent document 5 is a moving object in a pipe | tube used for the wiring operation | work in a pipe | tube, a fluid and dust discharge | emission operation | work, and a cleaning operation | work, and does not intend the operation | work which coats a pipe | tube.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned demands, and its purpose is to be able to uniformly and uniformly paint the inside of a pipe with a relatively simple operation, and the painting work can be done in a short time and the painting workability is improved. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pipe inner wall lining apparatus and method that are advantageous in terms of cost with a small processing cost.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, an inflatable / decomposable bag body arranged in contact with a liquid paint supplied to one end of a pipe is provided. A tracking cord is connected to the rear end of the bag. By applying suction pressure to the pipe using the suction means during painting, the bag body draws out the striated body and sequentially moves while spreading the paint on the inner periphery of the pipe, thereby painting the inner wall of the pipe .
[0009]
Operation and effect of the invention
(About Claim 1 and Claim 7)
When painting, the bag moves sequentially through the pipe while spreading the paint by the suction means in the pipe. By simply moving the bag body along the inside of the pipe by the suction means, the bag body works as a spatula for spreading while spreading the paint, and evenly and uniformly applies to the inner wall of the pipe. For this reason, the painting work is completed in a short time, and the painting workability is improved, which is advantageous in terms of cost with a small processing cost.
[0010]
Since the bag body freely deflating, or tortuous as dogleg shape or elbow for piping complex different diameter pipes branch pipe is branched into a plurality, is sandwiched between the pig and pig that drawing-in wire Unlike the conventional case in which the paint is moved, the bag body can pass through the pipe while expanding and contracting. For this reason, it is not necessary to prepare a plurality of bags corresponding to pipes having different thicknesses and replace the bags every time the inner diameter of the pipes is different, which is advantageous from the viewpoint of labor and cost.
Further, in the conventional methods in which the paint is moved by compressed air as in Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4, when the paint contains glass flakes and the viscosity becomes high, the paint cannot be moved along the pipe. On the other hand, in the case of using a bag body, a high suction pressure can be obtained by the baffle plate effect that blocks the piping and blocks the air passage, so it can also be applied to paints with high viscosity such as paint containing glass flakes. There are advantages you can do.
[0011]
When changing the thickness of the paint layer formed on the pipe by applying the paint, the paint layer having a desired thickness can be obtained by changing the amount of the paint supplied to the pipe without changing the bag. As a result, multi-functionality can be realized with a single bag body, the bag body can be shared, and the maintenance cost can be reduced. The suction medium of the suction means includes nonflammable fluids such as air, carbon dioxide and nitrogen gas.
[0012]
Bag forms a parachute-like, is provided to be freely expanded and contracted by the fibers of the plastic sheet or woven fabric of polyethylene. For this reason, it is possible to use a relatively robust yet inexpensive bag body, which is advantageous in terms of cost. Moreover, since the bag body is in the shape of a parachute, it is easy to handle and can flow smoothly and quickly in the piping, contributing to the efficiency of workability.
On the outer surface portion of the bag body, a coating is applied to the inner peripheral portion of the pipe by pressing when the bag body is moved, and a plurality of spongy projecting piece portions having grooves are formed in the circumferential direction. For this reason, the projecting piece portion plays the role of a brush, and the coating can be applied with a good finish without leaving unpainted or unpainted paint.
The spiral spatula string is attached to the outer surface portion of the bag body and imparts a propulsive force due to the rotation of the bag body. A small weight part is attached to the center of the front-end | tip part of a bag body, and provides directivity at the time of the movement of a bag body. The tracking cord (wire) is connected to a control rope provided by integral molding at the opening located at the rear end of the bag, which is advantageous in terms of cost.
[0013]
(About Claim 2 and Claim 5 )
On the outer surface portion of the bag body, a large number of raised protrusions are formed in the circumferential direction for applying the coating material to the inner peripheral portion of the pipe by pressing when the bag body is moved. For this reason, since many protrusions play the role of a brush, the paint can be applied to the inner peripheral portion of the pipe with a good finish without leaving unpainted or damaged paint.
[0014]
(About claim 3 and claim 6 )
The outer surface of the bag body has a flocked portion applied by pressing the inner peripheral portion of the pipe paint upon movement of the bag in the circumferential direction setting only. Accordingly, it flocked portion can be coated with good good finish paint similarly to claims 2 and 5 become the brush.
[0015]

As shown in FIG. 2, the indoor horizontal pipe 4 on each floor F is provided with a pipe network 6 having a kitchen drain 6a, a wash drain 6b, a laundry drain 6c and a bathroom drain 6d on one end side as pipes. Yes. Prior to lining construction of the piping network 6, the piping network 6 is cleaned together with the ventilation pipe 1, the sewage main pipe 2 and the miscellaneous drainage main pipe 3. Recovered by a rehabilitation vehicle (VacL machine) Va.
[0017]
FIGS. 3A and 3B show a parachute bag 7 for coating the inner wall of the pipe network 6 after cleaning. The bag body 7 is formed to be freely expandable / shrinkable from plastic such as polyethylene or vinyl chloride, or fiber such as woven cloth or plastic. The shape of the bag body 7 is a shopping bag shape such as a store, a hood shape, a drawstring shape, a dome shape, a hemispherical shape, a spire shape, a warhead shape, a bullet shape, a finger sack shape, a helmet shape, a cone shape, a nose column shape, or a wedge shape. Any material can be used as long as it can enter the paint 8 and spread the paint 8.
[0018]
In the opening 7 a located at the rear end of the bag body 7, for example, a tracking wire 10 that is connected by bundling four control ropes 9 is provided as a rope body. When painting the inner wall of the pipe network 6, a set amount of paint 8 mixed with, for example, liquid epoxy resin is supplied to the kitchen drain 6 a of the pipe network 6, and the bag body 7 connected by the wire 10 is painted. 8 is placed in contact. (C) of FIG. 3 shows an example in which the bag body 7 forms a shopping bag shape. In this case, the bag body 7 is integrally formed with the control rope 9 by a woven fabric, a plastic sheet or the like, which is advantageous in terms of cost and easy to handle.
[0019]
In the above configuration, for example, air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen gas or the like is drawn into the pipe network 6 as a suction medium by driving the suction pump 11 as a suction means using a household 100v power source. As a result, the bag body 7 is sucked into the pipe network 6 from the kitchen drain port 6a by suction pressure, and advances in the pipe network 6 as shown by an arrow M in FIG. In this process, the bag body 7 enters the paint 8 as shown in FIG. 3A, spreads the paint 8 on the inner peripheral portion of the piping network 6, and a coating material having a predetermined thickness on the inner wall portion of the piping network 6. The layer 8a is formed uniformly without any unevenness.
[0020]
The coating by the bag body 7 is performed from the kitchen drain port 6a of the piping network 6 through the coating route A shown in FIG. 2, and the inner wall portion of the piping network 6 is applied to the coating route A. Similarly, the paint 8 and the bag body 7 are arranged in order on the wash drain 6b, the laundry drain 6c, and the bathroom drain 6d, and the inner wall of the pipe network 6 is painted on the painting paths B, C, and D of the pipe network 6. A paint layer 8 a is formed over the entire area of the pipe network 6.
[0021]
In the above-described configuration, the bag body 7 acts as a spatula for spreading the paint 8 by simply moving the bag body 7 along the pipe network 6 by the suction pump 11 when the pipe network 6 is painted. Apply evenly and uniformly. For this reason, the painting work is completed in a short time, and the painting workability is improved, which is advantageous in terms of cost with a small processing cost. In the suction pump 11, a high suction pressure can be generated by a household 100v power source due to the baffle plate effect that the bag body 7 blocks the piping network 6 and blocks the air passage. For this reason, the suction pump 11 can be brought into each room of each home or building to perform the painting work, and it is not necessary to generate an operating wind pressure using a large 4 ton car, thereby greatly reducing the maintenance cost. be able to.
[0022]
There is no need to use a large 4 ton car, so there is no need to secure a parking space for a 4 ton car. When wind pressure is generated for operation, a hose is pulled out from the 4 ton car and installed in each household or building room. There is no need to do. As a result, there is no inconvenience to neighbors due to noise and vibration, including hose erection work associated with the operation of a 4-ton vehicle, and this is excellent in terms of cost and environmental protection.
[0023]
Since the bag body 7 can be expanded and contracted, even if it is a complex different diameter pipe 6A in which the pipe network 6 is bent like a dogleg shape or an elbow as shown in FIGS. The bag body 7 can pass through the different diameter pipe 6A without any trouble while expanding and contracting as shown in FIG. For this reason, it is not necessary to prepare a plurality of bags corresponding to pipes having different thicknesses and replace the bags every time the inner diameter of the pipes is different, which is advantageous from the viewpoint of labor and cost. When the thickness dimension of the paint layer 8a is insufficient, the piping network 6 may be applied not only once but repeatedly. Also, when the pipe network 6 is divided into a plurality of layers such as undercoat, intermediate coat, and finish coat, the same process as described above can be performed.
[0024]
FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment, a large number of brushed protrusions 12 are formed in the circumferential direction on the outer surface of the bag body 7 so as to apply and apply the paint 8 to the inner peripheral part of the pipe network 6 when the bag body 7 moves. . Since the projections 12 serve as brushes, the paint 8 can be applied to the inner peripheral portion of the pipe network 6 with a good finish without any unpainted or damaged coating.
[0025]
FIG. 7 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In the third embodiment, the protrusion 12 of the second embodiment is formed in a belt-like region located in the circumferential direction.
[0026]
FIG. 8 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the fourth embodiment, a plurality of spongy protrusions 13 such as sponges are formed on the outer surface of the bag body 7 in the circumferential direction, such as sponges, which are applied by pressing the coating material 8 into the pipe network 6 when the bag body 7 moves. Yes. Since the projecting piece 13 plays the role of a brush, the paint 8 can be applied to the piping network 6 with a good finish without leaving unpainted or damaged paint.
[0027]
FIG. 9 shows a fifth embodiment of the present invention. In 5th Example, the groove part 13a is formed in the protrusion 13 of 4th Example.
[0028]
FIG. 10 shows a sixth embodiment of the present invention. In the sixth embodiment, on the outer surface portion of the bag body 7, a flocked portion 14 is provided in the circumferential direction to press and apply the paint 8 into the pipe network 6 when the bag body 7 moves. Since the flocked portion 14 plays the role of a brush, the paint 8 can be applied to the piping network 6 with a good finish without leaving unpainted or damaged paint.
[0029]
(Example of use)
In general, as shown in FIG. 11 (a), the different-diameter pipe 15 whose cross-sectional shape changes from a circle to a rectangle in the middle, or as shown in FIG. 11 (b), the different-diameter pipe 16 whose cross-sectional shape changes from a rectangle to a square, or ( As shown in (c), in the stepped hexagonal pipe 17, for example, when the bag body 7 passes, turbulent flow or stagnation occurs in the shape suddenly changing portion 17 a or the corner portion 17 b of the hexagonal pipe 17, so There are circumstances that cause damage. However, in the second to sixth embodiments, the bag body 7 is provided with the protrusion 12, the projecting piece portion 13, and the flocked portion 14, so that these serve as a brush, thereby having a different diameter pipe having a shape suddenly changing portion therein. The paint can be applied to the 15 and 16 and the hexagonal pipe 17 with a good finish with no unpainted or damaged coating.
[0030]
Moreover, in the single pipe type drainage joint 20 that is used in piping work for high-rise and high-rise buildings and connects the upper collecting pipe and the lower collecting pipe as shown in FIG. And undulations such as swirl vanes 19 and 21 (see FIGS. 13 and 14). Even in the single-pipe drainage joint 20 that undulates inside, the bag body 7 freely expands and contracts to smoothly pass through the inner peripheral surface portion of the single-pipe drainage joint 20 while being in close contact with each other. The coating can be applied with a good finish without any unpainted or damaged coating by the action of the protrusion 12, the projecting piece 13 or the flocked portion 14 shown in the sixth embodiment. The same can be said for a pipe having a spiral groove, an uneven portion or a corner portion inside, and having a shape in which turbulent flow and stagnation are likely to occur when the bag body 7 passes. Further, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, a high-rise building uses a collective joint 25 such as a single-pipe drainage type sorbent or a secture. It is connected and has cross-sectional shape suddenly changing portions 25a, 25b, 25c inside. The inside of the collective joint 25 can also be coated with a good finish by moving the bag body 7 in a close contact state with the cross-sectional shape suddenly changing portions 25a, 25b, 25c.
[0031]
In the first embodiment, when the bag body 7 is sucked by the suction pump 11, it is assumed that the bag body 7 rotates in the piping network 6, and a spiral spatula string is attached to the outer surface portion of the bag body 7 to propel the driving force. May be given. Although the wire 10 is used as the rope body, the wire body is not limited to the wire 10 as long as it can feed the bag body 7 such as a ribbon, a thin string body, a wire, or a rope.
The length dimension of the protrusion 12 provided on the bag body 7 in the second embodiment can be set as desired as long as it has a brush function, and various protrusions 12 may be mixed. The protrusion 12 may be inclined forward in a predetermined angle range (for example, 10 to 60 degrees) as well as the base portion thereof being substantially perpendicular to the outer surface portion of the bag body 7. The projecting piece 13 and the flocked portion 14 can be changed in the same manner as described above.
[0032]
Moreover, when attaching the lightweight small weight part to the center of the front-end | tip part of the bag body 7 and moving the inside of piping, you may make it give directivity to the bag body 7. FIG. As the piping network 6, not only a drain pipe but also an air conditioning duct or an exhaust duct (industrial duct, kitchen duct) can be applied. In addition, in concrete implementation of this invention, it can change variously in the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention.
