Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a branching unit binding band for a wire harness, a binding structure and a binding method using the band, and enables a binding band to be easily put on a branching unit for binding.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are many locations where branch lines branch from a trunk line in a wire harness routed in an automobile, and a wire group is wound with a tape so that the branch position does not shift.
As shown in FIG. 8, the branch portions are bundled in a state where the wires are arranged while supporting the electric wire group W on the wiring jig erected on the wire harness assembly work table 1. The adhesive tape T is wound to bind these electric wire groups, but at the position where the branch line W2 branches from the main line W1, the electric wire support bar 2b ′ protruding from the upper end of the main shaft 2a ′ of the wiring jig 2 ′ is projected. In the state in which the wire group W is inserted between the wires, the wire support rod 2b ′ is obstructed and the adhesive tape T cannot be wound around the wire group W. Therefore, the wiring jig 2 ′ is lowered, the electric wire group W is taken out from the wiring jig 2 ′, and the adhesive tape T is wound thereon.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 9, the tape winding at the branching position is performed by winding the adhesive tape T around one side X of the trunk line W <b> 1 and then inclining the other side Y of the branch line W <b> 2 obliquely, and then branching from the trunk line W <b> 1 side. W2 is slanted and wound around one side X of W2, and is then wound around the Y side of main line W1 and laid in an X shape.
[0004]
The tape staking operation at the branching portion requires skill, and is subject to variations depending on the skill level of the worker, and there are many branch positions of the wire harness, and there is a problem that it takes work time.
In particular, the wire group is taken out from the wiring jig when the tape is wound around the branch portion, so that the branch position where the tape is wound is likely to be displaced, and the branch position accuracy is likely to be problematic. This unity is an issue that needs to be improved.
[0005]
Instead of the above-described tape winding, the present applicant has used a binding band that does not require skill in the case of tape winding in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 6-84736 (Patent Document 1) and 6-65682 (Patent Document 2). providing.
As shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the band 3 of Patent Document 1 is provided with a pair of band locking holes 4a and 4a in the center of the substrate-like arm 4 and a vehicle body locking clamp 4b. The base 4c is provided in a protruding manner, and a pair of bands 5A and 5B are slidably fitted on both sides thereof.
As shown in FIG. 10B, the band 3 has bands 5A and 5B wound around the trunk line W1 on both sides X and Y of the branch line W2 and crossed and locked to a pair of band locking holes 4a.
[0006]
As shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, the band 6 of Patent Document 2 extends a band 8 wider than the base 7 provided with a pair of locking holes 7a and 7a, and the band 8 is bifurcated from the middle. A pair of band portions 8a and 8a are provided to be branched.
As shown in FIG. 11B, the band 6 is inserted and locked into the locking holes 7a and 7a positioned on the trunk line W1 after the band portions 8a and 8b are expanded and wound around both sides of the branch line W2. Yes.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Each of the bands 3 and 6 of Patent Documents 1 and 2 is provided with two band pieces and wound around both sides of the branch line W2 from the main line W1 side, and then passed through different locking holes, and after fastening one band. Since the other band is fastened, it is necessary to perform the work of fastening the band twice, and there is a problem that it takes a lot of work.
[0010]
Further, in the band 3 of Patent Document 1, if the fastening forces of the bands 5A and 5B are different, the branch line W2 may be inclined in a specific direction from the trunk line W1, and the bands 5A and 5B If it moves to the base 3c side, the binding force may be reduced and the branch position may be shifted.
The band 6 of Patent Document 2 also branches the band portions 8a and 8a from the wide band 8. However, when the branch line W2 has a large diameter, the band 6 is further forcibly expanded than the separation angle of the band portions 8a and 8a at the time of molding. In addition to being wound around the wire group, it is necessary to close the forcibly widened band portion again and insert it into the locking hole. For this reason, the band portions 8a and 8a are difficult to be wound along the electric wire group, and a gap is easily generated between the band portions 8a and 8a, and the fastening force is weakened.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and provides a branch portion binding band that is easily wound and tightened along a wire group at a branch position, a binding method using the band, and a binding structure. It is an issue.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is first a resin-made binding band obtained by extending a band piece provided with a locking groove from a base having a band locking hole,
The band piece extending in a band shape from the base part is spirally curved from the base side to the tip, and after the first winding, the band piece is curved so that the band piece can be inserted into the locking hole of the base part . The winding part is shaped in advance, and after winding the winding part on the electric wire group at the branch position of the electric wire group constituting the wire harness, the banding piece is passed through the locking hole of the base part. There is provided a branch portion binding band for a wire harness characterized in that the shape is such that the branch portion can be bundled by stopping.
[0013]
The band for branch and bundling of the present invention does not have the shape having the two band pieces disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, but extends one band piece from the base portion provided with the locking holes. When the band piece of the book is shaped in advance to have a winding part and attached to the branch position, the band piece is wound from the main line to the branch line, and the band piece is easily inserted into the locking hole of the base part by staking. In this way, since the winding is preliminarily attached, the band piece can be bundled in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the main line and the branch line, the branch position accuracy can be raised, and skill is not required, Does not cause variation in the bundling of the branch parts. In addition, a thin band piece is placed along the outer periphery of the electric wire group, and the band piece is simply pulled out through the lower peripheral surface of the electric wire group supported by the wiring jig, so the electric wire group is taken out from the wiring jig. The branch portions can be bundled without any problem, and the branch position accuracy can be improved.
[0014]
The curved winding portion to be formed on the band piece is, for example, wound around a rod-shaped body in a state in which the band piece is integrally formed by extending linearly from the base portion and then heating and softening the band piece. The curved winding portion is shaped by being cured in this state.

Specifically, the winding portion of the band piece is formed in a shape that can be spirally bent from the base side to the tip, and can be inserted into the locking hole of the base portion after the second winding. If the winding part is provided as described above, after one turn from the main line side to one side of the branch line, the band piece is knocked when the tip of the band piece is inserted into the base located on the other side of the branch line. It is wound around the main line to the branch line in a state, and the branch portions can be easily bundled.
[0017]
A serrated locking groove is provided on the inner surface side of the band piece that contacts the wire group. Moreover, it is preferable to provide a protrusion for preventing displacement on the inner surface side. When the protrusion for preventing the deviation is provided from the band piece as described above, the protrusion can enter the gap of the electric wire group to prevent the band from being displaced.
[0018]
A clamp for locking the vehicle body may be integrally formed or attached to the outer surface of the base portion.
[0019]
Secondly, the present invention provides a branch portion binding structure for an ear harness in which the above-mentioned band pieces are applied and bound from a trunk line to a branch line of the wire harness using the branch portion binding band.
If the branch portion is firmly fastened and bound by the band as described above, the branch position does not shift even during the wiring work of the wire harness, and the wiring workability can be improved.
[0020]
Thirdly, the present invention provides a method of binding the branch portion of the wire harness using the above-described branch portion binding band, the method comprising:
An electric wire in which an electric wire group is routed through a wiring jig standing on a wire harness assembly table, and a branch line is branched from a trunk line through a plurality of electric wire holding rods branched from the upper end of the shaft portion of the wiring jig. After winding the band piece winding portion from the main line side to one side of the branch line in a state where the wire group at the branch position is not taken out from the wiring jig with respect to the group, the other side of the branch line To the locking hole of the base portion located at the position of the wire, it is crossed around the pre-wound portion and turned back to be inserted and locked into the locking hole, and the binding band is fastened by tapping at the branch position of the electric wire group. It is characterized by that.
[0021]
The wiring jig is for T-shaped branching with three wire holding rods protruding at equal intervals from the upper end of the shaft portion or for X-shaped branching with four wire holding rods protruding. The T-branch part or X-branch part supported by the tool is fastened with the binding band, and the wiring jig is for T-branch with three wire holding rods protruding at equal intervals from the upper end of the shaft part. In addition, a T-shaped branch portion where one branch line branches from the trunk line supported by the wiring jig is fastened by the binding band.
[0022]
As described above, the winding piece is attached so as to be wound around the electric wire group and the band piece is narrow, so the lower surface of the electric wire group is passed through while the electric wire group is supported by the wiring jig. It can be easily wound around the electric wire group. Therefore, compared with the conventional bundling method in which the wire group is taken out from the wiring jig and wound while pulling out the tape from the tape / coil, the bundling portion can be easily bundled and the branching position accuracy can be improved. it can.
[0023]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 show a first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the branch portion binding band 10 (hereinafter abbreviated as “band 10”) is formed of a resin molded product, and is formed of polypropylene in this embodiment. The band 10 has a band piece 12 extending from a box-shaped base 11 and penetrating through the base 11 and protruding through the locking hole 11a into the locking hole 11a. The locking groove 12a is locked at a required position.
[0024]
The band piece 12 is a thin band shape that is spirally curved from the connection side with the base portion 11 to the tip, and the semicircular first winding portion 12b and the second winding portion 12c are continuous, so that the entire first winding portion is formed. The base side portion 12d and the distal end side portion 12e curved on both sides are continuous. The band piece 12 is wound around a rod-like body in a heated and softened state, and then cooled and shaped in the above-described spiral shape.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 2, the group of wires wired on the wire harness assembly work table 1 is a T-shaped branch portion WT where the core wire W2 branches from the trunk wire W1 at the standing position of the wiring jig 2. 20 are bundled.
The wiring jig 2 is provided with a T-branching wiring jig 2 in which electric wire support bars 2b-1, 2b-2, 2b-3 are projected at an interval of 120 ° from the upper end of the main shaft 2a. Yes. The wire group of the trunk line W1 is wired in a straight line through between the wire support rods 2b-1, 2b-2 and 2b-3 of the wiring jig 2, and is passed between the wire support rods 2b-2 and 2b-3. Branch line W2 is wired.
[0026]
The T-shaped branch portion WT is bound by the band 10 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3A, when one side of the trunk line W1 sandwiching the branch line W2 is the X side and the other side is the Y side, first, the base 11 is placed on the X side of the trunk line W1 with the hand piece 12 extended. Press down. In this state, the band piece 12 passes through the Y side of the branch line W2, winds around the Y side of the trunk line W1, and is drawn downward. Moreover, since the band piece 12 has a curl, as shown in FIG. 3B, when the pressing of the base 11 is released, the band piece 12 is wound downward on the X side of the trunk line W1, and then the branch line W2. Is pulled out to the X side. In this state, the first winding portion 12b is wound around the lower peripheral surface of the trunk line W1 on the X side of the branch line W2, and the second winding portion 12c is wound around the upper peripheral surface of the trunk line 1 on the Y side of the branch line W2. Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (C), the front end side portion 12e of the band piece 12 located on the Y side is bent toward the X side where the base portion 11 is located, crossed to the first winding portion, and located on the X side. Pull to the base 11. When the band piece 12 is pulled through the locking hole 11a of the base 11 in this manner and the locking piece 11b is locked to the locking groove 12a of the band piece 12 at a predetermined position, the state shown in FIG. The electric wire group is bundled in a state where the branch line W2 branches from W1.
[0027]
At the time of binding by the band 10, the band piece 12 does not pass through the band piece 12 on the lower peripheral surface side of the wire group W located on the main shaft 2 a of the wiring jig 2, and the wire support shafts 2 b-1 and 2 b -2 and between 2b-1 and 2b-3, the band piece 12 is wound on the X side and the Y side of the trunk line W1, so there is no need to take out the electric wire group from the wiring jig 2.
In addition, the band piece 12 can be locked in a state of being knocked only by inserting and pulling the band piece 12 into the locking hole 11a of the base 11 in the wound state. Therefore, skill is not required for the bundling work, the bundling can be performed with a uniform fastening force, the branching position is not shifted, and the branch portions can be bound with high accuracy.
[0028]
FIG. 4 shows a method of binding the X-shaped branch using the band 10.
The wire group is supported by the X-shaped branch wiring jig 2 with the X-shaped branch portion WX, and the four wire holding rods 2b-1, 2b-2, 2b-3, 2-4 are projected from the upper end of the main shaft. The main wire W1 is passed between the wire holding rods 2b-1 and 2b-2 and between the wire holding rods 2b-3 and 2b-4, while the wire holding rods 2b-2 and 2b-3 are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the main wire W1. The branch line W2-1 is branched through, and the branch line W2-2 is branched through between the wire holding rods 2b-3 and 2b-1.
[0029]
After the base 11 of the band 10 is arranged on the X side of the trunk line W1 through the Y side of the branch line W2-1 with respect to the wire group of the X-shaped branch part WX, the branch line W2 passes through the lower side of the trunk line W1 on the Y side. Pull out to the Y side of -2. On the X side of the trunk line W1, the base 11 is wound downward on the X side of the trunk line 1 due to the curl of the band 10, and is then pulled out to the X side of the branch line W2-1 (FIG. 4B). In this state, on the upper surface side of the branch position of the trunk line W1, the base 11 positioned on the X side of the branch line W2-1 and the tip of the band piece 12 positioned on the Y side of the branch line W2-2 are the upper surface of the branch position of the trunk line W1. To the locking hole 11a of the base 11 through the tip of the band piece 12 (FIG. 4C).
As a result, the X-shaped branch portion WX can also be bound by banding with the band 10.
[0030]
As shown in the reference example of FIG. 5 (A) , even if the band piece 12 ′ is only one large curve, the band piece 12 ′ is corrected in the winding direction. It is possible to easily perform the binding of the two.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, on the inner surface side of the band piece 12 ″ provided with the locking groove 12a ″, a protrusion 12f ″ for preventing displacement is provided on the side edge of the locking groove 12a ″. By inserting the projection 12f ″ into the gap between the wire groups, it is possible to prevent the positional deviation of the band piece 12 ″ with respect to the wire group.
[0031]
6 and 7 show a reference embodiment.
Similarly to the band 10 of the first embodiment, the band 20 of the second embodiment is formed by integrally extending a single band piece 22 from the base portion 21 and then forming the winding portion 22 a of the band 22. Shape.
[0032]
The winding portion 22a is bent toward the direction of folding back to the base portion 21 side in the length direction of the band piece 22, and both side portions 22b and 22c are crossed so that the side portion 22c on the band distal end side is connected to the base portion 21. It is made to go to the continuous side part 22b.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 7 (A), the band 22 is pulled so that the cross between the side portions 22b and 22c is unwound, and as shown in FIG. 7 (B), the semicircular winding portion 22a is connected to the branch line W2. The both side portions 22b and 22c are positioned on the upper surface side of the trunk line W1 on both the X side and the Y side of the trunk line W1, and the both side parts 22b and 22c are placed on the X side and the Y side of the trunk line W1. And is pulled out to the X side and the Y side of the branch line w2 by passing through the lower peripheral surface of the main line W1. As shown in FIG. 7C, the leading end side portion 22c is inserted and locked to the base portion 21 at the leading end of the side portion 22b, with the drawn out side portions 22b and 22c sandwiching the branch line W2.
[0034]
Even when the band 20 is used, the band 20 can be wound around the trunk line W1 and the branch line W2 without being removed from the wiring jig 2 and fastened and locked to bind the T-shaped branch. And since the band 20 is previously formed in the shape wound around an electric wire group, it can be wound in the state closely_contact | adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the electric wire group.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, since the winding portion that is spirally bent so as to be struck by the electric wire branched in advance in the branch portion binding band is shaped , the skill is improved. It is possible to perform the bundling and binding of the branch portions easily and in a short time. In particular, unlike the above-mentioned Patent Documents 1 and 2, there is only one band piece, and only one fastening with the locking claw is required. As a result, the accuracy of bundling of the branching portion is increased and no variation occurs, and The productivity of wire harness assembly can be increased.
