Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a branching unit binding band for a wire harness, a binding structure and a binding method using the band, and enables a binding band to be easily put on a branching unit for binding.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are many locations where branch lines branch from a trunk line in a wire harness routed in an automobile, and a wire group is wound with a tape so that the branch position does not shift.
As shown in FIG. 8, the branch portions are bundled in a state where the wires are arranged while supporting the electric wire group W on the wiring jig erected on the wire harness assembly work table 1. The adhesive tape T is wound to bind these electric wire groups, but at the position where the branch line W2 branches from the main line W1, the electric wire support bar 2b ′ protruding from the upper end of the main shaft 2a ′ of the wiring jig 2 ′ is projected. In the state in which the wire group W is inserted between the wires, the wire support rod 2b ′ is obstructed and the adhesive tape T cannot be wound around the wire group W. Therefore, the wiring jig 2 ′ is lowered, the electric wire group W is taken out from the wiring jig 2 ′, and the adhesive tape T is wound thereon.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 9, the tape winding at the branching position is performed by winding the adhesive tape T around one side X of the trunk line W <b> 1 and then inclining the other side Y of the branch line W <b> 2 obliquely, and then branching from the trunk line W <b> 1 side. W2 is slanted and wound around one side X of W2, and is then wound around the Y side of main line W1 and laid in an X shape.
[0004]
The tape staking operation at the branching portion requires skill, and is subject to variations depending on the skill level of the worker, and there are many branch positions of the wire harness, and there is a problem that it takes work time.
In particular, the wire group is taken out from the wiring jig when the tape is wound around the branch portion, so that the branch position where the tape is wound is likely to be displaced, and the branch position accuracy is likely to be problematic. This unity is an issue that needs to be improved.
[0005]
Instead of the above-described tape winding, the present applicant uses a binding band that does not require skill, which occurs in the case of tape winding, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Hei 6-65682 (Patent Document 1) and shown in FIGS. 10 (A) and 10 (B). Offering a band. The binding band 6 extends a band 8 wider than a base 7 provided with a pair of left and right locking holes 7a, 7a, and the band 8 is bifurcated from the middle to provide a pair of band portions 8a, 8a. .
As shown in FIG. 10 (B), the band 6 has a base 7 mounted on the trunk line W1, and the band parts 8a and 8b are spread and wound around both sides of the branch line W2, and then inserted into the locking holes 7a and 7a. is doing.
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-65682 [0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the band 6 of Patent Document 1, the band portions 8a and 8a are branched from the wide band 8. However, when the branch line W2 has a large diameter, the band portion 8a and 8a is more forcibly widened than the separation angle at the time of molding. It is necessary to wrap around the wire group, and it is necessary to close the forcibly widened band portion again and insert it into the locking holes 7 a and 7 a provided in parallel with the base portion 7. For this reason, the band portions 8a and 8a are difficult to be wound along the electric wire group, and a gap is easily generated between the band portions 8a and 8a, and the fastening force is weakened. That is, it is necessary to widen the band portions 8a and 8a on both sides at appropriate intervals in accordance with the thickness of the trunk line and the branch line of the wire harness, and it is also necessary to provide the locking holes of the base portion 7 apart from each other. There is a low problem.
Further, since the base portion provided with a pair of locking holes and the band 8 are integrally formed products and have a complicated structure, there is a problem that the cost for manufacturing the mold is high.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and a branching portion that can be simply reduced in cost by simply combining a binding band that is widely used as a binding band for a group of wires at a branching position and a flat support plate. The problem is to provide a binding band.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is first provided with a pair of binding bands obtained by extending a band piece provided with a locking groove from a base portion having a locking hole, and provided separately from the binding band, A support plate made of an elongated flat plate having a pair of left and right through-holes having a size that allows the band piece to be loosely inserted and tilted ;
The band pieces of the pair of binding bands are loosely inserted into a pair of left and right through holes drilled in the support plate, and each band piece is inclined and passed through each through hole so that it can be crossed at the distal end side and the base portion. in the through-hole or we disconnect only to stop,
At the branch position where the branch line branches off from the trunk line of the wire harness, the band pieces of the pair of binding bands are crossed after passing through both sides of the branch line from the trunk line side and inserted into the locking holes at the base of the other binding band. Thus, there is provided a branch portion binding band for a wire harness characterized by having a shape capable of binding the branch portion.
[0010]
The above-described band for bundling of the present invention uses a base part provided with a locking hole at one end, which is widely used for bundling electric wires, and two bundling bands from which the band piece extends, and these two bundling bands. Since the band is loosely inserted into the through hole of the support plate in which a pair of left and right through holes are provided in an elongated flat plate, it is only necessary to newly provide the support plate, and this support plate is also used for the trunk and branch lines. Even if the diameter is different, it can be widely used.
[0011]
Because the band pieces of the binding band are loosely inserted into the through holes of the support plate, the band pieces are tilted and crossed without difficulty, and are brought into close contact with the outer periphery of the wire group and inserted into the other locking holes. By latching, it is possible to perform union and binding at the branch portion without difficulty.
In addition, it is a simple operation of winding each band piece from the main line side to both sides of the branch line, crossing it, inserting it into the other locking hole, and locking it. It is possible to increase the branch position accuracy without causing variation in binding. Furthermore, after placing the support plate on the main line side and winding the two band pieces around the wire group between the wiring jigs, cross the cross section on the upper surface of the main line and insert it into the locking hole of the other binding band. Since it stops and binds, the electric wire group can be branched and bound while being supported by the wiring jig, and the branching position accuracy can be increased from this point.
[0012]
As described above, the support plate is an elongated flat plate, and the through holes are provided on the left and right sides of the support plate, and a clamp for locking the vehicle body is integrally formed at the center between the through holes and protruded. Alternatively, the clamp may be attached detachably by providing an attachment hole.
Since the branch position of the wire harness is normally locked to the vehicle body, if a clamp is provided between the through holes of the support plate, there is no need to separately attach the clamp to the wire group, reducing the number of parts and the number of work. be able to.
[0013]
Further, when the vehicle body locking position is different from the branch position, the support plate is a T-shaped flat plate, the above-described through holes are provided on both the left and right sides of the horizontal plate portion, and the vertical plate protrudes from the center of the horizontal plate portion. The width is made narrower than the width of the base portions 11c and 12c so that the base portions 11c and 12c can be prevented from coming off from the through holes 13a and 13b.
[0019]
The locking pieces 11e and 12e are projected into the locking holes 11b and 12b of the first and second binding bands 11 and 12, and the sawtooth locking grooves formed continuously on one surface of the band pieces 11a and 12a. 11d, 12d and can be locked at any position.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, the group of wires wired on the wire harness assembly work table 1 is a T-shaped branch portion WT where the core wire W2 branches from the trunk wire W1 at the standing position of the wiring jig 2.
The wiring jig 2 is provided with a T-branching wiring jig 2 in which electric wire support bars 2b-1, 2b-2, 2b-3 are projected at an interval of 120 ° from the upper end of the main shaft 2a. Yes. The wire group of the trunk line W1 is wired in a straight line through between the wire support rods 2b-1, 2b-2 and 2b-3 of the wiring jig 2, and is passed between the wire support rods 2b-2 and 2b-3. Branch line W2 is wired.
[0021]
The T-shaped branch portion WT is bound by the band 10 as shown in FIG.
Assuming that one side of the trunk line W1 sandwiching the branch line W2 is the X side and the other side is the Y side, first, the support plate 13 is disposed on the side of the trunk line W1 opposite to the branch line branching direction, and the first binding bands on both sides are arranged. 11 band pieces 11a are arranged on the X side of the trunk line W1 across the branch line W2, and the band pieces 12a of the second binding band 12 are arranged on the Y side. The band piece 11a is wound around the wire group of the X-side trunk line W1 extending from between the wire support rods 2b-1 and 2b-2 and pulled out from the lower side to the X side of the branch line W2, while the wire support rods 2b-1 and 2b -3, the wire is wound around the Y-side trunk line W1 from the lower side and pulled out to both sides of the branch line W2 on the Y side.
[0022]
The drawn band pieces 11a and 12a are wound around the upper side surface of the trunk line W1 and crossed together so that the band of the second binding band 12 is inserted into the locking hole 11b of the first binding band 11 drawn upward from the support plate 13. The piece 12 a is inserted, and the band piece 11 a of the first binding band 11 is inserted into the locking hole 12 b of the second binding band 12.
Both hand piece 11a in this state, the engaging piece 11e engaging groove 112d at a predetermined position by pulling the 12a, engages the 12e and 11d fastened as shown in Figure 3 (B). In this way, the band pieces 11a and 12a of the binding band 10 bind the electric wire group of the T-shaped branch portion WT by staking from the main line W1 to the branch line W2. After bundling, excess band pieces drawn out from the locking holes are cut and removed.
[0023]
At the time of binding by the band 10, the band pieces 1 1a and 12a are wound around the wire group of the trunk line W1 protruding from between the wire support rods of the wiring jig 2, and are crossed on the upper surface side of the trunk line W1 to form the locking holes. Since it is inserted and locked, it is not necessary to take out the electric wire group from the wiring jig 2.
Moreover, winding the band piece 11a, and 12a on both sides of the trunk W1 at positions sandwiching the branch W2, only pulled by inserting the after cross locking hole 12b, the 11b, the band piece 11a and 12b and Otaku love seat state Therefore, it is possible to bind the branching portions with high accuracy without requiring skill in the binding operation and without fluctuations in the binding of the branching portions or deviation of the branching position.

The wiring jig 2 protrudes the wire support rods 2b-1 to 2b-4 at an interval of 90 degrees from the upper end of the main shaft, and the branch wires W2-1 and W2-2 are respectively connected in the orthogonal direction from the main line W1. Between the support rods 2b-2 and 2b-3, the wiring is routed between 2b-1 and 2b-4.
[0025]
At the time of binding by the binding band 10, as shown in FIG. 4A, the support plate 13 is arranged so as to pass through the upper surface of the wiring jig and the lower surface of the trunk line 1, and is inserted into the through hole of the support plate 13. The band piece 11a of the passed first binding band 11 is arranged on the X side of the branch lines W2-1 and W2-2, while the band piece 12a of the second binding band 12 is arranged on the Y side of the branch lines W2-1 and W2-2. Deploy. Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the bands 11a and 12a are crossed on the upper surface side of the trunk line W1, the band piece 11a is passed through the locking hole 12b of the second binding band 12, and the band piece 12a is passed through the first piece. The bundling band 11 is pulled and locked through the locking hole 11b. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4 (B), the binding by the binding band 10 can be performed at the X-shaped branch portion WX.
[0026]
FIG. 5 shows the binding band 10 ′ of the second embodiment. The difference from the first embodiment is that the support plate 13 ′ is made longer than that of the first embodiment, and the pair of left and right through holes 13a ′ and 13b ′ are formed. A clamp 13c for locking the vehicle body protrudes from the central portion. In the clamp 13c, a shaft portion 13c-2 protrudes from the upper surface of the base portion 13c-1, and a pair of locking blades 13-c protrude in a folded shape from the tip. In addition, it is good also as a structure which perforate | pierces only the attachment hole in the center of the support plate 13, and detachably fits and locks a clamp as needed.
[0027]
Since the branch position of the wire harness is often locked to the vehicle body, if the clamp 13c for locking the vehicle is provided on the support plate 13 as described above, there is no need to separately attach the clamp to the wire harness. The number of points and the number of work can be reduced.

[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, a support plate having a pair of through holes is provided, and a band piece of a pair of binding bands made of general-purpose products can be tilted freely in each through hole of the support plate. Since the bundling band binding band is provided by being loosely inserted into the cable, the bundling band is wrapped around the trunk line sandwiching the branch line, crossed, and inserted into and locked in the other locking hole. It is possible to easily tie the hooks.
In addition, as described above, since each band piece is wound around both sides of the branch line from the main line side and then crossed and inserted into the other locking hole and locked, the skill is required. Therefore, the branch position accuracy can be improved without causing variation in the binding of the branch portions. Furthermore, after the support plate is positioned on the main line side and the two band pieces are wound around the wire group between the wiring jigs, they are crossed on the upper surface of the main line and inserted into the locking hole of the other binding band. Since they are stopped and bound, the electric wire group can be branched and bound while being supported by the wiring jig, and this also has the advantage that the branching position accuracy can be increased.
[0030]
Furthermore, if the support plate is centered on the support plate or the support plate is T-shaped, a clamp for locking the vehicle body is integrally projected at the offset position, or a clamp is attached with a mounting hole that can be fitted afterwards, Since it is not necessary to attach a clamp, the number of work steps can be reduced.
