Description

The present invention relates to a technique for binding branch portions of a wire harness.

A wire harness mounted on an automobile or the like has a substantially T-shaped branch portion.

Conventionally, in manufacturing such a wire harness, after arranging a plurality of electric wires on an electric wire holder in accordance with a predetermined wiring form, the branch portion is removed from the electric wire holder, and an adhesive tape is wound and bound. And the branched form was maintained.

Moreover, when attaching a wire harness to a vehicle body etc., the clamp member was attached between each branch part, and the attachment to the vehicle body was performed via the said clamp member.

However, if the branching portion of the wire harness is removed from the electric wire holder and the bundling operation is performed, there is a problem that the dimensional quality is difficult to stabilize because of deviation from the original wiring form. In addition, in the configuration in which the wire harness is attached to the vehicle body via a clamp member attached between each branch portion, the branch portion of the wire harness is likely to fluctuate with respect to the vehicle body, so accurate positioning of the entire wire harness is difficult. There is a problem that there is.

Therefore, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique of binding with a binding band in a state where the branch point of the wire bundle is held by the wire holder. Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for attaching a clip to a branch portion by inserting a binding band into the clip.

However, in the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the binding is performed by the binding band in a state where the electric wire is held by a general three-pronged wire holder, there is a restriction on the clip placement position and the binding band tightening. is there. For example, it is difficult to dispose a clip near the root of a trifurcated branch and fasten it with a binding band.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to more easily perform the attachment of the fixing tool and the fastening of the binding band near the base of the branching portion, and improve the dimensional accuracy of the branching portion and the fixing tool mounting position.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the branch part binding jig of the wire harness according to the first aspect is a branch part of the wire harness for binding the branch part of the wire harness where the branch line branches from the middle of the branch source line. A binding jig, a receiving part on which the branch portion can be supported in a mounting manner and a fixing tool positioning part capable of positioning the fixing tool for fixing the wire harness is formed, and the receiving part. It is provided.

According to a sixth aspect, in the first to fifth aspects, the guide path has an opening that opens to a side on which the branch line extends.

According to a seventh aspect, in the first to fifth aspects, the pair of support bars is a part of a holder having a substantially U-shaped portion, and the pair of support bars can be inserted into the receiving portion. A pair of mounting holes are formed, and the pair of support rods are inserted through the pair of mounting holes, whereby the receiving portion is mounted on the holder.

An 8th aspect is a manufacturing method of the wire harness using the branch part binding jig of the wire harness in any one of 1st-7th, Comprising: The said fixture is positioned by the said fixture positioning part. A step of supporting the branch portion in a mounting manner by the receiving portion and guiding and supporting the branch line with the pair of support rods; and the binding band via the guide path of the fixture. A step of passing through a band insertion hole; and a step of tightening the binding band by disposing the band fastener in the tightening work area while the branching portion is supported in a mounted manner by the receiving portion; , With.

According to the branch part binding jig for the wire harness according to the first aspect, the fixture is positioned in the fixture positioning part, and the branch part of the wire harness is supported by the receiving part in a mounting state. The band can be tightened. For this reason, it is possible to easily attach the fixing tool near the base of the branching portion and tighten the binding band, and to improve the dimensional accuracy of the branching portion and the fixing tool mounting position.

According to the 2nd aspect, it becomes easy to bind the said branch original line on both sides of the said branch line by a pair of binding band. Thereby, a binding band becomes difficult to shift | deviate after binding and the form of a branch part is stabilized.

According to the 3rd aspect, the fastening operation | work of a pair of binding bands with respect to a branching source line can be performed on both sides of a branching line, supporting a branching source line with a mainline support rod. Thereby, the dimensional accuracy of a branch part and a fixture attachment position can be improved more.

According to the fourth aspect, while supporting the branch main line with the main line support bar, in the tightening work area on the vertical bisector side of the line segment connecting the pair of support bars than the main line support bar, Tightening the binding band can be done. Thereby, the dimensional accuracy of a branch part and a fixture attachment position can be improved more.

According to the fifth aspect, it is possible to more reliably prevent the fixture from being lifted at the time of tightening the binding band or the like, so that the dimensional accuracy of the branch portion and the fixture attachment position can be improved more reliably.

According to the sixth aspect, since the guide path has an opening that opens on the side where the branch line extends, the degree of bending of the guide path becomes loose, and the binding band can be inserted smoothly.

According to the 7th aspect, the jig | tool for branch part binding of a wire harness is provided at low cost by inserting a pair of support rod which is a part of holder | retainer which has a substantially U-shaped part in a pair of mounting hole. be able to.

According to the method of manufacturing the wire harness according to the eighth aspect, the band fastener is disposed in the tightening work area in a state where the branch portion is supported by the receiving portion in a mounting shape. Since the binding band is tightened, it is possible to easily attach the fixing tool near the base of the branching portion and tighten the binding band, and to improve the dimensional accuracy of the branching portion and the fixing tool mounting position.

Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the branch part binding jig | tool of the wire harness which concerns on embodiment, and a wire harness is demonstrated.

First, the branch part of the target wire harness will be described. FIG. 1 is a bottom view showing a branch portion of the wire harness, and FIG. 2 is a side view showing a branch portion of the wire harness.

That is, the wire harness WH is, for example, a wiring material that interconnects various electric devices such as a vehicle, and a plurality of electric wires are branched and bound in a manner according to the arrangement position and wiring route of the various electric devices. In addition, what is contained in the wire harness WH is not restricted to an electric wire, Other wirings, such as an optical fiber, may be contained. In this wire harness WH, the branch part binding jig 10 holds and binds the part WHd where the branch line WHb branches from the middle of the branch source line WHa, that is, the part WHd branched in three directions. Used for. The branch portion WHd may be in a form that branches in a substantially T-shape or in a form that branches in a substantially Y-shape. In addition, it is arbitrary whether any two-direction extending portion is regarded as the branch source line WHa and any one-direction extending portion is regarded as the branch line WHb among the portions WHd branched in the three directions. For example, the two-direction extending part including the most electric wires among the parts branching in three directions may be regarded as the branch source line WHa, and the remaining part extending in one direction may be regarded as the branch line WHb. When there are two-direction extending portions that extend in a straight line among the portions that branch in three directions (such as when branching in a substantially T-shape), the two-direction extending portions that extend in a straight line are branch source lines. The remaining part extending in one direction may be regarded as a branch line.

In the branch portion WHd as described above, the fixture 50 is disposed near the root. Here, one side surface of the branch source line WHa between the branch line WHb and the side surface opposite to the branch line WHb, or another way of understanding, of the branch source line WHa, the branch line WHb The fixing tool 50 is disposed on the outer peripheral side surface corresponding to the extended position and on the side surface adjacent to the extended position of the branch line WHb. Further, the binding band 60 is wound and fixed so as to be bound together with the fixture 50 at both side portions of the branch source line WHa on the branch line WHb. By the binding band 60, the branch portion WHd is bound and held in the above-described branch form. In addition, the branch portion WHd is fixed to the vehicle body or the like using the fixture 50 fixed to the branch portion WHd.

Here, an example of the fixture 50 will be described. 3 is a perspective view showing the fixture, FIG. 4 (a) is a plan view showing the fixture, FIG. 4 (b) is a front view showing the fixture, and FIG. 4 (c) is a bottom view showing the fixture. FIG.4 (d) is a side view which shows a fixing tool.

This fixture 50 is a member also called a clamp or clip for fixing a so-called wire harness, and has a fixing main body portion 52, a dish-like portion 54, a bowl-like portion 56, and a band insertion portion 58. It is integrally formed with resin or the like.

The fixed main body 52 is formed in a substantially elliptical columnar shape having a slightly tapered tip, and engaging pieces 52a that can protrude and retract are formed on both sides thereof. When the fixed main body 52 is inserted into a fixing hole formed on the vehicle body side or the like, the engaging piece 52a is temporarily retracted and then protrudes to be locked to the peripheral edge of the fixing hole.

Further, the dish-like portion 54 is formed in a dish shape (here, an elliptical dish shape) that sequentially expands from the base end portion of the fixed main body portion 52 toward the distal end side, and has a thin dish shape that is easily elastically deformed. Is formed. Then, as described above, in the state where the engaging piece 52a of the fixed main body 52 is locked to the peripheral edge of the fixing hole in a retaining manner, the dish-shaped portion 54 is connected to the peripheral edge of the fixing hole from the side opposite to the engaging piece 52a It abuts against and urges in the direction of removal. Thereby, the fixing tool 50 is fixed at a fixed position with respect to the fixing hole.

A bowl-shaped portion 56 is formed on the reduced diameter portion side of the dish-shaped portion 54. The bowl-shaped part 56 is formed in a bowl-like shape, which is substantially the same as the dish-like part 54 (which may be larger than the dish-like part 54), in this case, an elliptical bowl-like shape. The bowl-shaped portion 56 is formed thicker than the dish-shaped portion 54, and protects the support portion when the fixing tool 50 is supported by the branching portion binding jig 10, and protects the dish-shaped portion 54. Is used as a guide portion or the like when the binding band 60 is inserted through the band insertion portion 58.

The band insertion part 58 is formed on the outer surface of the hook-shaped part 56 and has two band insertion holes 58 a into which the binding band 60 can be inserted. The two band insertion holes 58a are partitioned by the partition wall 58b, and are arranged in parallel along the long axis direction of the hook-shaped portion 56, and open to both sides of the hook-shaped portion 56 in the short axis direction. . The bottom surface of the band insertion hole 58a is formed flush with the outer surface of the bowl-shaped portion 56.

An example of the binding band 60 will also be described. Fig.5 (a) is a front view which shows a binding band, FIG.5 (b) is a partial cross section side view which shows a binding band.

The binding band 60 is for binding a bundle of linear bodies or the like, and is formed of a resin or the like. The binding band 60 includes a band-shaped band main body portion 62 and a locking portion 64 provided at one end of the band main body portion 62. A locking groove 62 a is formed on one side of the other end of the band main body 62. The locking part 64 has a cylindrical part 64a through which the band main body part 62 can be inserted, and a locking claw part 64b formed in the cylindrical part 64a. When the other end of the band main body 62 is inserted into the cylindrical portion 64a in a state where the band main body 62 is wound around a bundle of linear bodies, the locking claw 64b is locked to the locking groove 62a. Thus, the linear body can be bundled and held.

The branch part binding jig 10 for the wire harness will be described. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which a fixture is set on the branching part binding jig, FIG. 7A is a plan view showing the state, and FIG. 7B is a side view showing the state. 7 (c) is a front view showing the same state, FIG. 7 (d) is a side view showing the same state, and FIG. 7 (e) is a rear view showing the same state.

This branching part binding jig 10 includes a receiving portion 12 and a holder 30 having a pair of support rods 32a, and is erected on an assembly plate 40 on which the wire harness WH is assembled.

The holder 30 is formed of metal or the like, and is configured such that a substantially U-shaped portion 32 is formed on an upper portion of the linear rod-shaped portion 31, and the upper end portion of the substantially U-shaped portion 32 is the above-described portion. A pair of support bars 32a is configured. In a state where the receiving portion 12 is mounted on the holder 30, the branch line WHb of the branch portion WHd supported by the receiving portion 12 is configured to be guided and supported so as to pass between the pair of support rods 32a. Yes.

In addition, such a holder 30 is in a state in which the receiving portion 12 is not mounted, that is, by itself so that a portion of the wire harness WH, for example, a linear portion is passed through the substantially U-shaped portion 32. It is configured to be held at a height.

The receiving part 12 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped member made of resin or the like. The receiving portion 12 is formed with a pair of mounting holes 12h through which the pair of support bars 32a can be inserted. Then, by inserting the pair of support bars 32a into the pair of mounting holes 12h from below, the main receiving portion 12 is mounted on the holder 30.

Further, in a state where the receiving part 12 is mounted on the holder 30, the receiving part 12 extends laterally from the vicinity of the root of the pair of support bars 32a. The branch portion WHd of the wire harness WH disposed so as to pass the branch line WHb between the pair of support bars 32a can be supported on the main receiving portion 12 in a mounting manner.

Further, on the upward surface of the receiving portion 12 (which is also a surface that supports the branching portion WHd in a mounting shape), a fixture positioning portion 14 capable of positioning the fixture 50 is formed. The fixture positioning portion 14 is formed in a concave shape capable of accommodating a portion including the fixed main body portion 52, the dish-like portion 54, and the bowl-like portion 56 of the fixture 50. The fixture 50 is positioned and held by the fixture positioning portion 14 in a posture in which the band insertion portion 58 protrudes upward.

Further, the receiving portion 12 is provided with a lock mechanism portion 20 that is detachably locked to the fixture 50 so as to prevent the fixture 50 positioned by the fixture positioning portion 14 from being lifted.

The lock mechanism unit 20 includes an engagement / disengagement piece 21, an urging portion 22, and an operation piece 23.

The engagement / disengagement piece 21 swings between the engagement position and the non-engagement position via the support shaft 21a at the lower end in the recess 13 formed on the receiving portion 12 on the side of the fixture positioning portion 14. It is mounted movably. With the engagement / disengagement piece 21 positioned at the engagement position, the distal end portion of the engagement / disengagement piece 21 engages with the hook-shaped portion 56 of the fixture 50 held in the fixture positioning portion 14 at the engagement position, The fixture 50 is held in a retaining shape. Further, in a state where the engaging / disengaging piece 21 is located at the non-engagement position, the distal end portion of the engaging / disengaging piece 21 retreats outward from the hook-like portion 56 of the fixture 50 held in the fixture positioning portion 14. The fixture 50 can be inserted into and removed from the fixture positioning portion 14.

Further, the urging portion 22 is configured by a coil spring or the like interposed between the lower end portion of the engagement / disengagement piece 21 and the recess 13 (see FIG. 7D), and the engagement / disengagement piece 21 is moved from the non-engagement position. It is biased toward the engagement position. The urging unit 22 is not limited to a coil spring, and various elastic urging members such as a leaf spring can be used.

The operation piece 23 is integrated with the engaging / disengaging piece 21 and protrudes to the side of the engaging / disengaging piece 21. Then, by pushing the operation piece 23 toward the outside of the receiving portion 12 with a finger or the like (see arrow A in FIG. 6), the engagement / disengagement piece 21 swings from the engagement position toward the non-engagement position. (See arrow B in FIG. 6).

The lock mechanism 20 is configured to be detachably engaged with the hook-like portion 56 of the fixture 50, but is not necessarily engageable with the hook-like portion 56. The structure which engages with the fixed main-body part 52, the plate-shaped part 54, etc. of the fixing tool 50 may be sufficient. However, with the configuration in which the lock mechanism portion 20 is engaged with the hook-like portion 56, the fixing main body 52 and the dish-like portion 54, which are parts for fixing to the vehicle body, which is the original function of the fixture 50, are provided. Damage and the like can be effectively prevented.

The receiving portion 12 is formed with a guide path 16 that guides the binding band 60 toward the band insertion hole 58a of the fixture 50 positioned by the fixture positioning portion 14.

Here, two guide paths 16 are formed on the upward surface of the receiving portion 12 corresponding to the two band insertion holes 58a. Each of the pair of guide paths 16 has a groove shape with a substantially U-shaped cross section, and extends in a substantially parallel state so as to pass between the pair of support bars 32a. The pair of guide paths 16 guides the pair of binding bands 60 in substantially parallel to positions where the branch source line WHa can be bound on both sides of the branch line WHb.

Further, the bottom surface of each guide path 16 is a surface on the band insertion portion 58 side of the hook-like portion 56 of the fixture 50 held in the fixture positioning portion 14 (a surface on the hook-like portion 56 side of the band insertion hole 58a). Are formed so as to extend substantially in the same plane. The binding band 60 guided by each guide path 16 is smoothly inserted and guided into each band insertion hole 58a.

Moreover, the opening part of the one end side of each guide path 16 is opened to the side toward the extension direction of branch line WHb, and the other end side opening of each guide path 16 is the extension direction of branch line WHb. Open sideways in the opposite direction. The outer side surface of the one end opening portion of each guide path 16 is sequentially expanded outward so that the binding band 60 can be easily inserted. In addition, a step portion that is one step higher from the opening toward the fixture positioning portion 14 is formed on the bottom surface of the opening on the other end side of the guide path 16, or is fixed more than the bottom surface of the opening on the other end side of the guide path 16. You may make it the bottom face of the band insertion hole 58a of the fixing tool 50 hold | maintained at the tool positioning part 14 become one step higher. Thereby, when the binding band 60 is inserted from the other end side opening of each guide path 16, it becomes difficult to insert the binding band 60 in contact with the step, and insertion from the wrong direction can be suppressed.

Further, a tightening work area E in which the band tightening tool 70 can be disposed at a position for tightening the binding band 60 is provided above the receiving portion 12. In other words, with the branch portion WHd placed on the receiving portion 12 and the fixture 50 positioned and supported by the fixture positioning portion 14, the binding band 60 wound together with the fixture 50 is tightened on the branch portion WHd. The shape and the like of the main branching part binding jig 10 are set so as to be possible, and more specifically, for example, the position of the main line support rod 26 is set.

Here, a main line support bar 26 (here, one main line support bar 26) is erected on the receiving unit 12 on the opposite side of the pair of support bars 32a with the fixture positioning unit 14 interposed therebetween. The main line support bar 26 is a substantially rod-like member that supports the branch main line WHa of the branch portion WHd supported by the receiving portion 12 on the side opposite to the branch line WHb, and is higher than the pair of support bars 32a. The dimension is set small. The main line support bar 26 is provided at a position that deviates from the perpendicular bisector of the line connecting the pair of support bars 32a and avoids the upper position of the binding band 60 disposed around the branch portion WHd. . Here, with respect to one support bar 32a, the main line support bar 26 is erected at a position opposite to the branch main line WHa supported by the receiving portion 12 so as to be placed.

A tightening work area E is provided on the vertical bisector side of the line segment connecting the pair of support bars 32a with respect to the main line support bar 26, that is, on the fixture positioning portion 14 side with respect to the main line support bar 26. It has been. Thereby, interference with the branch part binding jig | tool 10 and the band fastening tool 70 can be suppressed, and the binding band 60 can be firmly fastened with the said band fastening tool 70. FIG. Here, as the band fastener 70, the binding band is attached by pulling the other end portion of the band main body portion 62 into the head portion in a state where the locking portion 64 is hooked on the distal end portion of the square cylindrical head portion. This is a tightening tool, and a generally distributed tool such as a bundling tool can be used.

The main line support rod 26 may be formed separately from the receiving portion 12 and inserted and held in the receiving portion 12, or formed integrally with the holder 30 and inserted into the receiving portion 12. Alternatively, it may be formed integrally with the receiving portion 12.

A method for manufacturing the wire harness WH using the branching portion binding jig 10 thus configured will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 8, the fixture 50 is positioned and held so as to be fitted into the fixture positioning portion 14 of the receiving portion 12. At this time, the hook-like portion 56 of the fixture 50 temporarily moves the distal end portion of the engagement / disengagement piece 21 outward to move to the engaged position while the fixture 50 is being fitted into the fixture positioning portion 14. . Thereafter, the engaging / disengaging piece 21 is returned to the engaging position by the urging force of the urging portion 22 in a state where the fixing device 50 is completely fitted into the fixing device positioning portion 14, and is engaged with the fixing device 50. And keep it in a retaining shape.

Thereafter, a plurality of electric wires are arranged on the main branching part binding jig 10 in a predetermined three-way branching form, the branching part WHd is supported by the receiving part 12 and placed on the pair of branching lines WHb. The guide bar is supported by the support bar 32a. Thereby, the branched portion WHd of the wire harness WH is temporarily constructed on the branched portion binding jig 10.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 9, the other end portions of the band main body portions 62 of the two binding bands 60 are inserted into the respective guide paths 16 from the side of the receiving portion 12. Then, the binding band 60 is pulled out to the side opposite to the receiving portion 12 through the guide path 16 and the other end portion of each band main body portion 62 through the band insertion hole 58 a of the fixture 50.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 10, the binding bands 60 are wound around the branch source line WHa on both sides of the branch line WHb, and the other end portion of the band main body portion 62 is passed through the locking portion 64.

Then, as shown in FIG. 11, with the branch portion WHd being supported by the receiving portion 12 so as to be placed, the band fastener 70 is disposed in the vicinity of the tightening work area E, and The other end is guided to the band fastener 70 to perform a predetermined fastening operation. Then, the other end portion of the band main body portion 62 is further pulled from the locking portion 64, and the branch line WHa is tightened and bound. This is performed for both binding bands 60. Then, in the state where the operation piece 23 is pushed outward with respect to the receiving portion 12 with a finger or the like and the engagement of the fixing member 50 by the engagement / disengagement piece 21 is released, the branch portion WHd and the fixing member 50 are fixed for the main branch portion binding. 1 and 2, the branch source line WHa is fastened and fixed by the binding band 60 on both sides of the branch line WHb, and the fixing tool 50 is fixed by the binding band 60 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. A partial WHd is obtained.

In addition, the other part of the wire harness WH can be bundled with various configurations including a known configuration such as other binding bands and adhesive tapes.

And in the wire harness WH manufactured in this way, the fixing tool 50 can be attached and arrange | positioned to fixing holes, such as a vehicle body. In this case, since the branch portion WHd is directly fixed to the vehicle body or the like, each branch source line WHa and branch line WHb can be routed and wired using the fixed portion as a fixed reference point. it can. For this reason, the wire harness WH can be positioned and disposed relatively accurately.

According to the branch part binding jig 10 of the wire harness WH configured as described above, the fixture positioning portion 14 is formed in the receiving portion 12, and the tightening work area E is provided above the receiving portion 12. Therefore, the binding band 60 can be tightened in a state where the fixing tool 50 is positioned on the fixing tool positioning portion 14 and the branch portion WHd of the wire harness WH is supported by the receiving portion 12. For this reason, it is possible to easily attach the fixture 50 near the root of the branch portion WHd and tighten the binding band 60, and to improve the dimensional accuracy of the attachment positions of the branch portion WHd and the fixture 50.

In addition, since the pair of guide paths 16 for guiding the pair of binding bands 60 to the positions where the branch source line WHa can be bound on both sides of the branch line WHb in a substantially parallel manner is formed, The branch source line WHa is easily bundled on both sides of the branch line WHb. As a result, the binding band 60 is less likely to shift after binding, and the form of the branched partial line WHd is stabilized.

Further, since the main line support bar 26 is erected on the opposite side of the pair of support bars 32a with the fixture positioning portion 14 in between, the branch line WHa is supported while the main line support bar 26 supports the branch main line WHa. A pair of binding bands 60 can be tightened to the branch source line WHa on both sides of the line WHb. Thereby, the dimensional accuracy of the attachment position of branch part WHd and the fixing tool 50 can be improved more.

In addition, the main line support bar 26 is provided at a position that is off the vertical bisector of the line connecting the pair of support bars 32a and avoids the upper position of the binding band 60 disposed around the branch portion WHd. Therefore, a continuous tightening work area E is secured between the pair of binding bands 60, and the pair of binding bands 60 can be easily bound continuously.

In addition, since the lock mechanism portion 20 that is detachably locked to the fixture 50 is provided so as to prevent the fixture 50 from being lifted in the fixture positioning portion 14 of the receiving portion 12, It is possible to more reliably prevent the fixture 50 from being lifted during tightening work or the like. Thereby, the dimensional accuracy of the attachment position of the branch part WHd and the fixture 50 can be improved more reliably.

Moreover, since the binding band 60 can be inserted from the side of the guide path 16, the bending degree of the guide path 16 becomes loose and the binding band 60 can be inserted smoothly.

In particular, since the guide path 16 is formed so as to extend on the same plane as the upward surface of the receiving portion 12, it can be smoothly inserted without bending the binding band 60 too much.

Moreover, this branch part binding jig | tool 10 is comprised by mounting | wearing the said receiving part 12 to the versatile holder 30 which has the substantially U-shaped part which can hold | maintain the linear part of the wire harness WH. Therefore, this branching part binding jig 10 can be provided at a relatively low cost.

{変形例}
{Modification}
In addition, the aspect which provides the clamping work area | region E above the receiving part 12 is not restricted to the aspect of the said embodiment.

FIG. 12 shows a branch part binding jig of a wire harness according to a modification, FIG. 12 (a) is a plan view showing the branch part binding jig, and FIG. 12 (b) shows the branch part. FIG. 12C is a front view showing the binding jig, FIG. 12C is a rear view showing the branch partial binding jig, and FIG. 12D is a side view showing the branch partial binding jig. . The main difference from the branching part binding jig 10 according to the above embodiment will be described. This branching part binding jig 110 is located at a position on the vertical bisector of the line segment connecting the pair of support bars 32a. A main line support rod 126 that supports the branch main line WHa supported by the receiving portion 12 is provided on the side opposite to the branch portion WHd. The main line support rod 126 is integrated with the holder 30 and penetrates the receiving portion 12 so as to protrude upward. The main line support rod 126 may be configured to be fixed to the receiving portion 12 in a protruding manner.

A tightening work area 100E for tightening each binding band 60 is provided on each side of the main line support bar 126 in the direction connecting the pair of support bars 32a. Then, as described in the first embodiment, the branching source line WHa is supported by the mainline support rod 126, and the fastening tool 70 is arranged sequentially or simultaneously in each of the fastening work areas 100E. The fastening operation of the pair of binding bands 60 with respect to the branch source line WHa can be performed on both sides of the line WHb. Thereby, there can exist the same effect as the case of the said embodiment.

In short, it is only necessary to provide the tightening work areas E and 100E above the receiving portion 12 in which the band tightening tool 70 can be disposed at the position where the binding band 60 is tightened. Such a configuration includes a configuration in which the main line support rods 26 and 126 are omitted.

Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the structure which mounts the receiving part 12 made into the holder 30 separately from this, these may be integrated. Moreover, the structure which is comprised separately suitably and united may be sufficient.
