【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、赤ちゃんから幼児や小学生（高学年）位まで使用出来る組立・組替え可能なベッドユニットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来からベビーベッドにも各種のものがあり、赤ちゃんがいる多くの家庭で使用されている。また、最近は不要になったベビーベッドを、ラックやベンチ等に組み替えて使用出来るようにした例えば特願平９ー１７２２１０号に開示のものや、ベビーベッドの幅を広くして使用出来るようにした例えば実願平５ー４０１３６号、実願平５ー４０１３７号に開示のようなベビーベッド等が開発されている。

ところで、赤ちゃんは成長するにつれて当然ながら背丈も伸び、幼児や小学生になる頃には背丈や横幅もより大きくなり且つ体重も増えていく。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そのため、従来のベビーベッドでは、その大きさからとても赤ちゃんから小学性（高学年）までの長い期間使用出来るものではなかった。
また、上記した特願平９ー１７２２１０号、実願平５ー４０１３６号、実願平５ー４０１３７号に開示のベビーベッドでは、ラックやベンチに組み替え出来たり、ベッドの幅を広くすることは出来ても、ベッドの幅と長さを同時に変更させて、幼児や小学生でも使用出来る大きさのベッドに出来なかった。

本発明は上記のような点に鑑みて開発されたものであり、その目的とするところは、赤ちゃんのときはベビーベッドとして組み立て使用出来、赤ちゃんが成長してこのベビーベッドが不要になってきたら、ベビーベッドより幅寸法及び長さ寸法の大きなジュニアベッドに組み替えて使用することが出来る組立・組替え可能なベッドユニットを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明は上記目的を有効に達成するために、次のような構成にしてある。すなわち、請求項１記載の本発明の組立・組替え可能なベッドユニットは、長方形状のベッド床板と、後枠と、上部前枠と、下部前枠と、一方の１枚の長方形状の側枠と、他方の２枚の分割側枠部からなる長方形状の側枠と、長方形状の収納棚板と、２枚の補助床板と、２枚の補助枠との各部材からなるベッドユニットであって、ベビーベッドを組み立てる場合に上記のベッドユニットからベッド床板、後枠、上部前枠、下部前枠、一方の１枚の側枠、他方の２枚の分割側枠部からなる側枠及び収納棚板を選択し、ベッド床板における、一方の長辺側に後枠、他方の長辺側に上下並びとした上部前枠及び下部前枠、一方の短辺側に１枚の縦長に配した側枠、他方の短辺側に横並びで縦長に配した２枚の分割側枠部からなる側枠がそれぞれ位置するように、後枠と両側枠と上部前枠及び下部前枠を所定箇所で連結して長方形状に囲繞したベビーベッド枠を組立て、このベビーベッド枠内の底部寄りに収納棚板を取り付けるとともに中間位置にベッド床板を取り付けてベビーベッドを組み立て、
このベビーベッドより幅寸法及び長さ寸法の大きなジュニアベッドを組み立てる場合、或いはベビーベッドからジュニアベッドに組み替える場合には、ジュニアベッドを組み立てるに必要な組み立て部材を上記のベッドユニットから選択し、或いは組み立て使用した上記のベビーベッドをベッド床板、１枚の側枠、２枚の分割側枠部、上部前枠、下部前枠、後枠及び収納棚板に分解し、上記の選択或いは分解した部材の中から１枚の側枠、１枚の分割側枠部、上部前枠、下部前枠及び収納棚板に、更に上記した２枚の補助床板と、２枚の補助枠を選択使用し、横長に配した上部前枠と一方の補助枠とを連結して横長なジュニアベッド用片枠を組み立て、且つ横長に配した下部前枠と他方の補助枠とを連結して横長なジュニアベッド用片枠を組み立て、且つ収納棚板と２枚の各補助床板とを長辺同士を結合して１枚のジュニアベッド用床板に組み立て、
更に一方のジュニアベッド用片枠を横長に配し、このジュニアベッド用片枠の各短辺側に、横長に配した側枠並びに横長に配した分割側枠部の一方の短辺側を夫々連結するとともに、この側枠並びに分割側枠部の他方の短辺側に、もう一方のジュニアベッド用片枠の各短辺側を夫々連結して長方形状に囲繞したジュニアベッド用枠を組み立て、このジュニアベッド用枠内の所定位置に上記のジュニアベッド用床板を水平に取り付けて、ジュニアベッドを組み立てられるようにした構成を特徴とする。

請求項２記載の本発明の組立・組替え可能なベッドユニットは、請求項１記載の組立・組替え可能なベッドユニットにおいて、４枚のキャスターを有し、ベビーベッドの組み立て時にベビーベッドの底面の四隅に各キャスターを取り付けてベビーベッドを転動可能に組み立て、またジュニアベッドの組み立て時にジュニアベッドの底面の四隅に各キャスターを取り付けてジュニアベッドを転動可能に組み立てられるようにした構成を特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
図１〜図５に示すように本発明に係るベッドユニットに関する図であって、このベッドユニットによって図示のベビーベッド１３又はジュニアベッド１４を組み立てることができる。このベッドユニットは、長方形状のベッド床板１と、後枠２と、上部前枠３と、下部前枠４と、一方の１枚の長方形状の側枠５と、他方の２枚の分割側枠部６ａ、６ｂからなる長方形状の側枠６と、長方形状の収納棚板７と、２枚の補助床板８ａ、８ｂと、２枚の補助枠９ａ、９ｂ、更に図示の例では４個のキャスター１０、１本の係止杆１１、２本の角部材１２ａ、１２ｂからなる。

上記のような構成部材からなる本発明に係るベッドユニットでは、ベッドユニットの中から必要な構成部材、すなわち、図１に示すようにベッド床板１、後枠２、上部前枠３、下部前枠４、一方の１枚の側枠５、他方の２枚の分割側枠部６ａ、６ｂからなる側枠６、収納棚板７、４個のキャスター１０を使用して、赤ちゃんを寝かせるためのベビーベッド１３を組み立てることが出来る。

また、赤ちゃんの成長に伴ってより大きなベッドが必要になってきた場合には、上記のベビーベッド１３（図１参照）を一旦分解してベビーベッド１３より長さ寸法も幅寸法も大きなジュニアベッド１４（図３参照）に組み替えて使用することが出来る。

この場合、分解したベビーベッド１３からジュニアベッド１４を組み立てるのに不要な構成部材（図４に示すベッド床板１、後枠２、分割側枠部６ａ、キャスター１０）を除外し、図２に示すように残った上部前枠３、下部前枠４、１枚の側枠５、１枚の分割側枠部６ｂ、収納棚板７に、新たに図５に示す２枚の補助床板８ａ、８ｂと、２枚の補助枠９ａ、９ｂと、係止杆１１と、２本の角部材１２ａ、１２ｂとを追加することによって図３に示すようなジュニアベッド１４を組み立てることが出来る。

より具体的に説明すると、上記したベッド床板１（図１、図４参照）は、長方形状の板状部材であって、上面にクッション材を載置してこの表面をシート材で被覆したものである。

後枠２は、ベッド床板１の長辺１ａと同じ位の長さで、高さは側枠５、６の長辺５ａ、６ｃより少し短い（低い）寸法であり、図４に示すように上枠部材２ａと下枠部材２ｂとの間に３本の縦枠部材２ｃと多数の縦桟２ｄとを所定間隔を以て並設した構成である。この後枠２は、ベッド床板１の一方の長辺１ａ側に止めネジ等によって着脱可能に取付けられるように構成されている。

上部前枠３（図１、図２参照）は、ベッド床板１の長辺１ｂの寸法とほぼ同じ長さであり、側枠５、６の長辺５ｂ、６ｄの長さの半分位の短辺寸法であり、上枠部材３ａと下枠部材３ｂと両側枠部材３ｃで囲繞される枠の中に所定間隔を以て縦桟３ｄを並設し、両側枠部材３ｃの上下端には外側に係合凸部３ｅ（図２参照）を突設し、更に両側枠部材３ｃの両側上部に係止ピン２７を設けてある。上部前枠３は、各係止ピン２７によって側枠５、６に着脱可能に係止出来るようにしてある。

次に下部前枠４（図１、図２参照）は、上記した上部前枠３とほぼ同じ形状であって、上枠部材４ａと下枠部材４ｂ及び両側枠部材４ｃで囲繞形成され、両側枠部材４ｃ寄りには両縦部材４ｄを並設し、この両縦部材４ｄの間に長方形状の開閉扉２９を係合させ、止めネジ２８によって上枠部材４ａに着脱可能に取り付け出来るようにしてある。また、両側枠部材４ｃと両縦部材４ｄとの間にも複数本の縦桟４ｅを並設してある。両側枠部材４ｃには、分割側枠部６ａに形成した孔２６、並びに側枠５に形成した孔３０（図２参照）と合致する位置に止めネジ挿通用の孔３１を形成してある。

側枠５（図１、図２参照）は、全体が長方形の板状部材であって、ボード１５の周囲に枠部材１６を固着し、枠部材１６の内周面部１７には一方の長辺面１７ａに長溝１８を形成するとともに、枠部材１６の複数箇所に止めネジ挿通用の孔２０ａ，２０ｂ、２０ｃを形成してある。

もう一方の側枠６（図１、図２参照）は、１対の分割側枠部６ａ，６ｂからなる。この両分割側枠部６ａ，６ｂは、横幅寸法が同一でも、或いは一方の分割側枠部（６ａ又は６ｂ）の横幅寸法が他方の分割側枠部（６ｂ又は６ａ）の横幅寸法より大きくとも小さくともよい。この場合、両分割側枠部６ａ，６ｂを連結した際に横幅寸法が、上記の側枠５の横幅寸法と同一又は略同一となるように、両分割側枠部６ａ，６ｂの横幅寸法を取り決めて、各分割側枠部６ａ，６ｂを形成する。この２枚の分割側枠部６ａ，６ｂは、止めネジや連結部材（図示せず）によって着脱可能に連結することにより、上記した側枠５と同じ大きさ・形状に組み立て出来るようにしてある。

この各分割側枠部６ａ，６ｂは、ボード２２の周囲に枠部材２３を固着してある。分割側枠部６ａの枠部材２３の長辺側の一端近傍には、２箇所に止めネジ挿通用の孔２６を形成してあり、且つ一長辺側の内面側には長溝（図示せず）を形成してある。この長溝（図示せず）は、上記した側枠５の長溝１８と対を成すものである。ベビーベッド１３を組み立てた場合に、上記した上部前枠３の係合凸部３ｅは両長溝１８（片方は図示せず）に係合させ、この上部前枠４を上下動させて、ベビーベッド１３の上部の一側方を開閉出来るようにしてある。

また、分割側枠部６ｂは、枠部材２３の短辺側に所定間隔を以て止めネジ挿通用の孔２４を形成し、更に長辺側の両端近傍にも同様に止めネジ挿通用の孔２５を形成してある。

収納棚板７（図２、図３参照）は、ベビーベッド１を組み立てる場合にベッド床板１の下方に取り付けるものであり，上記したベッド床板１と同じ構造であって、組み立てたベビーベッド１３の後枠２と下部前枠４とに架け渡せる短辺７ａ（図２参照）の長さで、長辺７ｂは後述する補助床板８ａ、８ｂの長辺３２と同じ長さの長方形状の部材である。ベビーベッド１３を組み立てて使用する場合には、上記した下部前枠４の開閉扉２９を開放して、この収納棚板７の上に赤ちゃんの肌着やおむつ・タオルといった日常品を収納しておくことが出来る。

補助床板８ａ、８ｂ（図２、図３、図５参照）は、ジュニアベッド１４を組み立てる場合に使用するものであって、ベッド床板１と同じ構造のものであり、且つ長辺３２を収納棚板７の長辺７ｂと同じ長さに形成した長方形状の部材であり、短辺３３は上部前枠３並びに下部前枠４の長さの半分の長さのものである。

補助枠９ａ、９ｂ（図２、図３、図５参照）は、ジュニアベッド１４を組み立てる場合に使用するものであって、収納棚板７の短辺７ａと略同じ位の長さの長方形状の枠部材であり、外周枠３５と複数の縦桟３６及び横桟３７からなり、片面側の中央に横桟３７を横設してある。この横桟３７は、ジュニアベッド１４を組み立てる時に収納棚板７の両短辺７ａ端を支持するためのものである。

キャスター１０（図１、図４参照）は、ベビーベッド１３を組み立てた場合に底面の四隅、すなわち、側枠５、６の底部の両端近傍に取り付けてベビーベッド１３を転動させることが出来るようにするものである。勿論、図３に示すジュニアベッド１４にはキャスター１０を取り付けていないが、ジュニアベッド１４の底面の四隅にキャスター１０を取り付けてジュニアベッド１４を転動させることが出来るようにしてもよい。

係止杆１１は、ジュニアベッド１４を組み立てる場合に使用するものであって、両端の鉤部１１ａを対峙する上部前枠３と下部前枠４との角部材１２ａ、１２ｂに引っ掛けて、上部前枠３と下部前枠４とを連結させ、上部前枠３と下部前枠４とが外方に拡がる防止するための補助部材である。

角部材１２ａ、１２ｂｈ、ジュニアベッド１４を組み立てる場合に使用するものであって、上部前枠３並びに下部前枠４の中央に沿って固定し、載置する補助床板８ａ、８ｂの両短辺３３側を支持するための部材である。

上記のような構成部材からなる本発明に係る組立・組替え可能なベッドユニットにあって、このベッドユニットを用いてベビーベッド１３を組み立てる場合は、先ず一方の側枠５（（図１参照）を縦長にして長溝１８側を内側にする。次にこの側枠５の後側に後枠２の短辺側の一端を直角に当接させ、止めネジ（図示せず）によって着脱可能に連結する。

次に後枠２の短辺側の他端にもう一方の側枠６の分割側枠部６ｂの一長辺側を直角に当接させ、止めネジ（図示せず）によって側枠６と後枠２とを着脱可能に連結する。この側枠６は上記した側枠５と対峙した状態となる。

次に対峙した両側枠５、６の長溝１８（側枠６側の長溝は図示せず）側で、両側枠５、６の中間位置から下側に下部前枠４を配し、この下部前枠４の両端を側枠５並びに分割側枠部６ａに止めネジ（図示せず）で着脱可能に連結する。

次に上部前枠３の両端から外方に突出する係合凸部３ｅを、側枠５の長溝１８並びに分割側枠部６ａの長溝（図示せず）に嵌め込み、各止めネジ２７で側枠５並びに分割側枠部６ｂに固定する。この上部前枠３は、止めネジ２７を弛めることによって、長溝１８に沿って下方に移動せることが出来る。

上記のようにして、ベッド床板１における、一方の長辺側１ａに後枠２、他方の長辺側１ｂに上下並びとした上部前枠３及び下部前枠４、一方の短辺側に１枚の縦長に配した側枠５、他方の短辺側に横並びで縦長に配した２枚の分割側枠部６ａ、６ｂからなる側枠６がそれぞれ位置するように、後枠２、側枠５、２枚の分割側枠部６ａ、６ｂからなる側枠６、上部前枠３、下部前枠４によって囲繞されたベビーベッド枠１３ａを組立て、このベビーベッド枠１３ａ内の底部寄りに、収納棚板７を水平にして挿入し、この収納棚板７の片側の長辺７ｂ側（図示せず）を後枠２に配するとともに、収納棚板７のもう一方の長辺７ｂ側を下部前枠４の下枠部材４ｂに配し、止めネジ（図示せず）によってその位置で着脱可能に固定する。

次にベッド床板１を上記のベビーベッド枠１３ａ内に上から水平にして挿入し、後枠２の中間位置まで降下させ、ベッド床板１の後側の長辺１ａ側を各縦枠部材２ｃに当接させ、止めネジ（図示せず）で着脱可能に固定するとともに、ベッド床板１の前側の長辺１ｂ側を下部前枠４の上枠部材４ａに当接させ、止めネジ（図示せず）によって着脱可能に固定する。

最後に上記したベビーベッド枠の四隅の底部、すなわち、側枠５の下面の両端近傍、並びにもう一方の側枠６の下面の両端に、夫々キャスター１０を取り付ける。このようにしてベッドユニットから必要な構成部材を選択し、上述したようにしてベビーベッド１３を組み立てる。勿論、組み立て手順は上記の手順に限定されるものではなく、他の手順で組み立てるも自由である。

また、赤ちゃんが大きくなってベビーベッド１３が不要になったときには、このベビーベッド１３より長さ・幅寸法の大きなベッドに組み替えることが出来る。このジュニアベッド１４は、幼児から小学生（高学年）位まで使用することが出来る。

すなわち、上記したベッドユニットからジュニアベッド１４を組み立てるに必要な部材を選択するか、或いは上記のようにして組み立てたベビーベッド１３をベッド床板１と、後枠２と、上部前枠３と、下部前枠４と、１枚の側枠５と、２枚の分割側枠部６ａ、６ｂと、収納棚板７とに一旦分解してジュニアベッド１４を組み立てる。

ここではベビーベッド１３を分解してジュニアベッド１４を組み立てる場合について説明すると、図１〜図３に示すように先ずベビーベッド１３から分解し横長に配した上部前枠３の片面側の中間位置に角部材１２ｂを横長に配して止めネジ（図示せず）で固定する。この角部材１２ｂの取り付け位置（上記の中間位置）は、補助枠９ｂを上部前枠３に連結した場合に補助枠９ｂの横桟３７と上面が面一となる位置である。同様にして横長に配した下部前枠４の片面側に角部材１２ａを止めネジ（図示せず）によって固定する。この角部材１２ａの取り付け位置（上記の中間位置）は、もう一方の補助枠９ａに下部前枠４を連結した場合に、補助枠９ａの横桟３７と上面が面一となる位置である。

次に横長に配した上部前枠３の片側の短辺３ｃ側に、一方の補助枠９ｂの短辺側を当接させて止めネジ（図示せず）で連結し、一方の横長なジュニアベッド用片枠３９を組み立てる。次に横長に配した下部前枠４の片側の短辺４ｃ側に、他方の補助枠９ａの短辺側を当接させて止めネジ（図示せず）で連結し、他方の横長なジュニアベッド用片枠４０を組み立てる。

ジュニアベッド用片枠３９の角部材１２ａ及び横桟３７の上面位置は、対峙させたもう一方のジュニアベッド用片枠４０の角部材１２ｂ及び横桟３７の上面位置と同一となる。

次に側枠５を倒して横長にするとともに、一方のジュニアベッド用片枠３９の一端を側枠５の内周面部１７の一端に当接し孔２０ｂを介して止めネジ（図示せず）で連結する。同様にしてもう一方のジュニアベッド用片枠４０の一端を側枠５の内周面部１７の他端に当接し孔２０ａを介して止めネジ（図示せず）で連結する。

次に分割側枠部６ｂを横長にし、この分割側枠部６ｂの一端側にジュニアベッド用片枠３９の他端を当接し孔２４を介して止めネジ（図示せず）で連結する。同様にして分割側枠部６ｂの他端側にジュニアベッド用片枠４０の他端を当接し孔２４を介して止めネジ（図示せず）で連結する。

このようにしてジュニアベッド枠１４ａを組み立て、ジュニアベッド用片枠３９とジュニアベッド用片枠４０との中間位置に係止杆１１を掛け渡すようにして取り付ける。

次に収納棚板７と２枚の補助床板８ａ、８ｂとの長辺同士を当接させて連結し、長さ・幅寸法がともにベビーベッド１３のベッド床板１より大きなジュニアベッド床板４１を組み立てる。勿論、収納棚板７と２枚の補助床板８ａ、８ｂとはバラバラの状態でジュニアベッド枠１４ａに取り付けるようにしてもよい。

最後にこのジュニアベッド床板４１を、側枠５とジュニアベッド用片枠３９と分割側枠部６ｂとジュニアベッド用片枠４０とで囲繞されたジュニアベッド枠１４ａ内に水平にして上方から挿入し、ジュニアベッド床板４１の両側の各長辺部を、ジュニアベッド用片枠３９の角部材１２ｂ及び横桟３７の上面、並びにジュニアベッド用片枠４０の角部材１２ａ及び横桟３７の上面に載置し、ジュニアベッド１４の組み立てを完了する。

勿論、ジュニアベッド１４の四隅にキャスター１０を取り付けて転動可能なようにしてもよい。尚、ジュニアベッド１４の組み立て手順は、上記の手順に限定されるものではなく、他の手順で組み立てるも自由である。上述のようにしてベビーベッド１３を分解してジュニアベッド２に組み替えることにより、赤ちゃんから小学生（高学年）までの長い期間使用することが出来る。

尚、本発明の各構成部材の大きさ、形状、デザイン等は任意に設計変更してもよい。また使用する構成部材を追加してもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上、上記の説明でも明らかなように本発明では、ベッドユニットからベビーベッド又はジュニアベッドの組み立てに必要な部材を選択することによって、簡単に何方か一方の所望のベッドを簡単に組み立てることが出来る。また、ベビーベッドを組み立てて使用し、このベビーベッドが不要になってきたら一旦このベビーベッドを分解し、ベビーベッドに比べ幅寸法並びに長さ寸法の大きなジュニアベッドに組み替えることによって、赤ちゃんの時期から幼児や小学生（高学年）位まで長期間にわたって使用することが出来る。そのため、ベビーベッドとジュニアベッドとを赤ちゃんの成長にともなって別々に購入することもなく、一ユニットの本発明のベッドユニットを揃えるだけで（購入するだけで）、ベビーベッドを組み立てたり、ジュニアベッドを組み立てたり、ベビーベッドからジュニアベッドに組み替えたりすることが出来て非常に経済的である。

また、ベビーベッドやジュニアベッドにキャスターを取り付けることにより簡単に移動させることが出来、掃除やベッドの配置換えのときに非常に便利である。
