【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は他の用途に再利用できるミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来からベビーベッドにも各種のものがあり、乳児を寝かせておくのに使用されている。そして乳児期を過ぎてベビーベッドが不要になると、各家庭では分解して押入れ等に保管しているのが現状である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、ベビーベッドは分解しても嵩ばるものであり、押入れや物置等に保管するにも、その収納に苦慮しているのが現状であり、この不要になったベビーベッドを再利用できないものかと考えられていた。

本発明は上記のような点に鑑みて開発されたものであり、その目的とするところは、通常はベビーベッドとして使用し、ベビーベッドが不要になったときには、誰にでも簡単に組み換えしてミドルサークルやベンチ或いはラックとして再利用できるようにしたミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明は上記目的を達成するために、次のような構成にしてある。すなわち、請求項１は、後桟枠の両端に、直角にそれぞれ側桟枠を着脱自在に設けると共に、この両側桟枠の前端上部に上部前桟枠を着脱自在に横設すると共に前端下部に開閉自在に扉板を設け、上記後桟枠、両側桟枠、上部前桟枠及び扉板によって囲撓される囲撓枠を形成し、この囲撓枠の内側中間部にベッド用底板を着脱自在に設けると共に、囲撓枠の内側底部に２枚の収納用底板を着脱自在に並設し、且つ上記側桟枠に１対の補助桟枠を着脱自在に設けてベビーベッドを構成できるようにし、且つ上記ベビーベッドから上部前桟枠、ベッド用底板、２枚の収納用底板、扉板及び１対の補助桟枠を除去すると共に、両側桟枠の前端にそれぞれ上記補助桟枠を連設し、且つこの対峙する両補助桟枠の前端上部に上部前桟枠を横設すると共にこの上部前桟枠の下に扉板を枠状に横設して、上記ベビーベッドを組み換えて後桟枠、両側桟枠、一対の補助桟枠、上部前桟枠及び扉板によって囲繞形成されるミドルサークルを構成できるようにし、更に上記ベビーベッドを分解して後桟枠の両端に、直角にそれぞれ補助桟枠を着脱自在に設けると共に、この両補助桟枠と後桟枠とによって形成される平面コ状の枠体の内側中間部にベッド用底板を着脱自在に設け、且つ上記枠体の内側底部に他のベッド用底板を着脱自在に設けてベンチを構成できるようにし、更にこのベンチの枠体の内側上部に扉板を設けてラックを形成できるようにしたことを特徴とするミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドの構成である。

また、請求項２は、後桟枠の両端に、直角にそれぞれ後側桟枠と前側桟枠を連らねて着脱自在に設けると共に、この両前側桟枠の前端上部に上部前桟枠を着脱自在に横設すると共に前端下部に開閉自在に扉板を設け、上記後桟枠、両後側桟枠、両前側桟枠、上部前桟枠及び扉板によって囲撓される囲撓枠を形成し、更にこの囲撓枠の内側中間部にベッド用底板を着脱自在に設け、更に囲撓枠の内側底部に２枚の収納用底板を着脱自在に並設してなるベビーベッドを構成できるようにし、このベビーベッドからベッド用底板と、上部前桟枠、収納用底板及び扉板を除去し、後桟枠と両後側桟枠及び両前側桟枠によって平面コ状に形成する桟枠体の両端に、それぞれ補助桟枠を連設し、この両補助桟枠の前端上部に、上記ベビーベッドから除去した上部前桟枠を横設すると共に、上部前桟枠の下に扉板を枠状に横設し、上記後桟枠、両後側桟枠、両前側桟枠、両補助桟枠、上部前桟枠及び扉板によって囲撓されたミドルサークルを構成できるようにし、更に上記ベビーベッドからベッド用底板と、両後側桟枠と、上部前桟枠及び上部前桟枠寄りの収納用底板及び扉板を除去し、後桟枠と両後側桟枠によって平面コ状に形成する桟枠の内側中間部に上記除去した収納用底板を設けてベンチを構成できるようにし、更に上記ベンチの内側上部に扉板を設けてラックを構成できるようにしたことを特徴とするミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドの構成である。

また、請求項３は、後桟枠の両端に、直角にそれぞれ側桟枠を着脱自在に設けると共に、この両側桟枠の前端に上部前桟枠を着脱自在に横設して、上記後桟枠、両側桟枠及び上部前桟枠によって囲撓される囲撓枠を形成し、この囲撓枠の内側中間部にベッド用底板を着脱自在に設けると共に、囲撓枠の内側底部に２枚の収納用底板を着脱自在に並設し、且つ上記側桟枠に１対の補助桟枠を着脱自在に設けてベビーベッドを構成できるようにし、上記ベビーベッドから上部前桟枠、ベッド用底板、２枚の収納用底板及び１対の補助桟枠を除去すると共に、両側桟枠の前端にそれぞれ上記補助桟枠を連設し、且つこの対峙する両補助桟枠の前端に、上部前桟枠を横設すると共にこの上部前桟枠の下に上記収納用底板を枠状に横設し、上記ベビーベッドを組み換えて後桟枠、両側桟枠、一対の補助桟枠、上部前桟枠及び収納用底板によって囲繞形成されたミドルサークルを構成できるようにし、更に上記ベビーベッドを分解して後桟枠の両端に、直角にそれぞれ補助桟枠を着脱自在に設けると共に、この両補助桟枠と後桟枠とによって形成される平面コ状の枠体の内側中間部にベッド用底板を着脱自在に設け、且つ上記枠体の内側底部に他のベッド用底板を着脱自在に設けてベンチを形成できるようにし、更にこのベンチの枠体の内側上部にラック用板を設けてラックを形成できるようにしたことを特徴とするミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドの構成である。

また、請求項４は、後桟枠の両端に、直角にそれぞれ後側桟枠と前側桟枠を連らねて着脱自在に設けると共に、この両前側桟枠の前端に上部前桟枠を着脱自在に横設し、上記後桟枠、両後側桟枠、両前側桟枠及び上部前桟枠によって囲撓される囲撓枠を形成し、更にこの囲撓枠の内側中間部にベッド用底板を着脱自在に設け、更に囲撓枠の内側底部に２枚の収納用底板を着脱自在に並設してなるベビーベッドを構成できるようにし、このベビーベッドからベッド用底板と、上部前桟枠及び収納用底板を除去し、後桟枠と両後側桟枠及び両前側桟枠によって平面コ状に形成する桟枠体の両端に、それぞれ補助桟枠を連設し、この両補助桟枠の上部に上記ベビーベッドから除去した上部前桟枠を横設すると共に、この上部前桟枠の下に収納用底板を枠状に横設し、上記後桟枠と両後側桟枠と両前側桟枠と両補助桟枠と上部前桟枠及び収納用底板によって囲撓されたミドルサークルを構成できるようにし、更にこのベビーベッドからベッド用底板と、両後側桟枠と、上部前桟枠及び上部前桟枠寄りの収納用底板を除去し、後桟枠と両後側桟枠によって平面コ状に形成された桟枠の内側中間部に上記除去した収納用底板を設けてベンチを構成できるようにし、更に上記ベンチの内側上部にラック用板を設けてラックを構成できるようにしたことを特徴とするミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドの構成である。

また、請求項５は、後桟枠の両側に直角に側桟枠、又は後側桟枠と前側桟枠とからなる側線枠を着脱自在に設け、更にこの両側桟枠の前端部に、上部前桟枠と下部前桟枠とからなる前桟枠を着脱自在に横設し且つこの上部前桟枠又は／及び下部前桟枠を上下方向に開閉できるようにした請求項１、２、３又は４に記載のミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッド。

また、請求項６は、上記ベビーベッド、ミドルサークル、ベンチ、ラックの下部に移動可能なようにキャスターを設けた請求項１、２、３又は４に記載のミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドの構成である。

【作用】
上記のような請求項１に記載の構成のミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドでは、通常はベッド用底板の上に乳児を寝かせて本来のベビーベッドとして使用する。扉板は開閉自在に設けてあるので、収納用底板上に種々の物を収納した後は、この扉板を閉じておくことにより、内部を遮蔽でき見栄えがよくなる。また、乳児が大きくなり、這ったり、少し歩けるようになった時には、このベビーベッドを組み換え、後桟枠、両側桟枠、一対の補助桟枠、上部前桟枠及び扉板によって囲繞形成されたミドルサークルとして使用することができ、このミドルサークルの中に乳児や幼児を入れて遊ばせることができる。ベビーベッドの両側桟枠には着脱自在に補助桟枠が設けてあるので、ベビーベッドとして使用しているときもこの補助桟枠は邪魔にならず、ミドルサークル等に組み換える時にも簡単に取り外して使用することができる。更にこのベビーベッドを組み換えることにより、平面コ状の枠体の内側中間部に設けたベッド用底板に腰を掛け、後桟枠を背もたれとしたベンチとして使用することができる。更に上記ベンチの内側中間部に収納用底板を設けると共に内側上部にベッドから除去した扉板を設けることにより、ベビーベッドをラックに組み換えることができ、ラックの収納用底板や扉板の上に玩具や雑誌等を載置して整理することができる。

また、上記のような請求項２に記載の構成でも、通常はベッド用底板の上に乳児を寝かせて本来のベビーベッドとして使用し、このベビーベッドが不要に成ったときは、上記請求項１と同様にベビーベッドを組み換えて、ミドルサークル又はベンチ又はラックとして使用することができる。また、乳児が大きくなり、這ったり、少し歩けるようになった時には、このベビーベッドを組み換え、後桟枠、両側桟枠、一対の補助桟枠、上部前桟枠及び扉板によって囲繞形成されたミドルサークルとして使用することができ、このミドルサークルの中に乳児や幼児を入れて遊ばせることができる。更にこのベビーベッドをベッド用底板を外して２つに分離し、平面コ状の枠体の内側中間部にもう一つの収納用底板を設けることにより、この収納用底板に腰を掛け、後桟枠を背もたれとしたベンチとして使用することができる。ベンチの底部にも収納用底板が設けてあるので、種々のものを収納しておくこともてきる。また、上記分離した扉板を設けた平面コ状の枠体にも収納用底板を設けることにより、この枠体もベンチに組み換えできる。
また、上記ベンチの内側中間部に収納用底板を設けると共に内側上部にラック用板を設けることにより、ベビーベッドをラックに組み換えることができ、上記収納用底板やラック用板の上に玩具や雑誌等を載置して整理することができる。このベビーベッドでは、ベビーベッドの囲撓枠である側枠が、後側桟枠と前側桟枠とを連設して構成してあり、この対峙する各１対の後側桟枠と前側桟枠とを分離することにより、簡単にラックやベンチに組み換えることができる。

また、上記のような請求項３に記載の構成のミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドでは、通常はベッド用底板の上に乳児を寝かせて本来のベビーベッドとして使用する。また、乳児が大きくなり、這ったり、少し歩けるようになった時には、このベビーベッドを組み換え、後桟枠、両側桟枠、一対の補助桟枠、上部前桟枠及び収納用底板によって囲繞形成されたミドルサークルとして使用することができ、このミドルサークルの中に乳児や幼児を入れて遊ばせることができる。請求項１の構成と同様にベビーベッドの両側桟枠には着脱自在に補助桟枠が設けてあるので、ベビーベッドとして使用しているときもこの補助桟枠は邪魔にならず、ミドルサークル等に組み換える時にも簡単に取り外して使用することができる。更にこのベビーベッドを組み換えることにより、平面コ状の枠体の内側中間部に設けたベッド用底板に腰を掛け、後桟枠を背もたれとしたベンチとして使用することができる。更に上記ベンチの内側中間部に収納用底板を設けると共に内側上部にラック用板を設けることにより、ベビーベッドをラックに組み換えることができ、ラックの収納用底板やラック用板の上に玩具や雑誌等を載置して整理することができる。

また、上記のような請求項４に記載の構成でも、通常はベッド用底板の上に乳児を寝かせて本来のベビーベッドとして使用し、このベビーベッドが不要に成ったときは、上記請求項１、２又は３と同様にベビーベッドを組み換えて、ミドルサークル又はベンチ又はラックとして使用することができる。また、乳児が大きくなり、這ったり、少し歩けるようになった時には、このベビーベッドを組み換え、後桟枠、両側桟枠、一対の補助桟枠、上部前桟枠及び収納用底板によって囲繞形成されたミドルサークルとして使用することができ、このミドルサークルの中に乳児や幼児を入れて遊ばせることができる。更にこのベビーベッドをベッド用底板を外して２つに分離し、平面コ状の枠体の内側中間部にもう一つの収納用底板を設けることにより、この収納用底板に腰を掛け、後桟枠を背もたれとしたベンチとして使用することができる。ベンチの底部にも収納用底板が設けてあるので、種々のものを収納しておくこともてきる。また、上記分離した扉板を設けた平面コ状の枠体にも収納用底板を設けることにより、この枠体もベンチに組み換えできる。また、上記ベンチの内側中間部に収納用底板を設けると共に内側上部にラック用板を設けることにより、ベビーベッドをラックに組み換えることができ、上記収納用底板やラック用板の上に玩具や雑誌等を載置して整理することができる。このベビーベッドも、請求項２と同様にベビーベッドの囲撓枠である側枠が、後側桟枠と前側桟枠とを連設して構成してあり、この対峙する各１対の後側桟枠と前側桟枠とを分離することにより、簡単にラックやベンチに組み換えることができる。

また、上記のような請求項５に記載の構成でも、通常はベッド用底板の上に乳児を寝かせて本来のベビーベッドとして使用し、このベビーベッドが不要に成ったときは、上記請求項１、２又は３と同様にベビーベッドを組み換えて、ミドルサークル又はベンチ又はラックとして使用することができる。また、上部前桟枠又は／及び下部前桟枠が上下方向に開閉できるように設けてあるので、乳児をベッドに寝かす時に上部前桟枠を開放すれば容易にベッドに寝かせることができる。また衣類は下方の収納用底板に収納する時には、下部前桟枠を開放して収納し、その後に下部前桟枠を閉じておくことにより、他の幼児が収納した衣類を引き出すといったことを防ぐことができる。

また、上記のような請求項６に記載の構成では、上記各請求項に記載のベビーベッド、ミドルサークル、ベンチ又はラックにキャスターを設けてあるので、ベビーベッド、ミドルサークル、ベンチ又はラックを押すことにより簡単に所望の場所に移動させることができる。

【実施例】
以下、本発明に係る実施例を図に基づいて説明する。
図１〜図４は本発明に係る第１実施例を示す図であって、図１はミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドの全体斜視図であり、このベビーベッド１は、後桟枠２、１対の側桟枠３、上部前桟枠４、ベッド用底板５、２枚の収納用底板６、１対の補助桟枠７、横桟８、キャスター９及び扉板１６によって構成され、これらを組み立てることによって図１に示すようなベビーベッド１を形成することができる。そしてこのベビーベッド１を分解して組み換えることにより、ミドルサークル１０（図２参照）やベンチ１１（図３参照）やラック１２（図４参照）を形成することができる。

より具体的に説明すると、図１に示すベビーベッド１は、後桟枠２の両端に、直角にそれぞれ側桟枠３をネジ（図示省略）によって着脱自在に設けられ、更にこの両側桟枠３の前端中央に横桟８を横設すると共に、この横桟８の上に上部前桟枠４を配設してある。この横桟８の下に前方に倒すことができる開閉自在な扉板１６が下部両側を枢着して開閉自在に設けてある。更に上記後桟枠２、両側桟枠３、横桟８、上部前桟枠４及び扉板１６によって囲繞された囲繞枠１３の内側中央にベッド用底板５がネジ（図示省略）で着脱自在に設けると共に、この囲繞枠１３の内側底部に２枚の収納用底板６が並設してある。この収納用底板６は、２枚並設することによって上記ベッド用底板５と同じ大きさとなる。また、上記の囲繞枠１３の下部四隅にはキャスター９が設けてある。更にこの囲繞枠１３を構成する片側の側桟枠３の外側には、２枚で側桟枠３と同じ大きさになる１対の補助桟枠７がネジ１４で固定されている。

このベビーベッド１は、上記の各々構成部品はネジによって接続され、ネジを外すことによって各々構成部品を分解することができる。このベビーベッド１にあっては、通常はベッドとしてベッド用底板５の上に布団等を敷き、その上に乳児を寝かせる。ベッド用底板５の下方の収納用底板６上には、肌着や小物雑貨品を収納することができる。また、ベビーベッド１の前部には扉板１６が開閉自在に設けてあるので、この扉板１６を閉じれば、内に収納した肌着や小物雑貨品等が遮蔽され、ベビーベッド１の見栄えもよくなる。このベビーベッド１はキャスター９が設けてあるため、囲撓枠１３を手で押すことにより所望の場所に簡単に移動させることができる。

また、乳児が大きくなり、這ったり、少し歩けるようになった時には、このベビーベッド１を組み換えて図２に示すようなミドルサークル１０に組み換えることができる。

すなわち、上記ベビーベッド１（図１参照）から上部前桟枠４、扉板１６、ベッド用底板５、２枚の収納用底板６及び１対の補助桟枠７を外して除去する。一方、後桟枠２と両側桟枠３とによって平面コ状に形成されたこの両側桟枠３の前端３ａに、それぞれ上記補助桟枠７を連設し、更にこの対峙する両補助桟枠７の前端７ａに、除去した上部前桟枠４と扉板１６とを上下に配して横設する。この上部前桟枠４の下に、除去した上記１枚の収納用底板６を枠状に横設する。このようにして上記ベビーベッド１を組み換えて後桟枠２、両側桟枠３、一対の補助桟枠７、上部前桟枠４及び扉板１６によって囲繞形成されたミドルサークル１０を形成する。

上記のようにして組み換えられたミドルサークル１０の中に、這ったり、少し歩けるようになった乳児や幼児を入れて遊ばせることができる。

また、上記のベビーベッド１（或いは上記のミドルサークル１０）が不要になった時には、図３に示すようなベンチ１１に組み換えて使用することができる。

すなわち、上記ベビーベッド１或いは上記のミドルサークル１０を分解して、後桟枠２の両端に、直角にそれぞれ補助桟枠７をネジ（図示省略）で連結して平面コ状の枠体１５を形成し、この枠体１５の内側中間部に、外した一方のベッド用底板６を設け、更に枠体１５の内側底部にもう一方のベッド用底板７を設けてベンチ１１を形成する。

上記のように形成したベンチ１１の上方のベッド用底板６に腰を掛け、下方のベッド用底板６上に種々の物を収納すれば、収納入り付きベンチとしてベビーベッド１を再利用することができ、乳児が大きく成った後もベビーベッド１を有効に利用することができる。

更にベビーベッド１或いはミドルサークル１０又は上記ベンチ１１を、図４に示すようなラック１２に組み換えることができる。すなわち、上記ベンチ１１の枠体１５の内側上部に、この扉板１６を設けてラック１２を形成する。

上記のようにして形成されたラック１２にあっては、ベッド用底板６及びラック用板１６で形成された各棚に、雑誌や種々の小物品を載せて収納ラックとして使用する。

尚、上記のミドルサークル１０、ベンチ１１及びラック１２の下部四隅にキャスターを設けて、ミドルサークル１０、ベンチ１１及びラック１２を簡単に移動できるようにしてもよい。

図５〜図８は本発明に係る第２実施例のベビーベッド１である。尚、上記第１実施例のベビーベッドと共通する部分に付いては同一符号を使用する。
図５に示すように第２実施例のベビーベッド１は、後桟枠２の両端に、第１実施例の側桟枠を後側桟枠３ｂと前側桟枠３ｃとに分割形成した各桟枠３ｂ、３ｃを、直角に連らねてネジ（図示省略）で連結し、この両前側桟枠３ｃの前端３ｄの中央部に横枠８を横設すると共に、この横枠８の上に上部前桟枠４を、下に前方に倒すことができる開閉自在な扉板１６が下部両側を枢着して開閉自在に設けてある。上記後桟枠２、両後側桟枠３ｂ、両前側桟枠３ｃ、上部前桟枠４、横枠８及び扉板１６によって囲撓される囲撓枠１３を形成してある。更にこの囲撓枠１３の内側中間部にベッド用底板５を着脱自在に設け、更に囲撓枠１３の内側底部に２枚の収納用底板６をネジで並設してある。更に囲撓枠１３の四隅の底部にはキャスター９が設けてある。尚、上記ベビーベッド１の使用方法は第１実施例と同様であり、説明を省略する。

また、上記ベビーベッド１を図６に示すミドルサークル１０に組み換える場合は、上記ベビーベッド１からベッド用底板５、上部前桟枠４、２枚の収納用底板６、横枠８、扉板１６及び各キヤスター９を除去する。そして、後桟枠２と両後側桟枠３ｂ及び両前側桟枠３ｃによって平面コ状に形成された桟枠体１７の両端に、それぞれ補助桟枠１８を連設し、この両補助桟枠１８の前端中央部に横枠８を横設する。そしてこの横枠８の上下に上記ベビーベッド１から除去した上部前桟枠４と扉板１６を横設し、上記後桟枠２と両後側桟枠３ｂと両前側桟枠３ｃと両補助桟枠１８と上部前桟枠４、横枠８及び扉板１６によって囲撓されたミドルサークル１０を形成する。尚、このミドルサークル１０の使用方法は第１実施例と同様であり、説明を省略する。

また、上記のベビーベッド１（或いは上記のミドルサークル１０）が不要になった時には、図７に示すようなベンチ１１に組み換えて使用することができる。

すなわち、上記ベビーベッド１（或いはミドルサークル１０）を分解して、後桟枠２の両端に、直角にそれぞれ後側桟枠３ｂをネジ（図示省略）で連結して平面コ状の枠体１５を形成し、この枠体１５の内側中間部に、外した一方のベッド用底板６を設け、更に枠体１５の内側底部にもう一方のベッド用底板７を設けてベンチ１１を形成する。尚、このベンチ１１の背当たり部分に、扉板１６或いは弾性部材や板部材を設けてもよい。また、上記ベンチ１１の使用方法は第１実施例と同様であり、説明を省略する。

更に上記のベビーベッド１、ミドルサークル１０又はベンチ１１が不要になった時には、図８に示すようなラック１２に組み換えて使用することができる。すなわち、上記ベンチ１１の内側上部に扉板１６を設けてラック１２を形成する。尚、このラック１２の使用方法は第１実施例と同様であり、説明を省略する。

図９〜図１２は本発明に係る第３実施例を示す図であって、図９はミドルサークル等への組み換え可能なベビーベッドの全体斜視図であり、このベビーベッド１は、後桟枠２、１対の側桟枠３、上部前桟枠４、ベッド用底板５、２枚の収納用底板６、１対の補助桟枠７、横桟８及びキャスター９によって構成され、これらを組み立てることによって図１に示すようなベビーベッド１を形成することができる。そしてこのベビーベッド１を分解して組み換えることにより、ミドルサークル１０（図１０参照）やベンチ１１（図１１参照）やラック１２（図１２参照）を形成することができる。
