BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid paper container that makes it easy to disassemble and fold a used container and to separate a laminated body constituting a paper container into an outer surface layer and an inner surface layer so that resources can be easily reused or discarded. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a liquid paper container excellent in gas barrier property used for packaging of liquor, wine, coffee, etc., for example, in order from the outer surface, printed layer / polyethylene layer / paper layer / adhesive resin layer / aluminum foil layer / adhesion A gobel top type paper container made of a laminate in which an agent layer / polyethylene terephthalate layer / polyethylene layer is laminated is generally used. The above-mentioned Gobeltop paper container made of a laminate has a rigid laminate, and the outer surfaces of the top forming plate and the bottom forming plate are completely thermally bonded by the polyethylene layer on the surface of the laminate. Therefore, it is very difficult to disassemble the top and bottom of the used paper container, and it is difficult to fold the paper container to reduce its bulk and to dispose of it.
As a liquid paper container that is easy to dispose of after use, a paper container that is easy to disassemble and fold the top and bottom of the container as described in JP-A-10-218169 is known. . However, the liquid paper container having this configuration has a drawback in that the used container is simply folded to reduce the bulk and is easily discarded, and the used container cannot be reused.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to enable easy disassembly of the top and bottom of a paper container made of a rigid laminate, and to separate the laminate into an outer surface layer mainly made of paper and an inner surface layer mainly made of plastic. Thus, it is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid paper container in which the outer surface layer can be reused and the inner surface layer can be easily discarded.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

It is configured to be separable into an outer surface layer mainly composed of paper and an inner surface layer mainly composed of a plastic film composed of the intermediate base material layer and the thermoplastic resin layer, and the outer surfaces of the top forming plate are separated from each other. The top and bottom outer surfaces of the used paper container are bonded to each other by adopting a configuration in which an adhesive strength adjusting layer is formed in a region where the outer surfaces of the bottom forming plate and the outer surfaces of the bottom forming plate are thermally bonded. The part can be easily peeled and disassembled, and the laminate can be peeled off from the disassembled top or bottom at the interface of the release layer to separate the outer surface layer mainly made of paper and the inner surface layer mainly made of plastic. The layer can be reused and the inner layer becomes less bulky and easier to discard.
[0005]
In the liquid paper container, the outer surface of the top forming plate and the bottom forming plate is formed by forming the adhesive strength adjusting layer on substantially the entire surface where the outer surfaces of the top forming plate and the bottom forming plate are thermally bonded. It becomes possible to easily peel off the bonded portions of each other, and it becomes easy to disassemble the top and bottom of the paper container.
[0006]
In the above liquid paper container, the adhesive strength adjusting layer non-formed portion is strongly bonded by forming the portion where the adhesive strength adjusting layer non-formed portion overlaps and adheres strongly, and thus has a sufficient practical strength. It can be a paper container.
[0007]
In the liquid paper container described above, an adhesive strength adjusting layer non-forming portion having an area of 5 to 35% of an area where the outer surfaces of the top forming plate and the bottom forming plate are thermally bonded is formed in the inner region of the adhesive strength adjusting layer. With this configuration, the outer surfaces of the top forming plate and the bottom forming plate are strongly bonded to each other at the adhesive strength adjusting layer non-forming portion, so that a sufficient practical strength can be obtained when a paper container is used.
[0008]
In the above-described liquid paper container, a pair of side plates opposed to each other of the side plates and a top forming plate and a bottom forming plate connected to the pair of side plates are each formed with a folding curve, After disassembling the top and bottom parts, the side plate and the top forming plate and the bottom forming plate connected to the both side plates are easily folded, so that the container can be easily folded.

When the top and bottom of the paper container are formed by thermal bonding by forming the adhesive strength adjusting layer non-formed part, the polyethylene layers on the surface of the laminate are heated in the adhesive strength adjusting layer non-formed part. Since it will adhere | attach, strong adhesive strength is obtained in an adhesive strength adjustment layer non-formation part.
[0012]
When forming the bottom portion of the paper container by thermal bonding, as shown in FIG. 7, the strong pressure portions 10a and 10b that pressurize the portion corresponding to the non-forming portion of the press pad with the adhesive strength adjusting layer being increased by about 0.5 mm. , 10g, 10h, it is possible to strongly pressurize the area where the adhesive strength adjustment layer is not formed, so that it is possible to increase the adhesive strength between the polyethylene layers on the surface in the adhesive strength adjustment layer non-formation part. It can prevent that the adhesion part of the outer surface of a forming board peels. In FIG. 7, the strong pressure part 10a is in the adhesive strength adjusting layer non-forming part 9a, the strong pressure part 10b is in the adhesive strength adjusting layer non forming part 9b, the strong pressure part 10g is in the adhesive strength adjusting layer non forming part 9g, and the strong pressure part 10h is This corresponds to the adhesive strength adjusting layer non-forming part 9h.
[0013]
In the first embodiment, the surfaces of the top forming plates 12 and 14 are bonded to any one surface to be thermally bonded, and the surfaces of the bottom forming plates 22, 23 and 24 are bonded to one of the surfaces to be thermally bonded. The adhesive strength adjusting layer is formed, but the adhesive strength adjusting layer is formed on both surfaces where the surfaces of the top forming plates 12, 14 and the bottom forming plates 22, 23, 24 are thermally bonded. It may be. By forming the adhesive strength adjusting layer on both surfaces, the thermal adhesive strength between the surfaces of the top forming plates 12, 14 and the bottom forming plates 22, 23, 24 can be further reduced. An adhesive strength adjusting layer should be formed on both sides of the top forming plates 12 and 14 and the bottom forming plates 22, 23 and 24 where the surfaces are thermally bonded only to the portion where the surface bonding is desired to be particularly weak. Also good. In the case where the adhesive strength adjusting layer is formed on both surfaces, it is necessary to form the adhesive strength adjusting layer non-forming portions so as to face each other.
[0014]
Adhesive strength adjustment layer is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorinated ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorinated polyethylene, chlorinated polypropylene, cyclized rubber, polyamide resin, urethane resin, acrylic resin, cellulose Although it can be formed by printing using a resin ink made of a resin, an alkyd resin alone or a mixture thereof, it is most preferable to use an ink made of an acrylic resin.

The resin that can be used as the release layer 44 varies depending on the intermediate substrate layer 45. For example, an aluminum-deposited plastic film or a plastic film in which an aluminum foil is laminated is used as the intermediate substrate layer 45, and a polyethylene layer 41 / paperboard layer 42 is used. / Adhesive resin layer 43 / peeling layer 44 / aluminum vapor deposition layer / plastic film layer / polyethylene layer 46 or polyethylene layer 41 / paperboard layer 42 / adhesive resin layer 43 / peeling layer 44 / aluminum foil layer / plastic film layer / In the case of the configuration comprising the polyethylene layer 46, the release layer 44 is formed of shellac, polyamide resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin, butyral resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, thereby forming a laminate. It can be peeled between the adhesive resin layer 43 and the release layer 44. By forming with a vinyl acid copolymer, the laminate can be peeled at the interface between the release layer 44 and the aluminum vapor deposition layer or aluminum foil layer.
[0017]
By adopting the above-mentioned configuration for the laminate, the adhesive strength between the adhesive resin layer 43 and the release layer 44 or the adhesive strength between the aluminum foil layer or the aluminum deposition layer constituting the release layer 44 and the intermediate base material layer 45 is 10 to 100 g. / 15 mm width can be obtained, so that there is practically no problem even when a liquid paper container such as a gobeltop type is used, and the laminate is peeled off at the interface of the release layer 44 to provide an outer surface layer. And can be separated into an inner surface layer.

Next, the bottom edge adhering portion 25 of the bottom of the container shown in FIG. 4 (a) is peeled off from the bottom surface to cause the state shown in FIG. 4 (b), and then the bottom edge adhering as shown in FIG. 4 (c). The side plate 4 and the side plate 2 are folded inward at the crease line 6a, and the bottom forming plate 24 and the top forming plate 12 are turned to the crease line 6c. Each of them is folded inward and folded. After disassembling and folding the top and bottom of the paper container, as shown in FIG. 5, the top adhesive portion 15 is gripped by the upper end of the top forming plate from which the top adhesive portion 15 has been peeled and pulled outward in a diagonal direction. The top surface forming plates 11, 12, 13, and 14 can be opened by peeling off the bonds between the inner surfaces of the top forming plates 11, 12, 13, and.
[0019]
By peeling off the bonding between the inner surfaces of the top forming plates 11, 12, 13, 14 at the top bonding portion 15, the upper edge or the lower edge of the bonding portion of the inner surfaces of the top forming plates 11, 12, 13, 14 is removed. The laminate is peeled off at the interface of the release layer 44. By grasping the peeled portion and peeling off the outer surface layer of the laminate as shown in FIG. 6, the laminate can be separated into an outer surface layer and an inner surface layer. The outer surface layer mainly composed of the paper composed of the separated polyethylene layer 41, the paperboard layer 42, and the adhesive resin layer 43 can be reused, and the inner surface layer mainly composed of the plastic film composed of the intermediate base layer 45 and the polyethylene layer 46 is The bulk becomes small and it becomes easy to discard. The peeling layer 44 is peeled off in a state of being attached to the inner surface layer or a state of being attached to the outer surface layer depending on the type of resin used.
[0020]
As the adhesive resin layer 43 in the laminate of the embodiment, low density polyethylene, ionomer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA), ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA), ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer (EMA) ), Ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer (EEA), and ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer (EMMA) can be used, but it is preferable to use low density polyethylene from the viewpoint of cost and workability.
[0021]
Low density polyethylene is used as the polyethylene layer 41, and low density polyethylene, medium low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, ethylene-α olefin copolymer polymerized using a single site catalyst, etc. are used as the polyethylene layer 46. Is done. As the paperboard layer 42, paper having a basis weight of 250 to 450 g / m 2 is used. As the intermediate base material layer 45, a plastic film or a plastic film having an aluminum foil, an aluminum vapor deposition layer, or a metal oxide vapor deposition layer is used. As the plastic film, a biaxially stretched film such as a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate, a biaxially stretched nylon, or a biaxially stretched polypropylene having excellent vapor deposition processability and heat resistance is used.
[0022]
