本発明は、酒、各種飲料、その他の液体又は粉状、粒状物等の流動物を収納する組立て紙箱で、更に詳しくは流動物を収納するプラスチック製袋の保持に適した組立て紙箱に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
酒、各種飲料を収納する紙箱は、基材たる厚紙内面に、液体の漏洩又は湿気を防止するため、塩化ビニル、ポリエチレン若しくはポリプロピレン等のプラスチック製のフィルムを積層したもの又はプラスチック塗料のコーティングを施し、内容物の漏洩防止及び耐湿性としたものが広く使用されている。近年、各種廃棄物の処理が社会問題として台頭しており、特に、紙箱表面にプラスチックフィルムを積層したもの又はプラスチック塗料をコーティングしたものは、廃棄処分の燃焼の際に有害物質の発生が懸念され、公害問題を惹起することが指摘されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、前述従来の紙箱の有する問題点に鑑み、紙箱内へ折曲された折込みフラップを有する厚紙製の紙箱において、紙箱上面の強度を高め、紙箱内面にプラスチックをコーティングすることなく、内部にプラスチック製袋を収納し、該袋を保持し、しかも廃棄処理に当り、材質である紙とプラスチックとが簡単に分離できる組立て紙箱を提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
図1及び図2は、本発明の紙箱を説明するための紙箱用ブランク及び紙箱を示しており、図2に示される紙箱1は、図1に示されるブランクから折畳んで成形されたもので、図1に示される如く、ブランク2は右側面3、前側面4、左側面5、後側面6及び糊代部7が一連に連続され、前側面4と後側面6の上縁に折込フラップ8、8が延設され、該両折込フラップ8の中心に丸孔9が形成され、前側面4、後側面6の下縁に紙箱内へ折曲される折込片10と、右側面3、左側面5の下縁に紙箱内へ折曲される折込片11が夫々延設され、紙箱内へ折曲げ底部を形成するものである。底部の構造は従来の厚紙製の紙箱の基本構造とほぼ同一構造である。尚、折込フラップ8、8を右側面3、左側面5の上縁に延設すること並びに底部を形成する折込片10を右側面3、左側面5の下縁に延設すること及び折込片11を前側面4、後側面6の下縁に延設する等任意に変更できる。
