正常動作:Ieff=5Aまたは1.5A/cm2、Ipeak=7Aまたは2A/cm2
Claims (15)
- 治療対象の大きな領域を照射するための少なくとも一つの照射源を有して成り、その際、全光学出力の7%未満がUV範囲で出射され、400〜500nmの波長領域のスペクトル分を有し、その際、少なくとも30%の光学出力がこの波長領域で出射されるような、皮膚と内臓の全体的あるいは部分的な細胞性炎症を治療するための照射装置において、該照射装置が光学パルスを発生するためにパルス運転にて運転可能であり、および/または走査装置によって治療対象領域に対して移動可能であり、光学パルスのピーク照射強度が0.5W/cm2よりも高く、かつ100kW/cm2よりも低く、一つの出射光学パルスのエネルギー密度が0.3〜0.8J/cm 2 の間であることを特徴とする照射装置。
- 前記パルスが周期的に与えられ、光学パルスの全周期にわたる平均cw照射強度が1mW/cm2〜10W/cm2の間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照射装置。
- 有効パルス長が1μs〜500msの間であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の照射装置。
- 前記照射源が0.01〜100Hzの周波数を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の照射装置。
- 前記照射源が、スペクトルの所望領域内でのスペクトルのUV部分と他の望ましくない部分をカットオフおよび/または変換するための装置を備えたキセノン-あるいは重水素フラッシュランプまたは過負荷パルス動作のヨウ化ガリウムドープの水銀ランプであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の照射装置。
- 上記照射源の前に配置されたUVC透過性のキャリア材料付きの蛍光体材料を有して成ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の照射装置。
- 上記透過性キャリア材料が無機蛍光体粒子でドープ処理されたシリコーンエラストマーまたはフッ素ポリマーからできている蛍光性箔であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の照射装置。
- 前記キャリア材料または蛍光性箔が、410〜490nmのスペクトル範囲で蛍光性の[Sr2P2O7:Eu、Sr5(PO4)3Cl:Eu、BaMg2Al16O27:Eu,CaWO4:Pb;(Sr,Ca,Ba)5(PO4)3Cl:Eu;Sr2P2O7:Sn,(Ba,Ca)5(PO4)3Cl:Eu]および/または510〜560nmのスペクトル範囲で蛍光性の[ZnSiO4:Mn;MgAl11O19:Ce,Tb,Mn;YBO3:Tb;LaPO4:Ce,Tb]および/または610〜670nmのスペクトル範囲で蛍光性の[Y2O3:Eu;Y(P,V)O4:Eu;CaSiO3:Pb,Mn;(Sr,Mg)3(PO4)2:Sn;3.5MgO*0.5MgF2*GeO2:Mn]の少なくとも一つの蛍光体によりドープ処理されることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の照射装置。
- 上記パルス照射源がシマーモードで運転可能とせしめることができる手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の照射装置。
- 前記照射源が、照射対象領域用の、該照射源および/または蛍光性箔に属する冷却装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の照射装置。
- 前記冷却装置が空気冷却として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の照射装置。
- 前記照射装置が酸素の局所的あるいは吸入的な吸い込みのために割り当てられた手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の照射装置。
- 上記照射源が520〜550nmおよび/または610〜670nmの範囲で追加の発光を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の照射装置。
- 前記照射源が放物面あるいは楕円面の反射体により囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の照射装置。
- 上記出射光のビーム直径が少なくとも一つの次元で10mmよりも幅広く、かつ100mmよりも狭いことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の照射装置。
